[00:00:37] The 107-year-old renovation project, connecting Shenzhen and Hong Kong, the new
[00:00:40] Huanggang Port, officially opened today, welcoming the first batch of
[00:00:44] tourists. The first batch of five national parks have been established for five
[00:00:48] years, with a dual improvement in ecosystem quality and the number of flagship
[00:00:52] species. The Northeast Tiger and Leopard National Park has new discoveries. The Central Political and Legal Affairs
[00:00:56] Commission issued opinions, requiring .
[00:01:32] Good afternoon, friends. Good afternoon . Welcome to CCTV News Channel
[00:01:36] and Comprehensive Channel broadcast News 30 Minutes. Let's
[00:01:40] look at the detailed report. Reporters learned from the Ministry of Water Resources that since
[00:01:44] this year, the construction of the national water network has accelerated. The investment demand for the construction of the national
[00:01:47] water network during the 15th Five-Year Plan period will exceed 6 trillion yuan
[00:01:51] .
[00:01:53] In the first three quarters of this year, the country implemented 41,400 water conservancy projects
[00:01:57] , and newly started major water conservancy projects.
[00:02:30] Water resources allocation , blood resources and
[00:02:33] population, industry, urban disease, ecological batch matching relations
[00:02:37] . To achieve major national strategies, and optimize the development pattern of national land space
[00:02:41] to provide strong support . In the first three quarters, my country completed
[00:02:45] 795 billion yuan in water conservancy investment . To ensure the completion of the annual
[00:02:48] water conservancy construction investment target of 1 trillion yuan, my country is
[00:02:52] taking various measures to enhance the financing capacity of water conservancy
[00:02:55] projects .
[00:03:06] The national water network construction investment will exceed 6 trillion yuan, and the water conservancy sector will gradually explore and form government investment funds, government and social capital
[00:03:10] cooperation, water conservancy stock asset revitalization,
[00:03:14] water conservancy industry, joint development and other operable
[00:03:18] models. These models have broadened the channels for private
[00:03:21] capital to enter, enhanced project financing
[00:03:25] and operational capabilities, and at the same time also contributed to the construction of the national water network
[00:03:29] .
[00:05:12] And the vehicles in the several lanes next to me are
[00:05:16] entering the new five-in-one cooperative inspection
[00:05:20] express channel. What is five-in-one ? It means five units
[00:05:24] , integrating Shenzhen Frontier Inspection, Shenzhen Customs, Hong Kong
[00:05:27] Immigration Department, Hong Kong Customs , and Hong Kong Department of Health. The five
[00:05:31] inspection units implement one queue, one collection,
[00:05:35] simultaneous verification, and coordinated release. So the whole
[00:05:38] channel, relying on ,
[00:07:12] from the time a passenger stands in front of the self-service customs clearance channel until they leave, the entire process
[00:07:16] only takes more than ten seconds, and the subsequent entire customs clearance process
[00:07:20] is only 5 minutes. So, one place and two points for cooperative inspection and one-time
[00:07:24] release, this should be said to be a new example of deep integration between Shenzhen and Hong Kong under
[00:07:27] "one country, two systems" .
[00:07:31] At present, the food safety situation in our country continues to improve steadily, but
[00:07:35] at the same time, some new situations and new problems have emerged, such as the recent
[00:07:39] fake cabbage, Didi being disinfected with chemicals.
[00:07:58] requirements are put forward for political and legal organs to investigate and punish food safety violations and crimes in accordance with the law
[00:08:01] .
[00:08:04] The opinion focuses on political and legal organs strictly investigating and punishing food
[00:08:07] safety violations and crimes in accordance with the law , and puts forward three
[00:08:11] aspects of requirements. The first
[00:08:42] put forward requirements. It is required to strictly control
[00:08:45] in accordance with the law
[00:08:48] , and for serious cases with egregious impact, severe penalties should be imposed in accordance
[00:08:51] with the law. Third, strengthen supervision and guidance. For major, difficult
[00:08:55] and complex food safety cases, through case supervision
[00:08:59] and guidance for similar cases, strengthen supervision and guidance, and improve
[00:09:03] case handling efficiency. The opinion requires political and legal organs to strengthen communication
[00:09:07] and connection with market supervision, agriculture and rural departments, and promote food
[00:09:11] safety administration
[00:09:35] . Promote
[00:09:38] the establishment of a food safety administrative law enforcement and criminal justice information sharing platform, accelerate the sharing of information and data, and promote the seamless connection between administrative penalties and criminal penalties. .
[00:09:42] Today, reporters learned from the National Forestry and Grassland Administration that since 2021
[00:09:46] , my country has officially established the Three Rivers Source, Giant Panda, Northeast Tiger and Leopard
[00:09:50] , Hainan Tropical Rainforest, and Wuyishan five national parks,
[00:09:53] the construction of the first batch of national parks has achieved fruitful results. The Chinese characteristics
[00:09:57] national park system has been basically built. The first batch of five
[00:10:01] national parks cover an area of 230,000 square kilometers,
[00:10:04] incorporating river sources, high mountains and forests, temperate broad-leaved mixed forests
[00:10:08] and other representative important ecological systems into the scope of protection.
