[00:00:00] This cold stop is not just a [00:00:03] technological step, it is an important set of measures [00:00:06] to preserve equipment and other industrial [00:00:10] assets. The ArcelorMittal Group emphasizes that they are not [00:00:14] leaving Ukraine, they will wait for the end of the war and will maintain [00:00:17] constant dialogue with our government to continue [00:00:21] working in Ukraine and bring investment, create jobs, [00:00:25] and fill state budgets of various [00:00:28] levels. Well, I'm following... [00:00:31] The currency position of the hryvnia is really interesting today. Let's look at the data from [00:00:34] the National Bank of Ukraine. In fact, our currency resumed [00:00:38] its decline at the beginning of the week, [00:00:42] which we also observed last week relative to major [00:00:45] currencies. We see that the zloty started to rise on Monday [00:00:49] to 11 UAH 48 kopiyok, the euro is getting more expensive at 50 UAH [00:00:52] 31 kopiyok. And the US dollar is also rapidly [00:00:56] getting more expensive (44 UAH 88%). [00:01:00] kopiyok. [00:01:02] Let's move on. Airfare prices will increase. European carriers [00:01:06] will face high fuel prices throughout the next year [00:01:10] and will continue to raise fares for [00:01:13] passengers, they say, due to the conflict with Iran, which is precisely [00:01:16] keeping the cost of air resources 50% [00:01:19] higher than the pre-war level. This was stated by [00:01:22] the executive director of Ryan air, [00:01:25] Michael O'Leary, Reuters news agency reports. According to [00:01:28] the top manager, it led to a sharp jump in prices and [00:01:32] significantly hurts the profits of carriers, even [00:01:35] despite the fact that many airlines had already [00:01:38] fixed the price of their fuel, [00:01:42] contracted the resource, but still the executive [00:01:45] director [00:01:48] O'Leary does not rule out problems with [00:01:51] prices, but says that there will be no [00:01:54] fuel shortage for aircraft. [00:01:58] Well, let's look at prices. for oil, which is really such [00:02:01] a beacon for the fuel market, as Bloomberg Energy [00:02:05] agency shows us, as of today. Brent crude [00:02:09] rose by more than one percent per day, almost $106 per [00:02:12] barrel, WTI is catching up to $93 [00:02:16] per barrel, also an increase of more than one percent per [00:02:19] day. [00:02:22] Why do interest rate hikes not always immediately curb [00:02:25] inflation, how do the decisions of millions of people and companies [00:02:28] affect the economy of an entire country? Well, such [00:02:32] studies received, among other things, world [00:02:35] recognition, the Nobel Prize in Economics 2026 [00:02:39] was awarded. It was given to American [00:02:42] scientists Robert Hall and Michael Woodford, well, as stated in [00:02:46] the official press release of the Nobel Committee, the scientists [00:02:49] were awarded for the microeconomic foundations of [00:02:52] macroeconomic stability, a complex name, and if we say it [00:02:56] simply, in simple sentences, they received [00:02:59] it for how to make sure that various economic [00:03:03] shocks do not affect [00:03:05] ordinary [00:03:39] Hello, this is Slava News, my name is Khrystyna Yatskiv and let's get straight to [00:03:43] the main news. [00:03:46] In Kropyvnytskyi, in the Kirovohrad region, a special [00:03:49] operation "Grom" has been launched. Measures are being taken to [00:03:52] detain a man who, during a conversation with law enforcement officers, [00:03:56] threw grenades at them, after which he opened fire, [00:03:59] reported the spokeswoman of the Kirovohrad police, Oksana [00:04:02] Kovtunenko. All necessary units have been involved. [00:04:05] We are monitoring. And Russian troops launched attacks on [00:04:09] Hlukhiv in the Sumy region. Two people were injured, [00:04:12] reported the State Emergency Service. Private houses and non-residential premises were damaged, [00:04:16] fires broke out. As a result of a drone attack on a civilian car in [00:04:20] Krasnopillia community, one person died. There, a local resident [00:04:23] was seriously wounded as a result of the detonation of an [00:04:26] explosive device, Vova reports. [00:04:32] Russian troops attacked residential buildings in Kharkiv and [00:04:35] the suburbs, as a result of which four people died and [00:04:39] 50 more were injured, reported the head of the Kharkiv Regional [00:04:43] Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov. And this was also [00:04:47] reported by the State Emergency Service. Lozova was also attacked. A woman died, [00:04:51] and seven more people were injured, including a child. In the evening [00:04:54] before, the Russian army allegedly hit near a residential building [00:04:58] in Pisochyn with a parcel-type missile. Three people died