Pudar once again [00:00:03] performed among the best European swimmers, but the final [00:00:06] result was not what she had hoped for. I am finishing the European Championship [00:00:09] in Paris with many beautiful moments, experiences and even [00:00:13] greater motivation for what is to come. Not every time [00:00:16] is the result what I wish for, but even such races [00:00:20] are part of the journey. And from each we can learn something, extract something [00:00:24] good and continue even more motivated, said the [00:00:27] Mostar Mermaid. Among other things. For Pudar. [00:00:30] a period of rest follows after which she will return to training and preparations [00:00:33] for the next [00:00:34] competitions. [00:00:39] Sarajevo football players will play the match of the third round of the domestic championship of Bosnia and Herzegovina [00:00:43] against BSK from Banja Luka on Friday at the Bilino Polje stadium [00:00:46] in Zenica. And the maroon club decided to open the stadium gates wide [00:00:50] to its fans. After the umbrella association of Bosnia and [00:00:54] Herzegovina previously confirmed that Sarajevo will not be able to play this match at its home stadium [00:00:58] due to the unsuitable pitch at the Asim Ferhatović Hase stadium, [00:01:01] all the details of the match are now known. Sarajevo will host [00:01:05] BSK on Friday at 8 p.m., and the club announced that [00:01:09] admission to Bilino Polje will be [00:01:11] free. [00:01:14] The human rights organization Fair Square has asked FIFA to ban Gianni [00:01:18] Infantino from a new candidacy for president, claiming that he has [00:01:22] already served the maximum three terms allowed by [00:01:24] the statutes. Infantino claims that his first term, which began [00:01:28] in 2016. After Blatter's [00:01:30] departure... should not be counted because he only completed the term that [00:01:34] was entrusted to Blatter. [00:01:36] functioning on the basis of agreement and not on Fair Square believes that such an interpretation is contrary to FIFA's rules. Pressure on Infantino [00:01:40] is mounting ahead of the World Football governing body's congress scheduled [00:01:44] for March 18 in Morocco, at which his candidacy [00:01:47] for the period from 2027 to [00:01:51] 2031 is expected. UEFA, the Asian Confederation and [00:01:54] CONCACAF recently requested a review of his [00:01:57] actions, while the football association announced that it will not support [00:02:01] his new term. Infantino, on the other hand, still has the support of the African and [00:02:05] South American football [00:02:07] confederations. [00:02:11] Chelsea shareholders, Mark Walter and Todd Bolly are negotiating the [00:02:15] sale of their stakes to Clear Lake Capital, the Financial Times [00:02:18] reported. Walter's financial empire is under [00:02:22] federal investigation according to reports published last month, [00:02:25] investigating links between investments of his insurance [00:02:28] companies and related companies. Walter also [00:02:32] owns the MLB team Los Angeles Dodgers, and he reached [00:02:35] an agreement to sell the Los Angeles Lakers to investor Joshua [00:02:39] Kushner, former Disney CEO Bob Iger [00:02:42] for a record 12.5 billion dollars. The deal was reached [00:02:46] just over a year after Walter bought a majority stake in [00:02:49] the NBA club. Chelsea was bought in May 2022 [00:02:53] by an investment group led by [00:02:55] conversation about accountability, you are also a member of American businessman Todd Bolly and Clear Lake [00:02:59] of the House of Representatives, from that Capital. Deportivo La Coruña football players played [00:03:03] to a 1:1 draw at home against Elche [00:03:06] in the first round match of the Spanish championship. Deportivo took the lead [00:03:09] at Riazzor in the 21st minute with a goal from experienced [00:03:13] Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang on Amatucci's assist. The new La Liga [00:03:17] member held the lead well into the second half, but could not [00:03:21] win. In the 76th minute, pardon, Aguado [00:03:24] equalized after Villar's assist for [00:03:27] a final 1:1. Deportivo, [00:03:30] which returned to La Liga after eight years, will visit Malaga in the second round, [00:03:33] and Elche will play against the reigning champions [00:03:37] Barcelona in the next