[00:00:00] This is one thing, and the second thing, these ideas that are being promoted by [00:00:04] various officials, who are not even our citizens, but are citizens [00:00:08] of the United States of America, are often, often have [00:00:11] a fascist, or rather, neo-Nazi character. Very often, [00:00:15] here, Bosnians or Bosnians and [00:00:18] Herzegovinians, to be precise, so that no one attacks me, especially [00:00:22] Bosniaks, uhm, are put on the pillar [00:00:25] of shame, that in a certain [00:00:29] child to go on way, this somehow spreads. what Islamophobia, that here [00:00:32] live some terrorists who will threaten Christianity or I don't know what else they will [00:00:36] do, which are really ridiculous assessments [00:00:39] in themselves, considering that we have proven, at least [00:00:43] by solving these problems that we had in Bosnia and Herzegovina, since [00:00:47] I was a direct actor, that we were [00:00:50] capable in that sense of solving every problem in Bosnia and [00:00:53] Herzegovina, now how much the world, how much this [00:00:56] environment and precisely these people appreciate it, that is now a [00:01:00] separate segment, but I think that filth in [00:01:03] communication that they bring into the whole thing to achieve [00:01:07] certain goals, I think that is not right, that it is not [00:01:10] good for anyone in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and indeed they will see that it is not good in the end [00:01:14] for them either, so here is Dodik, yesterday and Cvijanović says [00:01:18] that besides strategic interests with [00:01:21] America they have - [00:01:24] as she said, congruent ideological views, this primarily [00:01:28] refers to these views. towards Muslims, [00:01:31] Islamophobia and everything else, [00:01:35] regardless of their claims, and we hear from HDZ officials who are increasingly [00:01:39] openly speaking about the Muslim threat in Bosnia and [00:01:42] Herzegovina, regardless of their claims or analyses, they must further [00:01:46] keep one thing in mind, that the Dayton [00:01:49] Peace Agreement, or Bosnia and Herzegovina as [00:01:52] such, that it is the only successful project [00:01:56] of the United States of America in the context of foreign policy in the last 30 [00:01:59] years. "and I think that the State Department [00:02:02] will not easily gamble away everything [00:02:05] that it has done here, together of course with their [00:02:08] partners, that they will not succeed in tearing it down in such [00:02:12] a way as they imagined, in that context I think that [00:02:15] generally speaking the sovereignty and integrity of Bosnia and [00:02:18] Herzegovina will not be questioned, however, what worries me is [00:02:22] that, including the European Union, they are increasingly less interested [00:02:26] in what is happening within the country, it's like, "there you are, you..." [00:02:39] considering that we have the Office of the High Representative, we saw [00:02:42] in the meantime that he is also on ice, what he was [00:02:45] busy with, we saw with this last application or [00:02:49] appeal [00:02:52] of Representative Begić, right, who won in [00:02:55] the court in Strasbourg, a person who in essence should... [00:03:00] act contrary, acts in such a way that the decisions he [00:03:03] made were discriminatory, regardless [00:03:06] of the basis to which that refers, so I won't go back to the story about [00:03:10] the adoption or annulment of the constitution of the federation, some other things, [00:03:14] then when you see how everything is happening here, that people, at least those [00:03:17] individuals from the international community who should [00:03:21] contribute to the protection of the Dayton Peace Agreement, [00:03:24] allow me to briefly make another digression, here when it comes to [00:03:28] the OHR office that... "you make a decision to [00:03:31] pay 120 million to a criminal group in [00:03:35] that unfortunate Vidokt affair, and you watch while [00:03:38] eight cultural institutions for which you made a decision, [00:03:42] meaning he made it personally with his order [00:03:45] 82/24, [00:03:47] he ordered the Council of Ministers that this issue must [00:03:51] be resolved, people intentionally won't do it, and instead of sanctioning [00:03:54] them or reporting them to Dodik as he did with [00:03:57] him, why doesn't he do it when it comes to..." cultural institutions, why [00:04:00] allow BHRT to [00:04:04] collapse in such a way that there is a true [00:04:08] agony there, it doesn't last a day or 10 days, it lasts [00:04:11] for years. Why is the management that [00:04:14] was elected by political office holders in Bosnia and Herzegovina, not Zlatko [00:04:18] Milić, it was elected mainly by HDZ, [00:04:21] SNSD, these last three and before them SDA, what have these [00:04:25] people done in the last five, six years, why in five six years [00:04:29] have no members of the board come to parliament, why has no one ever come [00:04:32] to defend the report, the work plan of that television [00:04:36] house? I am not saying that it cannot [00:04:39] be done in another way, but we cannot [00:04:42] allow such an institution to simply [00:04:46] collapse and for my colleague who works there as an editor, for [00:04:50] the inability to fix the elevator, every day he goes [00:04:53] up to the 13th floor, not to mention other [00:04:56] things, then for example, Mr. Ović at the last [00:05:00] session of the House of Peoples says that he is worried, that he doesn't know, [00:05:04] how to help, I ask him, when do you help [00:05:08] like that and when you have such a narrative and when you have a habit of [00:05:12] addressing..." on behalf of the Croatian people, to all [00:05:16] citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, then why don't you tell the Croatian [00:05:20] people to finally start paying their subscription, because if you can appoint them to [00:05:23] the entity television and state television as members [00:05:26] of the management board, as directors, I see no reason why, and what [00:05:30] does he tell you to that, nothing, he didn't respond, but Mr. [00:05:34] Ćosić responded and roughly replied that it was [00:05:37] civil, please, disobedience, I didn't want to [00:05:40] argue with them further, I..." "love when they mention civil in any [00:05:44] form, but for that civil obedience, well, [00:05:48] it's your duty by law to react so that it doesn't [00:05:51] happen, so go ahead, if you don't like that kind of television, sit there, [00:05:55] agree, make a television of 105 channels, but to [00:05:59] hold people hostage, 760 employees, to bring them [00:06:02] to such a situation that they can't pay for gas, electricity, [00:06:06] salaries and so on, that they have 55 million in debt for [00:06:10] contributions, 55 million." 20 million [00:06:13] debt to this European broadcast, that Maja [00:06:17] Sever, if I'm not mistaken, and at the same time RTRS actually [00:06:20] owes that same BiHRT, I'll finish quickly, that [00:06:24] this Ms. Sever asks for an urgent reaction from the High [00:06:27] Representative, he puts his finger in his ear, simply the man doesn't care, at the same [00:06:31] time for nine years RTRS [00:06:35] won't pay it, that Ms. Cvijanović at the sessions [00:06:38] of the presidency says why she should pay for it or [00:06:42] Republika. Srpska, when Croats won't pay for it, so what does [00:06:45] that mean, that only citizens who live in this part of Bosnia and Herzegovina, who are allegedly [00:06:49] identified [00:06:52] as Bosnians and Herzegovinians, should pay for it, television is no longer [00:06:55] a question of BH patriotism, it is [00:06:59] a question of the functioning of the system, it is [00:07:02] a question of the law that should operate in Bosnia and Herzegovina, [00:07:06] if the leadership and management board are not capable, then [00:07:09] indeed those in the Council of Ministers should leave." "or in the [00:07:13] end there is a High Representative who can, he has shown that so far, [00:07:17] when he wants to intervene, to force them to [00:07:20] implement the law, then I ask a justified [00:07:23] question, does he use those rights he has, I respect [00:07:27] his legitimacy, not him as a person, but [00:07:31] him as an institution, does that mean that he selectively applies [00:07:34] justice, what does that mean, if you order a criminal group [00:07:38] to pay 120 million, why don't you now order that [00:07:42] 100 million be removed from the account of Republika Srpska [00:07:46] and given to BHRT, he cannot do that, he can, but [00:07:49] he doesn't want to, right? Now they are allegedly justifying themselves by saying that [00:07:53] since he barely remained after this last UN [00:07:57] session, right, there were great problems there as to whether he would extend [00:08:00] his mandate, it