[00:06:54] canton, there are 20% more
[00:06:57] employees in healthcare per capita
[00:07:00] than in all other cantons of this country. This is
[00:07:04] our problem. The director of the institute said, how difficult
[00:07:07] the financial situation is, but he also
[00:07:10] said that we are not the only ones in such a situation, but
[00:07:14] considering what I said, on the one hand,
[00:07:18] it justifies this current financial situation in the healthcare
[00:07:22] system.
[00:07:25] The cantonal government is responsible for
[00:07:27] the construction and equipping of our healthcare institutions
[00:07:31] with almost 50 million convertible marks, but
[00:07:34] today we are at a moment when we are actually proud of everything we have
[00:07:38] built. Today we have a hospital of European
[00:07:41] standards. Our university clinical hospital is no longer a hospital
[00:07:44] for three cantons, but a hospital for the entire
