[00:33:16] In Lucknow, a new initiative has been taken to promote environment, education
[00:33:19] and biodiversity conservation. An Eco
[00:33:23] Education Hub has been developed at CSIR-NBRI's Banthara Campus
[00:33:26] Parasara Bio Resource Centre.
[00:33:31] in which Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh participated as the
[00:33:35] chief guest. This center
[00:33:38] includes an Indian Heritage Garden, Pavana
[00:33:42] plants, and Bhairav Enclave has been developed
[00:33:47] plants of the states. Its objective is to connect
[00:33:51] students and youth with nature and India's rich
[00:33:54] botanical heritage through direct experience. Dr. Jitendra Singh

[00:35:05] No transaction charges will be
[00:35:08] taken from UPI users, and all P2P (person to person)

[00:35:37] which will be much lower than the MDR levied on debit or credit cards. This means that a blanket MDR will not be imposed on UPI.
[00:35:41] The government's objective is to keep UPI a strong medium for financial inclusion
[00:35:45] and ensure its long-term stability. At the same time,
[00:35:48] emphasis is also being laid on the technical upgradation of UPI
[00:35:51] and increasing its capacity to deal with emerging risks. Under this,
[00:35:55] an amendment has been proposed in Section 10A of the Payment
[00:35:59] and Settlement Systems Act 2007 in the Taxation
[00:36:02] and Other Laws Amendment Bill 2026. If MDR needs to be implemented
[00:36:06] after the bill is passed by Parliament,
[00:36:09] the UPI and Service Steering Committee
[00:36:12] headed by NPCI will decide this.
[00:36:17] UPI will remain free for users and most merchant
[00:36:21] transactions will continue
[00:36:22] without charges.

