Time how [00:03:13] sports associations in Serbia change names in the spirit of the Serbian world, [00:03:16] also one of the topics, and then worker protection in [00:03:20] focus, this is not the end, this is a new beginning, Nova željezara Zenica [00:03:23] announced bankruptcy there. Former high official [00:03:27] of the United Nations who served in Bosnia and Herzegovina says Srebrenica [00:03:31] was a systemic failure, the government of Tuzla Canton treats [00:03:34] 39,43 pensioners, they will receive [00:03:38] one hundred convertible marks, [00:03:58] area is still active. Due to the extremely difficult situation in [00:04:02] that city, a state of natural [00:04:05] disaster has been declared and international air assistance [00:04:09] has been requested to extinguish it. Here is the report from the [00:04:11] scene. A state of natural disaster has been declared in Konjic [00:04:15] due to the difficult and alarming situation on [00:04:18] the ground. A large forest fire has been raging for days [00:04:21] in the area around the settlements of Kanjina, [00:04:25] Živašnica, Brđani, and Džepi. Due to the scale [00:04:28] of the danger, the mayor of Konjic sent an official request [00:04:32] for international air assistance, and during the day, [00:04:35] Air Tractors and a helicopter from the Armed Forces of Bosnia [00:04:39] and Herzegovina were engaged. This means the fire is constantly spreading. All our available [00:04:43] resources and capacities [00:04:46] are on the ground. The fire is spreading towards Brđani and towards Džepska [00:04:49] mountain, meaning in the direction of Hadžići municipality. Mm [00:04:53] during the past night, the city civil protection staff of the city [00:04:57] of Konjic convened. A state of natural disaster was declared in the area of Konjic [00:05:01] due to large forest fires and international assistance [00:05:04] was requested for [00:05:07] extinguishing forest fires from the air. Today on the ground, [00:05:10] two e-tractors of the civil protection administration are operating. [00:05:13] The firefighting of HNK, they have been operating [00:05:17] for previous days. Mm, we also had a helicopter [00:05:20] from the Canton of Zenica, [00:05:24] mm, civil protection of Zenica-Doboj Canton, according to [00:05:27] unofficial information, it was announced that it would operate [00:05:30] today. We have a helicopter of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina, it was [00:05:34] announced for today, it is still not on the ground, we expect it any moment. [00:05:38] We also have unofficial information that it might operate today. [00:05:42] Mm... We mostly have [00:05:44] firefighters from Sarajevo Canton from Hadžići from Tarčin. They are helping us [00:05:47] with ground [00:05:50] forces and extinguishing the fire from [00:05:53] the ground, and all [00:05:56] preventing the fire from spreading towards [00:06:00] Brđani and towards Džepska mountain. Under the force of [00:06:04] the wind, the fire is spreading in multiple directions. During the past [00:06:07] night, two stables and one abandoned house burned down in [00:06:11] the hamlet of Olob. near Džepa, since early [00:06:14] morning, firefighters from Konjic, with the help of colleagues [00:06:18] from Hadžići and Tarčin, as well as locals and [00:06:21] hunters, have been fighting a superhuman battle with the [00:06:24] fire, so the forest is burning, [00:06:28] meaning it's burning, we have a weekend house up there and my son [00:06:32] went up there, there are people who have [00:06:35] livestock, meaning they have sheep [00:06:39] and all that is up there now, so he went out to [00:06:42] the hill, now the grass is [00:06:46] dry, everything will burn, [00:06:50] mm, how close is it, how much does it threaten the settlement itself? [00:06:53] Well, it's scattered [00:06:55] now, you know, every 500 [00:06:59] meters maybe houses, mhm, you know, it's a bit scattered, it's a mountain [00:07:03] and so on, [00:07:06] that's it, what does your son say? The terrain is very inaccessible, I just [00:07:10] called him, he says... it's going towards [00:07:13] Džepi, the planes dropped twice [00:07:16] and that's it, it's classic [00:07:20] to say it will come here, so it was burning here last night, it was burning here last night, [00:07:24] mhm, we are afraid, but here [00:07:27] it is, this passed, this is the only thing that passed without burning [00:07:30] and all of this, all of that down there [00:07:34] burned, the settlement Živašnica, it's been a week [00:07:37] since all this started, last week we ourselves helped the Konjic firefighters [00:07:41] with extinguishing, "it wasn't too critical here like in the lower [00:07:44] settlement, but it was really a big fire, the firefighters [00:07:48] fought for 24 hours for sure for a couple of days, so [00:07:51] it was much more critical down there than here, but we still defended [00:07:55] this settlement here, so did you also see [00:07:59] air support? Were they