Let me tell you that the metro train and internet [00:13:04] services, which were affected on Saturday [00:13:06] due to the protest of the Cockroach Janata Party [00:13:10] in Delhi, have now become completely normal. All metro stations in Delhi [00:13:13] have been reopened. Trains are running on their scheduled time and [00:13:17] internet connectivity has also been restored. The Supreme Court has directed [00:13:20] the authorities to ensure the smooth movement of citizens. [00:13:24] Along with this, the protesters have also been instructed to maintain [00:13:27] peace. Meanwhile, India has rejected the comments of the United Nations [00:13:31] Human Rights Commissioner's office regarding the CJP protest. [00:13:35] On the other hand, CJP leaders Abhijit Dipke, Saurabh Das and [00:13:39] Ashutosh Rankha have been released, but conditions have also been [00:13:42] laid down for their release. In Delhi, the traffic system, [00:13:45] metro and internet services, [00:13:47] which were affected on Saturday [00:13:50] due to the protest of the Cockroach [00:13:54] Janata Party, have now become completely normal. During the protest, traffic [00:13:58] was affected in many areas, while some metro stations were closed [00:14:01] as a precautionary measure. Internet services were also [00:14:05] affected, which caused problems for people. [00:14:09] However, all metro stations have now [00:14:13] a sigh of relief to people. Yesterday, there was a lot of [00:14:16] trouble. From Pandav Nagar to here, the auto that we used [00:14:20] to take cost Rs 80 to Rs 100. Yesterday, they were asking for Rs 200 to Rs 300. [00:14:23] Now it's open. All stations have been opened, so it's convenient now. Yes, it's absolutely [00:14:27] convenient. My aunt's daughter was unwell yesterday, so we had a lot of trouble [00:14:31] coming with the whole family. Today it's fine, there's no problem today. All trains [00:14:35] passing through Delhi are now operating normally according [00:14:38] to their scheduled time. The situation at railway [00:14:42] stations also looked normal. With the smooth operation of trains, [00:14:46] passengers have breathed a sigh of relief. Passengers said that with the [00:14:49] normalization of services, their journey has become easier. [00:14:53] After the train services were restored, passengers were satisfied. [00:15:25] Mohana's bench has directed the normal operation of metro [00:15:28] and rail services, restoration of internet connectivity and [00:15:32] smooth movement of citizens in Delhi. The court has issued a notice [00:15:36] to the officials of the Delhi government in this matter and has asked [00:15:39] them to file a compliance report by October 13. The court [00:15:42] also reminded the protesters that protests should be peaceful [00:15:46] and should not incite others. Justice Mohana said, [00:15:50] "All of you who are present here, if you are truly interested [00:15:53] in public interest, please promise that all of you will protest [00:15:57] peacefully and will not provoke any other [00:16:01] person." The Ministry of External Affairs has rejected the comments [00:16:04] of the United Nations Human Rights Commissioner regarding the CJP protest. [00:16:15] India is the world's largest democracy with the right to peaceful assembly is guaranteed [00:16:18] by a constitution and safeguarded by robust [00:16:21] institutions and independent judiciary and a [00:16:24] free media as in every democracy Indian [00:16:28] citizens exercise this right subject to the maintenance [00:16:32] of public order and safety. A law enforcement [00:16:35] authorities act strictly. [00:17:07] The police had taken Dipke and CJP spokespersons Rankha [00:17:11] and Das into custody when they arrived in Delhi [00:17:15] from Mumbai on Saturday [00:17:18] Jantar Mantar 2.0 movement. Their release has been subject [00:17:22] to some conditions, under which they have been instructed [00:17:26] that for the next one year, none of the three will do anything [00:17:29] that disrupts peace or spreads unrest. The court [00:17:32] also made everyone fill a bail bond of 50-5000. However, [00:17:36] the situation in Delhi is now completely normal. The government's message is clear: [00:17:40] everyone has the right to peaceful protest in a democracy, but [00:17:44] anarchy will not be allowed under its guise. [00:17:48] Bureau Report, DD News. [00:17:50] Regarding the protests and restrictions, the Delhi Police says that the CJP [00:17:54] did not follow the conditions of the protest, due to which restrictions had to [00:17:57] be imposed for the safety of the public. [00:17:58] When they were given permission [00:18:02] last time, they did not follow [00:18:06] the law. [00:18:38] Meanwhile, the Delhi Police has also rejected Deepke's allegation [00:18:41] that he was not allowed to talk to his family after his grandmother's [00:18:45] death. [00:18:49] It's like you've made up your mind. If you [00:18:52] also want to go to your grandmother's place, [00:18:56] whatever transport means, bus, [00:18:59] flight, etc., whatever it is, we will arrange it for you. [00:19:02] You will stay here, you don't [00:19:05] want to go. And the second thing [00:19:11] is that if you want to talk to any family [00:19:14] member, then we can also arrange [00:19:18] for you to talk to the person you want to talk [00:19:22] to from our official number. [00:19:25] If you want, give us the number. [00:19:28] I will talk to [00:19:33] my father. Okay, let's see [00:19:35] what we can do. [00:19:37] The news of Abhijit Deepke ji's grandmother's death [00:19:40] reached. [00:19:43] A police officer went to him to deliver this sad news [00:19:46] and asked him about [00:19:49] Flights, calls or whatever he needed, [00:19:53] he was asked with sensitivity. He was repeatedly asked [00:19:56] to talk to his parents, [00:19:59] He was given some time to think after such news, [00:20:03] and then he was asked for help again. This fact has been wrongly [00:20:08] portrayed in the CJP's press conference. [00:20:11] So, we saw how the Delhi Police gave complete [00:20:15] information, and you also heard that audio, in which the conversation [00:20:19] between the Delhi Police and Deepke [00:20:23] happened and how he was given complete information, and he still said [00:20:27] that he would stay here. Meanwhile, as we told you, [00:20:31] many videos of the CJP protest have gone viral, [00:20:34] and the police are constantly on alert. [00:20:38] The police posted on X that the Delhi Police Kamala Market [00:20:41] Police Station has taken suo motu cognizance of a video [00:20:45] going viral on social media. In this video, [00:20:49] a male protester is allegedly being beaten up. [00:20:52] The police immediately took action and initiated legal proceedings. [00:20:56] All four people involved in the incident have been identified and their whereabouts [00:20:59] have been traced. Further legal action is being taken [00:21:03] according to law. The Delhi Police is committed [00:21:07] to taking appropriate action against incidents of violence [00:21:11] and promptly addressing such complaints. [00:21:15] And a video of people traveling [00:21:15] dangerously on train roofs [00:21:20] is going viral on social media. It is being claimed that people [00:21:24] are arriving in Delhi to participate in the protest at Jantar Mantar. [00:21:29] (PIB) fact-checked this video and called it misleading. [00:21:33] Calling it propaganda, it was informed that this video [00:21:36] is being circulated in a wrong context by linking [00:21:40] it to current events. This video [00:21:43] is not related to any protest at Jantar Mantar or protesters [00:21:46] arriving in Delhi. The PIB clarified that it is necessary [00:21:50] to be cautious of such misleading claims. Before sharing [00:21:54] any video, its authenticity must be verified. [00:21:57] And BJP Leader of Opposition [00:22:05] Rahul Gandhi's statement in Chennai that the Government of India [00:22:08] disrespects the Tamil language has been termed baseless. [00:22:12] BJP spokesperson Dr. Sudhanshu Trivedi, in a press conference, [00:22:16] refuted all the claims of the Leader of Opposition. He said that under [00:22:19] the leadership of PM Modi, the Tamil language has been fully respected. [00:22:23] Efforts are being made to establish the Tamil language not only at the national [00:22:27] but also at the international level. Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi [00:22:30] once again in Chennai [00:22:34] made baseless, absurd, groundless [00:22:37] allegations against our government [00:22:40] and Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi [00:22:42] ji. He said that the Tamil [00:22:45] language is being attacked due to NEET, [00:22:49] which is completely wrong. The reality [00:22:52] is that the Tamil language has been fully [00:22:55] respected during the tenure of Prime [00:22:59] Minister Modi. And efforts have been made [00:23:03] to establish it at [00:23:06] the international level, not just [00:23:09] nationally, to its various [00:23:12] dimensions. During this, Saveti mentioned [00:23:15] various efforts being made by the Government of India [00:23:19] for the promotion of language and Tamil culture. [00:23:22] He said that when the sacred Sengol, a symbol of Tamil culture, [00:23:26] was being installed in the country's Parliament, [00:23:29] the Congress opposed it. He further said that from presenting [00:23:33] the Tamil text Thiruvalluvar to Russian President Putin [00:23:37] to starting the world's first Thiruvalluvar Cultural Center [00:23:40] in Singapore, it shows how [00:23:43] Tamil culture has gained not only national [00:23:47] but also international recognition under the leadership of PM Modi. [00:23:51] when the secret sangol has been put in the new parliament [00:23:55] building which [00:23:59] revered symbol of eternal [00:24:02] tamil culture then the congress opposed last [00:24:06] month you have seen that honorable prime minister has presented thir [00:24:09] kural to putin [00:24:12] russian president is the most respected [00:24:16] tamil literature government of india has started thiruval culture. [00:24:50] He said that Rahul Gandhi is currently welcoming Starlink, while about a year [00:24:54] ago, Congress leader Jairam Ramesh was pointing out Starlink's mistakes. [00:24:57] He asked why Congress always supports foreign [00:25:02] Today, if we look at India, [00:25:05] 1 GB of data costs Rs 15 to Rs 16 per month [00:25:09] in India, whereas in America, [00:25:13] the same 1 GB of data costs Rs 550 to Rs 600 [00:25:16] per month. Mr. Gandhi, [00:25:22] you are welcoming Starlink. We want to ask, [00:25:25] just a year ago, your [00:25:28] enlightened faces, learned [00:25:32] faces, Jairam Ramesh ji, were expressing all their [00:25:35] wisdom about what was wrong [00:25:39] with giving Starlink, and today you are with them. [00:25:43] Why does Congress always side with foreign powers? [00:25:46] What is the data cost in America? [00:25:50] Per GB data per month in Indian currency [00:25:54] is Rs 550 to Rs 600 per month, and in India it is [00:25:57] Rs 15 to Rs 16. Whose side are you batting for, [00:26:01] Rahul Gandhi ji? Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi [00:26:04] Adityanath reached Devipatan Temple in Balrampur [00:26:08] on the first day of Navratri to offer prayers. [00:26:12] He worshipped nine girls in the temple premises and presented them with chunri [00:26:15] and gifts. During this, he participated in the Shiksha ki Udan [00:26:19] ceremony on the occasion of International [00:26:23] motivated students to study by giving them study tables, educational [00:26:27] material and blessings letters in this program. [00:26:30] CM Yogi, while addressing the program, said that wherever [00:26:36] themselves reside there. He also said that whether it is [00:26:39] a daughter, a sister or any woman, her safety is a top priority [00:26:43] for all of us. Along with this, the Chief Minister [00:26:47] also distributed various educational [00:26:50] materials to the students in the program organized under the Shiksha [00:26:54] ki Udan [00:26:59] initiative. Wherever women are worshipped, [00:27:03] deities themselves reside [00:27:07] there, and wherever [00:27:10] the dignity of women is insulted, [00:27:14] that place becomes like hell [00:27:17] in itself. That society which [00:27:20] cannot worship and honor [00:27:24] women's power cannot touch [00:27:27] the heights of development. Whether it is a daughter, [00:27:31] a sister, or any [00:27:34] woman, her safety is a top priority [00:27:38] for all of