[00:00:00] statements again, all those increasingly frequent announcements about the third electoral [00:00:03] unit precisely in this period before the elections [00:00:06] themselves? [00:00:09] Uh, exactly that last sentence of yours, that before the elections [00:00:12] some unrealistic stories intensify in which those who [00:00:15] have no mind, have no way to justify their four-year [00:00:19] work, mostly flee to that zone of escalation or [00:00:22] confrontation, announcing some things that cannot [00:00:26] and will not happen in Bosnia and Herzegovina, there is no third entity, there are no new electoral units, [00:00:30] we can talk about everything, precisely because of that, we [00:00:33] held a big conference, institutionally showed [00:00:36] with numbers the real situation on the ground and proved that [00:00:40] indeed the only people in Bosnia and Herzegovina, if we are talking about positions [00:00:43] who suffer, this is the Bosniak people, so dozens, [00:00:47] maybe hundreds of positions which at the expense of Bosniaks [00:00:50] are consumed by other mainly Croats, I see that it actually [00:00:53] echoed and it should have echoed, this in circles and [00:00:56] in Zagreb in circles of HDZ I have not heard [00:01:00] adequate answers from them, they want to continue fighting, we are not fighting, there has [00:01:04] never been a lenient policy towards Zagreb, such a narrative was created [00:01:07] by those who actually, now with HDZ in [00:01:11] SBK have a government in which they gave the majority to HDZ, in which they [00:01:14] transferred powers to Kordić in Mostar, and now they are complaining that [00:01:18] Kordić is abusing those powers, so there was a correct relationship with Zagreb, [00:01:21] we should speak the truth, we speak it pragmatically, when Zagreb [00:01:24] is correct as it was in the case of our European path. When [00:01:28] Plenković brings Ursula von der Leyen and Rutte by the hand, and whose [00:01:32] parliament then voted on support for Bosnia and Herzegovina, when [00:01:35] we together solve the problem when, for example, the question of some [00:01:39] drivers under the law on foreigners, these are good things, we then react very [00:01:42] well or correctly, when they again interfere in a rude [00:01:46] way as they did now, we react [00:01:49] adequately, so there was never a lenient policy, there was a correct [00:01:52] policy that gave results in the first year [00:01:55] of our mandate, but also in some other cases. [00:01:59] somehow after your reaction the Minister of Foreign Affairs [00:02:03] of Croatia reacted again, stating that it was actually about [00:02:07] Bosniak hysteria, how do you comment on where the line [00:02:10] is actually between good neighborly relations and interference in [00:02:13] the internal affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, why do we always talk about [00:02:17] those statements of the Croatian Foreign Minister, especially now when [00:02:20] the issue of the election law of Bosnia and [00:02:24] Herzegovina is the [00:02:26] topic? [00:02:28] Well, he is one of the political actors, many reacted to this topic, before [00:02:32] that we had some unpleasant messages, bad messages [00:02:35] from Zagreb, drawing some maps, meetings of some [00:02:39] radicals who were calling for some more radical [00:02:42] solutions, so this is still a resolution in the parliament that infringes [00:02:46] on the territorial, in fact, on the sovereignty of Bosnia and [00:02:48] Herzegovina. Croatia naturally has the right to care for [00:02:52] Croats in Bosnia and Herzegovina, just as Serbia has the right to care for [00:02:56] Serbs in Bosnia and Herzegovina, just as I, as a Bosniak, care about [00:02:59] Bosniak nations in the region, but nevertheless, sovereignty is a red [00:03:02] line, it is not crossed, let them not interfere in our internal affairs, there are [00:03:06] enough of us, I hope there is reason and wisdom for such matters to be [00:03:10] resolved in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and only there can they happen [00:03:13] and be resolved, we value our neighbors and neighbors and [00:03:17] partners and the international community, but an agreement can ultimately be reached [00:03:21] only within Bosnia and Herzegovina, so I once [00:03:24] reacted, I don't have much time and I don't want to do