[00:07:55] on this population, hoping to distance them from this problem,

[00:22:10] agriculture will need even greater help and support, even greater
[00:22:14] investments, investments in irrigation
[00:22:17] systems, in various protective measures... that could
[00:22:20] alleviate the effects of future disasters.

[00:22:26] The demand is for a state of natural disaster to be declared due to the consequences of drought
