[00:09:50] to be a priority, and especially the issue of mental health, because

[00:10:42] what we effectively identify is how many children

[00:10:49] elderly people, how many people with disabilities, to get an
[00:10:53] effective and comprehensive response. That is, if there is a
[00:10:56] health response, let's say, with doctors
[00:11:00] who can provide the service, that there are also psychologists
[00:11:04] providing psychosocial support, but also
[00:11:07] ensuring that they have three meals a day, but also
[00:11:10] ensuring that they have access to safe water.

[00:11:39] of the efforts are concentrated there, but also the plan that

[00:12:13] obviously included the seven states that were affected by the two earthquakes that

[00:12:19] we identified as our target population 1.3 million
[00:12:23] people in these seven states. But of those, 700,000
[00:12:27] were already part of our original initial response plan,

[00:12:34] what are the most pressing needs, and we prioritize because, well,
[00:12:38] resources are also scarce. So, an additional
[00:12:42] 500,000 people are included in the states of La Guaira, Yaracuy,
[00:12:46] Carabobo, Greater Caracas, and Miranda, which are part of this
[00:12:50] addendum. Now, how does the work plan of the

[00:14:20] and monitoring mechanisms that are also very robust
[00:14:23] and that guarantee that aid reaches directly the people who need it.
[00:14:27] We work with implementing partners who have also been
[00:14:30] previously certified, who have a track record not
[00:14:34] only in Venezuela but also worldwide, that they can implement
[00:14:37] resources transparently and we also have
[00:14:41] tools that are even
[00:14:44] available online for anyone who wants it. Uh, we have
[00:14:48] a tool called, for example, the 5W, which basically in real
[00:14:51] time shows you who is doing what, where, and in what sector. This
[00:14:55] is very important in terms of accountability, because accountability for
[00:14:59] us is not only for our donors, but also
[00:15:02] for the population. It is very important
[00:15:08] the communities, what the communities need and how we can integrate that into
[00:15:11] our response, also to give back what they tell
[00:15:14] us, because we are always talking to them, and I think that is
[00:15:18] fundamental. Is there a clear
[00:15:21] number at this time of the people who have
[00:15:25] been beneficiaries, people who are being attended to
[00:15:28] and of the specific communities and families
[00:15:32] that are attended to by your office? Yes, well, we

[00:15:39] the aid that the humanitarian community as such provides,
[00:15:43] the United Nations agencies, civil society organizations.
[00:15:46] Since we launched this addendum to the humanitarian response plan for this specific
[00:15:50] emergency, we have served approximately 200,000 people. As
[00:15:54] I said, these are multisectoral packages
[00:15:56] that include access to safe food,
[00:16:00] all health issues, mental health, psychosocial support,
[00:16:04] uh, water, safe water also. So

[00:16:11] reached to date, approximately, right? Now,
[00:16:14] what is the long-term plan? We know that this first
[00:16:18] emergency stage has a time, a duration, especially also the

[00:16:25] the location of bodies already in the following weeks, because

[00:16:33] but now there is, let's say, a crisis of people who are homeless,
[00:16:36] people who have psychological sequelae from the
[00:16:39] trauma experienced. So what will be the focus

[01:08:06] to be able to receive them and one of the ways of preparation is with open
[01:08:10] schools right now in August. and the first two weeks of
[01:08:13] September, as an opportunity for encounter, for coexistence,