there? Well, honestly, not as much as we expected, [00:08:03] there was a lot of help, but they flew over a couple of times [00:08:06] without dropping water, probably because of the smoke and they didn't see well, but [00:08:10] I think the people, most of them, I mean, the firefighters acted, [00:08:13] I mean, those ground forces and there was air support, but I think it could have been more, [00:08:17] honestly. Given that the situation is most critical during the night, [00:08:21] firefighters remain on the ground in the mentioned settlements [00:08:25] to defend residential buildings. Nataša Kerezović, [00:08:28] N1. [00:08:32] The government in Sarajevo Canton is facing numerous questions from citizens these days, [00:08:36] from youth employment programs without work experience to the purchase [00:08:39] of a police helicopter to plans for a new university [00:08:43] campus. The public, given that the end of the mandate is approaching, [00:08:46] expects concrete results, but also clear answers. We will discuss this with [00:09:02] just watched, Konjic is facing fires, [00:09:05] a state of natural disaster was declared today, [00:09:09] international assistance can Sarajevo Canton help Konjic [00:09:13] at this moment? Well, last Friday, we already, [00:09:16] in a record, mm, time, when the need [00:09:20] arose through the federal administration for civil [00:09:23] protection, which called our civil protection, the government of Sarajevo Canton [00:09:26] had a session where we sent our [00:09:30] vehicles and our crew as support to colleagues in [00:09:34] Konjic itself. Unfortunately, the information I follow [00:09:37] through, mm, through the media shows that it is [00:09:40] quite, mm... a serious fire, that without [00:09:44] international assistance, without [00:09:48] a large squadron, [00:09:51] resources, and other material needs, the fire [00:09:55] will not be brought under control, so, unfortunately, we waited [00:09:58] seven days, right? Approximately today, today is about [00:10:02] the seventh day since it started to smoke in [00:10:05] the Konjic areas. Now, if the helicopter that [00:10:09] was acquired by the Ministry of Interior of Sarajevo Canton were here, how much could it help? And why [00:10:13] isn't it here? Mm, it would certainly help a lot, so it's [00:10:16] a multi-purpose helicopter that has, I think, [00:10:19] three times the amount of water it can [00:10:23] carry for extinguishing fires than [00:10:27] the regular ones used in Bosnia and Herzegovina for [00:10:30] simple reasons, because it still needs [00:10:34] certain technical technical additions in the Czech Republic [00:10:37] itself, where the country of delivery [00:10:40] of the vehicle, or aircraft, insurance, or [00:10:44] registration of the same, the crew itself that [00:10:48] needs to be [00:10:51] hired by the government of Sarajevo Canton and where [00:10:55] a tender has been announced, parallel to that, since we are establishing [00:10:58] a helicopter unit, they have been in training for a long time. They will be [00:11:02] part of the program with [00:11:05] new, or rather, staff who will be available [00:11:08] in the coming months so that they acquire [00:11:11] a sufficient number of hours for flying, so these are all procedural things. [00:11:15] We knew that Sarajevo Canton still doesn't have a crew ready [00:11:19] to take over helicopters independently, that's right, that's right, so that's something that [00:11:22] was known to all of us from the beginning. We are establishing [00:11:25] a helicopter unit for the first time, and according to all [00:11:29] rules and all certificates, certain [00:11:32] pilots need to have a certain number of hours [00:11:35] on certain aircraft, so when can citizens expect [00:11:38] this helicopter to be, therefore, stationed in Sarajevo Canton [00:11:42] in full function with domestic staff? Mm, in full function, [00:11:46] it will be in the coming weeks, so the moment it is finished, [00:11:50] say in the next month, I don't know how long the public [00:11:53] procurement of vehicle insurance will take, the public [00:11:57] procurement of hiring that additional crew, but [00:12:00] citizens of Sarajevo Canton literally in the coming months with domestic [00:12:03] staff, I don't know exactly what number of hours needs to happen, [00:12:07] but it doesn't matter, it's important that the helicopter itself is available [00:12:11] to the citizens of the canton to the crew, uh, how much will it [00:12:15] cost the canton, or its citizens? It will, so it will [00:12:18] definitely cost, these are things we knew would happen [00:12:22] and must happen, so the moment one city, one region, one [00:12:26] country establishes a helicopter unit, mm, these are all [00:12:29] procedures that must happen, they must have a certain [00:12:33] number of flight hours on one aircraft, and parallel [00:12:37] to that, in order to enable that [00:12:40] helicopter not to stand in hangars, mm, it