what people are [00:03:28] used to doing, to now throw [00:03:30] the ball to others for us to speak inflammatory languages while [00:03:33] people are leaving Bosnia and Herzegovina, I must react [00:03:37] when there is truly a need for it, but the focus and [00:03:40] priority of our political action, the economy, is the fight against [00:03:44] corruption, how to keep people in Bosnia and Herzegovina, here [00:03:47] are Croats who massively left our country, fled from those [00:03:50] policies of legitimate representation of all [00:03:53] other hot topics and today they work in other [00:03:56] countries, unfortunately they are not in their homes. How do you generally [00:04:00] view, you mentioned that resolution and the session of the Croatian [00:04:04] Parliament, how do you view it, the discussion itself [00:04:07] that we witnessed, everything we heard, [00:04:11] why was there even a need for the Croatian Parliament [00:04:15] to consider this issue, how do you interpret it, what [00:04:19] is, what is the underlying goal of that very [00:04:22] session of the Croatian Parliament? [00:04:26] Well, that idea also came from these right-wing, let's say, right-wing circles. [00:04:30] who mostly, these are the populists who uh cannot answer [00:04:34] the challenges of their society, cannot present concrete [00:04:37] results of what they should be answering to the citizens, they are part of [00:04:41] the government, so then they run away to some zones that are interesting to the [00:04:44] public, they used to call them patriotic, people see that it is no longer [00:04:48] patriotism, of course the government of Andrej Plenković and he personally and his [00:04:52] associates have their role in that, you remember the first draft which was [00:04:56] much more radical, so there was talk about some worse things, this does not [00:04:59] exonerate Plenković or the government, because in the end they still agreed and [00:05:03] voted for such a resolution to be in the parliament and HDZ [00:05:06] voted for such a resolution, it is inappropriate and not good, it is not [00:05:09] benevolent, we who have spoken many [00:05:13] times about this issue that needs to be addressed, almost all Bosniak leaders [00:05:17] including religious leaders, presidents of almost all parties [00:05:21] in Bosnia and Herzegovina have said that the issue of the Croat [00:05:24] member of the presidency should be resolved, but that issue is completely [00:05:28] constitutional, legitimate, legal when we opened topics and raised [00:05:32] questions about some unconstitutional processes, because our constitution [00:05:35] says that proportional representation of peoples must be respected [00:05:39] in relation to the last census, and starting from the Council of Ministers. The Constitutional [00:05:42] Court, 12 directorial positions at the state level, [00:05:46] there is too much in favor of Croats at the expense of Bosniaks, then [00:05:50] these same circles flee, do not come to Sarajevo for such a session, do not [00:05:53] talk, but again I will repeat, I would want, I would like, [00:05:56] I will do everything for that to be a part of our political action, [00:06:00] we will protect Bosnia and Herzegovina of course by all legal [00:06:03] means, but I call for us to return to discussions about [00:06:06] the economy, about living conditions, about high prices, about the price of [00:06:09] fuel, corruption that is still destroying our society, we do not [00:06:13] have to hide behind those national inflammatory [00:06:16] rhetorics, we will certainly talk about those other [00:06:20] topics concerning Bosnia and Herzegovina, but here, while we are still on the topic of the election [00:06:24] law, how do you generally see solutions for the election law, we constantly talk about [00:06:28] damaged Croats, you mentioned [00:06:31] here, and you, damaged Bosniaks, however, we know that [00:06:34] others somehow remained in the worst political position in Bosnia and [00:06:38] Herzegovina, is there any hope at all that a solution will be found with this [00:06:42] constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina? [00:06:45] I must again return to that famous Neum where I was a participant and [00:06:49] there we were really close to a correct [00:06:53] solution in which we are all equally dissatisfied, so [00:06:57] we said then, I want