turned out that they agreed that he could [00:08:04] stay, but that he could no longer in any way influence the making of any [00:08:08] decisions, how did it happen, Zlatko, that [00:08:11] that... "how can we call him, let's say the Bosnian-Herzegovinian [00:08:14] political spectrum, remained with tied hands, well, [00:08:18] SDA is now attacking the trio and [00:08:22] actually thinks that the dissatisfaction of citizens with the trio is [00:08:25] automatically support for them, they are sorely mistaken and [00:08:29] citizens know that SDA actually, while it was [00:08:32] in power, created this system as it [00:08:35] is, why are these pro-Bosnian-Herzegovinian [00:08:39] politicians put in a situation where they can only watch and..." wonder [00:08:43] and seek justifications for inaction, because [00:08:47] they are blinded by personal interests, again I [00:08:50] must give you an example, we will return, excuse my digression, to this [00:08:53] unfortunate BHRT and these seven cultural institutions, [00:08:57] just look at the adoption of the last budget, [00:09:00] 46 million was foreseen [00:09:03] in the budget reserve and for the members [00:09:06] of the presidency, at least those from the federation, to allow that [00:09:09] budget to pass and for those two issues to not... I can't [00:09:13] believe it anymore, but when you analyze that [00:09:16] budget and when you see that they individually, I'm talking about all [00:09:20] three members of the presidency, for the chairperson of the Council of Ministers [00:09:24] they receive that on an annual basis, let the citizens [00:09:27] listen carefully so that it doesn't seem like they didn't hear or didn't know, people [00:09:31] spend on an annual basis individually 360,000 [00:09:35] marks for this year, for this and for [00:09:38] the previous one, meaning first for lunches, dinners. [00:09:43] No, that's just, among other things, it's giving to various associations, [00:09:47] private assistance and so on, imagine that [00:09:50] 19 of them, holders of executive functions in Bosnia and [00:09:53] Herzegovina, have spent or will spend [00:09:57] over 7 million, 7 million, we watched [00:10:00] the day before yesterday's announcement of the Olympic Committee of Bosnia and [00:10:03] Herzegovina, our winter Olympians received [00:10:07] not a single mark, how can they not be ashamed, those things are not [00:10:11] clear to me, and then when you ask them, Minister Hamidžić was not at [00:10:14] the last session, I asked him, please explain to me on what legal [00:10:18] basis you distribute that way, who authorized you, the citizens, to [00:10:22] do that, do you know how... the citizens of our country earn that [00:10:26] money, by what right do you spend 360,000 [00:10:30] in a year or deputy chairmen [00:10:33] 180 or ministers 90, how brazen [00:10:37] are they the next day, even though he was not at the session, Minister Amidžić delivers [00:10:40] an instructive act suggesting to them [00:10:43] in this 26th year, please, for which the budget has not [00:10:47] been adopted, not to overspend, to spend up to one [00:10:50] quarter, they give instructions to ministers, do not spend 90,000, [00:10:54] spend only two first. [00:10:56] Well, imagine such arrogance and such brazenness, [00:11:00] they can agree on those funds, even on [00:11:03] some other things, we see what those funds are spent on, part goes to [00:11:07] associations, a good part goes, I tell you, to feasting, [00:11:10] to dinners, to drunkenness, [00:11:14] then they show bills from hotels, restaurants where they weren't [00:11:17] actually there to cover [00:11:20] their drunken binges at the expense of citizens, but [00:11:23] I perceive that as a problem, even though people here are very vain and [00:11:27] egoistical, the trio has made a series of [00:11:31] mistakes, for example one of those mistakes is that they allowed [00:11:34] the appointment of this, pardon, the director of the Indirect Taxation [00:11:37] Authority, that this tax collector came, why didn't they [00:11:41] take that position, why now Minister Amidžić at the Fiscal [00:11:45] Council does not want to speak at all when it comes to [00:11:48] the new distribution of financial resources, is it that [00:11:51] the Federation has been harmed for years by Republika [00:11:55] Srpska, those are tens, I would say, hundreds [00:11:58] of millions of marks that Dodik abuses in such a way [00:12:02] that