[00:25:14] service, is the low price of labor, but also the difference between
[00:25:17] the expectations of workers and what employers offer.
[00:25:21] The search for foreign workers, however, also raises the
[00:25:24] question of compliance with regulations. Increased
[00:25:26] inspection oversight in recent days found four workers
[00:25:30] from Azerbaijan who were working on a construction site without
[00:25:34] permits, so the employment service warns that
[00:25:38] every unemployed person, including foreign nationals, has
[00:25:41] the right to register at unemployment records if they have
[00:25:44] approval from the service for foreigners' affairs, which means they must
[00:25:47] have a residence permit for their registration as unemployed. As for
[00:25:51] their work, that is only possible with a work permit that
[00:25:55] the employer submits. And while we are recording an increase in requests for
[00:25:58] engagement of workers from abroad, domestic labor force in
[00:26:02] employment offices numbers in tens of thousands, the educational system
[00:26:06] has, it turns out, year after year produced personnel for whom
[00:26:09] there is less and less need, while professions that are increasingly in
[00:26:13] demand, experts say, have been neglected. Feđa

[00:26:22] Upbringing of the Canton of Sarajevo announced a protest on September 30th.
[00:26:26] They demand from the Government of the Canton of Sarajevo that by September 28th, they
[00:26:29] publish in the official gazette of the Canton of Sarajevo
[00:26:33] amendments to the collective agreement for activities of
[00:26:36] preschool education and primary education in the Canton of
[00:26:40] Sarajevo. If they do not meet their condition by October
[00:26:43] 1st at 8 a.m., they announce a strike.

[00:26:49] Čapljina-Thailand is definitely not ordinary. However, it was precisely
[00:26:52] this route that, according to unofficial information, a postman from Čapljina
[00:26:56] took after taking the money he was supposed to deliver to a
[00:26:59] pensioner in Čapljina. Instead of going to home addresses,
[00:27:03] it is assumed that the money along with him reached Thailand.
[00:27:07] The money was subsequently paid to the pensioners, and the postman
[00:27:10] is still being sought.
[00:27:12] Instead of the usual route from the post
[00:27:14] office to home, the journey of a postman from Višići ended thousands of kilometers
[00:27:18] away from Herzegovina. It all started on September 7th when
[00:27:22] his mother reported him missing, but it very quickly became clear
[00:27:26] that his disappearance was just the beginning of the story because
[00:27:28] the 31-year-old postman took with him the pensions that were for
[00:27:32] delivery. You have to be a genius to do something like that,
[00:27:36] really, I think to deny people something
[00:27:39] that they have earned, and
[00:27:42] everything else I have
[00:27:45] no words, it's youth,
[00:27:48] the man went to enjoy himself, nothing more, he just shouldn't
[00:27:51] have taken other people's pensions, that he went to enjoy himself, that's great,
[00:27:55] according to unconfirmed information, the postman first arrived in Sarajevo,
[00:27:59] and then left the country, as the final destination, Thailand
[00:28:02] is mentioned. How many pensions were exactly in his bag, what was the
[00:28:06] amount of money he took with him has not yet been officially
[00:28:09] confirmed, it is said to be dozens of beneficiaries. I am
[00:28:13] also a pensioner, one postman delivers to us, so thank
[00:28:16] God, not our
[00:28:19] he went to Thailand,
[00:28:22] or wherever, I don't know, I heard, for me as a citizen
[00:28:25] it's dishonest, luckily my pension didn't go
[00:28:29] there, but it went to an account. The case quickly
[00:28:33] caused numerous reactions in the public, and the move of the Čapljina
[00:28:36] postman was a reason for many jokes, so the story, in addition to the serious
[00:28:40] side, gained its humorous dimension, we only know that he went where he went
[00:28:44] to Bangkok, was it to Thailand, that's it, and here where people were left without pensions,
[00:28:47] that's it, he's not alone, is he not alone,
[00:28:51] good, come on, a little fun before the elections, that's good,
[00:28:55] it's about a long-time employee of the Croatian Post Mostar, in which
[00:28:59] after his disappearance an internal investigation was launched to determine
[00:29:02] all the circumstances of the case, the post office confirmed that the pensioners
[00:29:06] in the Čapljina area have in the meantime received all their pensions,
[00:29:09] while they do not want to talk about the details of their employee's disappearance
[00:29:13] while the checks are ongoing. All retirees received their
[00:29:16] pensions, internal procedures are still ongoing, so we would not
[00:29:20] disclose the details of this case. As for the users,

[00:29:27] for their understanding that they showed in this extraordinary
[00:29:31] situation. A criminal complaint has since been filed against him,
[00:29:34] after which the search took on a different character.

[00:29:41] regarding a criminal offense, due to reasonable suspicion of the commission
[00:29:45] of a criminal offense against the person SDJ

[00:30:29] the 21st Pichuais festival of women's art and activism. And
[00:30:32] the exhibition of the same name is one of three installations that this year
[00:30:36] bring different artistic perspectives on women and society. The slogan itself
[00:30:40] actually focuses on the fact that feminism is not something
[00:30:43] that is given, but that it develops over time in all of
[00:30:47] us, and it also develops and actually responds to the challenges
[00:30:51] that society places before us. This year's festival we are truly
[00:30:54] organizing in a time of wars, human rights violations,
[00:30:58] narrowing.