to remind you of the deletion of the ethnic [00:07:00] prefix from the presidency and what is very [00:07:03] important from the House of Peoples, the Parliament [00:07:06] of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, we would have therefore three clubs in which none [00:07:10] would be called according to the people. Neither Bosniak, nor [00:07:13] Croat, nor Serb, but all would be Bosniak and Croat [00:07:16] Serb and other citizens who are not [00:07:20] members of constituent peoples, so that was very close, a solution [00:07:23] that was, let's say, modeled after the American [00:07:27] electoral system, or we have that [00:07:30] solution again from the "Zapriski paket" in which the members of the presidency [00:07:34] are elected through the parliament, but I repeat once again, that is not [00:07:37] the only, for us it is a smaller problem, the bigger problem is [00:07:40] citizens who are not members of constituent peoples, they have [00:07:44] no right at all to run for the presidency or for [00:07:48] the houses of peoples, so that is the judgment of the international court, the European [00:07:51] Court of Human Rights, that is an obligation from 14 priorities and I return [00:07:55] to this topic, of course, we cannot talk about one, these [00:07:59] 50 or more in which Bosniaks, I agree with you, and [00:08:02] citizens who are not members of constituent peoples in which [00:08:06] they have no rights and Croats use them, that's not how agreements are made, [00:08:09] there's no agreement if only one side [00:08:13] insists on what interests them. Now, let's somehow [00:08:16] move on to these economic topics, but topics [00:08:19] of progress for Bosnia and Herzegovina. You gave an interesting interpretation [00:08:23] for the loss of money from the growth plan, [00:08:26] you stated yesterday that Milorad Dodik is stealing money from the Republika Srpska, [00:08:30] and thus from Bosnia and Herzegovina, and sending it to Albania and Montenegro. [00:08:34] Is there any sense in hoping that we will ever [00:08:37] get that money and withdraw funds from the growth plan? [00:08:41] As long as that Russian submarine is in power, that is, as long as [00:08:45] Dodik is there, as long as he behaves like that, as long as his [00:08:48] obedient followers, those who follow him blindly as party president, even though he is no longer [00:08:51] a political figure, I don't see an option for the [00:08:55] money to be withdrawn, and it's really like this, I saw a large number of [00:08:59] reactions, first Ana Trišić Babić says no one cares what [00:09:02] Konaković thinks and says, then Svimi Odumi writes, and [00:09:05] Cvijanović and Košarac, I see that this nocturnal truth has disturbed [00:09:09] them, because... "There in Albania, people, according to Dodik, should give [00:09:12] a name to some school that sprouts up there, he stole money from [00:09:16] the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, one third and more of that [00:09:20] from the citizens of BiH who live in the BiH entity Republika Srpska and [00:09:24] transferred it to Albania and Montenegro, because the growth plan looks [00:09:27] like this: those who do reforms that are stopped in Bosnia and Herzegovina [00:09:31] because of SNSD, they get nothing, that money goes to those who are [00:09:34] fast, currently the fastest are Albania and Montenegro and that is [00:09:37] really true, I see today that the public I must say." "sent, I received dozens of [00:09:41] messages from people living in the BiH entity Republika Srpska, [00:09:45] Serbs, who asked me to explain in more detail, I explained, such a [00:09:49] schizophrenic policy, Dodik no longer just puts his hand in his pocket [00:09:53] for himself, he doesn't take for himself, but this is really so, money that should [00:09:57] build schools in Teslić in Banja Luka, in Prijedor, in [00:10:00] Bijeljina in Bosnia and Herzegovina, all over, so Široki Brijeg, [00:10:04] Sarajevo, Mostar, Tuzla, he sends to Albania and Montenegro, I don't [00:10:07] see that this will change as long as these people are [00:10:11] part of the government. [00:10:13] Uh, precisely, here, it's an election year, [00:10:15] a pre-election period, [00:10:19] you say you don't believe in any improvement as long as, here, [00:10:22] primarily SNSD is here, [00:10:25] do you think at all that whoever [00:10:28] is