he uses those funds to destroy that state from which he takes those same [00:12:05] funds, that is not a problem for people, instead of saying, yes, [00:12:09] people, we made a mistake, we shouldn't have done it like that, okay, let's see what can [00:12:13] be fixed, they simply sink [00:12:16] from problem to problem, these problems remain unresolved, [00:12:20] on the other hand, we have a blockade of this House of Peoples from which [00:12:23] nothing can pass." [00:12:26] "Here they keep repeating to us that they are for a European path, [00:12:29] which is a complete lie, that is, my dear people, a complete lie, [00:12:33] I will try to explain to you what happened at the last session, [00:12:37] then with this somewhat inappropriate [00:12:40] action, I am talking verbally, in practical [00:12:43] action there are really no consequences, no one cares what anyone does, nor [00:12:47] can you bring anything, you cannot pass a single law [00:12:51] in that House of Peoples, nothing that is normal for citizens." [00:12:56] they don't get paid, but they take their salary, here is the last [00:12:59] session, since I've started talking, allow me, do citizens, I [00:13:03] have a feeling, well, we are in the [00:13:06] opposition there, that they sometimes understand us, they put 63 items [00:13:10] on the agenda, which is fine, against which we are not [00:13:13] within one item, [00:13:16] 74 reports from agencies [00:13:19] to assess their work, whether it is legal or [00:13:23] not, so there is everything imaginable. so as not to waste citizens' [00:13:26] time, we agreed to propose some laws that have been [00:13:30] in procedure for a long time, for which everything is conditionally [00:13:33] finished, only for them to pass in the House of Peoples, one of those laws are these laws on [00:13:37] VAT that have been stagnant for three years, and I tried [00:13:41] to explain to people, colleague Nešković who proposes it, that it is more [00:13:44] important for us, a more important law to relieve citizens of paying [00:13:48] VAT on bread, milk, medicines, textbooks and so [00:13:52] on, than their law on the court and the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (VSTV), which [00:13:55] has been stagnant for two years, they are not able to pass it, it's uncomfortable for people [00:13:59] not to hold sessions and when they schedule a session [00:14:02] not to have it due to quorum, then they take [00:14:06] salaries, you are also in that House of Peoples of the state [00:14:09] parliament, you and your colleague from the Party for [00:14:13] BiH are actually declared [00:14:17] the most active delegates [00:14:20] in the House of Peoples, you [00:14:23] Džemal Smanje." "but here, is [00:14:26] it uncomfortable what I'm asking you, but I have to, [00:14:30] how is it to take [00:14:33] a salary for something you haven't [00:14:36] done, well, I don't know, you have to ask [00:14:40] them, you come to work, you told me in the last show, every day, [00:14:43] that's right, very rarely, today I had one colleague with me, [00:14:47] I didn't see anyone else, so you see them eventually when [00:14:51] there's a session or when they have commissions or committees, although these representatives." [00:14:55] of the government rarely attend those commissions, I said last time in all three [00:14:59] commissions I am a member of, as long as these [00:15:02] two parties block the House of Peoples in this way, there is no [00:15:06] need for them to call me to those commissions at all, because we are not [00:15:08] their service, we are the service of citizens, when they start working in [00:15:12] the House of Peoples they can call, but these blockades are obviously a political [00:15:16] strategy that works, so nothing happens so that citizens [00:15:19] and our entrepreneurs understand, that is a very important [00:15:23] issue in Bosnia and Herzegovina, listen. now one of those laws that [00:15:27] we proposed, which was not on the agenda, which their partners [00:15:30] or our partners did, meaning the American administration did it, [00:15:34] of course in cooperation with our institutions, [00:15:38] and this famous law on electricity and the introduction of [00:15:41] carbon taxes, where all that dirty energy, not only concerning [00:15:45] electricity production, but also the metal industry where it will be [00:15:47] taxed, we demand that that item on the agenda [00:15:51] be put on the agenda, so