[00:16:51] duties assigned to it, but unfortunately,

[00:17:05] intelligence index, our country's situation
[00:17:18] the amount of investment made in
[00:17:22] this regard, we may be able

[00:17:29] outcome. In our country, less than
[00:17:33] 50 million dollars has been invested
[00:17:36] in this regard. We used to
[00:17:40] talk to various institutions, from
[00:17:43] various executive institutions to
[00:17:47] regulatory institutions, security institutions,
[00:17:51] military institutions, and we know
[00:17:55] that everyone is playing their
[00:17:58] own tune. For example, someone
[00:18:01] gives a permit
[00:18:04] here, someone makes a decision
[00:18:08] there, this one doesn't give data.
[00:18:11] All of this is because
[00:18:14] we did not have a centralized
[00:18:17] authority, and as a result,
[00:18:21] there was no one whose inherent

[00:18:27] that technology. It was a mission
[00:18:30] alongside other missions.

[00:18:38] in one place, powerful,

[00:18:52] must define an executive structure for it, appoint
[00:18:55] a manager, and naturally have a
[00:18:59] plan. We will also allocate
[00:19:02] funds for it as much
[00:19:05] as possible. All of these factors
[00:19:19] led to a serious discussion
[00:19:22] about having a law that both
[00:19:25] supervises and determines the fate
[00:19:28] of artificial intelligence, getting it out
[00:19:32] of lawlessness, and putting everyone
[00:19:35] on the same track. Thus,

[00:19:42] in line with the approved document
[00:19:46] of the Supreme Council of Cultural

[00:20:59] the history of the country's technology

[00:29:01] seen from acceptable ranks in artificial
[00:29:06] to international medals. With a
[00:29:09] correct strategy, coordination, and synergy among
[00:29:14] vigilant and jihadi management, Iran can
[00:29:17] be among the top 10 artificial
[00:29:19] intelligence countries in the world
[00:29:22] in an era when artificial
[00:29:26] intelligence is defining the boundaries of
[00:29:29] superpower and continuous development. It is
[00:29:47] one of the superpowers. Now, at these moments, our heroes and crowns
[00:29:50] of our heads, the prisoners, arrive.

[00:29:57] prisons and the aggressors' detention
[00:30:00] centers like fierce
[00:30:10] lions, with their heads held high