will be [00:12:43] used by the mm [00:12:47] crew that will be hired. What is most important, I emphasize once again, [00:12:51] is that the citizens of Sarajevo Canton and Bosnia and Herzegovina will have that helicopter available [00:12:55] for God forbid and for these situations that are happening today in [00:12:58] Herzegovina and this would certainly [00:13:01] be part of the help in greater material means [00:13:05] and vehicles at this moment than what [00:13:08] we had in previous years or [00:13:11] decades as it was in Sarajevo Canton, today [00:13:14] is Youth Day, the Canton government approved [00:13:18] the program of first employment, my [00:13:21] right. How many young people do you expect will go through [00:13:25] this program and how will their previous successes be [00:13:28] evaluated? Who will have the right to receive [00:13:32] support within this program? Yes, there are a large [00:13:35] number of programs through the employment service of Sarajevo [00:13:38] Canton. The government places them on the labor market. [00:13:42] One of these programs is "My Right," which is essentially [00:13:46] an internship that is made available to [00:13:49] all young people entering employment for the first [00:13:53] time. [00:13:55] "Mm, in previous years, we increased the budget execution [00:13:59] of the employment service, so this immediately [00:14:01] results in numbers we can be proud of. [00:14:05] Mm, as I recently saw that data, in 2019, [00:14:08] in Sarajevo Canton, there were [00:14:12] about 153,000 employed people and [00:14:16] about 58,000 [00:14:19] unemployed people, so I took that period before the pandemic so there wouldn't [00:14:22] be a mistake in the calculation." Compared to today, [00:14:26] there is a 12,000 difference, so in favor of [00:14:30] employed people, in favor of fewer unemployed people, [00:14:34] so money, yes, but employers often claim they lack qualified [00:14:37] labor, while on the other [00:14:40] hand, young people uh claim that [00:14:43] it's actually very difficult to get a job [00:14:47] without experience. How to break that vicious cycle, [00:14:50] can this be done through this program? Well, it can, so I think the market is so deficient [00:14:54] now, especially in Sarajevo Canton, that employers [00:14:58] are looking for workers they can train, so for long-term, [00:15:02] so, not, not a finished product, on one hand, on the [00:15:05] other hand, these programs give financial [00:15:08] opportunities to employers to draw for a certain period, [00:15:12] whether it's six months for secondary education [00:15:14] or 12 months for higher education, [00:15:18] so that's a symbiosis that [00:15:21] has shown results, and the results would be much greater. [00:15:25] if there had been a change in the federal law [00:15:28] on [00:15:30] uh mediation in employment, so that, that [00:15:34] current federal law ties the hands of all cantons. [00:15:37] informally because there is no separation between real [00:15:41] job seekers and those who are [00:15:43] fictitious, so at this moment in Sarajevo Canton, we are working [00:15:47] with a figure of approximately 47,000 [00:15:51] people who are on the unemployment registry, but in reality it's between 13 [00:15:54] and 15,000, the rest are fictitious due to some social [00:15:58] benefits on one hand, and on the other hand, because people are abroad, [00:16:01] living their lives [00:16:04] abroad, so that law prevents us from [00:16:07] creating programs that will directly target [00:16:11] these 13 or 15,000, but when programs are created, [00:16:14] those who genuinely seek a job usually apply, whoever doesn't seek one won't even apply [00:16:17] for something similar, that's right, but there is [00:16:21] space, so there is space and capacity [00:16:24] and finances through the employment service, and I am [00:16:28] sorry that that law in the federation was not changed in [00:16:31] previous years, that is a political issue for which [00:16:34] I really don't know why this. such an [00:16:38] important topic, especially for parties that [00:16:41] come from Herzegovina, that is [00:16:44] HDZ, which, a few months ago, actually [00:16:48] overturned that law, or rather, there was not enough support for changing that [00:16:51] law, so I don't see anything here that has any ethnic connotation, it's just [00:16:55] operational which can determine for all [00:16:58] employment services of all cantons in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina [00:17:02] to distinguish those who really want to find a job, so we can invest [00:17:05] money in them, perhaps through retraining, not [00:17:09] like this, blindly, talking about [00:17:11] 48,000 unemployed, 47,000 [00:17:15] unemployed in Sarajevo Canton, that is truly not a figure that is [00:17:18] a real one, but only a fictitious figure based [00:17:22] on that bad law. When we talk about young people, the return of [00:17:25] VAT on the purchase of the first property