in power from the Bosniak people, is it [00:10:32] possible to form and establish a government without SNSD, [00:10:36] without potentially even HDZ of Bosnia and Herzegovina, how do you see [00:10:40] the distribution of the situation after [00:10:42] the elections? Citizens in Bosnia and Herzegovina [00:10:46] will decide on that, voters this time, thank [00:10:49] God for much more democratic and fair elections [00:10:53] which, you see, the reactions of these large ethnic parties who are bothered [00:10:56] of course by the fact that it will no longer be possible to bring hundreds or [00:11:00] thousands of ID cards, insert ballots in the name of [00:11:03] those who do not live in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and even in the name of those who have died [00:11:07] and passed away, this is a system that I saw disturbed these [00:11:11] ruling two-decade ruling [00:11:14] elites here, they are showing justified fear because SNSD [00:11:18] had a small test in RS when this [00:11:21] Blanuša won, so they had to steal and barely stole. With a [00:11:25] difference of a few thousand, Karan wins, and it's interesting, Dodik told us, [00:11:29] "You will have two Dodiks now," neither Karan nor Dodik are there, so [00:11:32] formally neither of them seems to exist, it will be [00:11:36] truly imperative to form a pro-European government in Bosnia [00:11:39] and Herzegovina, exclusively with the aim of improving the living [00:11:43] conditions of citizens in Bosnia and Herzegovina, I must constantly [00:11:46] repeat, people, look at the examples of former Eastern Bloc [00:11:50] countries, look at Poland which has [00:11:52] drawn 250 billion euros from funds, from [00:11:56] its agriculture it has become a world power, today it has [00:11:59] a strong army, strong military, today people from Germany go to Poland to [00:12:03] look for work, Bosnia and Herzegovina has that within reach, in [00:12:06] Republika Srpska there are political parties with whom we will never [00:12:10] agree on our history and past, but obviously it would be easier [00:12:14] to agree on the future with the aim of keeping our children here, [00:12:17] so uh SNSD owned by [00:12:20] Putin, kamikazes who work for Russians not for Serbs, [00:12:24] should not in any option be part of the government, HDZ, of course, if it [00:12:28] insists and defends SNSD is [00:12:31] ultimate, then everything should be done so that neither of them are there, [00:12:34] of course it is complex, it is not simple and citizens of Bosnia and [00:12:37] Herzegovina will decide on that, now that we are already mentioning that post-election [00:12:40] period, uh, what are your expectations, it is becoming [00:12:44] increasingly louder about a possible rapprochement with new [00:12:47] political calculations between SDA and SDP, do you see [00:12:51] in that an attempt to weaken the Troika, forming new [00:12:55] blocs, do you even meet with partners from the Troika, [00:12:58] with the presidents of parties, SDP and [00:13:01] our party, what are the relations like now? [00:13:04] What I see, which is completely evident and which is no longer hidden, of course, is what [00:13:08] we all know, the reunification of the infamous [00:13:12] Troika, uh SNSD, SDA, and HDZ, [00:13:15] the president of SDA, Izetbegović, told us, Čović is a fixed point, [00:13:19] HDZ is a fixed point, we must go with a victory. Indicating that SNSD [00:13:22] would be a partner if it wins the elections in Republika Srpska, it [00:13:26] completely relativizes and I can say normalizes, he is preparing [00:13:29] a scenario as he has already announced, and that is the only [00:13:33] visible rapprochement that is too dangerous for the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina. [00:13:37] The Troika has bothered everyone from the beginning, the Troika always has [00:13:40] internal problems, we have disagreements, misunderstandings, [00:13:44] we don't look at all processes the same way, but it has been shown, [00:13:47] proven, a fundamental alternative to this existing [00:13:50] system. So, within the Troika we had an operational meeting the other day [00:13:54] in Sarajevo Canton with representatives of all parties, [00:13:58] some important processes at all levels, they are still happening, [00:14:01] ongoing, of course in the pre-election period now we are all more concerned