[00:26:44] Chunmoo. The contract with the manufacturer Hanwha Aerospace was signed
[00:26:48] during the visit of the South Korean Minister of Defense to Croatia, and it
[00:26:51] is the first South Korean defense export to
[00:26:54] Croatia. The Chunmoo is a mobile rocket system that can
[00:26:58] launch different types of rockets and missiles depending on
[00:27:01] the configuration, which brings greater firepower and
[00:27:05] the ability to operate at greater distances to Croatia. In addition to the
[00:27:09] launchers, the package includes associated equipment from the system,
[00:27:12] a contract is being signed for a command and control system
[00:27:15] that will enable their integration into the Croatian defense
[00:27:19] system. With this, Croatia continues the modernization of rocket
[00:27:22] artillery capabilities, and the South Korean Chunmoo is already
[00:27:26] used or acquired by other NATO members. Among them are
[00:27:29] Poland, Estonia, and Norway.
[00:27:35] "I hope that this is just the beginning of cooperation

[00:28:26] so that Croatia can operate

[00:28:37] a one-way
[00:28:39] uh relationship, that is, a simple relationship, simply
[00:28:42] a signing in which we buy something,
[00:28:45] and Korea sells something. In this case, our
[00:28:49] company Končar will be involved in the realization of this project
[00:28:52] over the years to come, which is extremely important to us and of course
[00:28:56] extremely pleasing.
[00:28:59] Artificial intelligence in their work was used by a 5D tester. 10
[00:29:02] Croatian institutions, but among them is not the government of the Republic of
[00:29:06] Croatia, showed a Gong survey conducted on
[00:29:09] 78 key public authorities. As many as
[00:29:12] 26 institutions responded that they do not
[00:29:15] use artificial intelligence, among them 10
[00:29:18] ministries, the Constitutional Court, the State Attorney's Office, and the Tax
[00:29:21] Administration. On the other hand, nine institutions, including
[00:29:25] the Croatian Parliament, Fina, the City of Zagreb, and the Croatian Institute of Public
[00:29:28] Health, already use artificial intelligence and also have
[00:29:32] special internal rules. Gong warns of special
[00:29:36] risks with certain systems. The Ministry of Interior, for example, uses artificial
[00:29:39] intelligence for biometric identification, including
[00:29:43] facial recognition systems. Therefore, they propose
[00:29:46] a public register of artificial intelligence in state institutions, clear
[00:29:50] national standards, and transparent information to citizens
[00:29:53] about how and when artificial intelligence participates in
[00:29:57] procedures that concern
[00:29:58] them.
