[00:00:00] The coalition says it will negotiate with the winners, which is how it [00:00:03] is in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Of course, if [00:00:07] matrix it's SNSD, there will be talks with SNSD, but [00:00:11] the red lines are known, which is the implementation of laws, the [00:00:14] Dayton Peace Agreement, and we know that the Party [00:00:18] of Democratic Action declaratively advocates for [00:00:22] the European, i.e., NATO path of Bosnia and [00:00:25] Herzegovina. In any case, these will be difficult negotiations. On the other [00:00:29] hand, it will be interesting to see how it goes in the cantons. So, [00:00:32] the SDP won a really significant number [00:00:35] of votes in Sarajevo Canton. Will a new "troika" happen? [00:00:39] Is that possible? In any case, what [00:00:43] Izedbegović sees, he was among the first to congratulate Efendić [00:00:47] on the significant number of votes, it is probably the Party for Bosnia and [00:00:50] Herzegovina as potentially some new partners. [00:00:54] Studio, [00:00:56] so that was Dina Elin Dizdar from the election headquarters of the [00:01:00] Party of Democratic Action. Let's go to our Mirna, she is currently in [00:01:03] the "Under the Magnifying Glass" coalition, but previously [00:01:06] technologies, thank God for followed the events in the SDP, a party that also achieved [00:01:10] a good result, relatively, even though the Party of Democratic Action achieved [00:01:14] twice as many votes as them at many levels, [00:01:17] but the victory of the SDP candidate [00:01:20] and the coalition, namely [00:01:22] Denis Bećirović. Mirna, let's [00:01:26] make an overview of this evening, unlike what Amir said about [00:01:30] SDA and SDP. smiling faces tonight, especially [00:01:32] Denis Bećirović. [00:01:35] Well, Denis Bećirović definitely, Aila, [00:01:38] however, what we all noticed immediately upon [00:01:42] arriving here, where the SDP party headquarters [00:01:46] was, is that we were announced [00:01:48] addresses by Damir Mašić from the SDP [00:01:52] Main Board and Nermin [00:01:54] Nikšić as the party president, and immediately somehow [00:01:58] there was confusion. Where is Denis Bećirović, who is [00:02:02] actually the SDP candidate for the member [00:02:05] of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina? We certainly [00:02:08] didn't miss the opportunity to ask [00:02:11] the party president when he spoke, [00:02:15] and he said that since Denis [00:02:17] Bećirović was supported by 14 parties, since he is actually [00:02:21] the candidate of the "United for the State of Bosnia and Herzegovina" coalition, even though he comes from the [00:02:23] SDP, he is still [00:02:27] at the Europe Hotel and that [00:02:31] they joined him after that address. [00:02:34] What somehow [00:02:36] expressed satisfaction, caused satisfaction [00:02:40] in the SDP, is precisely the victory of Denis Bećirović, [00:02:44] who again [00:02:46] Herzegovina positions them remains in the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina. [00:02:50] But the fact that Ivan Begić, who [00:02:53] was the SDP candidate, won the position of Vice President of Republika Srpska [00:02:57] from the Croatian people, they also say [00:03:00] that they are not dissatisfied with the results [00:03:04] they achieved [00:03:06] for the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, nor for [00:03:10] the federal parliament. They say that according to the procedures, [00:03:14] they are doing somewhat better than in the previous [00:03:16] election cycle, so somehow the SDP president, Nermin [00:03:20] Nikšić, constantly emphasized that this [00:03:24] will be an interesting autumn, that the formation of the government [00:03:28] will largely depend on who will [00:03:31] cooperate with whom. Also, just now, Tina [00:03:35] mentioned the congratulations to Semir Efendić [00:03:38] sent by Bakir Izedbegović, president of the SDA. [00:03:42] A similar rhetoric could be heard [00:03:44] in the SDP. Everyone is somewhat [00:03:47] surprised, and the formation of the government [00:03:51] will largely be influenced by who the Party for [00:03:54] Bosnia and Herzegovina will cooperate with. As [00:03:58] them that in no for the SDP and other levels of government, [00:04:01] i.e., cantonal, they proudly highlighted the success of Adnan [00:04:05] Šteta, who actually, as the first on the list, won the [00:04:08] most votes, all the votes actually at the level [00:04:11] of Sarajevo Canton. There, they actually [00:04:15] hope, as it was announced during the campaign, [00:04:19] that Adnan Šteta will take over the prime ministerial [00:04:22] position when it comes to Sarajevo Canton, but they did not [00:04:26] comment on other cantons. Nermin [00:04:29] Nikšić said that he would do so in [00:04:32] the coming days, that they certainly expect that wherever [00:04:35] possible, that "troika" as a coalition will remain [00:04:39] and survive and that they will continue to work as they [00:04:42] have so far. You said, Dajla, at [00:04:46] the very beginning of the announcement, I am currently here in the "Under the Magnifying Glass" coalition, and somehow they [00:04:49] concluded this day [00:04:53] primarily by talking about [00:04:56] turnout, about those election irregularities that they [00:05:00] recorded. When it comes to election technologies and the implementation [00:05:03] of new election technologies, they say [00:05:06] they consider it successful, that it was [00:05:09] successfully implemented and that no significant [00:05:13] irregularities were recorded, apart from the [00:05:16] delays at the very opening of polling stations, and thus the prolongation [00:05:20] of the closing of polling stations. However, again, those more serious [00:05:24] irregularities were recorded, [00:05:28] such as pressure on voters, [00:05:31] but also the disapproval of observers. That is something that [00:05:34] worries, over 100 actually such more serious irregularities [00:05:38] were recorded. They also commented on the turnout itself. [00:05:42] So, a little over 40%, over [00:05:45] 42% is the