[00:05:16] to create an extremely simple and user-friendly interface. A television
[00:05:20] can enjoy all types of television services such as live broadcast and on-demand
[00:05:24] services. Users can use a universal remote control to turn on and off the television with one click and
[00:05:27] watch channels and programs with one click. According to
[00:05:31] information from the State Administration for Market Regulation today , a food
[00:05:35] safety risk control list related to online food sales has been released. The risk control list
[00:05:38] clarifies the risks of online food sales such as live streaming e-commerce and online stores.
[00:05:56] The risk control list released this time breaks down the entire chain of online food sales into the smallest work units, promoting a shift in online food sales enterprises from passively coping with inspections
[00:06:00] to actively preventing and controlling risks. It targets food
[00:06:04] live e-commerce platform enterprises , online food trading third-party platform enterprises
[00:06:08] , and online food production and sales enterprises in three categories, with separate
[00:06:12] regulations.
[00:06:16] For live streaming e-commerce platform operators , the control list specifically addresses false
[00:06:20] advertising, stating that they must not use technical means or
[00:06:23] equipment and facilities to significantly alter the true color and
[00:06:27] other sensory characteristics of food, misleading consumers' sensory perception of food
[00:06:31] , and must not explicitly or implicitly claim that food has disease
[00:06:35] prevention and treatment functions, and must not use medical terms, and
[00:06:39] must not make claims about other foods besides health foods
[00:06:49] . For online food trading third-party platform providers, in response to existing issues such as false qualifications , misappropriated qualifications, and inconsistent
[00:06:53] certifications, the control list requires platforms to verify and update
[00:06:57] at least every six months on the basis of substantive
[00:07:01] review. For online food production and sales enterprises, the control list
[00:07:04] warns enterprises to control the entire process from procurement
[00:07:08] to distribution. The three lists are all based on risk avoidance and management objectives.
[00:07:21] It is required that food safety risks found be immediately subject to prevention and control measures, and those with potential food safety accidents be immediately stopped from selling and reported to market supervision departments. At the same time, platform
[00:07:25] operators are encouraged to share blacklist information, so that dishonest
[00:07:29] people will be restricted everywhere once they break the law
[00:07:32] . At 10:40 AM Beijing time today
[00:07:35] , our country successfully launched Tianyi 51 and 52 satellites from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center using the Kuaizhou-11
[00:07:39] 3 carrier rocket .
[00:08:44] It started commercial operation in August. It completed 86 line technical transformation
[00:08:47] , and the comprehensive localization rate is about
[00:08:49] 98.1. Its three safety assessment accounts are all equipped
[00:08:53] with active and passive systems. In the event of an accident, it does not
[00:08:57] require external power and can complete core cooling
[00:09:01] and heat removal through gravity and natural circulation. It is also equipped with
[00:09:05] a 2400 cubic meter water tank as a passive cooling
[00:09:08] source. In the event of an accident , it can guarantee safety
[00:09:12] for 72 hours without external power supply
[00:09:16] . It is understood
[00:09:17] that
[00:09:20] Unit 3 is equipped with our country's independently developed Hualong One third-generation pressurized water reactor nuclear power technology, adopting the domestic first-class commercial pressurized water reactor and fourth-generation high-temperature gas-cooled reactor nuclear power production management system
[00:09:24] . Through localized and self-supporting
[00:09:28] , it achieves complete independent and controllable operation. After Unit
[00:09:31] 3 is put into operation , it can provide Hainan Island
[00:09:35] with about 90 billion kWh of clean energy. After Unit 30
[00:09:39] is put into operation, it can provide Hainan Island with about.
[00:10:02] It
[00:10:04] makes comprehensive arrangements for eight key tasks, such as promoting the coordinated development of regional urban and rural culture and tourism, and proposes that by 2030 , China will become a culturally strong nation and a tourism strong
[00:10:08] nation .
