[00:00:00] short term, an additional 3 million tons, almost [00:00:03] 5 million in total, this is the volume of diesel fuel [00:00:07] that Russia will supply to American and global markets, [00:00:11] Donald Trump announced this on October 9 in his [00:00:14] social media. Thanks to our full control over the Strait of [00:00:18] Hormuz and this great news regarding Russian energy resources, [00:00:22] diesel prices for Americans and indeed worldwide [00:00:25] will fall to record low levels, and this will happen [00:00:29] quickly. According to Trump, lower prices for citizens [00:00:33] are his top priority. On the same day, the US Treasury issued a general [00:00:36] license for operations with Russian fuel, its import, as [00:00:40] well as the provision of services for sea transportation, which were banned [00:00:43] since March 2022. [00:00:46] року. [00:00:50] While Trump and Putin negotiated by phone, Zelensky hosted [00:00:53] delegates from Congress in Kyiv, and negotiations in the [00:00:57] Ukraine-Europe-US format continued in Miami. [00:01:00] These ended prematurely, there will be no second day, - reported [00:01:04] a Radio Svoboda journalist. The President of Ukraine stated in an interview with Axios [00:01:07] that Washington used peace talks [00:01:10] as a cover for a deal with Russia. [00:01:14] In any case, it all goes to war against people, [00:01:18] against Ukraine, against all of us. I [00:01:21] believe that our team [00:01:24] is simply being used as a cover, and this [00:01:28] is certainly unfair, it's... Definitely not partner-like, and [00:01:31] this, in my opinion, is a weak decision. [00:01:35] Axios also provides details of the meeting in Miami. Thus, a Ukrainian [00:01:38] official told the publication that Americans threatened to stop [00:01:42] intelligence sharing if Ukraine continued to strike [00:01:46] Russian oil refineries. And a US representative added: Trump wants [00:01:49] this to be a unilateral act, as he does not consider attacks on [00:01:53] oil refineries to be equivalent to strikes on [00:01:56] Ukrainian energy infrastructure. The reaction of the UK government, a country [00:02:00] participating in the meeting in Miami, was also quite [00:02:03] clear. We will continue to work closely [00:02:06] with international partners to provide [00:02:09] Ukraine with the military and financial support it needs for [00:02:12] self-defense. We will also maintain pressure on Russia through [00:02:15] the toughest sanctions regime ever [00:02:19] applied by the United Kingdom. Fuel prices are not just another [00:02:23] attempt by Trump to stop his declining rating and push [00:02:26] Republicans into Congress during the midterm elections, but [00:02:30] hope for further big deals with Putin, according to [00:02:33] political scientist, head of the analytical center Business Capital, Vadym [00:02:37] Denysenko, because 5 million tons is a pittance, [00:02:40] only a month of US [00:02:42] consumption. [00:02:47] Why did Washington, as the largest diesel exporter, decide to buy [00:02:50] it in such almost imperceptible portions, because [00:02:54] Ukraine, which currently lacks it itself, - explained [00:02:58] journalist Vitaliy Portnikov in his YouTube channel. [00:03:02] According to him, Putin received a complete and obvious diplomatic [00:03:05] victory over Trump, the deal itself is a bribe for the Kremlin leader. [00:03:09] In order for the Russian president to [00:03:13] quickly agree to sell foreign assets to the [00:03:16] Lukoil company to representatives close to [00:03:20] Trump's family and the closest entourage of the American [00:03:24] president. In fact, we are witnessing the [00:03:28] search for ways to conclude that deal, and [00:03:32] not a peaceful process. Portnikov predicts [00:03:35] that a jump in diesel prices is unlikely to save Trump from defeat in [00:03:39] the elections, and Ukraine will continue to strike Russian oil refineries. [00:03:42] Therefore, if Washington needs diesel, they should negotiate [00:03:46] an energy truce. Meanwhile, the Financial [00:03:49] Times published the reaction of a Ukrainian official to [00:03:53] the agreement. I quote: "We will burn their [00:03:56] oil refineries." Yulia Honko, glory. [00:04:00] Over the past few days, there have been many statements and [00:04:04] decisions of the [00:04:07] US presidential administration. Trump talked a lot [00:04:10] about an energy truce, about [00:04:14] what Putin wants, and how [00:04:17] the United States of America is ready to support [00:04:21] the aspirations of the Kremlin [00:04:24] dictator in order to give, as [00:04:28] Trump said, a lot of cheap oil to the world. [00:04:31] We have Mykhailo Honchar, President of the [00:04:34] Center for Globalistics Strategy 21, on the line. He [00:04:37] knows exactly what Trump wants, or what [00:04:41] is true, what is manipulation by [00:04:44] the President of the United States of America, Mr. Mykhailo, we [00:04:58] look, the situation... how Trump indeed clings [00:05:02] to this agreement like a straw, but the realities [00:05:06] are completely different, I [00:05:08] don't want to tell you that [00:05:11] the United States is the largest producer of petroleum [00:05:15] products and diesel, [00:05:19] exporter and so on, and [00:05:22] therefore, in principle, all these things are not needed [00:05:26] by the United States, but, [00:05:29] the situation looks like it is indeed about [00:05:33] a serious deal [00:05:35] on the foreign assets of the Luk Oil company, and we saw these [00:05:39] publications that show how [00:05:42] Trump's inner circle wants to make money [00:05:45] from this, and therefore this is a kind of fixed [00:05:49] idea, but that's not all. For [00:05:52] Putin, from my point of view, the initiator [00:05:56] of all these diesel affairs, [00:05:59] ah, was precisely the Kremlin, because it is painful for him, [00:06:03] all these blows of Ukrainian [00:06:06] drones on oil refining facilities, [00:06:10] and the option of, so to speak, pressing [00:06:14] Ukraine, well, Putin does not have, well, except, [00:06:18] of course, by military means, but there [00:06:21] is no progress, so from here, [00:06:25] understanding Trump's greed and [00:06:28] his Putinophilia, [00:06:31] well, perhaps along the track of Dmitriev Vitkov, well, [00:06:35] a certain request was made [00:06:38] that the White House influence [00:06:42] Kyiv's behavior, and that is what [00:06:45] we are currently observing, in fact, and [00:06:49] moreover, in an increasingly harsh form, it is no [00:06:52] longer so much about an energy truce, as it can be [00:06:56] understood, but about the fact that Ukraine should practically unilaterally [00:06:59] stop strikes on Russian [00:07:03] oil refineries, and that's a completely different [00:07:07] thing. And I think that behind all this, we are still [00:07:10] behind this deal around the foreign assets of Lukoil, where [00:07:14] it's approximately about 20-22 billion [00:07:17] dollars, the total value of assets, and if [00:07:20] they are currently under sanctions, then they cost [00:07:24] less, they can be obtained at a low price, [00:07:27] then all this is removed from sanctions, because it's a different [00:07:31] owner, and accordingly, everything starts working [00:07:34] further and everyone gets good profits not once in [00:07:38] the form of a bonus, but, so to speak, systematically for many years. Mr. [00:07:41] Mykhailo, what are the profits, what are we talking about, what amounts are we talking about and who [00:07:45] specifically will receive these profits, so that we can talk concretely with you. [00:07:49] Well, look, in essence, we are talking about [00:07:52] those names that are unknown to us, but these are [00:07:55] business partners of both the sons and Steve [00:07:59] Vitkov himself, and also Jared Kushner, [00:08:02] and there is a rather convoluted scheme, that is, everything is done in such a way [00:08:06] that this consortium of interested [00:08:09] parties, where Arab sheikhs are also present, [00:08:12] well, created the appearance that all this is such an independent [00:08:16] deal, where simply, uh, Vitkov and [00:08:19] Kushner, well, played, played the role of such [00:08:22] communicators, for the sake of peace, mhm, and [00:08:25] prosperity, and behind the wrapper [00:08:29] of this multinational consortium [00:08:32] will practically stand the interests of precisely this [00:08:36] kind of mafia-like, in essence, [00:08:39] Trump's clan, and there is a lot of money, because... you say, there [00:08:43] are many involved, this means that there are some very large assets hidden [00:08:46] behind it, enough for everyone, well, well, [00:08:50] of course, of course, that's why it's taking so long, [00:08:53] and