[00:01:48] is a stabilizer of society. This is its
[00:01:51] main role - to stabilize society at all stages
[00:01:55] of its development. Moreover, the ANC is the highest representative body
[00:01:58] of people's power in the country. The mechanism for electing its delegates
[00:02:02] leaves no doubt that all regions of our
[00:02:06] country, without exception, all social
[00:02:09] groups and strata of Belarusian society are represented in the assembly, that is, in the person of the ANC delegates,
[00:02:13] essentially, all of us, Belarusians, this
[00:02:16] is the strategic meaning: time chose
[00:02:20] everyone, time chose us. And
[00:02:24] for agents of foreign influence, the way to the ANC is forbidden, once
[00:02:27] and for all. Delegates are not allowed to have citizenship or nationality of another
[00:02:31] country, as well as documents of foreign states
[00:02:33] providing various rights to benefits, so with
[00:02:37] a Pole's Card in your pocket or with a stone in your bosom,
[00:02:40] pass by. But I would like to draw attention to something
[00:02:43] else, to the global phenomenon of the All-Belarusian People's.
[00:02:47] Yes, the legislation clearly states that the ANC ensures
[00:02:50] the inviolability of the constitutional system, the continuity
[00:02:53] of generations and civil concord. In other
[00:02:56] words, the main functions of the assembly are: three
[00:03:00] stabilizing, consolidating, and
[00:03:03] developing. But there is also another, fourth function, not
[00:03:07] prescribed in regulatory legal documents, but which has become
[00:03:10] clearly noticeable in the 20th century. Having acquired constitutional
[00:03:14] status, the ANC essentially rehabilitated the very concept
[00:03:18] of classical democracy, which seemed to have been completely
[00:03:21] discredited by a number of international institutions and countries
[00:03:24] of the collective West, where almost all manifestations
[00:03:27] of popular power, for many decades, have
[00:03:30] been merely a professionally directed spectacle, behind
[00:03:34] the scenes of which a non- public real policy is conducted in
[00:03:38] the interests of a minority, resulting in the most
[00:03:41] bloody and immoral European values, the gayest parliaments
[00:03:45] in the world, the stupidest European officials in history, the most
[00:03:49] anti-people domestic policy of these countries, the most caricatured
[00:03:52] democracy, while attempts to voice all of the above
[00:03:56] lead directly to a Western prison. The All-Belarusian People's
[00:04:00] Assembly proves to the whole world that true, even sacred, if
[00:04:03] you will, popular power can exist in the 21st
[00:04:07] century. Such popular power is not merely a phenomenon
[00:04:10] of hoary antiquity. I am convinced that this is
[00:04:14] the most serious contribution of the ANC to modern world
[00:04:17] political science, one of the best and brightest practices, as
[00:04:21] they say abroad, oriented, moreover,
[00:04:24] exclusively to the interests of our country and its
[00:04:27] people. The ANC is a powerful public and political shield against
[00:04:31] destructive influence from outside, one of the lines
[00:04:34] of defense, of national security, if you will,
[00:04:37] which it is, in principle, impossible to break
[00:04:40] with traditional Western master keys, all sorts of NGOs, NPOs,
[00:04:44] foundations and fronds, because it is not a fake made according to the patterns
[00:04:48] of Anglo-Saxons, and not a fake of popular power.