round. [00:03:41] Independiente defeated Lanus 3:1 away in the Argentine [00:03:45] championship match. Lautaro Milán scored two goals for [00:03:48] the visitors, the first on Montiel's assist in the 37th minute, while the second [00:03:52] goal came in the second minute of the second half. [00:03:55] Alan Wolk reduced his team's deficit just three minutes later for [00:03:59] Lanus. Independiente's victory was confirmed by Maximiliano [00:04:02] Gutiérrez with a goal in stoppage time for a final [00:04:06] 3:1. Immediately after the final whistle, there was [00:04:09] a clash between players, after which Lanus midfielder Ramiro Carrera received [00:04:13] a red card for an incident with Kevin [00:04:16] Lomocan. [00:04:18] Alexander Zverev advanced to the next round of the Cincinnati Masters after [00:04:22] defeating Frances Tiafoe with a Frenchman, [00:04:26] pardon, Tiafoe with 7-6, 7-6. The German [00:04:29] was down 3-0 in the first set, but managed to turn the match around [00:04:32] and win both sets in a tie-break. Regardless of the final [00:04:36] result in Cincinnati, Zverev will return to second [00:04:39] place in the ATP rankings and be the second seed at the US Open. The German [00:04:43] also recorded his 46th victory in 2026, [00:04:46] currently having the most wins in the season. Arthur [00:04:50] Fils also advanced, defeating Jiří Lehečka 6-1, 6-7, 6-3, [00:04:53] 6:1-6-7-6-3, [00:04:55] while Alex de Minaur was better than Arthur Rinderknech 7-5, 7-6. [00:04:58] Rafael Nadal convincingly [00:05:01] eliminated Alejandro Tabilo 6-2, 6-1, while João [00:05:05] Fonseca retired from the match against Christopher [00:05:07] O'Connell. [00:05:10] In the women's competition, the player advanced to the round of 16 in Cincinnati after [00:05:14] coming from behind to defeat Maria Sakkari 2-1 in [00:05:17] sets. The exact score was 4-6, 6-1, [00:05:21] 6-1. After losing the first set, the Pole completely took [00:05:25] control and won as many as 12 of the last [00:05:28] 14 games in this match. The fifth ranked tennis player in the world will play [00:05:31] against Frenchwoman Diane Parry [00:05:34] in the next round for a place in the quarterfinals. Victories were also recorded by American Jessica [00:05:38] Pegula, who defeated fellow countrywoman Navarro 7-5, 6-2, [00:05:42] and Amanda Anisimova, who was better than Alexandra [00:05:45] Cîrstea 4-6, 6-4, and [00:05:48] 6-2. [00:05:52] Two-time Tour de France winner Jonas Vingegaard will not compete this [00:05:55] season due to recovery from a collarbone fracture, his team Visma [00:05:58] Lease a Bike confirmed. The Dane [00:06:01] sustained the injury after a fall during the 15th stage of last month's Tour de [00:06:05] France, after which he had to undergo surgery. Due to the injury, he will [00:06:08] miss the World Road Cycling Championships, which will be held from [00:06:12] September 20 to 27 in [00:06:15] Montreal. Vingegaard could potentially have competed in [00:06:19] October's Tour de Lombardia, but it has now [00:06:22] been confirmed that the 29-year-old will not return to racing before [00:06:26] next season. [00:06:51] And the first guest of today's show, a member of parliament in the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia [00:06:54] and Herzegovina, the president of the Forward Party, Šemsudin [00:06:57] Mehmedović, on the eve of the elections, disputes over [00:07:00] electoral reform, the southern gas interconnector, the management [00:07:04] of key state institutions, we will talk about the situation in Bosnia and [00:07:07] Herzegovina, relations between constituent peoples, the influence of HDZ and [00:07:11] SNSD on the process of decision-making and his [00:07:14] warnings about irregularities in the work of certain public enterprises and institutions. [00:07:18] Good day and welcome. Good day. Many topics [00:07:21] uh, I don't know where to start, maybe from [00:07:24] the beginning, of course, from this claim that actually in [00:07:27] the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, mostly [00:07:30] Serbs and Croats are employed. That's a story you've been talking about [00:07:34] for a very long time, now you've come out with the number [00:07:37] 81% [00:07:40] uh, you say that employment in the institutions of Bosnia and [00:07:43] Herzegovina is in favor of Serbs and Croats, only 19% [00:07:47] Bosniaks, how