even more so Lukoil is that Russian company that [00:08:56] has a whole range of assets abroad, unlike other [00:08:59] Russian companies that operated mainly in Russia, because Russia [00:09:03] also has a lot of oil and so on, and Lukoil, its strategy there [00:09:07] since ancient times, as it is called, was not only to [00:09:10] develop fields in [00:09:12] Russia or, say, in the northern sector of the Caspian, [00:09:16] but also to go to the Middle [00:09:19] East, where there are also, especially in Iraq, [00:09:23] considerable production assets [00:09:26] of Lukoil. Thus, from here, it is quite [00:09:30] clear the interest of Arab sheikhs from the same [00:09:33] Emirates, who are interested, because these assets [00:09:37] are nearby, as they say, well, and at the same time they disguise, [00:09:41] so to speak, this corruption. deal, well, under the guise [00:09:44] of such an international [00:09:46] agreement, [00:09:49] where many interested parties, and everything will simply [00:09:52] work, further saturate the oil market, [00:09:56] prices will fall, and so on and so forth. By the way, by the way, we [00:10:00] have a synchronized Donald Trump, the president of the United [00:10:03] States of America, about the fact that Putin supposedly really wants the end of the war [00:10:07] against Ukraine and is ready to give the world a lot of cheap oil, [00:10:10] let's listen. [00:10:15] He would like to reach an agreement, President Putin is very eager [00:10:18] to settle, and look, he is releasing large volumes of oil [00:10:22] into the world market, which is good, and by the way, at a very low [00:10:25] price, [00:10:29] can Putin now give a lot of oil, cheap oil [00:10:32] to the world, as Trump says, well, considering the blows he has already [00:10:36] received from the Ukrainian defense forces on [00:10:39] oil refineries. Well, if we are talking about crude oil, [00:10:42] then Putin, thanks to such non-sanctions, is [00:10:46] supplying oil to the world market, however, [00:10:49] not cheap oil in fact, [00:10:52] and in fact, the situation looks [00:10:55] like this, if we return to the topic of diesel, that in [00:10:58] essence, [00:11:00] the actions of the Ukrainian defense forces, they are working [00:11:04] in favor of American [00:11:06] companies that refine [00:11:09] oil, and thanks to the actions of the Ukrainian defense [00:11:13] forces, the market niche [00:11:16] of Russian diesel, which was on the European [00:11:19] market, or, for example, in Brazil, which was [00:11:23] perhaps the largest importer of Russian diesel, American [00:11:27] producers came there. Uh-huh. [00:11:29] And this, by the way, is what our diplomacy [00:11:32] underestimates, when it needs to show that large [00:11:36] American companies have a considerable [00:11:39] profit from the strikes of the Ukrainian [00:11:42] defense forces and the destruction of Russian [00:11:46] oil refining. For some reason, we somehow [00:11:49] bypass this [00:11:51] by silence, we need to talk about it. From this [00:11:55] point of view, of course, when Trump talks [00:11:59] about cheap Russian oil, well, that's populism, [00:12:02] in fact, the situation with these oil [00:12:06] prices suits American oil companies very well, [00:12:10] in fact, but it does not suit [00:12:13] Trump due to the high prices at [00:12:16] gas stations, [00:12:19] but this is also a problem and a consequence [00:12:22] of that badly [00:12:25] conducted military campaign against Iran, well, where [00:12:29] of course, Trump won in [00:12:31] his imagination, but in fact, this is what [00:12:34] keeps prices for oil and accordingly for [00:12:38] refined products at high levels, and that is what [00:12:41] prevents Trump and Republicans or [00:12:44] Trumpists, well, at least from maintaining their current [00:12:48] positions after the midterm elections [00:12:51] on November 3, so we will hear a lot [00:12:55] of nonsense from Trump, but one way or another, his main [00:12:59] track, which fits into [00:13:02] the canon, who is to blame, Biden, [00:13:05] Ukraine, Europeans, so now [00:13:08] Ukraine has come into the spotlight so powerfully, [00:13:11] Zelensky, who spoils everything, who Putin [00:13:15] wants peace, and Zelensky wants to fight further and so on, [00:13:19] so this pressure must be endured, it is possible to strike [00:13:23] not only at oil refineries. And