[00:01:24] apologise for mistakes but said they they will not tolerate any attacks
[00:01:27] attacks on its integrity and will will take all necessary measures
[00:01:30] measures to defend its reputation. reputation. The Canadian Prime Minister,
[00:01:34] Minister, Mark Carney, is one of of the latest to publicly express
[00:01:37] express that he has lost confidence confidence in the Fifa president.

[00:02:14] welcomes him. But elsewhere the pressure's
[00:02:17] pressure's been mounting, including including within Fifa, after criticism
[00:02:20] criticism from the head of global global development Arsene Wenger
[00:02:23] Wenger and Secretary General Mattias Mattias Grafstrom, who called recent
[00:02:26] recent events sad and reproachable, reproachable, and around Europe in
[00:02:30] in particular, the backlash continues. continues. Portugal legend Luis Figo

[00:04:15] for a number of days now. Why have have the ownership turned to Yasir

[00:04:25] Eddie Howe? Yeah, I think there's there's two strands to this. Firstly,
[00:04:28] Firstly, I think some of the broad broad principles they both share.
[00:04:32] share. So Eddie Howe we know his
[00:04:35] his Newcastle team at their very very best. They're aggressive. They're
[00:04:37] They're front footed. They're high high energy. And that's sort of what
[00:04:41] what Matthias Jaissle is all about.
[00:04:44] about. But the other thing that really really stands out about him is how how he's developed young players.
[00:04:48] players. So at Red Bull Salzburg Salzburg he was known for aggressive
[00:04:51] aggressive football that I touched touched on there winning the ball ball high up the pitch attacking.
[00:04:55] attacking. But when he went to Saudi Saudi Arabia, he sort of adapted. adapted. He had different players
[00:04:58] players who weren't used to that that approach. And you know, he started
[00:05:02] started to instil a very strong defensive defensive foundations as well. And
[00:05:05] And I think any manager to succeed succeed in the Premier League, particularly
[00:05:09] particularly when they're 38, particularly particularly when they haven't managed managed at this level really this
[00:05:13] this top, top level of the Premier Premier League before, I think they
[00:05:16] they need that balance. So you put put all that together. The fact that
[00:05:19] that he is, as I say, young, there's
[00:05:22] there's a lot to I suppose that's that's intriguing. Newcastle work work has been done in the transfer
[00:05:26] transfer market up until this point point to bring bodies in and mentioned mentioned earlier younger bodies.
[00:05:30] bodies. But if the deal for Bruno Bruno now goes through as well, how
[00:05:33] how much extra work will need to to be done? I don't think you can
[00:05:36] can replace Bruno Guimaraes realistically. realistically. Like for like what
[00:05:39] what he represents at Newcastle. Newcastle. He's not just a talisman talisman off the field. He's their
[00:05:43] their captain. He's their leader.
[00:05:45] leader. They're not going to find find someone identical in the transfer

[00:05:50] they almost have to find someone
[00:05:53] someone who with time can drive that that midfield can drive the club

[00:05:59] experience is really important. I'm I'm not saying Newcastle will go
[00:06:02] go out and sign a 28-year-old or or a 29-year-old midfielder, but
[00:06:05] but I think they need to be sort
[00:06:07] sort of at the you know that that that 25 sort of age range because
[00:06:11] because I think to bring in a 20-year-old 20-year-old to fill Bruno Guimaraes
[00:06:14] Guimaraes boots, that's a big
[00:06:18] ask. Another player linked with Arsenal Arsenal was Vinicius Junior, but but he looks to be staying at Real
[00:06:22] Real Madrid after the Spanish side side offered him improved terms,

[00:09:28] the Taliban returned to power, women
[00:09:30] women were banned from playing sports.
[00:09:33] sports. Afghanistan's women's team team was forced into exile, unable
[00:09:37] unable to represent their country. country. They were scattered across
[00:09:40] across the world. I was bullied throughout throughout high school and football football gave me the confidence to
[00:09:44] to be who I am today and to be able able to speak loud so I don't know
[00:09:48] know where I would be. Now they are are back together rebuilding the
[00:09:51] the team. They thought they had lost.
[00:09:55] lost. These matches are only the
[00:09:58] the beginning. The aim is to rebuild
[00:10:00] rebuild Afghanistan's team in exile
[00:10:02] exile and to compete for a place
[00:10:05] place at the 2028 Olympic Games. Games. I will be proud of the team
[00:10:08] team and proud of myself that I was
[00:10:10] was part of the journey and we made
[00:10:12] made history by being the first football
[00:10:15] football team to get our recognition recognition without the approval
[00:10:18] approval of the Taliban. I'm so proud proud of our young players who played played today. Great game. Don't cry,
[00:10:22] cry, don't cry. Heads down. It's It's more than football for us. Afghanistan