is presented [00:17:29] as help to young people. Is [00:17:32] that help sufficient given this dizzying rise in property [00:17:35] prices? Not only in Sarajevo [00:17:38] Canton, but throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina, many say that properties are unrealistically expensive [00:17:42] and somewhere people would need more than [00:17:46] half their lives with some loan, uh, whose [00:17:49] installment almost exceeds a thousand marks to pay off such an apartment. [00:17:53] Is that a realistic price and how, apart from [00:17:57] that VAT refund, can we further help young people to get [00:18:00] settled? That is a big step forward, so [00:18:03] colleagues from other countries who read it and [00:18:07] were quite curious, asked me how it happened, [00:18:11] because in those neither regional nor European countries [00:18:15] that policy is not based that way. I think it is a very [00:18:19] important pillar, is it enough? No, we are talking about [00:18:22] the price per square meter in Sarajevo of 5,000 convertible marks and [00:18:26] when you take this apartment of 50 [00:18:29] square meters with interest and so on, truly a young person's entire life [00:18:33] or anyone can pay it off, on one hand [00:18:36] this. "a law will be introduced, so we are working and are nearing the end [00:18:40] of that law on taxing additional properties in Sarajevo Canton, which [00:18:44] will reduce the bubble of those prices, so it will [00:18:48] somehow encourage perhaps other [00:18:51] markets for investment, so not only for citizens and [00:18:54] private individuals and other people to invest by buying [00:18:57] apartments and keeping them locked, so we want those apartments [00:19:01] to be unlocked, to be rented out, then other taxes will be paid, [00:19:04] we will also have to change paradigms..." [00:19:08] of housing, so yes, you tried at one point with that [00:19:11] support for young people, but there was a problem, then [00:19:15] there was a program for building cheap apartments, if I'm not [00:19:18] mistaken, is that program ever finished or is it ongoing? [00:19:21] Construction is ongoing, this year I expect the start of 300 [00:19:24] new apartments, some are in Sokolović Kolonija, so [00:19:28] directly next to the tram line which will be opened [00:19:31] in the coming weeks, there will be a [00:19:34] beautiful building, citizens of Sarajevo Canton could see the conceptual [00:19:37] solution, at this moment all permits are being collected so that work can start on that [00:19:41] location and also other specific locations [00:19:44] in Vogošća as well as in the municipality [00:19:47] of Centar Šip, so in that way we can [00:19:50] attack the market and change the paradigm of thinking about housing, [00:19:54] I wanted to go back to that, so in Western Europe [00:19:58] housing is not exclusively buying apartments, so we [00:20:01] must open up the minds of our citizens [00:20:04] to affordable rents. [00:20:07] It's not something common in these Eastern cultures that, [00:20:11] but for us it's almost the same as the [00:20:15] installment and rent for a month, so people logically [00:20:18] think that it's actually better [00:20:21] to pay for something, even for a longer period, and in the end [00:20:25] to have that something rather than paying rent, which you are right [00:20:28] about, but we must change that concept of rent as well, so [00:20:32] there must be subsidies for renting those apartments, either through financial [00:20:36] resources of municipalities. cantons, or through [00:20:39] renting already existing [00:20:42] housing stock of both the canton and municipalities to [00:20:45] a certain population, these should not be commercial prices, and [00:20:48] we think that... the example of Vienna, which [00:20:52] is an ideal example that is very difficult to [00:20:55] replicate not only in Bosnia and Herzegovina and [00:20:58] Sarajevo, but in much more developed countries, but to strive for a similar [00:21:02] example and to open the way for that [00:21:05] social housing rental to all [00:21:09] interested parties in this case in Sarajevo. You mentioned [00:21:12] earlier the conceptual design of the building, uh, so for [00:21:16] young people, a conceptual design appeared, uh, actually... [00:21:20] of the new university campus, uh [00:21:23] behind which stands Sarajevo Canton. Now [00:21:26] many recall that the construction of certain university facilities that was [00:21:30] started long ago, was never completed, so how [00:21:33] can we actually believe that this project will be brought to an end if what [00:21:37] has been done for decades has never [00:21:40] been brought to an end and why start one or [00:21:43] the other when the first one is still not finished? Well, [00:21:47] citizens are right with that, but we just need to see why some [00:21:51] buildings were not built and who participated in [00:21:54] creating such ugly narratives, which follow this [00:21:58] government. We are talking, I assume, about the building of the Academy of Performing [00:22:02] Arts, which was started about 20 years ago, [00:22:05] uh, and it certainly needed to be visited on multiple occasions, deadlines were given. [00:22:09] That building, the Academy of [00:22:13] Performing Arts, will be completed during this year as [00:22:18] about ten years [00:22:22] of the lives of all [00:22:25] Bosnians and Herzegovinians, ten years of opportunities, [00:22:29] for example, for the film industry, which is current in the coming days due to [00:22:32] the film festival. How much more advanced would we be now, how much more competitive [00:22:36] would we be, how many of our students and [00:22:39] professors would perhaps be more active in the film [00:22:42] industry if they had adequate conditions? We lost about 10 years [00:22:46] due to various criminal activities on that object. "and [00:22:50] those who are educated and specialized today, [00:22:53] unfortunately, don't have much work, especially in recent years in [00:22:57] that industry, I agree, so, uh, certain incentives [00:23:02] Herzegovina are missing, precisely [00:23:05] because of that, the Government of Canton Sarajevo and the Ministry of Culture and Sports [00:23:09] uh established the Fund for Cinematography of Canton [00:23:13] Sarajevo, they allocated a budget. Is that enough considering that only the canton allocates, and [00:23:17] there is no support from other levels of government? No, this [00:23:20] is just one pillar that must exist. We are a city of film and we [00:23:24] must function in such a way as to provide a pillar of incentives [00:23:28] for the film industry. The remaining pillar or [00:23:31] the remaining two pillars on which [00:23:35] the level of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, we cannot expect state [00:23:38] level due to political [00:23:41] issues, but the Federation must and the Federation will [00:23:44] get involved, uh, in one way or another, so [00:23:47] from the perspective of Sarajevo Canton, we can truly be proud. Unfortunately, I cannot [00:23:51] be proud of the slowness of a few months, last [00:23:54] year we should have had the first call regarding [00:23:58] the film fund, but the appointed steering committee [00:24:02] resigned while a new one was being announced, so these are some procedures [00:24:05] that are not in the hands of the competent [00:24:08] ministry and the government of Sarajevo Canton, but are processes that happen independently [00:24:12] of us. My insistence on Minister Magoda and [00:24:15] Minister Magoda towards the [00:24:19] film fund is that the call must be announced as soon [00:24:23] as possible, the money that is planned in the budget for 2026 [00:24:27] must be pumped into [00:24:30] the film industry. as promised and as [00:24:34] planned, this is for [00:24:38] all users and creators, we will talk a little [00:24:42] later about SF, of course, at the end of the conversation, [00:24:45] if we have time, let's deal with infrastructure [00:24:49] and transport specific topics. We would gladly ask [00:24:52] Minister Šteta about this, but we have not been able to reach him for a long time, [00:24:55] but you as the Prime Minister, even though the government is in resignation, I assume you can give [00:24:59] some of the answers. So, after the cantonal court made [00:25:03] a decision according to which hiding the contract for the construction of the tram [00:25:07] line is illegal, the Ministry of Transport was [00:25:10] ordered to repeat the procedure respecting the Law on Freedom [00:25:13] of Access to Information, uh, which was initiated [00:25:17] by Transparency International. Minister Šteta, in his reaction [00:25:21] claims that the Ministry did, however, act according to the law, so then [00:25:24] we come to a collision between these two statements. Should [00:25:28] the interest of a public, uh, or rather, a private company be placed [00:25:32] above the interest of the public that wants to know where and how citizens' [00:25:35] money is spent? So, what I haven't read [00:25:39] is the judgment of the Cantonal Court. Also, I have been informed, both by [00:25:42] colleagues and by media, [00:25:46] that the Cantonal Court has returned [00:25:50] the case for first-instance decision-making, and I think [00:25:53] there is no fear on my part, neither towards Minister Šteta nor [00:25:57] the officials of the Ministry of Transport, that they will acknowledge [00:26:00] the judgment of the Cantonal Court. The way it is written in the [00:26:04] operative part of the same resolution, or rather [00:26:08] the judgment itself, Mr. Šteta has [00:26:11] participated in the government of Canton Sarajevo, not only this one but also the previous one, which [00:26:15] can truly say that it is a transparent government, and we have created [00:26:19] excellent mechanisms regarding the issue. But if the [00:26:21] talk about transparency is actually hidden