did you get this breakdown of numbers [00:07:51] and if it's accurate, how did it actually come to this [00:07:54] situation? Well, for a long series of years I [00:07:57] have been warning about a very negative trend when it comes to [00:08:01] respecting proportional representation, which is [00:08:05] defined by the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina. And of course, [00:08:08] in preparation for this international conference we had [00:08:11] on August 8, where we, well, [00:08:15] several speakers, and among them I was too, presented [00:08:19] precisely the data that I received based [00:08:22] on parliamentary questions and answers that I received from those [00:08:26] institutions, of course, we define tables [00:08:29] what data we want to get and based [00:08:33] on that, I asked the analytical research sector [00:08:36] in the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina to [00:08:39] make an analysis based on that. The indicators [00:08:43] are incredible, [00:08:46] uh, actually, when I was preparing for that one [00:08:49] presentation, I had to read a little about how it, what [00:08:53] all was happening, on the eve of the collapse of our former [00:08:57] common state Yugoslavia, when [00:08:59] Serbs constantly said that they were threatened, then they, [00:09:03] actually their then-intelligence service or [00:09:06] Udba, launched a thesis [00:09:10] that Serbs were threatened, but... [00:09:12] in essence, they took over all institutions and controlled [00:09:16] all processes within the former common state of Yugoslavia, [00:09:19] today we, for the last 15-20 years, [00:09:23] hear the thesis about [00:09:26] some [00:09:28] ethnic underrepresentation [00:09:32] of Croats, which was propagated by Mr. [00:09:36] Čović in such a way that there is no [00:09:39] legitimate representation in the presidency. In Bosnia and Herzegovina, [00:09:43] according to the same electoral law that is valid today, Mr. [00:09:47] Čović, Mr. Jomirajović and [00:09:50] others were, Jelavić and so on, were members [00:09:54] of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina. What actually [00:09:57] happened? The people punished Čović, because after Čović [00:10:00] no other HDZ candidate was elected, we saw [00:10:04] that Mr. Komšić was elected twice for [00:10:07] two terms precisely because [00:10:11] of the punishment. Uh, the behavior of Čović and his HDZ [00:10:15] candidates, or members of the Presidency from the ranks of HDZ, [00:10:18] because they did not represent the interests of Bosnia and Herzegovina, but [00:10:22] on the contrary, they represented the interests of, first and foremost, the Republic [00:10:25] of Croatia, let's remember when we in the parliamentary assembly tried [00:10:29] to send a note to the Republic of Croatia due to [00:10:33] the illegal disposal of radioactive waste near the border of Bosnia [00:10:36] and Herzegovina in Trgovska Gora, he did not allow [00:10:39] any money to be sent to the Republic of Croatia, not to mention the [00:10:43] usurpation of the maritime border by the Republic [00:10:46] of Croatia, uh, the former common [00:10:49] state of Yugoslavia, because now Bosnia and Herzegovina as a maritime country has no access to [00:10:53] the open sea and so on and so forth, the citizens of Bosnia and [00:10:57] Herzegovina punished HDZ policy because of such an attitude [00:11:01] towards the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina, from which [00:11:03] they take [00:11:06] incredibly high salaries, yes, but that situation led to a great [00:11:09] polarization in political relations in the country itself and we see that [00:11:13] this has been going on for a long time, [00:11:17] that it actually led SNSD and HDZ to the same [00:11:20] side, brought the country to a complete paralysis, we can [00:11:24] call it that political situation, I have a solution for it and [00:11:27] of course I can't talk about it now in this gray area on the eve of the elections, [00:11:31] because it would be a promotion of the party's [00:11:35] program, I don't want to talk about it publicly now, [00:11:38] but when the time comes, when the campaign begins, I will clearly [00:11:41] and loudly say how to solve it, because look, [00:11:45] uh, it's not about ethnic [00:11:48] representation in