that Mr. Čović would come out and threaten [00:15:55] us how that is possible, but when the stock exchange is in [00:15:58] Mostar, headquartered in Mostar, he will not pass any law and so [00:16:02] on, and Mr. [00:16:05] Vuković, and there were indeed two proposals in the procedure, one was from [00:16:09] Mr. Smajić where it was foreseen that that stock exchange would be in Brčko, we asked [00:16:12] Smajić, please, let's not complicate things, forget that [00:16:16] proposal, let's go back to the proposal of the Council of Ministers, that man [00:16:19] didn't even realize that it was about that proposal where the stock exchange [00:16:23] is actually foreseen to be in Mostar, and people don't [00:16:26] want that, and how do you explain that to our entrepreneurs, [00:16:30] if you can imagine that [00:16:34] they simply have no empathy for anyone [00:16:37] "they have no empathy for the poorest segment [00:16:40] of the population, they have none for the economy, then you [00:16:43] ask me how they have empathy to take money for themselves, [00:16:47] well, you should ask them, it must be such a brazen [00:16:50] face that I can't [00:16:53] believe it, these are such Methuselahs, often [00:16:56] I discuss with colleagues on social networks, I think [00:17:00] it would be best if we mummified some of them [00:17:03] and they stay there until the end of their biological life, [00:17:07] you told me that in previous shows that you investigated while you were [00:17:11] the director of the Federal Police Administration, they will [00:17:14] leave the scene, they will retire, it seems that they will not [00:17:17] be held accountable, that they will laugh in your face in the end and [00:17:21] say, my dear Zlatko, you chased us in vain, [00:17:25] I will, I still stand by the position that most of them are [00:17:28] prone to committing criminal offenses, [00:17:32] unfortunately what happened in Bosnia and Herzegovina is the failure of precisely [00:17:35] our judicial and prosecutorial [00:17:39] bodies, now I am speaking for all of us, instead of [00:17:41] using people from the international community, primarily the Venice [00:17:45] Commission, to help us adopt a new law on the court and [00:17:49] the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (VSTV), we do not know how to use that, what is controversial in those [00:17:53] laws on the court and the VSTV, I mean, I can state [00:17:56] my personal opinion, the law on the court, I will be [00:17:59] brief, in order to avoid the opinion of the Venice Commission, first [00:18:03] that law is not at all reform-oriented, in article [00:18:06] 13 of that... law they said that within a year [00:18:09] a reform law would be passed, thereby contradicting the fact [00:18:12] that we need it at all, and why are you passing it if it is not [00:18:15] reform-oriented, and for that law they do not have the opinion of the Venice Commission and [00:18:18] that is why they made it in the form of amendments [00:18:22] and supplements, not a new law, so that they would not have to seek [00:18:25] an opinion, because then people would say what is wrong with it. On the other hand, [00:18:29] you have these amendments to the law on the VSTV, and both [00:18:33] laws are in two [00:18:35] formulations, at the parliamentary assembly levels, [00:18:39] in my opinion, that law is also flawed, why is it flawed so that [00:18:42] citizens can understand in fact, but [00:18:45] I must simplify it in the best possible way, look [00:18:49] at this, the problem is that they want to essentially [00:18:53] exert political pressure on the selection of judges [00:18:56] and prosecutors through amendments to the VSTV [00:18:59] law, and you have something similar to what was recently [00:19:03] adopted in Serbia, and now people from the judiciary [00:19:07] and European Union institutions are rebelling, [00:19:10] is it something like that, meaning [00:19:14] eight professionals, judges or prosecutors, then you have four [00:19:17] people who are not from that domain, you have two lawyers [00:19:20] or attorneys, one from RS, one from the Federation, one representative [00:19:24] of the parliament, and the Ministry of Justice, at the last [00:19:27] meeting with those from the Venice Commission, the Dutchman who led it, [00:19:30] a doctor of science, who really loves Bosnia and [00:19:33] Herzegovina, I asked him, if we are [00:19:36] going to... solve this to get rid of any