[00:34:43] an update, and shortly after received an unexpected notice.
[00:34:47] They sent us a message telling us that the
[00:34:50] offices had closed and that they would no longer be handling our cases.
[00:34:54] She played with our feelings. Lozano resigned from the Washington State Bar
[00:34:58] on May 26th, instead of continuing with the
[00:35:01] disciplinary procedure. The office closed on June
[00:35:05] 10th, and 8 days later, the Board of Immigration Appeals
[00:35:09] suspended her from practicing before USCIS and immigration
[00:35:11] courts. The family has already received a copy of their
[00:35:15] file. The problem is that they don't understand what strategy the
[00:35:18] firm followed, or what information was presented to immigration. Many
[00:35:22] people say that the lawyer put things that were not
[00:35:25] true, and in reality, we don't know 100%
[00:35:29] what it says, how it harms us. We
[00:35:32] don't know anything. When questioning
[00:35:35] alert for former Lozano clients. The agency asks them to update their
[00:35:39] mailing address and states that they can request a
[00:35:43] copy of what immigration received through the Freedom of Information

[00:43:12] floor with blood from my
[00:43:16] nose, my nose was bleeding, and this mother's story reflects one of
[00:43:20] the most common patterns attended by organizations that help

[00:50:18] living on campus for a year was an important part of his university