the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, that it's some [00:11:51] percentage 5 to 5% up or down. [00:11:55] However, I proposed amendments to the law on administration [00:11:58] in which I prescribed, [00:12:01] proposed actually that [00:12:04] the people, or the ethnic community that is missing 10% or [00:12:08] more, meaning has priority in [00:12:11] filling positions during competitive procedures, today we [00:12:15] are witnesses that does that mean that nationally [00:12:17] suitable candidates will be chosen at that moment [00:12:21] over those who are the best? [00:12:25] How much will that affect the quality of the chosen staff? If you followed [00:12:29] the conference, you saw that in my presentation I said, it [00:12:33] is implied that the legally prescribed procedure [00:12:36] must be followed. Uh, today we are [00:12:40] actually victims [00:12:42] of the blockade of the institutions of Bosnia and [00:12:46] Herzegovina by SNSD and [00:12:49] HDZ and that coalition or [00:12:52] partnership that they signed several [00:12:56] years ago. Today we are victims of that, they have taken [00:13:00] all the levers of decision-making, meaning, uh, but who enabled [00:13:03] that, I want to ask you that, I asked that in the first question, how did it come to [00:13:07] that, did the current [00:13:10] existing structure uh, do that, as the opposition from [00:13:14] the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina tries to blame [00:13:17] them for, or is it a process that lasted much longer? It's a process that [00:13:20] has been going on for many years, at least 10 years ago, uh [00:13:24] when... it first appeared when the political agreement on the formation [00:13:28] of the parliamentary majority uh, at that time it was [00:13:32] SDA, DF, SNSD and HDZ, when it was [00:13:35] agreed to the detriment of disrespecting [00:13:38] the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, it was agreed that it would be, [00:13:42] so it is about some political agreements, that's right, therefore, political [00:13:45] agreements cannot go against the Constitution [00:13:49] of Bosnia and Herzegovina, that is the key, key issue, because, well, with... [00:13:53] the situation of the levers of decision-making, we have come to [00:13:56] a situation where our institutions are being shut down, for example [00:13:59] BHRT, Iga and so on. We have come to [00:14:03] a situation where you cannot agree on the coefficients of distribution, well, [00:14:06] the HDZ Minister of Finance has the right to veto. However, [00:14:10] since 2023, [00:14:13] the coefficients have not been corrected on [00:14:16] the basis of final [00:14:20] consumption, how it is calculated. But it is obvious that [00:14:24] the SNSD and HDZ matrix [00:14:27] works perfectly because they actually take [00:14:31] as much as they need, as much as they want, abusing [00:14:34] institutions because the most numerous people [00:14:37] do not have the levers of decision-making, they do not have the levers [00:14:40] of blockade, in the management board of the Indirect Taxation Authority we have [00:14:44] only Zijad Krnić currently because [00:14:47] that other expert who should be on the management board has not been appointed, [00:14:51] who has the right to veto, the Minister of Finance of the state, that is Amidžić and [00:14:55] entity Ministers of Finance, meaning from the Federation [00:14:58] HDZ staff, from the Republic of Srpska SNSD staff, therefore, [00:15:01] only Bosniaks can only collect [00:15:04] taxes, and SNSD, HDZ will [00:15:08] spend those taxes, that will no longer be possible, therefore, [00:15:11] that's why all this, some [00:15:14] say, we have raised tensions, we have not raised tensions, we demand that the Constitution and Laws [00:15:18] of Bosnia and Herzegovina be respected, and we are constantly [00:15:21] reproached, well, legitimate representation, legitimate representation. so let's [00:15:25] see what legitimate representation is, is legitimate representation disrespecting the Constitution [00:15:29] of Bosnia and Herzegovina, disrespecting the election law, if that is legitimate [00:15:32] representation, then we, but do you think that things would relax if [00:15:36] that Croatian component had, as they say, [00:15:39] its legitimate member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, [00:15:42] would