there, and [00:05:01] 28 more were injured. In the morning, Russians [00:05:04] attacked the Kyiv district of Kharkiv, where direct [00:05:08] hits on residential buildings were recorded. As a result of [00:05:11] this attack, 22 people were injured, [00:05:14] including two children. High-rise buildings, a sports complex, [00:05:18] a private house, and a civilian enterprise were damaged. The victims [00:05:21] were provided with medical assistance. [00:05:24] As a result of the Russian attack on Dnipro, [00:05:27] a man died. This was reported by Mayor Borys Filatov. [00:05:31] The deceased worked as a security guard at one of the establishments in the [00:05:34] city center. As a result of the attack, five high-rise buildings [00:05:37] and several household stores, as well as the building of [00:05:41] Alfred Nobel University, were damaged. In addition, a fire broke out in [00:05:45] the shopping center due to the Russian [00:05:48] attack, rescuers extinguished [00:05:51] the blaze. [00:05:55] In Donetsk region, as a result of Russian shelling, four people [00:05:59] died and 22 more were injured in a day. This was reported by [00:06:02] the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Vadym [00:06:06] Filashkin. Three people died and four were wounded as a result of [00:06:09] an attack on Cherkaske. Among the dead [00:06:12] was a 13-year-old child, all members of the same [00:06:15] family. Russians shelled the village with Smerch rockets with [00:06:18] cluster warheads, the projectile hit [00:06:22] a private house. Sloviansk was also affected, where one [00:06:25] person died and ten more were injured. 10 [00:06:29] high-rise buildings, five private houses, a shop, and two [00:06:33] kiosks were damaged there. In Kramatorsk, three people were injured, and three more in [00:06:36] Yasnohirka, two in Druzhkivka. In total, Russian [00:06:40] troops shelled 27 times settlements in [00:06:43] Donetsk region. [00:06:46] Today, the enemy once again attacked Zhytomyr region. The target was [00:06:49] railway infrastructure in Korosten district. This was [00:06:52] reported by the head of Zhytomyr OVA Vitaliy Bunechko. He also [00:06:56] emphasized that the enemy also targeted energy facilities. Fires broke [00:06:59] out, rescuers promptly extinguished the fire. In [00:07:03] Vinnytsia, a civilian infrastructure object was hit, OVA reports. [00:07:06] The fire was extinguished, no information about casualties [00:07:10] was received. [00:07:14] Ukraine is ready to sign a guarantee with the US regarding [00:07:17] an energy truce, but Russia must also [00:07:20] agree to stop attacks. This was stated by [00:07:23] President Volodymyr Zelenskyy during his address to the Warsaw [00:07:27] Security Forum. According to him, the key condition for Ukraine is [00:07:31] the cessation of Russian attacks on power plants, the power grid, and [00:07:35] critical infrastructure. Zelenskyy emphasized that the American [00:07:38] team understands Kyiv's position well. In an [00:07:41] interview, the president stressed, "We refrained from [00:07:45] striking energy facilities in Russia today, but Russia [00:07:48] attacked at least six of our [00:07:51] energy facilities during the day." Earlier, US President [00:07:54] Donald Trump announced a so-called energy truce, [00:07:58] however, after this statement, as we see, Russian attacks on Ukrainian [00:08:01] energy facilities [00:08:03] continued. [00:08:08] We agree if they agree, and we have already proven that these are not [00:08:12] just words, tonight the oil refineries in Russia did not [00:08:16] burn, but at midnight a Russian reactive drone hit [00:08:19] a gas production facility in Ukraine, there was also a Russian attack [00:08:23] on a regular gas station with several drones, and repair [00:08:27] crews are still working to eliminate the damage from [00:08:30] yesterday's attacks, so Russia violated the energy truce [00:08:33] announced by President Trump, this is Putin's [00:08:36] answer to Trump: Russian attacks, but we are waiting for [00:08:40] the details of the conversation between the Americans and... [00:08:43] We are waiting to see what specific steps the [00:08:46] Americans [00:08:47] are ready to take. [00:08:52] Attempts to blame Ukraine for the war are [00:08:55] a gift to the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin. This was [00:08:59] stated by Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk, opening [00:09:03] the Warsaw Security Forum. According to Tusk, [00:09:06] Russia bears full responsibility for the war, attempts to justify its [00:09:10] aggression are becoming increasingly noticeable. Not only in [00:09:13] Moscow, but also in some Western capitals. The Polish Prime Minister [00:09:17] drew parallels with the Second World War, when Nazi propaganda [00:09:20] tried to accuse Poland of aggression