us, and the Mission Shakti [00:27:42] campaign is being run in Uttar Pradesh [00:27:45] in the same sequence. The internal conflict [00:27:49] and turmoil within the Uttar Pradesh Congress headquarters in Lucknow [00:27:52] has increased to such an extent that the party office [00:27:56] seemed to have turned into an arena. During the swearing-in ceremony [00:28:00] of the new state president Aradhana Mishra Mona, [00:28:03] shoes and slippers were thrown at the Congress headquarters. According [00:28:07] to information, the entire dispute started when the supporters of former [00:28:11] state president Ajay Rai were allegedly misbehaved [00:28:14] with during the taking over of the new state president. [00:28:18] Enraged by this insult, former state president Ajay Rai [00:28:22] immediately sat on a dharna with his supporters in the party office. [00:28:26] In no time, the atmosphere between the two groups became so tense [00:28:30] that the heated arguments turned into a fight, due to which [00:28:33] there was chaos in the party office. Seeing the situation worsening, [00:28:37] MP Pramod Tiwari and Imran [00:28:42] Masood reached there, after which Ajay Rai got up from the dharna [00:28:45] and left. The National Investigation Agency [00:28:49] arrested another accused from West Bengal on Saturday. This arrest [00:28:52] was made in connection with a terrorist conspiracy hatched [00:28:56] by a branch of the banned terrorist organization Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen [00:28:59] Bangladesh (JMB). During the arrest, [00:29:03] several digital devices, including mobile phones [00:29:06] and memory cards, were seized from the accused. [00:29:09] Earlier, on September 29, the NIA had arrested 13 accused [00:29:13] in this case after conducting search operations at 16 locations [00:29:16] in Assam, West Bengal and Kerala. And earlier [00:29:20] (i.e. on June 25, 2026), the agency had filed [00:29:23] a charge sheet against 11 accused in the NIA special court [00:29:26] in Guwahati under various sections of the Indian Justice Code [00:29:30] 2023 and the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act 1967. [00:29:33] The NIA investigation has revealed that the accused [00:29:37] were involved in the conspiracy hatched by Imam Mahar [00:29:41] Qafila. The accused are charged with organizing secret meetings, [00:29:44] running programs that promote religious extremism, distributing extremist [00:29:47] literature, and misusing digital platforms like Telegram. [00:29:51] According to the investigating agency, these mediums were used [00:29:54] to radicalize people and spread anti-India propaganda. [00:29:57] On the occasion of the 124th [00:30:00] birth anniversary of Loknayak Jayaprakash Narayan, [00:30:04] the book "Naam Hai Jayaprakash" was released in New Delhi. [00:30:08] This book by Prashant Anand was released by Rajya Sabha [00:30:11] Deputy Chairman Harivansh. Senior journalist and Indira [00:30:14] Ram Bahadur Rai, president of Gandhi National Art Center, participated as the chief guest [00:30:18] in the release ceremony. Harivansh highlighted the life values [00:30:22] of Jaiprakash Narayan, his determination, and his sensitivity towards [00:30:26] the person standing at the last rung of society. He recalled Jaiprakash Narayan's contribution [00:30:29] from social change to total revolution. At the same time, Ram Bahadur Rai [00:30:33] shed light on Jaiprakash Narayan's thoughts [00:30:37] and his vision regarding the system of governance. [00:30:40] He talked about [00:30:43] the attempt to build the character of society by staying away from power [00:30:46] and the attempt to raise [00:30:48] those issues. Many years ago, Sarv Seva [00:30:52] Sangh used to print many of his books. There I found a book, which was almost [00:30:56] eaten by termites. It was very thin. [00:30:58] And he had mentioned [00:31:02] a problem which no one used to raise or talk about in his time. [00:31:06] No one used to discuss it. But JP had the courage to say [00:31:10] that we should think about these things. That is our country, our part [00:31:13] of this country in this form. [00:31:45] The author of the book, Prashant Anand, said that inspired by the