things be, it's not just about the member [00:15:45] of the Presidency, let's open all questions, this [00:15:49] conference has shown that for example, SNSD and HDZ through Anita [00:15:53] Markić, director of the agency for state service, choose Bosniaks [00:15:56] and doorkeepers, because in the committee for the [00:16:00] competition committee, she always chooses three members [00:16:04] of the committee and two from the institution [00:16:08] where the selection is made always has a majority, meaning it can also [00:16:11] which is the worst thing, well, the last thing that is [00:16:15] absolutely illegal and has elements [00:16:18] of corruption, she herself brought [00:16:21] a rulebook that [00:16:25] only qualified candidates who score 100% of points [00:16:29] on the exam during the competition procedure [00:16:33] will have 100 points, only those who have both questions and answers, therefore. [00:16:37] That is obvious corruption, [00:16:39] the Council of Ministers is silent on all of that, it does not [00:16:43] respect the conclusions of the Parliamentary [00:16:46] Assembly nor of any house, it does not respect the law, it does [00:16:49] not respect the constitution in the end, and it only matters what those [00:16:53] historical centers of power will say, yes, but Bosnia and Herzegovina is conceived as [00:16:57] it is conceived, we have such a state arrangement, do you see [00:17:01] forces that would actually [00:17:04] turn the country from a mess into a country with some kind of progress, that would actually [00:17:08] reverse, overturn this paradigm, start [00:17:14] the basis of conflict, are there such forces in Bosnia and [00:17:17] Herzegovina at this moment, or are we all actually trapped in these ethnonationalisms [00:17:21] in these conflicts that actually lead the country nowhere, of course there are forces [00:17:25] and through conversations [00:17:27] with colleagues, representatives and female representatives in the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia [00:17:31] and Herzegovina uh one on one you can always [00:17:34] reach a quality agreement, however... "when you enter [00:17:38] the political arena in the [00:17:41] hall of the Parliamentary Assembly, then it's completely [00:17:44] different stories, therefore, there is no political [00:17:47] agreement nor any parliamentary majority [00:17:51] after the elections until these things that have gone, spun [00:17:55] out of control, are agreed upon, therefore it's not just ethnic, ethnic [00:17:58] representation, but it's also about spending money, it's about [00:18:02] corruption, it's about disrespecting the constitution, all of that..." [00:18:05] The worst that could happen in a country we unfortunately have today [00:18:09] on the scene in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Yes, we mentioned that [00:18:13] election law, well, again certain circles are mentioning [00:18:16] a third election unit in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Of course, in an election [00:18:20] year it's unlikely there will be any talk about it, nothing was managed to be [00:18:24] discussed in the previous four years, although there were alleged [00:18:27] announcements that the issue of the election law would be resolved. Do you think [00:18:31] it's possible to reach an agreement on that issue, I don't mean [00:18:35] this year, of course, but in some next period, and... that all parties will be satisfied [00:18:38] or will we again have those who will lament and those who will, well, we are [00:18:42] witnesses that for the last few election cycles, Mr. [00:18:46] Čović has been promoting the thesis that Bosniaks elect [00:18:50] a member of the Presidency from the Croatian people [00:18:53] against the will of the Croatian people, but when the [00:18:57] numbers are added up, it comes down to that, however [00:19:01] Mr. Čović doesn't mind when, for example, the mayor of Vareš is elected [00:19:05] by Bosniaks, and a Croat. Therefore, [00:19:07] it's a matter of quality, offer honest candidates, why [00:19:11] is it now, well, Mr. Čović offered Darijana [00:19:14] Filipović as a candidate, why not, for example, [00:19:17] the Chairperson of the Council of Ministers, Borana Krišto, who [00:19:21] certainly has in a political [00:19:23] sense the greatest potential, do you have any objections