political [00:19:40] influence, I have nothing against these people sitting here, [00:19:44] but they cannot elect judges and prosecutors, because [00:19:47] tomorrow that lawyer will be in a conflict of interest, because maybe as [00:19:51] I had a case in practice that a member of the VSTV is defending [00:19:55] that Čović, I had that specific case and that [00:19:58] is not normal, why is it not normal that citizens must [00:20:02] understand that we must simply reach a phase when it comes to the work [00:20:05] of the prosecution, meaning citizens should answer [00:20:09] themselves, is it normal while you are conducting an investigation [00:20:12] that the responsible prosecutor takes [00:20:15] 25,000 euros from the suspect [00:20:18] and you report him to this UDT, that is the Office of the Disciplinary Prosecutor, and they tell you [00:20:22] that they will investigate, that there is a basis, but that they will inform you within [00:20:25] a year what happened to that prosecutor, is it [00:20:28] normal that a woman you go to report, who is [00:20:31] that, well I won't [00:20:35] mention names so that I don't compromise them. [00:20:45] The woman says: why did you come to me, I don't have time to do that, I say [00:20:49] dear lady. That crime is prosecuted ex officio, if you don't have one, hire [00:20:53] another prosecutor, no, no, I can't do that, imagine that [00:20:56] answer, the third thing, the leader of the second [00:20:59] organized criminal group at the trial says to [00:21:02] the prosecutor, I bought you and your wife Carlo [00:21:06] Colucci clothes from Italy, I brought you [00:21:09] things, then he starts listing journalists, [00:21:12] a police officer who informed me what you want to [00:21:15] do, I paid for his wife and [00:21:19] vacation. and so on, that no one deals [00:21:22] with that issue, is that prosecutor still a prosecutor, [00:21:26] yes, the fourth example, we are conducting an [00:21:30] investigation where we had a protected witness, equipment, since we didn't [00:21:33] have any, we borrowed it from Italy, we recorded [00:21:36] the protected witness, we catch a judge of the BH court [00:21:39] taking 200,000, everything [00:21:42] recorded one by one, the judicial [00:21:45] council rejects the evidence because [00:21:48] of noise. Can you believe that? Later [00:21:52] that person continues to advance, so [00:21:55] there are countless examples in practice, but for example one of [00:21:58] the international prosecutors, what I want to say is that they were not immune [00:22:02] from bribery and corruption, uh, the woman did not know that a man [00:22:06] who was convicted in the first instance, meaning convicted to a prison sentence and [00:22:10] a fine, we still kept him under measures and the man [00:22:13] carries 250,000 euros to bribe her and throws the money [00:22:17] out the window on the road between... central, between Tuzla [00:22:21] and Sarajevo, and when the woman found out that she was doing that, she left her job [00:22:24] and returned to the country that sent her, nothing happened, so that [00:22:27] cannot be, meaning that [00:22:31] story, their inaction must come to an [00:22:34] end, to finish, it can be resolved, it was resolved in Romania, it is being resolved [00:22:38] in Albania, so it can be done when, of course, this woman in [00:22:41] Romania is now a prosecutor when it comes to [00:22:44] these European institutions, [00:22:48] recently, my recent experience, please, I reported this Dodik twice, [00:22:52] twice the prosecution replied to me, once one [00:22:55] prosecutor, the second time two, so that I wouldn't [00:22:59] think there was some national connotation, and [00:23:03] people or women tell me, as if I am [00:23:06] mentally challenged, that what he is doing is freedom [00:23:09] of speech, then I file an appeal and say, my [00:23:12] dear people, that it would not be freedom of genocide, [00:23:16] that's right, war crimes and so on, I say High Representative, you have [00:23:20] a law where that is sanctioned, meaning a person cannot [00:23:23] do that, another thing is that for them to give that [00:23:27] criminal act the character that I requested, they say the [00:23:30] act of violence was missing, so what do you want from me when he says that [00:23:34] I should take a club and beat him, right, then there would be elements of a criminal [00:23:38] offense, these are such nebulous answers that I [00:23:41] really cannot comprehend, and is it [00:23:44] shameful to have some problem in that prosecutor's office of Bosnia and Herzegovina every five days, [00:23:47] they are not there, I think. 