[00:29:50] were designated as the Gyrodotovo Sea.
[00:29:53] Gradually, as the reservoir became shallower, extensive
[00:29:56] peat bogs formed in its place, some of which
[00:30:00] have survived to this day.
[00:30:03] The history of the formation of the Pripyat National Park began in the
[00:30:07] 1920s and 1930s of the 20th century, when it was
[00:30:10] proposed to create a protected area in Polesie, based on the largest
[00:30:14] Almansky bog massif in Europe.
[00:30:17] In June 1969,
[00:30:20] the Pripyatsky State Landscape and Hydrological Reserve was organized,
[00:30:24] which in 1996
[00:30:27] was transformed into the Pripyatsky National Park. In
[00:30:31] 1995, an experimental forestry and hunting
[00:30:34] farm, Lyaskovich, appeared in the reserve, and
[00:30:38] in 1998, the first Nature Museum
[00:30:41] in Belarus opened in the park. The territorial
[00:30:44] National Park is located within Belarusian Polesie, in the
[00:30:48] interfluve of the Pripyat, Stviga and Ubort rivers.
[00:30:51] Administratively, the park is located on the territory of
[00:30:55] Zhitkovichi, Lelchitsy and Petrikov districts
[00:30:58] of Gomel region, with its administrative center in the agro-town
[00:31:02] Lyaskovich. Pripyatsky National Park impresses with its
[00:31:06] boundless and virtually untouched expanses of
[00:31:09] swampy areas,
[00:31:11] 188. Of which. about
[00:31:15] 35% is occupied by a protected
[00:31:18] zone. This region is called Belarusian
[00:31:21] Amazonia, because it is here that vast
[00:31:25] swamp massifs, wide floodplains of the Pripyat River and its
[00:31:28] tributaries, oak groves and broad-leaved forests
[00:31:32] are located, which are unique in their structure and

[00:31:37] Eastern European Plain. Scientists
[00:31:41] believe that the National Park is a hydrologically

[00:31:48] 38 species of fish. The flora
[00:31:51] of the National Park includes more than a thousand species of higher
[00:31:54] plants, of which 47 are listed in the Red
[00:31:57] Book of the Republic of Belarus. The fauna
[00:32:00] of the National Park is rich and diverse, characterized by
[00:32:04] a significant number of rare species that are found nowhere else
[00:32:07] in Belarus. Among large ungulates,
[00:32:11] moose, wild boar, roe deer are numerous.
[00:32:13] Predators are widespread: lynx, wolf, fox, polecat,
[00:32:17] weasel, forest marten. The re-acclimatization
[00:32:20] of the European bison is successfully carried out in the park,
[00:32:24] as well as the raccoon dog, and muskrat. Pripyatsky National Park
[00:32:28] has international status as a key ornithological
[00:32:32] territory. Here live 256 species
[00:32:35] of birds, which is 79%
[00:32:39] of the avifauna of the entire country. Of these,

[00:37:34] Lukashenko calls for more active work with domestic
[00:37:37] producers. The countries of the Eurasian Economic
[00:37:41] Union have concluded an agreement on electronic trade in goods in
[00:37:44] the EAEU. The document was signed by the prime ministers of the five countries
[00:37:47] following the meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council in Kyrgyzstan.
[00:37:51] The agreement lays down a common legal framework for electronic trade
[00:37:55] in the Union, ensuring transparency, fair regulation
[00:37:58] for business, as well as effective protection of consumer rights.
[00:38:02] Belarusian Prime Minister Alexander Turchin urged his colleagues to comprehensively analyze
[00:38:05] the conditions for supporting industrial cooperation, to study the opinions
[00:38:08] and proposals from consumers. From
[00:38:11] July 2024, a mechanism for
[00:38:14] financing joint industrial cooperation projects
[00:38:17] will be in effect. By agreement of the parties, the project is
[00:38:20] pilot in nature with a term of 5 years.
[00:38:24] Two years of application practice has shown that this instrument
[00:38:27] has not fully worked, which means that there are flaws and
[00:38:31] gaps in this mechanism that prevent its widespread use by
[00:38:35] economic entities of our countries. The starting
[00:38:38] conditions for financing industrial cooperation projects significantly
[00:38:41] influence the degree of possibility of applying this
[00:38:45] stimulating instrument. The Belarusian side also calls on partners
[00:38:49] to give a green light to cooperation in the scientific and technical sphere, so that
[00:38:52] Eurasian cooperation projects are innovative,
[00:38:55] high-tech, and based on digital
[00:38:58] solutions. Environmental friendliness and flexible adaptation to
[00:39:01] global market demands. The newsprint factory in Shklov is opening up new niches
[00:39:05] for itself. Thanks to production modernization, the enterprise
[00:39:08] quickly responded to global eco-trends and switched to
[00:39:11] closed-cycle production. Instead of primary
[00:39:14] wood, hundreds of tons of waste paper are recycled here. The output
[00:39:18] is paper for corrugated cardboard, which is in demand
[00:39:21] in foreign markets. The Shklov factory produces about 70,000
[00:39:24] tons of paper. The focus is on niche products. The base for
[00:39:28] cash register receipts used to be imported into the region from abroad. Today, this
[00:39:32] is the only enterprise in Belarus that produces such paper
[00:39:35] base. Another high-tech product is paper
[00:39:38] base for decorative facing materials.

[00:39:45] paper. From paper, from paper,

[00:39:52] recently mastered the production of paper base