to [00:19:27] Filipović, or no, absolutely not, Filipović is a very [00:19:31] nice person, but uh, when you nominate [00:19:34] someone, he deliberately went for the weaker ones. That's [00:19:38] one thing, and the other thing is, he will consciously [00:19:41] block the implementation of election results if it's not [00:19:44] as he expects, in that way leaving [00:19:48] Borjana Krišto to be the Chairperson of the Council of Ministers for perhaps another [00:19:51] year, these are [00:19:54] of course allowed in politics, but [00:19:57] one should not attribute it to Bosniaks [00:20:01] that Bosniaks actually don't want any [00:20:04] agreement, he doesn't want an agreement, this situation suits him best. and him and Mr. [00:20:08] Dodik have no responsibility to manage all processes. [00:20:11] You commented on the case of colleague journalist Zoran [00:20:15] Krešić, who is on the management board of federal television. [00:20:18] You said that this is actually the best example of HDZ's policy. [00:20:22] How do you connect these two cases? Well, look, to be the president [00:20:26] of the Management Board of Radio Television of the Federation of Bosnia and [00:20:28] Herzegovina, to call for not paying the RTV [00:20:31] fee. Mr. Krešić, colleague Krešić himself said in our program [00:20:35] that he actually pays first and has all receipts. [00:20:38] To call, well, the whole political project, HDZ calls for not [00:20:42] paying the RTV fee, we are witnesses that they don't pay, nor do they [00:20:45] allow it, this should not be blamed on Mr. Krešić, Krešić is HDZ's [00:20:49] staff, not mine, therefore, uh, [00:20:53] to represent some policy that is actually [00:20:56] retrograde, to use the benefits of that, I think [00:20:59] it's not, it's not fair, it's not moral, it's not honest, if we can even [00:21:03] talk about honesty in political waters, and when we talk about that [00:21:06] honesty, well, during 11 years for severance pay, 15 [00:21:10] officials from the Parliament of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Council of Ministers and [00:21:14] the Presidency took 440 million, or [00:21:17] 440,000 convertible marks, I apologize. Most of them, after [00:21:21] receiving severance pay, continued to do their job, the latest [00:21:24] case from Minister Helez's cabinet, namely, the chief of staff of the Minister [00:21:28] of Defense, was paid almost 24,000 convertible marks [00:21:31] for retirement severance pay, after which he was again appointed [00:21:35] to the same position, how do you comment on that case, some say it is according to [00:21:39] the law, but is it honest, is it moral, is it responsible to the citizens of this [00:21:43] country, of course, of course not, well, we are witnesses that I and colleague Jasmin [00:21:46] Nemira have problematized generally... [00:21:50] the relationship, we have a lot of highly [00:21:52] positioned officials in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina [00:21:56] who are not just uh in retirement but have been [00:22:00] pensioners for 17 years and still receive [00:22:03] high allowances or salaries, for example, well, [00:22:06] the Commission for Concessions, the man is 83 years old, he is [00:22:10] still in the Commission for Concessions and has been for the last 17 [00:22:13] years, his other colleague from the Bosniak people has been there for I don't know 15 [00:22:17] years, the third is from the Serbian... [00:22:20] Croatian people, I don't know 10 years and so [00:22:22] on, why? Because [00:22:25] there is no accountability from the Council of Ministers, or those [00:22:29] who make decisions on this matter, well, we have [00:22:32] made conclusions and initiatives, [00:22:36] adopted initiatives in the House of Representatives, but [00:22:39] this current Council of Ministers does not even want to, they [00:22:42] even vote on whether they will implement [00:22:45] initiatives, or the conclusions of the House. [00:22:50] Well, that doesn't exist anywhere in the world in political practice, [00:22:53] meaning the Council of Ministers is the one that answers to the parliament, and when the parliament makes [00:22:57] a decision, they should implement it, they vote on it, of course [00:23:00] and in ethnic voting it always falls, [00:23:04] therefore, as long as such an attitude towards