supremacy of public [00:31:48] interest in Jaiprakash Narayan's life and the concept of Sarvodaya, he has written [00:31:52] this book. [00:31:56] Keeping public interest in mind, whether it is about changing one's views [00:32:00] or changing one's program, Jaiprakash ji [00:32:03] always strived for the welfare of the country, the nation, and the society. [00:32:07] How to make efforts for the welfare of the people at the lowest rung of society, [00:32:11] how to do this work with cooperation, how to do it with Sarvodaya, [00:32:15] this is the core of JP's ideas. I think that if even a few people [00:32:19] can understand and learn through this book, [00:32:23] then this effort will be [00:32:25] successful. Now, let's talk about Bokaro, where two workers died [00:32:29] after coming into contact with gas at the Vedanta ESL Steel Limited plant. [00:32:33] The deceased have been identified as Sohan Mahto, a resident of Hazaribagh, and Sameer Ansari, [00:32:37] a resident of Nandbad. According to the company, one of the deceased [00:32:41] was its employee and the other was a worker of its business partner. After coming into contact with the gas, [00:32:45] both were taken to the hospital, where they died. [00:32:48] After the incident, there is anger among the families of the deceased and the workers. [00:32:52] The families have accused the plant management of negligence in safety. They claim that both workers [00:32:56] were sent inside without oxygen cylinders and nose masks. [00:32:59] They also alleged delay in reaching the hospital due to non-availability of ambulance [00:33:03] at the spot. Meanwhile, ESLC [00:33:06] Limited expressed grief over the incident and assured all possible assistance [00:33:10] to the affected families and an independent inquiry into the matter. [00:33:13] is. [00:33:17] My child had left from there. His hospital, his [00:33:20] ambulance also arrived in half an hour. After the BF gas hit, [00:33:24] the ambulance was informed and during that time [00:33:27] the ambulance arrived in half an hour. If it had happened half an hour earlier, [00:33:31] perhaps we would not have had to go through the scene of death today. [00:33:34] The HOD is fully responsible for this. [00:33:38] When you, HOD, are sending children underground, [00:33:41] safety was necessary. You... You... [00:33:45] You did not provide oxygen cylinders. You did not provide nose masks [00:33:49] which are related to gas safety. Safety [00:33:51] is [00:33:54] and now let's talk about Sharadiya Navratri, whose inauguration [00:33:57] has taken place. In famous temples across the country, a large number of devotees [00:34:01] were seen throughout the day offering prayers to the Mother Goddess [00:34:05] with full faith and enthusiasm. Let's see how this great festival [00:34:09] of faith is being celebrated across the country [00:34:12] in this report. [00:34:18] The auspicious festival of Sharadiya Navratri has begun. On the first day [00:34:22] of this nine-day festival, prayers are being offered to Maa Shailputri, [00:34:26] the first form of Maa Durga, in temples across the country [00:34:29] with rituals. On the first day of Navratri, [00:34:33] Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited the Jalakandeswar Temple [00:34:36] in Chennai and offered prayers to Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati, [00:34:40] and extended Navratri greetings to the countrymen. [00:34:43] Since morning, devotees have been thronging the famous temples [00:34:47] across the country, and the atmosphere is filled with devotion [00:34:50] with chants of "Jai Mata Di". You can see in these pictures that [00:34:54] since morning, from Mata Vaishno Devi Dham in Jammu to the famous Vindhyachal [00:34:57] Dham in Mirzapur and Maa Mansa Devi Temple [00:35:01] in Haridwar, many famous temples are thronged with devotees. [00:35:05] Devotees are having darshan of Maa [00:35:08] At the same time, in Chhatarpur and Jhandewalan Temple [00:35:12] in Delhi, a crowd of devotees was also seen. [00:35:16] On the occasion of Navratri, temples have been decorated [00:35:19] and special pujas are being performed. In the famous Vindhyachal [00:35:23] Dham of Mirzapur, the Navratri fair