[00:09:15] we ourselves think and how we behave and how we will
[00:09:19] live as normal people, unlike the picture

[00:09:26] changing and where we cannot find any real
[00:09:29] solutions or real personalities who will really do something for our
[00:09:33] republic of Serbia, uh, I believe that
[00:09:36] this is very important and that it is really time for a new era
[00:09:39] as it was also said to forget all
[00:09:43] divisions, to forget who is on the left, who is on the
[00:09:46] right, for all of us to really unite so that we have one
[00:09:50] main goal, as it says, that students
[00:09:53] win. Mrs. Milićević, now when you compare
[00:09:57] Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, your elections are approaching, even a little earlier than
[00:10:01] when citizens of Serbia will go to the polls, how do you comment that you
[00:10:04] don't have those non-political
[00:10:07] subjects who will come up with some new offers perhaps among
[00:10:10] parties, but not in this way, is that
[00:10:14] a problem or is it simply, it's not
[00:10:18] a problem, as I said, how we in Bosnia and Herzegovina have elections
[00:10:21] every two years. Local and then general
[00:10:25] somehow all the focus of all events is
[00:10:28] directed precisely at pre-election
[00:10:31] rallies, especially when the campaign started, I just
[00:10:35] mentioned, we have protests announced
[00:10:38] these days, protests as I said
[00:10:42] in some canton doctors or healthcare workers,
[00:10:45] then you have miners also announced
[00:10:49] two weeks ago, they also went out into the streets.
[00:10:52] That is, there were also and they were supposed to come to Sarajevo
[00:10:56] in front of the federal government and so on, so we have
[00:11:00] smaller protests, that is if it loves interests
[00:11:04] no, that is in that context, the problem in Bosnia
[00:11:08] and Herzegovina is that all existing
[00:11:11] political entities and those who represent us
[00:11:15] at different levels of government, they are now maximally
[00:11:18] using those resources, our resources, when I say
[00:11:22] our money, our. to give one-time
[00:11:33] financial aid
[00:11:36] to pensioners as well as to special
[00:11:39] vulnerable groups, so you have some really
[00:11:43] funny trips to nature,
[00:11:46] we take pensioners, we take people who until
[00:11:49] now have not even symbolically thought about
[00:11:52] their status, their economic life, I mean
[00:11:56] economic circumstances and life, that is, unlike in
[00:11:59] Bosnia and Herzegovina, we do not have public
[00:12:03] joint protests against everyone, no, at this moment
[00:12:06] it is only important who will vote for whom, what is perhaps
[00:12:10] positive for everyone to say that the number of political
[00:12:13] subjects is smaller, but we again have
[00:12:16] new ones and again in Bosnia and Herzegovina, roughly
[00:12:19] the same faces will just perhaps have changed

[00:13:12] and there were protests, there were protests without results, yes, without
[00:13:15] results, I repeat, now what is the question, whether
[00:13:19] we are tired, whether in some way the majority
[00:13:23] of citizens, you always know." The problematic thing is how many people turn out for
[00:13:27] elections, always just to pass the consensus of 56, 52,
[00:13:30] 50, that's tragic, that's now the responsibility, I want to call out
[00:13:34] all of us citizens of Bosnia and
[00:13:37] Herzegovina that we have responsibility for this
[00:13:40] awful situation at this moment, not just now
[00:13:43] for the last, surely, 20 years, but now the focus, because you
[00:13:47] yourselves know that we had protests for
[00:13:50] against small hydropower plants that were polluting, which we followed
[00:13:54] ". Yes, "you followed everything, that's why I say, we have numerous
[00:13:57] initiatives, but somehow where
[00:14:00] the biggest problem is that we give up, but I always
[00:14:04] have both an excuse and understanding, because
[00:14:07] everyday life problems push you so much that you
[00:14:11] don't have time to think anymore, you started,
[00:14:14] you think, they promised that it will be resolved or in some way that
[00:14:17] it will further legally, all those responsible
[00:14:21] for all these misfortunes, everything is promised, but not realized,
[00:14:24] yes. What do people, I don't know, what else needs
[00:14:28] to happen so that we remain consistent and go all the way, as
[00:14:31] you just took the example of Serbia, we follow what is happening in
[00:14:34] the region, but in our Bosnia and Herzegovina we currently do not have such
[00:14:38] a movement, uh nor anyone who would
[00:14:41] take responsibility, Mrs. Orišković, you are
[00:14:44] a politician, you have been in parliament for a long time, you said yourself that
[00:14:48] you support these civic initiatives, but that
[00:14:52] it still needs to be clearly uh, how... should I say
[00:14:55] addressed to those responsible who come from politics, so now how does this
[00:14:59] variant in Serbia seem to you,
[00:15:02] where students have organized themselves and there are no
[00:15:06] familiar faces who have participated in politics, they insisted precisely
[00:15:09] on that, uh, citizens are currently responding relatively
[00:15:13] well, we will see, of course, what will happen on October 25, so how does that
[00:15:16] possibility seem to you that simply non-politicians enter the fight with
[00:15:19] politicians? Well, as soon as they enter the fight with politicians. That's
[00:15:23] politics and that's how it should be, that's exactly how it should
[00:15:27] be, we followed those protests for
[00:15:30] a long time, I liked them as
[00:15:34] a democratic awakening, mhm, but. if it stops there,
[00:15:37] then it's all
[00:15:40] a missed opportunity, wasted energy,
[00:15:43] what is happening now is precisely that continuation which is
[00:15:47] natural, logical, positive, expected,
[00:15:51] and uh, I hope
[00:15:54] and, but I believe and expect that
[00:15:58] uh that political step,
[00:16:01] the most important crucial political step, will bear
[00:16:04] results, because only that, that is important for Croatia.
[00:16:08] That is also terribly important for this part of Europe called
[00:16:11] the Balkans, it is important that Serbia moves
[00:16:15] forward, that uh citizens in
[00:16:17] Serbia fight for their future, for them to have
[00:16:21] a government that offers them a different present
[00:16:24] and future from the politics of Aleksandar Vučić, that must
[00:16:27] end up in that unfortunate dustbin of history that
[00:16:31] no one will remember positively, they will not remember

[00:20:41] binding local referendum precisely there so that citizens can
[00:20:45] decide whether they want to stop that external Novi