the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina, towards [00:23:08] expect any [00:23:11] positive step forward, what are we talking about, there are [00:23:14] some things, for example in countries with developed democracies that are taken for granted, [00:23:18] in Europe it's normal, "if someone makes an incident, they resign and [00:23:22] the story is over, not with us, if it's not forbidden by law, if it's not [00:23:26] prescribed by law, it's not respected, that's how it is with our Council [00:23:29] of Ministers, they even look for [00:23:32] excuses, they look for various machinations, to [00:23:36] pass through ethnic and identity voting, not to [00:23:40] implement, well, even the conclusions of the House, we started that [00:23:45] the Commission for Transport and Communications [00:23:49] position you warned about certain decisions of BH [00:23:52] Ansa, this agency did not prevent it from [00:23:55] sponsoring certain sports clubs with tens of thousands of convertible [00:23:58] marks, it is allegedly uh media [00:24:02] representation, or advertising, an agency that has no [00:24:05] competition, is there a need to advertise and does it actually [00:24:09] give the impression, given those attempts to question the management [00:24:12] of BH Ansa, which ultimately ended up the way they [00:24:15] did, that these agencies are above the law. [00:24:20] above the institutions of the country, this was allowed by the Council of Ministers [00:24:23] and the Council of the Agency, headed by the Council of the Agency, the head of the cabinet, [00:24:27] the Minister of Transport and Communications, Mr. Forte, [00:24:31] unfortunately, the Minister of Transport and Communications does not meddle in his job, that [00:24:34] is a general conclusion here in the Committee for [00:24:38] Transport and Communications, where, by the way, the opposition has [00:24:42] a majority, so we can make any decision [00:24:46] we want there, but it is obvious that we have not succeeded. [00:24:50] to perform parliamentary oversight, which is [00:24:53] provided for by the Law on Parliamentary [00:24:56] Oversight. And of course, we informed [00:25:00] the prosecutor's office about a possible criminal offense committed by [00:25:03] the management of [00:25:06] BHANSA. Therefore, it will come, perhaps now it is [00:25:10] a slow procedure, but I am sure that instead of [00:25:13] being heard in the committee, to communicate normally, [00:25:17] to get information, to adopt conclusions, to direct, to [00:25:21] help them and so on, they will have a hearing before [00:25:24] the prosecutor's office, there is no doubt about that, in the meantime a public [00:25:28] competition has been announced for the appointment of the director and one of the deputy directors in [00:25:31] BH ANASA, the competition was published last month, [00:25:35] if I'm not mistaken, almost four months after the expiration of the mandate for [00:25:38] both Primorac and Marinković, do you expect that this competition procedure [00:25:42] will be concluded in due time? That [00:25:45] is just, he just, given that both of them do not, it seems [00:25:48] to me, have the right to a third mandate, that's right, so [00:25:52] both of them with this expired mandate, need to [00:25:55] go, so new ones need to be selected, but the Council of Ministers [00:25:59] confirms, meaning, the Council of the Agency elects and the Council [00:26:02] of Ministers confirms, it is obvious and I am sure that this will not be [00:26:06] in due time, therefore it is obvious [00:26:09] that Director Primorac has political backing from [00:26:13] the president of HDZ because of those family [00:26:15] ties, but I am sure that we [00:26:19] will persist, that is, on that the law is actually [00:26:22] respected, because the whole game was about [00:26:26] trying to hand over the control of the sky to our [00:26:29] neighbors, uh, and B. [00:26:32] Hansa plays a key role there, it's not just [00:26:36] BH, there's BIH, DCA, there's the Ministry of Defense and so on. And [00:26:40] they wanted to intervene on all three laws precisely to [00:26:43] avoid the conclusion of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina from [00:26:47] 2011, when it was tasked, that is, [00:26:50] the Ministry to initiate a procedure to return to [00:26:53] the jurisdiction of the state control of Bosnia