[00:30:06] intervention, but we recognize that the true
[00:30:10] recovery goes beyond the surgery. for this
[00:30:14] reason we have completed the medical
[00:30:17] treatment with skills actuation and
[00:30:21] economic empowerment. for some these
[00:30:24] beneficiaries, the journey from suffering to recovery has not been
[00:30:28] an easy one. for these
[00:30:31] VVFs of survivers, many of whom have spent years living
[00:30:35] with pain, stigma and shame, the intervention by the
[00:30:39] Kaduna State Government is indeed a dream come
[00:30:42] true. Still
