[00:11:29] crisis in Bosnia and Herzegovina in recent decades. As

[00:16:44] has expired, with no salaries or any

[00:18:13] for these mines, i.e., the need of the Health Insurance
[00:18:16] Institute. The result of all this, after
[00:18:20] 20 years of cheap energy. The debts of the three
[00:18:23] mines to the Institute seriously threaten the financial stability of the entire
[00:18:27] health system, say the Health Insurance Institute of the Zenica-Doboj
[00:18:31] Canton. They warned the federal government about this in July,
[00:18:34] then in August, after no concrete steps were taken. They gave the government
[00:18:38] and the mines a deadline until September 15th. The Institute has

[00:20:18] works. Cases reported to the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina

[00:20:25] abuses, less punishment has ever been imposed. And the different
[00:20:29] views on abuse between non-governmental organizations and
[00:20:32] the CIK are also problematic. Sanctions were imposed where political parties boasted about these

[00:27:19] of a damaged building in
[00:27:21] Gaza.

[00:29:27] our colleagues here that don't have oil and spare parts uh to
[00:29:31] continue and to work, with all the equipment that is still
[00:29:34] in Gaza, we are running against time, this is a
[00:29:38] tragedy within a larger tragedy,
[00:29:42] and it is important that we are all coming together
[00:29:45] as international community to prevent and save
[00:29:49] lives.