[00:38:25] on Guru Purnima, when all the big

[00:38:33] and what else has been included in the campaign? Respected Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji
[00:38:36] and the leadership of the Bharatiya Janata Party
[00:38:39] have decided that Sant Shiromani
[00:38:42] Ravidas, who spoke of social
[00:38:45] harmony, human
[00:38:47] welfare, and
[00:38:51] Begumpura, where there is no fear, no Jaziya,
[00:38:54] such a Begumpura, where there is justice,
[00:38:58] social respect.
[00:39:01] Sant Guru Ravidas said, "I wish for a kingdom where everyone gets food,
[00:39:04] where no one is small or big, and everyone remains happy."
[00:39:08] All are made of the same clay, meaning
[00:39:12] all are equal children of God. Such a Sant
[00:39:15] Ravidas ji, whose disciples were Meera Bai and Jhali Rani.
[00:39:19] The national leadership of the Bharatiya Janata Party has decided to celebrate the 650th
[00:39:22] birth anniversary of such a Sant Ravidas ji throughout the country, not for one day,
[00:39:26] not for five days, but for seven months continuously.
[00:39:30] Fortunately, I have been made the national convener of this team.
[00:39:33] The 29th, i.e., Guru Purnima,
[00:39:37] was a holy day, and Sant Ravidas ji was
[00:39:41] born in Kashi. Therefore,
[00:39:44] kalash (pots) filled with soil from his land
[00:39:47] were prepared, and on the 29th,
[00:39:50] those kalash were sent to all the states of the country
[00:39:54] by Sant Niranjan Das ji Maharaj, who is the head of that seat,
[00:39:58] and 244 saints who were present on the stage.
[00:40:01] Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Shri Yogi
[00:40:04] Adityanath and our Union Minister Meghwal ji flagged off those kalash.
[00:40:08] This was our beginning, the inauguration of the
[00:40:12] program. And on the 29th itself,
[00:40:15] another program was started,
[00:40:18] which was the Sant Sampark Abhiyan (Saint Contact Campaign).
[00:40:21] All types of saints in the country, whether they are Ravidas saints
[00:40:25] or followers of Kabir Sahib, or those who follow Ambedkar ji,
[00:40:29] or our devotees, or Gurujans,
[00:40:32] or the saints of Lord Ram's temple,
[00:40:36] Krishna's saints, Devi's saints, our saint contact campaign has started,
[00:40:40] which will continue till August 31st.
[00:40:43] On July 29th itself, the Samras Deep
[00:40:46] Abhiyan (Harmony Lamp Campaign) was also launched simultaneously
[00:40:50] across the country. A Deepotsav (festival of lights)
[00:40:53] program was held at more than 51,000 places. In Ravidas temples,
[00:40:57] if there is no temple of Sant Ravidas ji, people expressed their faith and
[00:41:01] devotion by placing his picture and lighting a lamp
[00:41:05] in front of it. A big message of social
[00:41:08] harmony is going out across the country through this program.
[00:41:12] This campaign that you are running,
[00:41:15] how long will it run? You said it will run for nine months till February.
[00:41:19] So what is the target for reaching how many villages? Is there
[00:41:22] a particular state that is more focused? If you look at Sant Ravidas's
[00:41:26] connection, it has been with the entire country, but if you look more, it has been with Punjab
[00:41:30] and Uttar Pradesh. So is there more focus on those states? I think,
[00:41:34] I am saying one thing again, the 685th
[00:41:38] birth anniversary of Sant Ravidas ji
[00:41:40] has just come. No one knew if there would be an election
[00:41:43] in any state, and in India, elections happen in some state or the other
[00:41:47] every two or four months. We can never forget our great men because of this,
[00:41:51] and especially our ideology, the Bharatiya Janata Party, can never
[00:41:54] do this. Whether there are elections or not, for us, saints, sages,
[00:41:58] and our cultural traditions come first. Elections come later.
[00:42:02] And therefore, this is a nationwide
[00:42:05] campaign. This is not a campaign for
[00:42:08] election states. This is a nationwide campaign. Everywhere
[00:42:12] this Kalash Bandhan program of ours, which started
[00:42:15] on July 29th, these Kalash have been sent
[00:42:19] to all states, have reached all provinces.
[00:42:23] On these borders, our Chief Ministers, Deputy CMs, State Presidents,
[00:42:27] and workers of the Bharatiya Janata Party, saints of all
[00:42:31] communities, and people of all social
[00:42:34] classes have honored that sacred pot of soil
[00:42:37] by placing it on their heads. From the border of their state
[00:42:41] to the capital, they have performed
[00:42:44] the worship of the Kalash in dozens of places
[00:42:47] and have somehow placed it in a temple.
[00:42:51] In almost 25 states, the work of distributing Kalash
[00:42:54] has been done on a very large scale in all their
[00:42:58] districts. I myself was in Rajasthan, where in a stadium,
[00:43:01] among 7-8 thousand people, our Bhajanlal Sharma ji
[00:43:05] and Saini ji
[00:43:07] in Gurugram, Haryana. In Roorkee, our
[00:43:10] Chief Minister Dhami ji. Yesterday,
[00:43:14] in Bihar, our honorable Chief Minister Samrat ji,
[00:43:18] Baba ji, Yogi Adityanath ji from Kashi.
[00:43:21] Our Chief Minister
[00:43:25] of Chhattisgarh, our state
[00:43:28] president, all these people are doing this program
[00:43:31] with full force. This is our second
[00:43:34] phase, sending kalash from the state to the districts,
[00:43:38] and from the districts, delivering it to every village,
[00:43:42] every Ravidas temple, and every locality and performing
[00:43:45] worship so that the ideology of Sant Ravidas ji
[00:43:49] for national unity, for social harmony,
[00:43:52] can be conveyed through this. So one phase is this,
[00:43:56] one is Deepotsav, the third program is our Sant
[00:43:59] Sampark, the fourth program of ours is from October
[00:44:03] 5th to November 5th. This is the proposed date.
[00:44:07] On this day, the Samrasata Sankalp
[00:44:11] will start from Jalandhar, so it will be in
[00:44:14] Punjab, it will be in Jammu and Kashmir,
[00:44:18] it will be in Uttarakhand, it will be in Himachal, it will be in Chandigarh,
[00:44:22] it will be in Haryana, it will be in Uttar Pradesh, it will be in Madhya Pradesh,
[00:44:25] it will be in Rajasthan. So by doing these journeys
[00:44:29] and the conclusion of this journey will be at the birthplace of Sant Shri
[00:44:33] Guru Ravidas ji Maharaj. This will last for one month.
[00:44:36] Many sub-journeys will also join in these.
[00:44:40] The main journey will be from the states that will come, and in the end,
[00:44:44] there will be a program called Chhatra Sampark Abhiyan (Student Contact Campaign), Hostel
[00:44:47] Contact Campaign, for our young children, girls, boys,
[00:44:51] colleges, universities.
[00:44:54] What did Ravidas ji say and in what circumstances
[00:44:58] did Ravidas ji say it? When there was inequality,
[00:45:02] when there was the invasion of the Mughal Sultanate, when Sikandar
[00:45:05] Lodi wanted to convert him
[00:45:08] to Islam, when he was a poor saint
[00:45:11] living in a hut, belonging to a poor family,
[00:45:15] even then he did not convert in front of Sikandar Lodi
[00:45:18] and said, "I tell you the truth, give up
[00:45:22] religion, give up life." He has a couplet like this,
[00:45:25] so he did not convert. He envisioned
[00:45:28] Begumpura, "All are made of the same clay,
[00:45:32] if the mind is pure, then Ganga is in the pitcher." There are not just one but many
[00:45:36] such messages that can change the lives of the young
[00:45:40] generation, their direction. They can play an important
[00:45:43] role in nation-building, in society-building.
[00:45:46] Therefore, we will also run the Hostel Contact Campaign. We will do it
[00:45:50] among them. So, the objective behind this campaign is to remind
[00:45:54] the youth once again of what Sant Ravidas and all great saints have said
[00:45:58] and to connect them with Indian culture, we can say.
[00:46:01] Naturally, when we remember
[00:46:05] a great man, when we remember a saint, when we celebrate their
[00:46:08] birth anniversary or martyrdom day, it is natural that people somewhere
[00:46:12] study aspects related to their life, or when
[00:46:16] speakers go, what was great in their life.
[00:46:19] What did they do for the welfare of the country and society,
[00:46:22] disregarding their own family? When their messages,
[00:46:26] their words reach the people, some change happens

[00:46:38] struggles, his positive efforts,