[00:10:58] Among them, green product exports amounted to
[00:11:01] 442.627 billion US dollars, nearly doubling
[00:11:04] in five years. The first day of the National Day holiday , October 1st, train tickets
[00:11:08] went on sale today. This year , the railway department will arrange to operate overnight high-speed
[00:11:12] trains on high-speed rail lines such as Beijing-Guangzhou, Beijing-Shanghai, and Beijing-Harbin
[00:11:16] . In the first eight months of this year, the import and export value of the China-Laos Railway
[00:11:20] was 23.38 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of
[00:11:23] 31.5%. Imports of tropical fruits, metal ores, etc., increased
[00:11:27] rapidly. Exports of photovoltaic products and new energy vehicles
[00:11:31] increased by more than two and three times respectively. According to Nanjing
[00:11:35] Customs statistics, from January to August this year, the China-Kazakhstan Lianyungang Logistics
[00:11:38] Cooperation Base cumulatively operated 66 China-Europe/Asia freight trains
[00:11:42] , transporting 54,600 standard containers , a year-on-year increase of
[00:11:46] 9.18%. Currently, it has successfully established six international freight train routes
[00:11:50] including Central Asian Five Countries, Central Arctic Region, China-Russia , and Trans-Caspian Sea. The types of goods
[00:11:53] include automobiles and parts , chemical products, home
[00:11:57] appliances, textile clothing, electronic equipment, etc
[00:12:01] . Recently
[00:12:04] , reporters found in an investigation that some merchants on e-commerce platforms openly sold
[00:12:07] simulated "Jiaoguan 12123" software , claiming that it could simulate all information
[00:12:11] one-to-one and allow arbitrary editing , and even claimed that it could be used in car rental and other
[00:12:15] scenarios to forge electronic driver's licenses. So, what exactly are these simulated
[00:12:19] software used for, and will they become an accomplice to illegal elements
[00:12:23] ? Let's look at the report.
[00:12:26] Searching for relevant keywords on e-commerce platforms, reporters found a large number of
[00:12:30] 12123 simulator product links. Many of these products
[00:12:34] directly use the "Jiaoguan 12123" icon as a
[00:12:38] promotional image, with prices ranging from tens of yuan to hundreds of yuan
[00:12:41] to thousands of yuan . What do these software
[00:12:45] simulate? A video sent by a merchant shows that the software he developed is highly
[00:12:49] similar to the real "Jiaoguan 12123" software in terms of page
[00:12:52] design. From the vehicle and driver's license information on the homepage to the functions
[00:12:56] for handling violations, reducing points for learning, and renewing driver's licenses
[00:13:00] , even the pages of the information center and smart assistant
[00:13:04] have been simulated . Entering the electronic
[00:13:08] driver's license page, information such as name, permitted driving type, vehicle type, and accumulated points
[00:13:11] is listed item by item , and there is also a QR code at the bottom
[00:13:15] . The merchant stated that all information displayed on the page can
[00:13:19] be edited independently
[00:13:20] .
[00:14:55] The other party sent a video simulating a payment process of a certain bank
[00:14:58] . In the video, the merchant transferred 555 yuan to
[00:15:02] the account provided by the reporter . After entering the password, a verification
[00:15:06] code message with the bank's name also popped up at the top of the screen
[00:15:10] , and the final page showed that the transfer was successful, but the merchant
[00:15:13] clearly stated that the money was not transferred out. The police introduced
[00:15:17] that this type of software is a typical fraud assistance tool. Unlawful
[00:15:21] elements can use this type of simulator to generate large amounts.
