[00:25:40] single, how can I say, not to say terrible situation when it comes
[00:25:44] to uh landfills, when it comes to
[00:25:47] roads and so on, so I believe that all of us actually
[00:25:51] should deal with what we can,
[00:25:53] unfortunately,
[00:25:56] uh, justice and reconciliation in the Balkans are not close, I'm afraid they won't
[00:26:00] even be, that every verdict... whether it's acquitting or
[00:26:03] convicting, will further distance us, yes, to be used in the pre-election
[00:26:07] campaign, that certainly, yes, uh, is there hope that Bosnia and
[00:26:11] Herzegovina will emerge from the political crisis it has been in for three
[00:26:14] years after the October elections, that is the question that everyone
[00:26:17] asks, and actually it is asked in the sense,
[00:26:21] is there even any point in going to the elections, if they won't bring any
[00:26:24] changes? The question is simple and interesting,
[00:26:28] and I have two answers to that question: logic says
[00:26:31] that there is no hope because the same people, the same
[00:26:35] candidates for whom we voted in 2022,
[00:26:39] are running in the elections. This means we literally have almost
[00:26:42] no new faces in any, let's say, important
[00:26:46] individual or other position. Yes, we have new parties but old faces, and
[00:26:49] or we have people who have changed parties or people
[00:26:53] who were at one level and now want to be at another level, meaning we have nothing
[00:26:57] new to hope that something will be different and better. On the other hand,
[00:27:01] one good thing, I... am one of those people who speaks without
[00:27:05] mincing words, hope exists, because this time in Bosnia and Herzegovina there
[00:27:08] are neither Michael Murphy nor Christian Schmidt, who at the time
