[01:05:54] was also detained. Doğan was among the names
[01:05:58] involved in the crime scene investigation
[01:06:01] conducted after Kozinoğlu's death. He was later dismissed
[01:06:05] from his profession within the scope
[01:06:09] of the FETÖ investigation. Hasan Atilla Uğur, for whom
[01:06:12] an arrest warrant was issued, was in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus on the morning of the operation.

[01:30:48] of Forestry, the total amount of non-forest
[01:30:51] afforestation carried out in the 5 years between 2021
[01:30:55] and 2025 Article 169 states

[01:35:45] there were 8 faculties of pharmacy in Turkey. The price
[01:35:49] of a 30-tablet medicine that was 83 lira 50 kuruş
[01:35:53] in 2022 increased to 621 lira in 4 years. This
[01:35:57] means a 643% increase. Another medicine that was
[01:36:00] 110 lira 12 kuruş in 2022 increased to 478 lira
[01:36:04] 24 kuruş with a 334% increase. I have a box of Tamol
[01:36:08] 500 mg with 30 tablets. Its price is 105 lira, which
[01:36:11] is 3.5 lira per tablet. Our people, of course,
[01:36:15] have difficulty buying it with cash, but
[01:36:17] citizens with prescriptions and social security have an
[01:36:21] easier time paying. One tablet of 500 mg painkiller
[01:36:24] costs approximately 3.5 lira in Turkey. Citizens
[01:36:28] struggle even to find healing. Of course, we struggle. May God
[01:36:31] help those without social security. You can't get some medicines.
[01:36:35] For example, some medicines are expensive. Sometimes I prescribe
[01:36:39] medicine for myself. It costs 1.5-2, I can't afford it. My
[01:36:42] house is rented, I have many children. They started
[01:36:46] school, believe me, what with pens, notebooks, school
[01:36:49] supplies, stationery, we are having difficulties.
[01:36:53] Turhan Çömez, a good party member who is also a doctor,
[01:36:57] gave an example from England. He tagged Mehmet Şimşek,
[01:37:01] the Minister of Treasury and Finance, on social media.
[01:37:04] He asked why drug prices in Turkey are higher.
[01:37:07] There are over 60 faculties of pharmacy and over 20,000
[01:37:11] pharmacists are unemployed in Turkey. The amount of medicine consumed in Turkey
[01:37:21] in a year is 325 billion lira.

[01:37:25] our raw material purchases from abroad. As a pharmacist, I believe
[01:37:28] we should produce our
[01:37:32] raw materials ourselves. The number of arrests in
[01:37:36] operations against LGBTQIA+ individuals under the name
[01:37:39] "My Family is Safe" has increased considerably. Özgür Özel
[01:37:43] objects to these operations.
[01:37:50] Everyone is being criminalized. Arrests targeting LGBTI+ individuals
[01:37:54] continue. 20 people in Istanbul and 2 in Çanakkale
[01:37:57] were arrested. The number of arrested people in the operation
[01:38:01] called "My Family is Safe" reached 82.
[01:38:05] On September 12, an operation was carried out against
[01:38:08] LGBTI+ individuals. Dozens of people were detained
[01:38:11] in 15 provinces. Proceedings were initiated against 9 associations
[01:38:15] and 13 businesses. They were accused of obscenity,
[01:38:18] violating the Law on Associations, and facilitating
[01:38:21] prostitution.
[01:38:24] In Istanbul, the procedures of 33 people detained
[01:38:27] at the police station were completed. Following their interrogation
[01:38:31] by the prosecutor, 20 of the 33 people were referred
[01:38:34] to court with a request for arrest, and 13 with a request
[01:38:37] for judicial control. All those for whom arrest was
[01:38:40] requested were arrested. At the same time, two more people were arrested
[01:38:44] in Çanakkale. In Ankara, 13 of 21
[01:38:48] people were arrested, including journalist Tuğba Tekerek.
[01:38:51] Tekerek was alleged to be managing the social
[01:38:54] media account of Kaos GL, one of the associations
[01:38:57] targeted by the operation. In a message she sent,
[01:39:01] Tekerek stated that she was following the 2023 Georgian
[01:39:04] elections and producing copyrighted
[01:39:06] news. With the arrests in Istanbul, the number
[01:39:10] of people arrested in the operation against LGBTI+ individuals
[01:39:13] reached 82. 16 people in Izmir, 27
[01:39:16] in Mersin, and 5 in Aydın were also arrested under
[01:39:20] the same operation.
[01:39:24] In Istanbul, on September 15, the Çağlayan Courthouse
[01:39:28] operation was to be protested, and 106 people were detained.
[01:39:31] While their referral to the courthouse was awaited,
[01:39:35] their detention period was extended by 24 hours.
[01:39:38] However, at night, 16 people, including journalists
[01:39:42] and lawyers, who were held at three different locations,
[01:39:45] were released without being referred to the courthouse.
[01:39:49] One of those detained was
[01:39:51] Sarya Toprak, a reporter for BirGün Newspaper.
[01:40:06] New party leader Özgür Özel reacted to the
[01:40:09] operation. He said, "We are facing a situation
[01:40:13] where everyone is being lumped together and criminalized."
[01:40:16] For example, operations are being carried out against
[01:40:20] associations related to sexual health, which only doctors
[01:40:23] can join, and against associations working on sexual orientation,
[01:40:27] which only specialist doctors can join, and against
[01:40:31] the association fighting HIV, i.e., AIDS. Moreover,
[01:40:34] among those targeted by the operation are even
[01:40:37] family solidarity associations. All of them are accused
[01:40:41] of immorality and obscenity. These operations may want
[01:40:44] to ignore a reality, but this does not eliminate
[01:40:48] that reality. It merely disappears from sight, and
[01:40:51] wherever it disappears, all kinds of injustice, illegality,
[01:40:54] and unhealthy situations emerge.
[01:40:57] So, are the "My Family is Safe" operations really safe?
[01:41:01] For example, Baby Büşra. We're talking about an 11-month-old
[01:41:05] baby. First, it was said that Büşra's mother
[01:41:08] sold her baby for her father.
[01:41:12] Then, her mother said that her father
[01:41:15] killed her and threw her in a field.
[01:41:19] Then, the mother and father were arrested. Baby
[01:41:22] Büşra is still missing. An 11-month-old baby
[01:41:26] has been missing for days. Will you say something? Will
[01:41:29] you say something about Büşra? Was 11-month-old Büşra kidnapped
[01:41:33] or sold? In the investigation with conflicting statements,
[01:41:36] 6 people, including the mother
[01:41:37] and father, were arrested.
[01:41:41] Baby Büşra went missing in Divriği district of Sivas
[01:41:45] on September 10. Elif Balıkçı, the daughter-in-law of the
[01:41:48] family who temporarily went to the village from Diyarbakır
[01:41:52] for animal breeding, had reported that she could
[01:41:55] not find her baby in the tent. However, the mother's
[01:41:57] conflicting statements
[01:42:01] changed the direction of the investigation. In her first statement, the mother
[01:42:05] claimed that the father sold the baby for money, but
[01:42:08] she changed her statement to the prosecutor. This time, she
[01:42:12] said that the father killed the baby and left her in
[01:42:16] a field. The father denied the accusations. The mother
[01:42:19] was taken to the field by the prosecutor and gendarmerie
[01:42:22] teams to show the location.
[01:42:25] However, no trace of the baby was found in that area.
[01:42:29] Baby Büşra's mother, father, uncle, aunt, and some
[01:42:33] relatives were in custody. 6 people were arrested,
[01:42:37] 4 people were released. The family's other four