also started with the darshan, special adornment, [00:35:27] and Mangala Aarti of Maa Vindhyavasini. Devotees who came from far and wide [00:35:30] offered coconut, chunri, flowers, and prasad [00:35:34] and wished for prosperity, health, and the happiness of their families. [00:35:38] It is the first day of Navratri and we have had darshan [00:35:41] of Mata Rani on the very first day. It felt very good. I pray to Mata Rani [00:35:45] to remove all my upcoming troubles. It is a matter of great fortune [00:35:48] that we had darshan on the first day of Navratri. [00:35:52] Mother has a lot of grace, and it is very [00:35:55] rare for people to be able to do this. [00:35:59] Meanwhile, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath [00:36:02] offered prayers at Maa Pateshwari Devi Temple in Devipatan, Balrampur, [00:36:06] on the first day of Sharadiya Navratri. On the first day of Navratri, [00:36:10] a huge crowd has been seen in the famous temples of Mata [00:36:13] across the country from morning till night. There is also great enthusiasm among devotees [00:36:17] Bureau [00:36:21] Report, DD News. [00:36:24] You saw that today, the inauguration [00:36:29] of Sharade Navratri across the country was celebrated with religious fervor [00:36:32] and devotion. In Maharashtra, special rituals, [00:36:36] including Ghatasthapana, were performed in temples and Shaktipeeths. [00:36:39] In Chandrapur, the Navratri festival began [00:36:42] with traditional rituals and grand Mahaharati [00:36:45] at Maa Mahakali Temple. On the first day, thousands of devotees had darshan. [00:36:48] Meanwhile, at Shri Mahalakshmi Ambabai Temple in Kolhapur, [00:36:52] about 20 lakh devotees are expected to arrive during Navratri. [00:36:55] Here, the traditional [00:37:27] Chabina procession of the 15 communities will be [00:37:31] the center [00:37:34] of attraction. On the first day of Navratri, devotees thronged the Shaktipeeth [00:37:38] of Maa Idana in Salumber, Rajasthan. [00:37:41] This temple is located about 22 [00:37:45] kilometers from the headquarters in the Mewal region. According to popular belief, fire automatically [00:37:49] ignites around the idol of the Mother Goddess, due to which the chunaris and threads [00:37:52] offered to the Mother Goddess burn to ashes. [00:37:56] Devotees consider this to be the fire bath of the Mother Goddess. [00:37:59] Due to this unique feature, the Mother Goddess's court is located in an open courtyard. [00:38:03] During Navratri, thousands of devotees come here for darshan of the Mother Goddess. [00:38:06] Upon fulfillment of wishes, devotees also offer trishul [00:38:10] to the Mother Goddess. The Mother Goddess [00:38:12] accepts the prayers of those who come with faith. [00:38:16] She listens to their pleas. Whether it's paralysis, [00:38:19] any disease, anything, she helps them a lot. Those [00:38:23] whose wishes are fulfilled, those who don't have children, [00:38:26] they come here and have children. And paralysis, Navratri, Sunday, [00:38:30] there is a lot of crowd. [00:38:33] And [00:38:42] on King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. [00:38:46] The Ministry of External Affairs issued a statement expressing grief over the loss of life [00:38:50] and property in the attack on October 10 [00:38:53] and other recent attacks. India expressed condolences to the families [00:38:57] of the deceased and wished the injured a speedy recovery. [00:39:00] Calling the attacks on Indian citizens and civilian infrastructure [00:39:03] completely unacceptable, India demanded their immediate cessation. [00:39:07] India also expressed solidarity with the government and people [00:39:11] of Saudi Arabia in defending its sovereignty [00:39:15] and expressed hope for early peace and normalcy in the region. [00:39:18] is [00:39:19] Let's talk about Bangladesh, [00:39:22] where a case of blackening the portrait of Rabindranath Tagore [00:39:26] has come to light in Dhaka, the capital. On Saturday, some people [00:39:30] tried to erase Tagore's picture outside the Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy [00:39:33] in the Segun Bagicha area. In this case, the police have detained [00:39:37] four people. Meanwhile, a rickshaw