against it. [00:09:24] Tusk called for not allowing the distortion of responsibility for [00:09:28] the war against Ukraine. His statement came against the backdrop of criticism [00:09:31] of Donald Trump's agreement with Putin regarding the supply of [00:09:35] Russian diesel fuel to world [00:09:37] markets. [00:09:42] for one reason or another, through betrayal, foolishness, [00:09:46] or money, wants to weaken Ukraine in its confrontation, [00:09:49] in its defense against Russian aggression, acts quite [00:09:52] unambiguously: he acts against his own people, the security [00:09:56] of his own state, and its sovereignty. Every patriot [00:10:00] in Poland, in Europe today, must think about how [00:10:03] to effectively help Ukraine defend itself, and there is a quite [00:10:07] obvious reason for this, because we all know about it. Russia wants [00:10:10] to establish its dominance over Ukraine, and we know that it [00:10:14] will not stop at this plan. Russia wants, and we know about it, [00:10:18] to rebuild the security architecture in [00:10:20] Europe. [00:10:23] President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed the law on ensuring [00:10:26] the educational rights of indigenous peoples and national minorities of [00:10:30] Ukraine. The document expands the possibilities of education [00:10:33] in the languages of national minorities, which are official languages of [00:10:36] the European Union, while preserving Ukrainian [00:10:39] as the main language of the educational process. It should be noted that today [00:10:43] the Verkhovna Rada supported the law [00:10:47] with 266 votes, its adoption should [00:10:50] help lift Hungary's veto and unblock [00:10:54] the opening of the second and third clusters in negotiations on [00:10:57] Ukraine's accession to the EU. Further steps after the adoption [00:11:01] of the law were agreed upon by the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and [00:11:04] Hungary, Andriy Sybiha and Anita [00:11:07] Orban. [00:11:10] And in the last few weeks we managed, after the [00:11:14] government team involved the heads of committees and the leadership of the Parliament in [00:11:18] the negotiation process, which allowed us to reach [00:11:21] a compromise and balanced version of the draft law. [00:11:25] which satisfies national minorities, on [00:11:29] the one hand, ensures the right to education [00:11:32] of national minorities in their native language, and at the same time, [00:11:35] ensures our national, the issue of our national security, [00:11:38] our identity, the state language [00:11:42] and our [00:13:13] energy, despite promises of an energy truce, Russia [00:13:16] continues its attacks. As a result of the attacks on [00:13:19] October 11, parts of Kyiv were once again left without [00:13:23] electricity. In some regions, including the capital, power outage [00:13:26] schedules were introduced. In Kyiv, [00:13:29] "Points of Invincibility" were also deployed. My colleague Kateryna [00:13:33] Halko inspected where to look for tents and what services can be [00:13:36] obtained there. [00:13:38] Bright orange tents are returning to the lives of Kyiv residents. [00:13:42] Most residents of the capital may remember them from last winter. [00:13:45] This bright tent behind me, often with a characteristic [00:13:49] hum of a generator, which is currently turned off, is the Point [00:13:52] of Invincibility. Inside the tent there are [00:13:56] seats and many power outlets, and you can also freely use [00:13:59] Wi-Fi, however, currently the Points of Invincibility are not [00:14:02] in high demand, say employees of the [00:14:06] State Emergency Service. Well, we haven't used it yet, maybe [00:14:09] in winter, then we will use it, but for now we manage [00:14:12] like this, they just started turning it off, life will tell, [00:14:16] life will tell, yes, and last winter we went, we know [00:14:19] in warehouses, no, there was no electricity, but we didn't go, we somehow managed. [00:14:23] We didn't go, honestly, we stayed home, lit candles, [00:14:29] we visited several Points of Invincibility in Kyiv, [00:14:33] as of now, there are not many people everywhere, but the situation [00:14:37] will probably change if the weather gets colder, [00:14:40] and the situation in the power system gets more difficult. I have [00:14:44] never been, but I saw that you can charge your phone there, [00:14:48] drink coffee, tea there, well, they only put it up yesterday, we haven't been there yet, yes, we will [00:14:51] go, the State Emergency Service [00:14:55] has deployed five Points of Invincibility in [00:14:58] Kyiv, two in Holosiivskyi, two in Obolonskyi and one in Podilskyi [00:15:02] districts. If the situation in the power system worsens, the [00:15:05] Ministry of Internal Affairs promises to increase their number, both in