the brilliant Ukrainian defense [00:13:26] forces struck, for example, at the Samara [00:13:30] site, which plays a fundamental role in [00:13:32] Russia's pipeline system, and actually, [00:13:36] from where oil is supplied to a number [00:13:38] of oil [00:13:41] refineries, no oil at the input, no diesel at the [00:13:44] output, therefore the situation [00:13:48] is not hopeless, especially under circumstances when we are [00:13:51] being imposed an absolutely asymmetrical [00:13:55] solution in favor of Russia, even given the fact that [00:13:59] during this day, there has already been a transformation [00:14:02] of Trump's position to a more rigid [00:14:05] approach, that Ukraine must practically unilaterally [00:14:09] cease, or there is such a strange symmetry, [00:14:13] that the parties do not strike each other's oil refining [00:14:16] capacities, well, we have different oil refining capacities, Russia [00:14:19] simply destroyed what we had there a year ago with [00:14:23] a little bit working in Kremenchuk. [00:14:25] It has not been working for a long time, so again, all this [00:14:28] shows such formulations that these are, so to speak, [00:14:32] telegrams coming from the Kremlin, whether they come directly or [00:14:35] through the track, most likely, [00:14:39] of Vitkov and Dmitriev, well, [00:14:43] this all shows it. Well, since Trump is not [00:14:46] distinguished by [00:14:49] a desire to delve into any details, he [00:14:53] is never interested in this, he has his own idea of what [00:14:56] the world is, how it is structured, oil [00:15:00] in particular, well, that's why we are observing this picture, such [00:15:03] a result, Mr. Mykhailo, thank you, if we summarize [00:15:07] this whole story, if possible, in one minute, then Ukraine should [00:15:10] continue to stick to its positions, inflict the strikes that Ukraine [00:15:14] inflicts, we have support from [00:15:17] the European Union, at least in words, [00:15:20] such diplomatic support, because [00:15:24] we see. and there is the lifting of sanctions from the United [00:15:27] States of America, that is, they will somehow make Ukraine [00:15:31] a scapegoat, Zelensky, Kyiv should continue [00:15:35] to stick to those positions? as [00:15:38] they are, inflict those blows, [00:15:40] inflict those [00:15:43] blows, from my point of view, yes, [00:15:46] of course, because otherwise we will nullify [00:15:49] the efforts of the Ukrainian defense forces, give the enemy the opportunity [00:15:52] to partially, at least, recover, and what else [00:15:56] the Kremlin wants, by the way, and what [00:15:59] else has not been voiced, is that there should [00:16:03] be reviewed or found options from the White House for [00:16:06] obtaining damaged [00:16:10] equipment at the bottom of oil refineries, including Lukoil's, [00:16:13] which were purchased in the United States and cannot [00:16:17] be replaced with anything, that is, in fact, we are now seeing only [00:16:21] the tip of the iceberg, and there may be other [00:16:24] deals. Thank you for your comments, this was Mykhailo [00:16:27] Honchar, President of the Center for Globalistics [00:16:41] talk about the situation directly in Poland. [00:16:45] 76 people were detained there [00:16:47] on October 10 in connection with threats of attacks on [00:16:51] schools, which were announced online, as I say in quotation marks, [00:16:54] "Bloody Friday," due to threats [00:16:57] of violence in several districts, schools were closed on Friday, [00:17:00] in others, police surveillance was increased. [00:17:04] Such security measures were introduced after two attacks on [00:17:07] educational institutions, which resulted in [00:17:11] the death of a school employee and the injury of 12 people. What [00:17:15] is known about all this and are there signs of external [00:17:18] influence on teenagers, see further in our [00:17:21] material. [00:17:24] On October 8, in the village of Mazovetsky Voivodeship, around 9 am, [00:17:28] a 15-year-old teenager entered the institution where he had previously studied and [00:17:32] attacked three employees with a knife. A 37-year-old [00:17:35] cleaner died from her injuries. The attacker was detained, he [00:17:38] has already been interrogated, the teenager's motives are currently unknown. The prosecution is collecting [00:17:42] evidence and will transfer the materials to court. The