with ourselves than [00:14:04] with other things, I have no dilemma, it's no longer the Troika, [00:14:08] I said, it's the Fourteen, at least, it's a large number of parties [00:14:12] that have shown that only this side again has [00:14:16] coalition capacity, because it has clear goals, because it has clear [00:14:19] programs, because it has good people and... Of course, I keep repeating, we made [00:14:23] mistakes, perhaps more than we should have, but that is incomparable to [00:14:27] those who really did very bad [00:14:30] things. We will certainly talk about those [00:14:34] coalitions in this pre-election, but definitely in the [00:14:37] post-election period, to talk a little more about the present, [00:14:40] you recently participated in a ministerial meeting in Washington dedicated to [00:14:44] political terrorism, what messages did Bosnia and Herzegovina [00:14:48] receive from American partners, how much is the stability of the region [00:14:51] actually threatened due to global influences and how [00:14:55] do you generally view the relations between the United States of America [00:14:59] and SNSD currently, given that [00:15:02] we see that first sanctions were lifted [00:15:05] on Milorad Dodik and close associates [00:15:08] and companies, what messages did you receive then, I assume that you [00:15:12] discussed outside the meeting itself with [00:15:15] individual officials, what are the attitudes there? [00:15:19] We talked and are constantly talking, [00:15:21] I repeat that the United States of America is the most important foreign policy partner of Bosnia [00:15:25] and Herzegovina and the creators of Dayton, people who [00:15:28] helped the then and all subsequent administrations to prove and show [00:15:32] possible peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina despite all complex problems. The time that Dayton [00:15:35] brought us and that straitjacket which truly needs to be [00:15:39] unpacked, it needs to be updated, it needs to be [00:15:42] repackaged, I can today truly triumph because everything [00:15:45] I say has been confirmed, although it was not easy at times, [00:15:48] mostly because of politicians from Sarajevo who made Dodik a winner, [00:15:52] when Dodik was the ruler of processes in Bosnia and Herzegovina, here are the [00:15:56] elections today, Dodik is not on the lists, he is still [00:15:59] due to crime in the register in Banja Luka, he is listed [00:16:03] as president of SNSD, and here we will insist that those responsible [00:16:06] of course face certain sanctions, [00:16:10] so America is committed to Bosnia and Herzegovina, it is interested in [00:16:13] processes, it will invest in Bosnia and Herzegovina, it supports integrity, [00:16:16] sovereignty, this was an excellent opportunity, we talked about that political [00:16:20] terrorism, I brought a picture of Milorad Dodik, when you open a textbook [00:16:24] on political terrorism, there on the first page is his picture, who [00:16:28] went from radical left to radical right-winger who insults [00:16:31] victims of genocide who has no human manners, so [00:16:34] we also talked, of course, a good part about him, but about everything that [00:16:38] awaits us in relations, here Bosnia and Herzegovina will soon get an American [00:16:42] ambassador, a man who is focused on dedicated, on military [00:16:45] industry, where we have huge potential, that is another opportunity, [00:16:49] you see now with the price of Gazprom that it is necessary, inevitable, to [00:16:52] speed up the southern interconnection and everything that Dodik [00:16:56] lied about in order to stay in power, turned out to be false, the sanctions remained, [00:16:59] the decisions of the high representative are not erased. Pyer remains [00:17:02] in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the prosecution is working, the courts are working, I must [00:17:06] remind once again, you remember him, he will forbid it, he will take over [00:17:10] the borders, then he raises his hand for the budget in which the prosecution, the [00:17:13] court, all other institutions had their salaries [00:17:17] increased, working conditions improved, we should not give Dodik [00:17:20] the importance he is given, he should be left where he belongs, [00:17:24] what are your expectations from the new [00:17:27] Ambassador of the United States of America in