the capital and in [00:17:09] Ukrainian Focus continues, let me remind you that my name is Vasyl Zyman, and today [00:17:13] we are following and summarizing [00:17:16] the first day of the 13th Warsaw Security Forum, [00:17:19] whose information partner is Slava, today [00:17:23] many statements were made, I just want to say that this is the 13th Warsaw Security [00:17:27] Forum, which took place today and will continue tomorrow, and 90 countries [00:17:30] of the world sent or somehow [00:17:33] participated in this forum 2500 [00:17:36] delegates. The main topics of the event were, of course, the statement of the President of Ukraine, first [00:17:40] of all, the Prime Minister of Poland, Donald Tusk, who supported [00:17:44] Ukraine and said that it is very important not to confuse who [00:17:48] is the aggressor and that Russia must not be allowed [00:17:51] to avoid responsibility for its actions, Ukraine must be fully supported, President Zelenskyy's [00:17:55] statement that he is ready for an energy truce, ready for elections, everything is ready, [00:17:59] if the Russian Federation is ready, well, and also the NATO forces commander [00:18:02] in Europe presented [00:18:06] a plan. General Alexus Grinkevich [00:18:09] presented a plan for NATO's victory in [00:18:12] case of military aggression by the Russian Federation, and it is also important that [00:18:16] 2029 is identified as a key time benchmark for [00:18:20] preparing European and American forces for possible [00:18:23] military challenges. The strategy envisages a shift from [00:18:26] passive deterrence to active capacity building to [00:18:30] win a potential conflict. This is very important to understand. Well, and [00:18:33] besides everything else, despite the statements that were made regarding [00:18:37] the possible cessation of arms supplies from the United States of America to [00:18:41] Ukraine through the Puёr program, statements were made that [00:18:44] NATO confirmed that arms [00:18:48] supplies to Ukraine through Puёr continue despite Donald [00:18:51] Trump's statements, well, and there are a number of other statements, but we will talk [00:18:55] about all of this later, by the way, Peskov's statement, Putin's spokesman, [00:18:58] regarding the possibility of adopting an agreement [00:19:02] on a truce and allowing Ukraine to hold elections, there is Peskov's [00:19:06] statement, there is Sibiga's response, we will talk about all this a little [00:19:09] later with Oleh Shamshur, a diplomat, former [00:19:13] ambassador to the US and France, this is very important, by the way, [00:19:17] well, and also now there is an opportunity to listen [00:19:20] to another statement that was made [00:19:23] at the Warsaw Security [00:19:26] Forum, Dovile Sakaliene, former Minister of Defense of [00:19:29] Lithuania, she is present and actively participates in the Warsaw [00:19:33] Security Forum, and her statement regarding, well, her [00:19:36] thoughts, let's say, regarding Trump's agreement [00:19:39] with Putin on the supply of diesel to the United [00:19:43] States of America, she gave this comment to my [00:19:46] colleagues in the Ukrainian focus, let's hear it [00:19:49] too. [00:19:52] There are two such [00:19:56] different reasons why this decision is simply [00:19:59] terrible, both for our region, for NATO's collective [00:20:03] defense, and of course for Ukraine. First of all, [00:20:06] it is not a [00:20:09] solution to the problem, because the numbers that Russia presents are so small, so small that they will not [00:20:16] have any impact on the global market. The second [00:20:20] problem is that Russia cannot [00:20:23] actually solve this problem, because [00:20:26] the real reason is the situation [00:20:30] in the Strait [00:20:32] of Hormuz, and therefore, in fact, this [00:20:36] is all the complication. The conflict is [00:20:39] the reason for what is happening, besides [00:20:42] that, now we are talking about NATO's security, and of course, [00:20:45] everything that helps the Russian economy, [00:20:48] anything that accelerates its preparation for [00:20:52] the next stages of the war, is a direct threat to NATO, to [00:20:56] the entire alliance, and in [00:20:59] our, [00:21:01] according to our estimates, intelligence data from defense, which has already [00:21:05] been published, it is clearly stated that if [00:21:08] Russia, if sanctions against Russia [00:21:12] are lifted, if Russia can [00:21:16] actually accelerate the use [00:21:19] of such a window for Russia, they [00:21:22] can attack NATO within 12 [00:21:26] months, and this means that we ourselves, our [00:21:30] alliance, are stealing time to prepare for possible [00:21:34] Russian [00:21:34] attacks. [00:21:38] Let me remind you that the 13th Warsaw Security Forum is underway, whose information [00:21:41] partner is