[00:21:31] speech this year is a new generation of royal
[00:21:34] speeches. In my opinion, it was a speech of a confident
[00:21:37] state. His Majesty proudly enumerated
[00:21:40] all the achievements made over 27 years of His Majesty's
[00:21:44] reign and the major transformations that the Kingdom has witnessed,