[00:16:33] App
[00:16:33] thoroughly leads the entire process, through public security and electricity
[00:18:07] and an armed reconnaissance drone . Houthi rebels also claimed
[00:18:11] that their air defense system intercepted two batches of Saudi F-15
[00:18:15] fighter jets over al-Mukha in Taiz province, Yemen, on the 16th . Houthi rebels stated
[00:18:18] that these two batches of Saudi fighter jets were intercepted and withdrew before carrying out
[00:18:22] any hostile actions . In addition
[00:18:26] , Saudi-led coalition spokesman Turki al-Maliki said on the 16th that Saudi
[00:18:30] air defense forces intercepted and destroyed a Houthi rebel drone
[00:18:33] flying towards the western Saudi city of Mecca on the evening of the 15th
[00:20:15] . Then your non-US currencies are generally likely to be under pressure. For some emerging market economies with weak foreign exchange reserves, exchange rate fluctuations may intensify. In addition
[00:20:18] , high-yield US dollar assets may attract global capital
[00:20:22] to flow back to the US, and then emerging market liquidity will tighten
[00:20:26] . The Federal Reserve raised interest rates 11 times from March 2022
[00:20:30] to July 2023 to cope with high inflation. As the economy cools
[00:20:33] down, the Federal Reserve will turn to cutting rates from September 2024 to December 2025
[00:20:44] . From January to July this year, it chose to keep interest rates unchanged for five consecutive times. After the Federal Reserve announced the rate hike, US President Trump posted a message again urging the Federal Reserve to cut rates
[00:20:48] quickly
[00:21:48] Eighteen or nineteen residential properties.
[00:23:41] Local time 16th, European Commission President Von der Leyen, in her State of the Union address to the European Parliament , proposed a thorough
[00:23:45] reform of the European security structure and called for the establishment of a European
[00:23:48] Security Council. She also stated that Europe should also establish a set of
[00:23:52] emergency security mechanisms. Once the mechanism is activated, all
[00:23:56] EU member states will hold emergency consultations. US media
[00:24:00] recently reported that the US government is preparing to sell heavy
[00:24:04] bombs worth 2.8 billion US dollars to Israel. This arms sale package
[00:24:08] includes 40,000 2,000-pound aerial bombs. The New York Times reported
[00:24:11] that this arms sale also includes 20,000 bunker-buster warheads.
[00:24:15] Currently, the arms sale plan has not been finalized, but the US Congress
[00:24:19] has already approved it
[00:24:50] . The armed conflict in Sudan, which erupted in April 2023, continues to this day
[00:24:54] , deepening the humanitarian crisis in Sudan. A report released by the United
[00:24:58] Nations shows that two-fifths of the Sudanese population, approximately
[00:25:01] 19.5 million people , face severe food
[00:25:05] insecurity or worse conditions , of whom more than 5 million people are in an emergency
[00:25:09] situation. At the same time , a large number of medical facilities are unable to operate
[00:25:12] normally, and infectious diseases such as cholera and malaria have repeatedly broken out
[00:25:16] , further aggravating the survival crisis of vulnerable groups such as children
[00:25:20] . Local time, early morning on the 16th, a six-story apartment building in the southwestern part of Gaza City
[00:25:24] , which was severely damaged in the conflict , suddenly collapsed entirely
[00:25:28] . According to the Palestinian civil defense department, there were about 100 people
[00:25:32] inside the building when it collapsed , nearly half of whom were children
[00:25:35] . As of now, the incident has caused at least 20 deaths
[00:25:39] and 14 injuries. The remaining people are still trapped under the rubble
[00:25:43] . The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation reported on the 16th that a recent study
[00:25:47] published in Scientific Reports confirmed that due to climate change
[00:25:50] , Canada's only ice shelf lake in the Arctic Circle, the Milne Fiord Ice Shelf Lake
[00:25:54] , has completely disappeared . Its unique water
[00:25:58] body structure, which existed for thousands of years , and the exclusive
[00:26:02] bottom.
[00:26:05] Since 1979 , the Greenland Ice Sheet and the Antarctic Ice Sheet have
[00:26:08] melted more than 11 trillion tons of glaciers, causing global sea
[00:26:12] levels to rise by about three centimeters . Good wine