and Herzegovina that part which [00:26:56] is the Una-Sana Canton, that is a narrow strip, why [00:27:00] for what, because overflights are charged, and... [00:27:02] That means B. Hansa uh is actually the traffic [00:27:06] controller, and the sky controller is the Ministry of Defense and [00:27:09] that, meaning we must have sovereignty over our [00:27:13] skies. With this crisis in the Middle [00:27:15] East, terminals national terminals have [00:27:19] once again come into the public's focus. You requested an urgent audit [00:27:23] of the operations of the terminals in the Federation of BiH due to suspicions [00:27:26] of, as you stated, millions of omissions. Do you actually [00:27:30] have concrete evidence of what it's about? [00:27:33] What kind of omissions are we talking about? Well, first of all, before I ask [00:27:36] a question, I know the expected [00:27:39] answer, that's why I'm asking to get [00:27:43] official information from the terminals and [00:27:46] from the relevant ministry and from the Federation government, it is obvious [00:27:50] that the act [00:27:52] of not allowing, or avoiding an audit, [00:27:56] which is competent for all institutions, namely in the [00:27:59] Federation, the State Audit, how long has it not been on... those [00:28:02] terminals, I don't, I don't remember that there was an audit at all [00:28:05] in the last few years, which [00:28:09] is enough in itself to say that it leaves, [00:28:12] it leaves room for some doubt, if everything is [00:28:15] okay, why wouldn't they allow auditors to ascertain, to [00:28:19] help them, to give them recommendations, to give them guidelines and so on, [00:28:23] well, we can't all know everything, but it is [00:28:26] obvious that through oil [00:28:29] terminals, well, I used to be in the federal parliament. I remember [00:28:33] well that some centers [00:28:36] of power paid for [00:28:39] oil terminals not to function, [00:28:42] meaning that some lobbies have interests for such [00:28:45] a thing, today the situation is very [00:28:48] similar, therefore I will [00:28:51] persist on this and it is obvious that [00:28:54] the Federation government actually does not have a responsible [00:28:57] attitude when it comes to the management of public enterprises and public [00:29:00] institutions for... why am I saying this, it's not just this [00:29:04] government composition, it's been like this for several years, well, [00:29:08] a decade, imagine that you [00:29:12] uh constantly conduct personnel policy and [00:29:15] uh elect some party [00:29:18] cadres, party cadres have [00:29:22] political power, they have, they can disrupt [00:29:26] political leaders, some of their ideas, [00:29:29] policies, guidelines and so on, instead of... "first and foremost, competent [00:29:33] people are elected who will have [00:29:35] responsibility if the public enterprise does not [00:29:39] operate positively, what do we have today, we have mines [00:29:42] that owe funds over a hundred million [00:29:45] convertible marks, who allowed that and it's not [00:29:49] from yesterday, it's been several years, well, [00:29:52] as I said, a decade, therefore the matter is [00:29:56] the responsibility of elected and appointed [00:29:59] officials in all positions and at all levels." [00:30:03] because this country will not be able to bear it for [00:30:06] much longer, because uh everyone is stealing it, it [00:30:10] still survives, the question is only when, since we've already touched upon these [00:30:13] energy topics, the Southern gas interconnector was somehow [00:30:16] loudly announced as a project, [00:30:19] very easily when American influences appeared [00:30:22] there, it was adopted in the federal parliament, then [00:30:26] criticisms started afterwards, it somehow seems, given that nothing [00:30:30] else is happening on that issue, that the project. after it was [00:30:33] adopted in the federal parliament [00:30:36] forgotten, how do you comment on this situation, do you believe that [00:30:39] it will actually be brought to an end and [00:30:43] will Bosnia and Herzegovina bring some kind of relaxation regarding [00:30:47] the gas supply, given that at [00:30:50] this moment we only have that one branch which depends on one [00:30:54] supplier? Well, I am not exactly optimistic that we will have [00:30:58] a stable supply.