10 if I'm not mistaken, [00:23:51] 55, well, that's a shame what's happening, the chief [00:23:54] prosecutor is under attack now, victims' associations are demanding his [00:23:58] removal, will the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council remove him? [00:24:02] I really don't know, they will probably initiate some procedure, but what is [00:24:05] important for citizens to know, we are in this law, that is very [00:24:09] important, maybe a more important question than this previous one, we asked that their [00:24:12] work ability assessment be introduced into the integrity check of only this property, [00:24:16] you, sir, have no indictment. negative rating, finally [00:24:20] in the transitional provisions, every prosecutor who has a negative rating should be introduced, [00:24:23] so you can't do that, meaning if you haven't [00:24:27] done anything for one, two, five years, then what are you doing there? Did the prosecutor's office ever answer your criminal complaint that [00:24:31] you filed last year regarding blockades precisely in the House of [00:24:34] Peoples? I made a criminal complaint against [00:24:37] Špirić and, if I'm not mistaken, three additions, I never received [00:24:41] any written response from anyone. Are there elements of a criminal offense? Well, of course, [00:24:45] purely. Pure, pure abuse of official [00:24:49] position. Uh, I think that, given that they [00:24:53] are trying to justify it by saying that they were given that right by the constitution, which is absolutely not [00:24:56] true, it doesn't say anywhere in the constitution that they have the right to protect [00:25:00] national vital interest in that way, so that [00:25:04] you protect your own chair, well, that's unprecedented. [00:25:07] I'm glad that the other day, you reminded me of this, we were supposed to [00:25:10] have this gentleman Vuković at one of the sessions, that's very important and it's related [00:25:14] to it, mhm and they didn't want to. And explicitly allowed [00:25:17] the man to replace a colleague who left, and Vuković came in her place, and they [00:25:21] invoked the vital national interest in that matter. Yesterday or [00:25:25] the day before yesterday, an answer came that they were not right, that it has nothing to do with [00:25:28] vital national interest, because the man is from the Serbian people, [00:25:32] how will a Serb [00:25:36] harm a Serb's vital national interest? So, in [00:25:38] essence, we are dealing with ourselves so that we don't deal with [00:25:42] the betterment of the lives of the citizens of this country, and while that lasts, [00:25:45] they use resources, take money. Salaries, money from the [00:25:49] budget and so on, drivers drive, budget blockade, [00:25:53] political strategy that succeeds, but they can agree on those [00:25:56] things, that's very interesting. But when it comes [00:25:59] to doing something for the country, for our workers, or [00:26:03] I don't know, for the sick, today is the day of these people suffering [00:26:06] from cancer, I asked them at the last session, I understand that you spend [00:26:10] that money, I understand that we have so many people [00:26:13] sick with cancer, in our institutions, if you don't [00:26:17] fear citizens, if you don't fear public opinion, well, they don't fear [00:26:21] journalists, so do you believe in God, do you fear God, can you [00:26:25] ask one of our border police officers, whose wife can't raise [00:26:29] the money, for her to help her with 20,000, which she needs for [00:26:32] medicine, after she has already given 200,000? [00:26:36] It's missing, of course, it's terrible, today we also did a lot [00:26:39] of stories about the lack of support for cancer patients, [00:26:43] but also for other serious diseases, but since you are mentioning [00:26:47] the border police and other police [00:26:50] services, you told me in the last show how bad it is for [00:26:53] the country that hundreds of policemen are missing in the border police, here is new [00:26:57] information that actually one hundred policemen will soon retire in [00:27:00] various police agencies, that there is no plan [00:27:04] to hire new ones, what kind of chaos will that be? That problem has been going on since 2017, and