[00:11:08] The individual Northeast Tiger brings new clues to the research on the reproduction of wild tiger populations. In the picture, this Northeast Tiger is a very rare short-tailed female Northeast Tiger found in the Dongning forest area. It is understood that the tail length of an adult Northeast Tiger is mostly between 80%
[00:11:12] and 120 centimeters. The tail of this female Northeast Tiger is significantly
[00:11:16] shorter than that of an ordinary tiger by one segment. After our
[00:11:20] tracking and analysis, its tail is congenital and not externally
[00:11:24] injured. After comparison and judgment , it is believed to be a newly
[00:11:28] appearing individual. Through continuous monitoring and tracking, the staff confirmed that
[00:11:31] this wild short-tailed female Northeast Tiger has been active stably in this
[00:11:35] area for a long time, and has not shown any signs of migrating away. Its
[00:11:39] activity area highly overlaps with the territory of the wild Northeast Tiger
[00:11:43] Wundashan No. 1, which was rescued and released previously. Recently, infrared
[00:11:47] cameras have repeatedly captured images of Wundashan No. 1 patrolling and hunting
[00:11:51] . Scientific experts speculate that the two wild tigers exist
[00:12:55] under years of continuous protection, the presence of Northeast Tigers in the lower reaches is becoming
[00:12:59] more and more common. Images of tigers and leopards and their families have been captured many times
[00:13:02] . The total population of wild animals within the area continues to recover, and
[00:13:06] biodiversity continues to improve
[00:15:38] A new roll-on/roll-off shipping route for foreign trade from Nanjing, Jiangsu to Europe.
[00:15:53] This route does not require transshipment at coastal ports, enabling
[00:15:57] direct river-sea access. It significantly reduces comprehensive costs such as transshipment and storage
[00:16:01] . Lijiang Yulong Snow Mountain in Yunnan recently welcomed the best viewing period
[00:16:05] for "Golden Mountain in the Sun"
[00:16:07] . In the early morning, as the sun slowly rises, the sunlight shines on the snowy
[00:16:11] peaks, turning them into golden mountains . Every year from October to February
[00:16:15] of the following year, the weather is clear and dry , and the air is clear. This is the best
[00:16:18] time to view the "Golden Mountain in the Sun" at Yulong Snow Mountain in Lijiang, Yunnan .

[00:16:28] You are watching News 30 Minutes
[00:16:32] . Local time, 11th
[00:16:35] .
[00:19:07] The Associated Press reported on the 11th that as early as September, regional
[00:19:11] officials had already revealed that Saudi Arabia's air defense system interceptor missile inventory was insufficient
[00:19:15] . Saudi Arabia had sought help from France , Britain, Pakistan, and Egypt
[00:19:19] . The report said that the US air defense system interceptor missile inventory
[00:19:23] was largely depleted during the conflict with Iran this year. Support for
[00:19:27] Saudi Arabia was limited to intelligence sharing , target identification, and planning
[00:19:31] attacks on Houthi militants . Agence France-Presse reported on the same day
[00:19:34] that Yemeni Houthi militants repeatedly attacked .
[00:20:07] He said that some ships operate through smuggling networks, and the shipping volume in the strait
[00:20:11] is still far below pre-war levels. Iran will continue to control
[00:20:15] the management of the Strait of Hormuz . The Iranian Islamic
[00:20:19] Revolutionary Guard Corps released a video and issued a statement on the 11th, saying that a
[00:20:23] super yacht hit a mine in the waters south of the Strait of Hormuz
[00:20:26] , causing an explosion and fire in the cargo hold. It is said that the
[00:20:30] ship was carrying crude oil and attempted to leave the Strait of Hormuz with its navigation system
[00:20:34] closed. This incident occurred.
[00:21:04] According to Dutch media reports on the 11th, the latest report from the Dutch International Group pointed out that, taking an oil tanker that departed from Saudi Arabia in September for the Netherlands as an example,
[00:21:07] the freight cost, converted, was equivalent to 35 US dollars per barrel of crude oil
[00:21:11] transported, exceeding one-third of the crude oil price, while
[00:21:15] the average transportation cost per barrel of crude oil on the same route last year was only
[00:21:19] two US dollars. By October, the shipping costs
[00:21:22] remained high. Bloomberg reported on the 9th that shipping
[00:21:26] economists pointed out that even after inflation adjustment, current shipping
[00:21:30] costs are already the highest since the introduction of super-large oil tankers in the 1960s
[00:21:34] . The report pointed out that the root cause of this surge
[00:21:37] in oil tanker freight rates is the structural capacity shortage caused by the Middle East situation
[00:21:41] . Affected by the conflict, the risk of transit through the Strait of Hormuz increased
[00:21:45] sharply, and a large number of shipowners chose to reroute , leading to a sharp
[00:21:49] reduction in global effective shipping capacity
[00:21:52] . US President Trump said on the 11th that the Russian-Ukrainian conflict has entered an energy
[00:21:56] ceasefire
[00:21:57] .
[00:22:00] supports Trump's declared energy ceasefire
[00:22:02] .
[00:22:05] Trump tweeted on social media that day that both Russia and Ukraine had
[00:22:08] agreed to this. He warned against undermining this ceasefire
[00:22:12] pledge. Zelensky said that day that Ukraine supports a truly
[00:22:16] feasible and reliable ceasefire and a way to end the war