police are checking [00:17:45] information about a possible internet challenge. Over the past two [00:17:48] days, three incidents have occurred in schools in the voivodeship. Cybercrime [00:17:52] specialists are involved in the investigation. However, there is currently no official [00:17:55] confirmation that the attack in the village of Leszcodole Novina was part of [00:17:59] such a challenge. The country's prime minister reported [00:18:02] at the meeting on October 8 that the teenager had a helmet with a video camera on his head, which [00:18:06] may indicate an intention to film the murder in the country's schools. [00:18:10] Security measures are being strengthened. [00:18:13] We will monitor what is happening on the Internet, prevent such [00:18:17] cases, patrol the areas around schools, and the police will enter [00:18:20] school grounds starting today. And not to interfere, but to show [00:18:24] that they are present, that they are monitoring the situation, and perhaps [00:18:27] this will deter those who want to imitate [00:18:31] the attackers. You know very well that various games, challenges, and [00:18:35] similar online entertainment very often lead to [00:18:38] some people starting to imitate others, and this [00:18:41] violence is transferred from cyberspace, from this virtual [00:18:45] unreal reality, gradually coming out onto the streets, coming to schools and [00:18:49] homes. [00:18:51] On October 9, in the Mazovian Voivodeship of Poland, five [00:18:55] teenagers aged 13 to 15 were already detained [00:18:58] for death threats on social networks, as well as the discovery of knives and [00:19:02] pyrotechnics. [00:19:04] Social networks and messengers also play a role. [00:19:08] but chats in video games are also one way [00:19:11] to recruit young people into radical groups, there, of course, [00:19:15] it often smells of the Kremlin, just as most disinformation is also controlled [00:19:18] by the Kremlin, but another reason is the unfolding disaster through [00:19:22] social networks, which were supposed to foster connections, but in reality [00:19:25] they cause loneliness and alienation among young people, and we [00:19:29] see this very often: young people who have no one to talk to, [00:19:32] start looking for their place on the Internet, some find [00:19:35] joy in friends, others in [00:19:39] radically minded groups. I remind you, the fatal incident that [00:19:42] occurred in the village of Leshchodoli Navinakh on October 8 was preceded [00:19:46] by others. On October 7, at the school complex in Ostrolenka, [00:19:49] a 19-year-old youth attacked nine people with a knife. Among [00:19:52] the injured were five students, two teachers, and two outsiders. In addition, [00:19:56] according to law enforcement, the attacker had a backpack with [00:20:00] a homemade explosive device. On the same day, in the city of Sirbc, police [00:20:03] detained a 17-year-old teenager who shared with his peers that he planned to [00:20:07] do something bad at school. The incident was avoided. On October 8, the Sejm [00:20:11] adopted a law on amendments to the law on the provision of electronic services and some other [00:20:14] laws. The new norms are intended to allow faster restriction of access to illegal [00:20:18] content on the Internet, including materials calling for violence, [00:20:21] hatred, and dangerous actions. Now the law will be sent to [00:20:25] the Senate. Maria Chernyakhovska, glory. So, [00:20:28] we will talk about the wave of threats of violence in Poland with our [00:20:32] next guest, Lev Zakharchyshyn, [00:20:35] diplomat, authorized director of the European Center [00:20:39] of Solidarity for Polish-Ukrainian [00:20:50] So, we want to talk about [00:20:54] these two aspects, let's start with the attacks in Polish [00:20:57] schools, do you think there are grounds to consider these [00:21:01] threats of the so-called bloody Friday as part of a [00:21:04] coordinated campaign? [00:21:08] There are such grounds, and I know that the Polish services [00:21:12] are considering these versions, [00:21:15] this whole story, it has already been mentioned in your [00:21:19] comments, has such a [00:21:21] multi-layered [00:21:24] effect. First, it is indeed the influence, the global [00:21:27] influence of social networks, and these [00:21:30] precedents, we know, violence in schools, they took place, we [00:21:34] heard a lot about it in the United States [00:21:37] of America. I would connect this with, though not [00:21:40] directly, but it is that wave of violence in France, [00:21:43] when schoolchildren, from protests [00:21:46] regarding the level of provision [00:21:50] of schools, moved to not schoolchildren, in fact, it was used as [00:21:53] a pretext, then various destructive [00:21:56] forces joined in, so here there is a combination [00:22:00] of several factors, on the one hand a global problem, [00:22:03] which grew out of social networks, on the other [00:22:06] hand, Polish services are considering possible [00:22:09] Russian influences, because [00:22:13] it is a very convenient mechanism to use this global [00:22:16] problem to already specifically in this case [00:22:20] to destabilize the social [00:22:23] situation, I can say that what I read [00:22:27] in the comments, in the last few days, is [00:22:30] probably the most discussed [00:22:33] topic in Polish society, especially among [00:22:36] parents, women, that is, people who are directly [00:22:39] involved in schools, and obviously, this is already the [00:22:43] effect, which, if such an influence was, and [00:22:46] I will say... [00:22:49] I am convinced that such an influence is exercised [00:22:53] by Russian special services in one way or another, [00:22:55] we are already seeing the achievement of this effect, that is, panic in society, [00:22:59] anxiety, uncertainty, [00:23:02] uncertainty, including in the actions of the authorities [00:23:06] and so on and so forth, so the problem [00:23:09] is not simple, although the Polish [00:23:13] government clearly declares that [00:23:16] it will take measures to... [00:23:20] counteract these phenomena, in particular, [00:23:24] this is a very important political moment, because [00:23:27] on the eve the Polish government [00:23:30] developed a bill that was [00:23:33] supposed to strengthen control over such negative, [00:23:36] let's say, influences in the Internet space, but [00:23:40] the Polish president vetoed this law, motivating it [00:23:44] by saying that it violates or may violate freedom [00:23:48] of speech, and now we see how this story is already moving into [00:23:52] the political sphere, now there will be a new attempt [00:23:55] to make such changes to the legislation, let's see how [00:23:59] it will develop also in the political sphere, and meanwhile, [00:24:02] let's listen to what Polish Prime Minister [00:24:06] Donald Tusk says about the situation around schools. [00:24:09] Yesterday there was a special meeting with law enforcement, he stated that [00:24:13] there are currently no grounds to believe that the recent incidents are part of [00:24:16] a coordinated campaign aimed at intimidating society, [00:24:20] let's listen to Tusk. We are not dealing with any [00:24:24] large-scale, organized group of people, whether children [00:24:28] or youth, that has a plan to create a sense of threat. Very [00:24:32] often it is spontaneous behavior that arises mainly [00:24:35] due to activity on the Internet. We have been noticing this [00:24:39] over the past months, both in Poland and around the [00:24:42] world. We are noticing an obsession with [00:24:44] violence. [00:24:47] There is also information. and new [00:24:50] details have emerged about a possible assassination attempt on the Prime Minister and Minister [00:24:54] of Defense of Poland, and Polish officials told [00:24:58] about this, reports European Pravda, spokesman for the Minister [00:25:01] Coordinator of Special Services Jacek Dobrzyński said that there is a [00:25:05] high probability of these threats being carried out, and the spokesperson for the Minister [00:25:08] of Internal Affairs and Administration, Karolina Galicka, noted that reports of a [00:25:12] possible attack, an assassination attempt on Tusk [00:25:16] and Kosiniak-Kamysz were sent through [00:25:20] the Prime Minister's security service [00:25:23] to the police. It arrived via email, I emphasize, [00:25:25] at that moment, so [00:25:28] can you, Mr. Lev, tell us about this [00:25:32] information, and the likelihood of such a [00:25:36] thing? What is known about the possible assassination [00:25:39] attempt, and what could it be related to, and in your [00:25:42] opinion, what is coordinating it, or is it, well, what [00:25:46] versions are there? Well, first of