driver [00:39:41] cleaned the black ink on the picture with the help of water and a cloth. [00:39:44] When his pictures went viral on social media, people [00:39:48] appreciated [00:39:49] it. [00:39:54] US President Donald Trump has claimed that Russia and [00:39:58] have agreed on an energy ceasefire, meaning to stop attacks on energy [00:40:01] facilities. According to Trump, this agreement [00:40:05] was to be implemented immediately. He shared information [00:40:09] about this agreement on the social media platform Truth Social. [00:40:12] However, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that he was not [00:40:16] aware of this agreement announced by Trump. [00:40:19] According to a report, Zelensky [00:40:22] to stop attacks on energy facilities, provided that Russia also stops [00:40:26] attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure. [00:40:30] This announcement comes at a time when tensions persist [00:40:33] over continued attacks on energy facilities between Russia and Ukraine. [00:40:37] Zelensky clarified that any ceasefire requires the participation of both sides [00:40:41] and concrete guarantees. Currently, official confirmation [00:40:45] of this agreement from Russia and Ukraine and detailed information [00:40:48] regarding its scope and implementation has not been [00:44:18] 25 years as the head of the government in public life. [00:44:22] A long journey of 25 years, a journey that has written many new chapters [00:44:26] in the politics and governance of the country, from Gujarat to Delhi. [00:44:29] DD News is running a series compiling [00:44:33] 25 years of Narendra Modi's public life, in which we are telling the story [00:44:36] of leadership decisions and the changing India [00:44:40] in 25 years. So let's watch our special series Jan Seva Se [00:44:44] Desh Seva 25 Saal. [00:45:22] In this special series of Jan Seva Se Desh Seva, we have brought the stories [00:45:26] of those people who have felt this wind of change. [00:45:29] The government's scheme, Prime Minister Modi's inspiration, [00:45:33] and their own hard work have changed the picture completely. In the context of change, [00:45:37] today's story is about Amit Singh. [00:45:57] We are currently in Kotputli district and our village is Korpura [00:46:00] Bhalozi. [00:46:05] I got admission in MBBS in 2005 from SPMC College, Bikaner. [00:46:09] I did my MBBS and in 2012 [00:46:12] I again took admission in MS Post Graduation in Jodhpur [00:46:16] SNMC. I passed out from there in 2015. After that, I worked in Kotputli. [00:46:20] Until now, I do my private practice as an orthopedic surgeon. [00:46:24] First [00:46:28] of all, when we were studying in Bikaner, we went somewhere once [00:46:31] to Kodamdesh, a place there. So there was [00:46:35] a solar plant being installed. So we went [00:46:38] there to see it. [00:46:53] And this is a very good thing, because before this, [00:46:56] there used to be a big problem of electricity here. [00:47:00] I mean, electricity used to come and go. [00:47:02] The sun [00:47:05] used to rise before and it is rising now also. We are converting it into electricity and using [00:47:09] it for our personal work. So there could not [00:47:11] have been anything better than this for us. [00:47:13] This [00:47:19] is a component of the government's PM Kusum scheme. This police came, [00:47:23] this police want our work to be done very well. [00:47:27] Our plant was commissioned [00:47:33] on April 1, 2021. It became operational. [00:47:37] It was the first plant [00:47:40] in the country under PM Kusum Component [00:47:42] A. Our one megawatt capacity plant [00:47:46] produces an average of 12,000 units [00:47:49] per month. And our bill [00:47:53] is around 4 lakhs. 