Bosnia and [00:17:31] Herzegovina, how do you see him at all when [00:17:34] it comes to the internal relations of Bosnia and [00:17:37] Herzegovina, whose policies [00:17:41] ambassador actually represent? Uh, [00:17:44] now again on the scene is a new wave, uh, [00:17:46] a new old new stance [00:17:49] of the international community which says: it's okay, reduce [00:17:52] international presence, don't let anyone make decisions [00:17:56] from outside anymore, let local politicians agree for a while, [00:17:59] I completely agree with that stance, I commented on it when [00:18:02] it concerned the OHR, Dodik had some plans there, none of his [00:18:06] plans of course materialized, this and [00:18:10] I believe that the American ambassador will be in line with such policies [00:18:13] together with his colleagues from the European Union and other important [00:18:16] partners of Bosnia and Herzegovina, so it is really [00:18:20] time, but I guarantee that again no one and never again will [00:18:23] tolerate any new attempts, Dodik still has this secessionist [00:18:26] narrative, he talks about how he would someday unite with Serbia, [00:18:29] I invite him to return some of those laws to the National Assembly, [00:18:33] to try formally with those secessionist activities he [00:18:37] previously engaged in, you see he doesn't dare, you see he won't, and I think [00:18:40] the American ambassador will focus on what is very important to us, that [00:18:44] economic cooperation, investments, stability, of course [00:18:47] are prerequisites, so no one, neither Dodik nor those like him, will be allowed to [00:18:51] shake Bosnia and Herzegovina, but rather to talk about investments that [00:18:54] will keep young people in Bosnia and Herzegovina. [00:18:58] The politicians coming from SNSD are still vocal [00:19:02] in commenting on the interference of politicians from the Federation [00:19:06] in the relations in Republika Srpska, and now again [00:19:09] uh, Minister of Finance Srđan Amidžić was actually [00:19:11] putting pressure on the judge of the court in Banja Luka [00:19:15] regarding the relationship between RTRS and BHRT, he claims [00:19:19] that Bosniak politicians want to shut down RTRS by blocking [00:19:22] accounts and leave only BHRT. What is [00:19:26] the background of this financial and media blockade? We ourselves [00:19:29] have witnessed a difficult situation for years [00:19:32] regarding the state of BHRT. How do you [00:19:36] now view this move, and these comments we've been [00:19:40] hearing for days from SNSD politicians, [00:19:43] what exactly is the problem here now? [00:19:46] And they have a lot of problems piled up on them that [00:19:50] they themselves have been creating for many years, so it's the other way around. [00:19:53] RTRS is of course robbing BHRT, the public service, [00:19:57] not fulfilling its obligations, stealing money from subscriptions, not transferring [00:20:01] it where it should, and thank God in this case it shows [00:20:04] that there is still a rule of law in Bosnia and Herzegovina to protect [00:20:07] the institutions of this country, so it's the other way around, there's no talk [00:20:11] of that, no one, we are more interested in [00:20:14] the whole system functioning than that Amidžić, because it's a system [00:20:18] of connected vessels, so I don't gloat [00:20:22] over what is happening, because it affects Bosnia and Herzegovina, when [00:20:26] Dodik finances schools in Albania with the money of the citizens [00:20:30] of Republika Srpska, we pay the price, he doesn't give it to us either, because he has that [00:20:33] destructive Dayton tool to block all of that. Remember, [00:20:37] Republika Srpska owes a lot of money to the Federation, now that [00:20:40] judgment will come soon, this is why Amidžić does not allow discussion at the [00:20:44] management board of the Indirect Taxation Authority, now that will come, [00:20:47] so all debts at high interest rates are coming [00:20:51] due, and they are of course in a problem that is [00:20:54] unsolvable, and that is why the rhetoric is so astonishing, because it is election [00:20:58] time, it is very good that people in Republika Srpska finally [00:21:02] realize who these fraudsters from SNSD are. [00:21:05] Yes, it's summer vacation, after returning from vacation [00:21:09] comes the pre-election campaign, preparations