all, [00:25:51] there isn't much information yet, in principle, such [00:25:55] precedents are usually not widely [00:25:58] publicized by the authorities, well, through the mass [00:26:01] media, there are certain security protocols, yes, [00:26:04] but in this case, there was [00:26:08] a comment from the government that a decision [00:26:12] was made to inform the public [00:26:15] about this incident, precisely, as they [00:26:18] explain it, partly to avoid [00:26:22] creating a wave of fake news or [00:26:26] any other information that would [00:26:30] create panic in society, because you perfectly understand, there's a [00:26:34] series of attacks in schools, here's an assassination attempt on the Prime Minister, so all this [00:26:38] mixes very well and creates an even greater effect [00:26:41] of panic and uncertainty. As of today, it is known [00:26:44] that there was indeed a person who found out [00:26:48] about the fact that there is such a thing, that [00:26:52] there is another person planning such an assassination attempt, and [00:26:55] she decided to inform the state [00:26:59] security service, and it, in turn, after assessing [00:27:02] the risks, handed the case over to the police. [00:27:06] Currently, this is, well, a question, [00:27:08] as it were, there are no details yet, no [00:27:12] details about what exactly, what motives there were, [00:27:15] who was in charge, but again, going back to the [00:27:19] previous topic, although Prime Minister Tusk said [00:27:22] that there are no grounds yet to speak of [00:27:26] a possible external influence on the situation, but again, [00:27:29] I say, it doesn't necessarily have to be that Russia organized [00:27:32] these attacks in schools [00:27:35] or that Russian special services are the direct [00:27:39] authors of this order, [00:27:42] this terrorist act, this assassination attempt, but they very clearly [00:27:45] track such situations and simply [00:27:48] use these moments even if they are not [00:27:51] the organizers, so in any [00:27:54] case, I think that the Polish special services, they talk about it, [00:27:57] they it's one of such [00:28:00] highly probable versions that they will probably [00:28:04] work on, [00:28:06] and therefore, again, I say, this threat [00:28:10] has not disappeared, that is, this war, which some [00:28:13] Europeans think is in Ukraine, has long been in [00:28:16] Europe. The Minister of Internal Affairs and [00:28:19] Administration, Marcin Kierwiński, stated that the man [00:28:23] who threatened Prime Minister Donald Tusk and planned an attack on [00:28:27] him was detained by the police. He is approximately 60 [00:28:30] years old and was detained in Lower [00:28:33] Silesia, and, as the minister says, the man who informed us about this [00:28:36] provided accurate information about who could have committed such a heinous [00:28:40] act, and this man who was detained comes from very [00:28:44] radical groups and establishes very radical contacts on the internet with various [00:28:47] individuals who use very hateful [00:28:50] language. Well, Mr. Lev, very briefly, literally [00:28:53] in a minute, can you say whether this [00:28:57] is similar to what happened before the Great [00:29:01] War in Ukraine? when there were constantly some moments [00:29:05] when they threatened, when they talked about some mine threats, [00:29:09] all these calls were made, is this similar to what is happening now in [00:29:12] Poland? Well, this is the same mechanism, that is, the [00:29:16] main goal is to increase [00:29:20] the level of anxiety in society, [00:29:23] uncertainty, and obviously, well, in our case, it was [00:29:26] a slightly different mechanism, but in Poland we have observed over [00:29:30] the past few years a significant... [00:29:33] escalation or influence of far-right [00:29:36] circles, that is, they are the instrument, the weapon, which [00:29:39] is supposed to sow panic and fear in [00:29:42] society. Thank you, Mr. Lev, for your conversation and for [00:29:46] your comments. That was Lev Zakharchyshyn, diplomat, authorized [00:29:49] representative of the European Solidarity Center for Polish-Ukrainian [00:29:53] solidarity. We talked with him about the wave of threats and [00:29:57] violence in Poland, about whether there is a Russian trace there [00:30:00] and the consequences that all this may have for [00:30:04] the society