Slava, and my colleague Yuriy Fizar also followed the events at the forum, [00:21:45] who in the "World Today" section will tell more about [00:21:49] world events. Hello, please, the floor is yours. Hello to you too, [00:21:52] Vasyl, hello to everyone who joined us at this time, and today about [00:21:56] this. In the European Union they say that they will increase pressure on [00:21:59] Russia, Europe wants to launch its own analogue of [00:22:03] Starlink, and Russia did interfere in the conduct of the referendum [00:22:06] on Brexit, that is, on the withdrawal of Great Britain from the European [00:22:10] Union. About this and other things in a moment in the "World Today" section, glory. [00:22:14] Well, I'm starting today with this: [00:22:21] Russian hybrid attacks in Europe can lead to casualties [00:22:25] and NATO must be ready for this, said Vice Prime Minister and Minister [00:22:29] of Foreign Affairs of Poland Radosław Sikorski in an interview with the [00:22:32] Financial Times. According to him, the more incidents, the [00:22:35] higher the probability of casualties. If people start dying, we will have to [00:22:39] have another, very serious conversation with NATO, warned [00:22:42] Radosław Sikorski. How exactly should the alliance respond, the Minister [00:22:46] did not specify, but reminded that Poland and Estonia have already [00:22:50] used Article 4 of the North Atlantic [00:22:53] Treaty on collective security after violations of their [00:22:57] airspace by Russian drones and military [00:23:00] aircraft. Well, this article provides for [00:23:03] consultations between member countries of [00:23:07] the North Atlantic Alliance. The European Union will increase pressure on Russia until [00:23:10] Putin is ready for serious peace negotiations in [00:23:14] Ukraine. This was stated today by German Foreign Minister [00:23:17] Johann Wadephul on the occasion of the adoption of a new [00:23:21] EU sanctions package. The message is [00:23:24] clear, he says, Russia cannot and will not lose this [00:23:27] war. According to the head of the German foreign policy [00:23:30] department, the new list is the largest ever. It includes [00:23:34] more than 1600 individuals and [00:23:38] companies, and almost all of them are important for Russia's conduct of [00:23:40] the war, and almost all of them need to be neutralized in some [00:23:44] way, in this case with sanctions. [00:23:48] Europe must stop allowing [00:23:51] Russian tourists and military personnel into its [00:23:54] territory, especially those who fought against Ukraine. This was stated today [00:23:57] in Luxembourg by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Estonia, Margus [00:24:01] Tsahkna. According to him, last year Schengen countries [00:24:05] issued 680,000 tourist visas to Russians. [00:24:08] We can no longer allow this, the minister emphasized, [00:24:11] and a separate threat, he says, is associated with [00:24:14] Russian military personnel, almost 650,000 of whom [00:24:18] fought against Ukraine and after [00:24:20] the war may go to Europe, a significant part of [00:24:23] them, according to Minister Tsahkna, have the support of [00:24:27] Russian special services, so Estonia has already proposed [00:24:30] to ban their entry into the European Union, and [00:24:33] the European Commission, he says, is working on it. Well, and [00:24:37] Europe will launch its own Starlink analogue [00:24:39] by the end of 2029, said European Commissioner [00:24:43] for Defense and Space Andrius Kubilius during [00:24:46] his speech at the Warsaw Security Forum. This refers to [00:24:50] the IRIS secure satellite communication system. The EU [00:24:53] fears that it may lose access to American [00:24:57] military systems. The second project, he says, concerns [00:25:00] a pan-European space intelligence system. [00:25:04] Satellites in different orbits with a high frequency of imaging the Earth's [00:25:07] surface. The goal, according to the European Commissioner, is for the [00:25:10] European Union to have its own strategic systems, [00:25:14] and not depend on Washington. [00:25:17] Well, there's still a lot of time for this, but it's [00:25:20] extremely important, especially after the statements of Donald Trump, President of the United States [00:25:23] of America, about the fact that, that is, not about Donald Trump's statements, but [00:25:27] information coming from the White House about the fact that Ukraine may [00:25:31] stop receiving intelligence data. Well, but [00:25:34] we go further: only those countries that strengthen its security will be accepted into the European [00:25:38] Union, this was stated today in Luxembourg, before [00:25:41] the meeting of the Council of the European Union on Foreign Affairs, by the European [00:25:45] Commissioner for Enlargement, Marta. According to her, candidates