for the elections, [00:21:12] we assume there's no more time to do anything special, [00:21:15] however, ministers, and the chairperson, somehow constantly comment on the situation in Bosnia and [00:21:21] Herzegovina, those some of their positions, what else [00:21:25] interests me, information appeared that the advisor [00:21:28] of the chairperson of the Council of Ministers of BiH received severance pay, then he was [00:21:32] re-employed in the same position, so are you aware of how much state [00:21:36] institutions provide opportunities for such malversations, such [00:21:39] spending and disposal of the budget, since [00:21:43] we witness that many politicians who still sit in [00:21:46] parliamentary benches already retired a few years ago and then [00:21:50] actually returned to the political scene? [00:21:53] I really haven't seen that case of an advisor taking severance pay [00:21:57] and then returning to an advisory position, it's not the first, [00:22:00] unfortunately probably not the last either, so the question of attitude towards those [00:22:03] commodities and the question of personal character, so that is probably [00:22:07] legal, I don't want to [00:22:09] accuse other people now, there are [00:22:11] many who have done that, this, I can answer for everything [00:22:15] I personally do, uh, no one else [00:22:19] when it comes to ethics, when it comes to law, of course we are all very [00:22:22] strict, anyone who violates any regulation, any [00:22:25] act, any law should, needs to be held accountable with [00:22:29] the worst sanctions, to be punished. But this issue of ethics [00:22:33] is really something that is of an individual nature, I know how [00:22:37] I live, how I treat public money, how I spend public [00:22:40] money, that is very verifiable, anyone who wants can see it every [00:22:44] day. We talked about it. [00:22:47] najgorim sankcijama da bude kažnjen. ali ovo pitanje etičnosti [00:22:51] zaista je nešto što je individualne naravi, ja znam kako [00:22:54] ja živim, kako se odnosim prema javnom novcu, kako trošim javni [00:22:58] novac to je vrlo provjerljivo, ko god želi i može se to uvjeriti svaki [00:23:01] just now with these [00:23:04] post-election coalitions, agreements, [00:23:07] possibilities. Seven days ago, Ramo Isak, the Minister [00:23:11] of Internal Affairs of the Federation, was with us in the studio and said that [00:23:15] it was agreed that he would be offered the position of Minister [00:23:18] of Security in the next mandate that... do you have information about that, do you know [00:23:22] with whom it was eventually agreed upon, [00:23:24] negotiated? [00:23:26] Mm, I don't, I really wasn't part of such conversations, [00:23:30] I didn't talk to anyone about it, not even with Ramo Isak, [00:23:33] so there are still no grounds or conditions for that, [00:23:37] the government will be formed by those who will be in a position to do so, the outcome [00:23:41] is expected, of course, from the presidency which appoints the prime minister of the council [00:23:44] of ministers, up to the composition of the House of Representatives, and that is very important, so [00:23:48] we will not allow it to be done in the way Ćović and Zedbegović [00:23:52] advocate, that only the House of Peoples is important, that the government is formed only by those [00:23:56] who have that ethnic, ethnic [00:23:58] advantage, so to speak, in such a way the foundations of Bosnia and [00:24:02] Herzegovina are being attacked, at least the one I fought for, multi-ethnic, in [00:24:06] which there must be much more civic, with, of course, the [00:24:09] protection of the ethnic, but that ethnic cannot be so dominant, [00:24:13] both of them said, whoever has a majority in the House of Peoples, will form the government, [00:24:17] the government will be formed by whoever has the votes in the House of Representatives, which [00:24:20] confirms that council of ministers, so the structure of the [00:24:24] House of Peoples will, of course, be important, but not the ultimate only [00:24:28] important one. Finally, let's touch upon the [00:24:31] problems of the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, specifically [00:24:34] workers, transporters in Bosnia and Herzegovina, however, by extension [00:24:38] the entire economy and industry of our country. Transporters in [00:24:42] BiH are