[00:24:34] Myanmar, with
[00:24:37] the African continent, where we also have
[00:24:41] armed conflicts, more than 130 of them are ongoing
[00:24:44] in the world at this moment, we have neither that protection, nor
[00:24:48] international law, and we saw recently a situation in which
[00:24:51] US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said
[00:24:55] that it will be the will and
[00:24:59] desire of his administration to
[00:25:02] destroy the International Criminal Tribunal
[00:25:05] ICC, even though the Americans were the ones who founded
[00:25:09] it in the first place, also what we see is that
[00:25:13] uh the ICC itself has internal problems, on the other
[00:25:17] hand, we have a lack of that international
[00:25:21] justice and accountability, because, for example, if we are already talking about the ICC, they
[00:25:24] have issued arrest warrants for both the Russian
[00:25:27] president and his commissioner for children's
[00:25:30] rights, we also have arrest warrants for the leaders
[00:25:34] of Hamas, the leaders of Israel, likewise
[00:25:37] some other proceedings are ongoing against
[00:25:41] certain presidents and
[00:25:45] other officials of countries such as the Philippines,
[00:25:48] but there is no universal
[00:25:52] international law that should be protection at a global
[00:25:55] level and we have seen that in recent decades
[00:25:59] also in the area of the when it comes to. I'm