from [00:26:24] the public, and I don't think it's hidden. If it is hidden, there is no reason of private [00:26:28] nature for a minister or an employee or a member of the government not [00:26:32] to want it. I specifically ask the question, can [00:26:35] the interest of a private company actually be above [00:26:39] the interest of citizens? If an obligatory relationship has been entered into with, say, a [00:26:42] private company or with the EBRD, the financier [00:26:46] of the project itself, that relationship [00:26:49] must be respected. So, at that moment, if [00:26:53] the canton, or rather, a certain ministry, agreed to [00:26:57] such a contract, given the laws on access to information. Well, now [00:27:01] I will tell you, many of these international agreements, let's not take the EBRD [00:27:04] as an example, but other international agreements, with other banks and so [00:27:08] on, these are standard contracts, wherever we tried [00:27:11] to change some things, unrelated to this part, we would [00:27:15] hit a wall that is difficult to jump over. [00:27:19] They say it's "take it or leave it" when it comes to those standard parts [00:27:22] of the contract. So, we are not talking about the price, we are not talking about [00:27:26] the content of the same, so standard contracts say [00:27:30] these are contracts we work with and governments. We work in Montenegro, in [00:27:33] Slovenia, and so on. Take it or leave it, so it's very [00:27:37] difficult now to say, "I don't like the article, I won't," and [00:27:40] it won't be the court in London [00:27:44] uh, competent for that agreement. We will say it's the Municipal Court in Sarajevo. So, [00:27:48] there is no, or whether the official version in one language or in [00:27:51] another is more relevant than the other. So, many of these things are [00:27:55] difficult to negotiate, almost impossible [00:27:58] in cases where I participated for some things because they are like that. [00:28:02] This is a "take it or leave it" contract, likewise in this part, [00:28:06] this, if that contract with [00:28:09] the EBRD or the contractors does not allow it to be shown, so I am not [00:28:12] talking about the interest of citizens, about public [00:28:16] or private interest, but about an obligatory relationship that was [00:28:20] established in that way by that contract. When [00:28:23] we talk about traffic, there have been visible investments [00:28:26] in recent years in Canton Sarajevo, however, despite [00:28:30] all that, the problem of traffic jams has definitely not been solved. [00:28:33] You just came to us, I assume you saw how bad the traffic is [00:28:37] on the main city road. [00:28:40] Is there a way for Sarajevo to solve [00:28:43] that problem somehow, or will we live with it despite these [00:28:58] is much better in the city. So, the adaptive [00:29:02] center for adaptive traffic management, [00:29:05] a project that is being established, a project that we expect will [00:29:08] speed up traffic by at least 30%. So, [00:29:12] if someone went from point A to point B in [00:29:15] 30 minutes, we expect that to drop to 20 [00:29:19] minutes. But we are still talking about individual vehicles. [00:29:23] Is there a way for citizens to, [00:29:25] so, leave their cars at home, to rely on [00:29:29] public transport to be better organized, to be... [00:29:32] more punctual, to be, so, with fewer crowds, so that we can [00:29:36] reduce traffic jams that way? Absolutely. So, what we have [00:29:40] bought now, that's a small revolution in the region, not to mention Bosnia and [00:29:43] Herzegovina, from trams, trolleybuses, buses, minibuses, that's [00:29:47] just to cover those lines. [00:29:51] However, politics and changing the paradigm of citizens' awareness [00:29:54] will happen in the next next steps. For example, it was recently [00:29:58] announced that a camera has been installed in a part [00:30:02] of Marshal Tito Street that will fine [00:30:05] citizens who drive on the [00:30:08] yellow lane, i.e., on the tram line side. [00:30:11] It somehow divided the public, asking why [00:30:14] this is being done. So, it was already forbidden to drive on that side. At this [00:30:18] moment, rules are only being introduced to penalize [00:30:22] irresponsible drivers who drive on the right side, [00:30:25] i.e., the side where the tracks are. In this way, [00:30:28] public urban transport will be sped up. In this way, [00:30:31] tomorrow, citizens who are used to driving their vehicles (there are over [00:30:34] 165,000 registered vehicles in Canton [00:30:37] Sarajevo) will realize that it is much nicer, [00:30:41] much easier, cheaper, to travel by [00:30:44] public transport, which is currently punctual, which you also have via [00:30:48] an app, clean, tidy, um, which is [00:30:51] air-conditioned, rather than sitting in cars [00:30:53] and in traffic jams. So that's the paradigm that is not happening [00:30:57] exclusively in our city, but must...