must [00:25:48] fully align with [00:25:50] Brussels not only foreign and security policy, but also [00:25:53] sanctions, energy, and infrastructure. And then her [00:25:57] quote: "We must ensure that new members make us [00:26:00] stronger, not weaker." Separately, Commissioner [00:26:04] Kos noted Ukraine's progress in reforms [00:26:07] and its extraordinary determination on the path to the European [00:26:11] Union. Well, and Russia did interfere in [00:26:14] the Brexit referendum in [00:26:18] 2016, that is, the referendum on Great [00:26:21] Britain's withdrawal from the EU. This was first publicly stated by [00:26:25] British Prime Minister Andy Burnham in a podcast for BB. [00:26:28] According to him, after taking office, he asked if [00:26:33] there had been Russian interference and received a clear, affirmative answer. [00:26:36] Yes, there was. The Prime Minister did not provide details, but [00:26:40] admitted that London had been too passive and had not adequately [00:26:42] informed people about attempts by foreign forces to undermine [00:26:46] the political process. [00:26:49] Prime Minister Burnham also [00:26:52] warned that Russian disinformation is already penetrating [00:26:56] the politics of European countries, namely Germany and [00:26:59] France. [00:27:02] Well, and... Finally: Americans Robert Hall and [00:27:05] Mike Woodford became Nobel laureates [00:27:08] in Economics. This was announced today in Stockholm by the [00:27:12] Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences. [00:27:15] The scientists were honored for macroeconomic models that [00:27:18] show how to lead countries' economies out of crises, [00:27:22] particularly ones like the current oil crisis, which is caused by the war in [00:27:25] Iran. According to the head of the Nobel Committee for Economics, [00:27:29] John Hasler, these models are already being used by central governments [00:27:32] and governments around the world, and thanks to the work of the [00:27:35] laureates, states are better prepared for energy crises [00:27:39] and sharp changes in consumer [00:28:03] events outside our country, but we continue to talk [00:28:07] about the statements that were made today at the 13th [00:28:10] Warsaw Security Forum, and also those statements that were outside the forum but were definitely [00:28:14] discussed there, meaning Donald Trump's statement, the reaction [00:28:18] of the Ukrainian side, the reaction of the Russian side will help us [00:28:21] clarify more details, Oleh Shamshur, diplomat, former [00:28:25] Ambassador of Ukraine to the United States of America and France. Mr. [00:28:28] Oleh, welcome, thank you for joining our broadcast. [00:28:40] the energy truce, the existence of which [00:28:42] we were informed yesterday by Donald [00:28:46] Trump, and immediately after his announcement, after some [00:28:49] time it was violated, but then it turned out that it was only about [00:28:53] not hitting oil refineries, which are not working in Ukraine anyway, there was [00:28:57] only one, well, so we don't have anything to, that is, we [00:29:00] don't have parity, but... Ukraine adheres to [00:29:04] its obligations, and President Zelenskyy stated that since yesterday, [00:29:07] Ukraine has not carried out strikes on oil refineries of the Russian [00:29:10] Federation. In your opinion, what [00:29:14] is behind this statement and this agreement, [00:29:17] well, let's call it that, which Donald Trump [00:29:21] told us about? In the actions, [00:29:25] statements of Donald Trump, one must see [00:29:28] first and foremost the approaching midterm [00:29:31] elections. Trump behaves, I would say, pompously, [00:29:35] bravely, asserting that he is winning, the economy is in [00:29:39] the best shape, but he [00:29:42] still cannot fail to see [00:29:45] how disadvantageous the situation is for him and [00:29:48] the Republicans, and he probably understands [00:29:52] what consequences for him [00:29:55] personally would be a defeat and the Democrats gaining [00:29:59] control of... even [00:30:03] one of the chambers of Congress. [00:30:06] Precisely for that, he takes extraordinary [00:30:10] measures to avoid this [00:30:13] situation, and what concerns voters [00:30:16] most of all is inflation, [00:30:20] fuel prices, particularly diesel prices, and [00:30:24] in order to show that he cares about [00:30:27] the concerns of the average American, he does everything [00:30:30] possible to choose... the situation [00:30:33] and not intending to admit that the root of the situation [00:30:37] is in the war, this absurd [00:30:40] war against Iran, and [00:30:43] he appointed Ukraine as the scapegoat. [00:30:47] I absolutely do not rule out that this [00:30:49] was done with [00:30:52] the suggestion of the Russian side, or [00:30:56] someone from his inner circle who is in contact.