first, for that [00:27:08] problem, the leaders in those agencies are to blame, because they [00:27:12] are, they get paid to take care of strategic [00:27:16] planning, meaning every leader, every one of those police [00:27:19] agencies, he was obliged to foresee what would happen in one, two, three, [00:27:23] five years, that's why strategic planning is done, [00:27:27] now and those who were... doing that in every possible way, they were [00:27:31] obstructed by politics, [00:27:34] why, because I'm talking primarily about these two parties, the axis of [00:27:37] evil, it is in their interest that in every segment, and in [00:27:40] that one, there is as little state as possible, the softer [00:27:44] the border, the fewer policemen, the greater [00:27:47] the crime, or the greater the possibility tomorrow, God forbid, that [00:27:50] someone moves from some direction to some point from [00:27:54] point A to point B, that no one stops him, that members of [00:27:57] the armed forces of other countries can [00:28:01] enter here as they please some other things happen that [00:28:05] there is no beginning, we have to take a break, I have to ask you this, uh, that [00:28:09] if those whose mouths are full of Bosnia and Herzegovina do not [00:28:12] wake up, a great evil could happen in that [00:28:16] context when you say foreign soldiers patrolling [00:28:19] and so on, should Bosnia and Herzegovina fear [00:28:22] the intensive arming of Serbia, but also [00:28:25] of Croatia, while the armed forces have weapons [00:28:29] on a drip, the armed forces of BiH, regardless of their [00:28:32] capacities that are questionable [00:28:36] from an international aspect, because they have certain obligations regarding [00:28:39] the Dayton Peace Agreement and Annex, which they signed, but now to [00:28:42] water down that story, I think considering [00:28:46] the strength that Serbia primarily had in '92, now it's [00:28:49] nowhere near, so we don't [00:28:52] need to be particularly afraid of them in that [00:28:56] context, however we must direct [00:28:59] our capacities in that direction so that [00:29:03] we uh deal with a defensive or defensive [00:29:05] strategy, we should not spend money on [00:29:09] certain means that cost tens of millions, [00:29:12] so that we don't have basic things when it comes to, for example, [00:29:16] air defense, when it comes to drones, when it comes to [00:29:19] anti-tank defense, so these are all things where [00:29:23] we could have made a very big step forward, especially through [00:29:26] our companies, the defense industry, however, it is obvious [00:29:30] that we still lack knowledge, [00:29:33] strategy, focus, we are committed to all [00:29:36] that to get out of this problem, there is no danger threatening us, [00:29:39] indeed, I think there are enough of us, so [00:29:42] I don't believe that someone who would dare to commit aggression tomorrow, [00:29:46] that aggression would be successful, he must step [00:29:49] here, and to step here, by God, [00:29:52] not to express myself rudely, he must be very brave. So I don't believe that [00:29:56] can happen, Hungarian special forces will cross [00:29:59] here, in this never clarified [00:30:03] story, how is it possible that Hungary opens [00:30:06] a counter-terrorism center on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, specifically [00:30:10] near Banja Luka, and no one knows anything about it, no one [00:30:13] has a clue who gave consent, everyone says "not me", completely, if [00:30:17] that's how it is as you say, journalists have already asked me about it [00:30:21] and explain to me that in fact Hungarians are building some kind of [00:30:25] center. "That is not possible under our regulations, in fact it is not [00:30:28] possible without the consent of the Presidency, i.e. [00:30:32] in this case the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, if it concerns [00:30:35] police officers of the Ministry of Security, [00:30:38] that cannot be done, every action in that sense is illegal, and what if [00:30:41] it is done, if it is already in progress, then the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina should [00:30:45] take measures within its jurisdiction, well it will, just as it does [00:30:49] and it should, it should probably, since..." [00:30:53] poduzme mjere i svoje nadležnosti, pa eto baš će kao što poduzima [00:30:56] i trebalo bi, trebalo bi vjerovatno evo pošto..."