4 lakhs are credited [00:47:57] to our account. [00:47:58] Seeing the improved payment system, [00:48:06] we took more risks, and by taking risks, we installed [00:48:10] two more plants, which are also running very well today. [00:48:14] And today, it has been 5 years since we started running them. [00:48:17] A total of 6 megawatt plants have been installed by us, [00:48:21] and our daily production is 70 to 8000. [00:49:01] Earlier, we used to treat an individual. [00:49:05] If someone had an injury in the leg or their pain went away, then we [00:49:09] used to try to treat them. And that too, [00:49:13] one used to get mental satisfaction when there was a smile on the person's face. [00:49:16] And after that, when we came into this energy sector, [00:49:20] we became producers of this energy. [00:49:24] So this energy also, in a way, runs in everyone's veins, [00:49:28] and lights up every house, so we get satisfaction there too. [00:49:32] When people in the village say, "Doctor, after this plant was installed, the electricity started [00:49:35] coming properly." "Now our electricity doesn't get cut." [00:49:39] So we feel quite good, I mean, the level [00:49:43] of satisfaction becomes different. So that smile [00:49:45] on the face and that feeling, it's a different thing. This motivates [00:49:49] us a lot. The government [00:50:02] is very cooperative in this. [00:50:06] I mean, you can't say that they have made a very transparent [00:50:09] system that you apply and it will come out. [00:50:13] There are no such hurdles [00:50:15] in the scheme. [00:50:20] The best thing about it was that Prime Minister Modi kept in mind the common man [00:50:24] and simplified the tender process in this scheme [00:50:27] so much that even a common man could apply. But he kept [00:50:31] everyone in mind and gave [00:50:34] 500 people employment or [00:50:37] 100 employment or [00:50:41] rather, he created a discrete system [00:50:43] so that not just one place, but all places [00:50:47] develop equally, so that the whole of Rajasthan develops. [00:50:50] And with that in mind, he probably did this work, [00:50:54] which proved to be a boon for us. [00:51:07] I have been practicing for 10 years, I mean, almost in Kotputli. [00:51:11] Earlier, people used to know us as bone doctors. [00:51:14] And then, as we started the solar work [00:51:17] under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, understood this scheme, [00:51:21] and as our plants were installed, people nearby came to know, [00:51:24] so now our identity has changed a little bit. [00:51:28] Earlier, our identity was that of a bone doctor, now it is known as [00:51:31] the solar plant doctor. [00:51:35] The challenges we faced were first of all our land. [00:51:38] The land was our own. And the second challenge [00:51:42] came in drawing the transmission line. There was some difficulty [00:51:46] in drawing the line that no one refused. [00:51:49] We did all the work by counseling. The third biggest problem [00:51:52] was finance. There was a finance problem [00:51:56] that in the beginning, it was a new work, so people did not trust it, [00:52:00] bankers also did not trust it much that whether these people [00:52:03] will survive or not. But as our plant started running, [00:52:07] their myths changed and now finance is very easy. [00:52:10] You can do it without any security or collateral. [00:52:13] The government takes some guarantee from them. [00:52:17] The government guarantees the bank [00:52:19] from Prime Minister Modi's side. [00:52:23] Rajasthan, I mean, is probably leading the country in energy [00:52:26] production. And especially in solar, [00:52:29] it will remain at the top. No one can compete [00:52:33] with our Rajasthan. [00:52:37] Modi ji's support was very much there. [00:52:40] Support in the sense that the government never created obstacles [00:52:44] for us, saying that "if you do this, only then will we work." [00:52:47] It was not like that. The policy was flexible [00:52:51] and in our favor. And the Prime Minister's [00:52:55] dream was that everyone should become an energy provider. [00:52:58] In that chain, we are small, I mean, not small, [00:53:01] I mean, small, we are dedicating ourselves to them by making a small effort. [00:53:05] And we will continue this effort as long as their blessings are with us. [00:53:28] So [00:53:33] you saw how a big change is being seen at the ground [00:53:36] level, inspired by the Prime Minister in this special series. For now, [00:53:40] that's all in this bulletin. Please allow us to bid farewell. Namaskar. [00:53:59] Every morning, a new beginning, the story of India growing day [00:54:02] and night.