demanding urgent solutions, warning that September could actually [00:24:46] bring blockades, huge blows to business, the economy due to... [00:24:50] unregulated status and waiting at the borders that they are witnessing, [00:24:53] and thus actually also being turned back from the borders [00:24:56] and arrests that they have faced. [00:24:59] Do we have a plan now? Have you, as the [00:25:02] Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, discussed this with [00:25:06] representatives of European Union countries? Croatia has amended [00:25:09] the visa law, however, certain [00:25:12] bylaws are awaited for it to come into force, but what about other [00:25:16] European Union countries? What are your expectations [00:25:20] from the sessions of European officials that await us in [00:25:23] September, which the transporters themselves are actually [00:25:27] looking forward to, so that they know their own status and [00:25:30] next steps. [00:25:33] Uh, that's a justified topic, a topic in focus, it's really very important for the economy and [00:25:37] it's really a big blow to not only the people who work in [00:25:41] this industry, in this branch, but to the entire economy of Bosnia and Herzegovina, [00:25:45] unfortunately Europe has its own rules, that's one more [00:25:48] reason for people to understand that in elections [00:25:51] only those who drive towards that European Union, because if we were [00:25:55] inside, our drivers would be protected, others would [00:25:59] pay the price, they wouldn't be able to enter a system in which our [00:26:02] industry is protected, these are benefits we can [00:26:06] achieve if there are people in [00:26:10] positions who understand this issue, not those who [00:26:13] falsely pose with drivers and then block [00:26:16] all European regulations, European laws. We still have two [00:26:20] technical laws left to formally elect [00:26:23] the chief negotiator and start negotiations, that, of course, we [00:26:26] expect by the elections. Transporters [00:26:29] actually don't have time to wait, elections are soon. There is no solution, Bosnia and [00:26:33] Herzegovina does not decide on that, so I dedicated at least [00:26:37] a third of all my meetings in the last year to that issue, I talked to [00:26:40] everyone, the European Union has not shown even a millimeter of [00:26:43] understanding. Croatia, this is what was commendable, has really made a step forward in the Law [00:26:47] on Foreigners that should and will, I [00:26:51] believe, help our transporters, so that they can [00:26:54] stay long enough to do their jobs, that no one will [00:26:58] arrest them anymore, they can more easily get visas that guarantee it to them, that was [00:27:02] one really positive thing, which I directly discussed many times [00:27:05] with Prime Minister Plenković and Minister Radman, Minister [00:27:09] Božinović, we knew when the first and second readings [00:27:12] were in the parliament, because it is very important, other countries have not shown that [00:27:16] readiness, and what is very important, it's not just for drivers from Bosnia and [00:27:20] Herzegovina, it's the attitude of the European Union [00:27:23] towards all those who are not members of the European Union. The problem is even worse [00:27:27] and bigger, this entry and exit system at [00:27:29] the borders, because of which the European economy suffers, because a large number of [00:27:33] citizens do not go to those large queues and crossings, so Europe [00:27:37] slowly realizes that it is not functional, that it harms [00:27:40] them, but decisions are made in Brussels, and I think that those special [00:27:44] individual decisions towards any of the countries will [00:27:46] not happen. Yes, thank you very much for your time and for [00:27:50] being our guest today live. Thank you [00:27:54] and a big [00:27:55] hello. Fires are certainly among them, for days now [00:30:41] fires have been raging across Bosnia and Herzegovina, and currently the [00:30:44] most critical situation is in Una-Sana and Canton 10, in Bihać and [00:30:47] Bosansko Grahovo, helicopters of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and [00:30:51] Herzegovina have been deployed. On the ground are still exhausted firefighters, [00:30:54] foresters and members of civil protection, with a lack of [00:30:58] manpower and equipment. In
