[00:06:46] the construction of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area 3.0 version
[00:06:49] .
[00:06:54] This pointed out the direction for promoting the development of the free trade zone to a higher level. With the joint efforts of both sides, the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area has been operating
[00:06:57] steadily and achieved fruitful results, effectively promoting regional economic
[00:07:01] integration and development, bringing tangible benefits to the people

[00:09:04] Metal Research Institute to investigate artificial intelligence cooperation development, ecological
[00:09:08] environment protection and governance, and other work . Reporters
[00:09:11] learned that
[00:09:23] this year's summer grain procurement is market-based , with policy-based procurement
[00:09:26] being low. Currently, various entities across the country have cumulatively purchased
[00:09:30] over 100 million tons of wheat . To protect the interests of grain
[00:09:34] farmers, the state promptly activated the wheat minimum purchase price execution plan
[00:09:38] . Central grain reserves in Henan and Anhui have successively implemented the wheat minimum
[00:09:42] purchase price
[00:10:25] . Entering the interior of this grain silo , the space inside
[00:10:29] this grain silo is very large, and the airtightness is also good . Because our airtightness is very good
[00:10:32] , the outside air is isolated, maintaining its dryness and the quality
[00:10:36] of our corn and wheat . To welcome the concentrated listing of autumn grain
[00:10:40] , various regions are increasing the promotion of intelligent weighing equipment, relying on railways
[00:10:44] and sea transportation, and multi-modal transportation to open up external transportation channels
[00:10:48] . The national equipment renewal and new two-new special funds will include grain
[00:10:52] dryers and intelligent grain machines in the scope of support this year, so that autumn grain
[00:10:55] can be harvested, stored, and transported . Currently, grain warehouse capacity, procurement
[00:10:59] funds, personnel, and equipment are all ready. It is estimated
[00:11:03] that the autumn grain harvest this year will be around 350 million tons
[00:11:07] . We will strengthen market monitoring and information dissemination, effectively leverage the role
[00:11:11] of grain reserve service centers, drying, etc., to help farmers reduce losses and increase
[00:11:15] income . The State Council Information Office held
[00:11:18] a press conference today for the "Starting Anew, 155 Series" theme
[00:11:22] . Relevant officials from the National Radio and Television Administration ,
[00:12:55] During this period, Shizuishan City, Ningxia, in the Shitanjing area, welcomed
[00:12:59] a large number of tourists. As part of the filming location for the movie "Welcome to the Dragon Inn"
[00:13:03] , with the popularity of the movie, this place has become a popular domestic tourist
[00:13:07] destination recently. I took my child to see this movie yesterday
[00:13:11] . I just found out it was filmed in our local area, so I really wanted to come to this filming
[00:13:15] location. Shitanjing was once an industrial base for Ningxia's coal
[00:13:18] mining. Later, due to resource depletion and Helan Mountain ecological protection,
[00:13:22] mining areas were successively shut down, but this product is here. The local area has undertaken various projects
[00:13:44] . This year, the Shizuishan city improvement project is proceeding towards the "155" goal. We will rely on new cultural venues
[00:15:37] Recently, the first batch of funds for this year's new policy-based financial
[00:15:41] instruments has been launched . A number of intelligent manufacturing and infrastructure
[00:15:45] projects have successively received the first batch of financial support
[00:15:49] , and are accelerating their implementation to promote the expansion of effective
[00:15:52] investment
[00:15:54] . In Ruian, Zhejiang, the national new energy vehicle key project intelligent
[00:15:58] chassis industrialization project has begun to accelerate its progress
[00:16:02] , making up for the shortcomings in the domestic new energy vehicle chassis industry chain
[00:16:06] . Previously, the project was still in the initial investment stage
[00:16:09] . However, just a few days ago, the Export-Import Bank's 100 million yuan loan became this year's full-scale financial instrument
[00:16:18] . This money is entirely used to supplement the principal, significantly increasing self-owned capital
[00:16:25] . This way, we can also use this as a stepping stone to activate the project funds
[00:16:30] , because it is not only efficient but also low in cost
[00:16:34] . New financial instruments are vital for the country
[00:17:43] . This year's total investment scale increased from 500 billion yuan last year to 800
[00:17:47] billion yuan. It is estimated that it will leverage a total project investment
[00:17:51] of about 10 trillion yuan . Since
[00:17:54] the beginning of this year, China's logistics industry's digital research and development investment has continued to
[00:17:58] increase, and intelligent scenarios have accelerated their implementation, promoting the logistics
[00:18:02] industry to improve efficiency and service upgrading
[00:18:04] . The
[00:18:28] improvement in efficiency stems from investment in research and development. Data from the China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing shows that in the first seven months of this year, key
[00:18:32] logistics enterprises' digital transformation expenses
[00:18:36] ,
[00:19:00] At the same time, the depth of digital collaboration in the logistics industry has continuously expanded. Through digitalization , information barriers are broken down, and a single
[00:19:03] waybill coordinates the entire process of multi-modal transportation
[00:19:08] , making it more efficient
[00:19:15] . Currently, over 1,000 AI intelligent body application scenarios
[00:19:19] have been implemented by leading logistics enterprises . Relying on intelligent scheduling and demand forecasting
[00:19:23] , some logistics enterprises provide factory-side delivery and line-side material replenishment
[00:19:27] within industrial clusters to achieve hourly
[00:19:31] responses, precisely matching high-tech manufacturing production
[00:19:34] rhythms, and ensuring efficient operation of the industrial chain
[00:19:38] . In the first year of the "15th Five-Year Plan" , various regions continued to promote urban renewal
[00:19:42] , improve livelihood facilities, and create new consumption scenarios, making cities
[00:19:46] more beautiful and livable .
[00:19:48] 。
[00:19:50] Currently, the construction of complete communities is continuously progressing
[00:19:54] in various places. In the Bajiaozhongli Community in Shijingshan District, Beijing
[00:19:58] , an abandoned and idle boiler room that had been left unused for over 20 years has just completed its renovation
[00:20:01] , transforming into a community service facility. This place integrates
[00:20:05] a community canteen and a community market
[00:21:05] . In the Yihe Road Historical and Cultural District in Nanjing, Jiangsu, a batch
[00:21:09] of newly renovated cultural heritage courtyards are successively opening to the public
[00:21:13] . This area completely preserves the original appearance of the cultural heritage buildings, introducing
[00:21:17] cultural exhibitions, physical bookstores, and featured leisure
[00:21:50] . Taiyuan, Shanxi, is accelerating the renovation of underground pipe networks. This year
[00:21:54] , 102 rain and sewage pipeline networks will undergo rain
[00:21:58] and sewage diversion renovation projects . Currently, 80% have been completed
[00:22:01] . After completion, it will not only reduce water pollution risks but also
[00:22:05] reduce the risk of road waterlogging , continuously addressing shortcomings
[00:22:09] in urban operation .
[00:22:11] The State Council Information Office held a press conference today for "Fighters on the New Journey"