turnout according to the data [00:05:49] of the "Under the Magnifying Glass" coalition, and they still say [00:05:51] that maybe it doesn't show that the turnout is lower [00:05:55] compared to the previous election cycle, [00:05:59] but that it is actually an indicator that this time we had [00:06:02] new election technologies that prevented [00:06:06] the abuse of unused ballots. [00:06:09] So, this will certainly be [00:06:13] a topic of discussion in the coming period, and the "Under the Magnifying Glass" coalition [00:06:17] itself announced new analyses for [00:06:19] tomorrow. [00:06:24] We heard our Mirna Zdralović live. Let's go live to Mostar [00:06:27] where Dženana Kaminić Puce [00:06:30] followed the celebration in HDZ. The latest information came [00:06:34] from the Prime Minister of the Republic of Croatia, [00:06:36] Andrej Plenković, congratulating Darjana [00:06:40] Filipović, the new member of the Presidency of Bosnia [00:06:43] and Herzegovina from the Croatian people. Dženana, what was [00:06:46] interesting that we saw at the press conference while Darijana Filipović was speaking was a long [00:06:50] list of people she thanked, [00:06:53] but she and Dragan Čović thanked [00:06:56] Bosniaks. [00:07:02] Both cameras specifically thanked the Bosniak electorate, as we [00:07:05] could hear Darijana Filipović, as she said, [00:07:08] she especially thanks them, because she said that the Bosniak [00:07:12] people showed that they do not want to outvote and that they do not want tensions [00:07:16] caused precisely by that. Dragan Čović also referred to that, but he [00:07:20] said that the focus will further be on changes to the election [00:07:23] law, so here is the celebration here in the HDZ election [00:07:26] headquarters. So, it was initially [00:07:29] quiet here, anticipation, after the results [00:07:33] announced by the CIK, a thunderous applause followed [00:07:36] here, the atmosphere absolutely changed, as we [00:07:40] could hear Darijana Filipović. So, a landslide victory for the HDZ [00:07:44] candidate, who had two opposing candidates, Slavjan Kovačević [00:07:48] and Zdenko Lučić. As we could hear in her [00:07:51] address, she said that she hopes that in the next four years [00:07:55] her work will show that institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina can [00:07:58] be different, that the decisions that will be made [00:08:02] in the coming period will be decisions of mutual respect [00:08:05] and deference. On the other hand, Dragan Čović spoke [00:08:09] about the next steps that he will take [00:08:13] in the period that follows. So, besides the changes to the election [00:08:16] law, he focused on the positioning of the Croatian [00:08:20] people, as well as on the strategy until 2020, until [00:08:23] 2040, which will address [00:08:26] the position of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the position of the Croatian people, so how [00:08:30] it should look in the future. [00:08:33] Čović also spoke about a convincing victory in [00:08:37] six cantons, so we heard about Herzegovina-Neretva Canton, [00:08:40] West Herzegovina, Posavina. [00:08:42] Central Bosnia Canton 10 and [00:08:46] so on. So, he also said that with Darijana [00:08:49] Filipović, he has a majority at the state and federal [00:08:53] level. So, I will remind you of the 2022 elections, when the [00:08:57] HDZ list had four mandates at [00:09:00] the state level, these were three direct and one compensatory. [00:09:04] So, all of this will be discussed more in the coming [00:09:07] period. So, even before Dragan Čović and [00:09:11] Darijana Filipović, Borena Krišto and Lidija Bradara [00:09:14] also addressed the media and spoke about how during [00:09:18] the campaign, the HDZ focused on the program itself and [00:09:21] its goals, so the Croatian electorate recognized that, [00:09:25] and now it is seen in the votes that [00:09:29] they expected nothing less than a convincing victory for their [00:09:33] candidate, Darijana Filipović. We know that her candidacy [00:09:36] was somehow mostly focused on messages related [00:09:40] to the political equality of Croats [00:09:43] in Bosnia and Herzegovina, [00:09:46] security, stability, and the European path of Bosnia [00:09:49] and Herzegovina. So, the celebration continues [00:09:52] here, they certainly have reasons to celebrate, and we are sure [00:09:56] it will last deep into the night. [00:09:59] From Mostar and the HDZ headquarters, Đinana Kaminić Puce reported, where she also [00:10:02] followed the atmosphere and events. Let's continue to our Azur Delić, [00:10:06] who is currently in the "United for the State" [00:10:09] headquarters. Before that, Azur was also in the Party for Bosnia and [00:10:12] Herzegovina. Azur, both "United for the State" and the Party for Bosnia [00:10:16] and Herzegovina are quite satisfied tonight, and they have reason to be. [00:10:20] Semir Efendić, as we just heard, is very [00:10:23] satisfied with the party's growth and the votes he [00:10:27] himself won. [00:10:31] Ajla, I will summarize my personal impression in one sentence. [00:10:35] So, since I was at these two places, as you [00:10:38] mentioned, we saw two surprises. So, it seems to me [00:10:42] that the Party for Bosnia and Herzegovina is surprised [00:10:45] by such a rapid growth in votes, considering that they are [00:10:48] the fourth party in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and that, as [00:10:52] Džemal Smajić says, they are in eight out of 10 cantons' [00:10:56] assemblies. And in Sarajevo Canton, they are the third strongest [00:11:00] party, so they left behind the People and Justice [00:11:03] Democratic Front, "Our Party." [00:11:07] So, they actually recorded the biggest growth. [00:11:10] As they state, they express satisfaction, they were actually [00:11:14] taken aback in that sense. They expected [00:11:17] a good result, but it personally seems to me, [00:11:20] talking to representatives of the Party for Bosnia and Herzegovina, [00:11:24] they didn't expect such a large [00:11:27] number of votes. Of course, they are satisfied with how many [00:11:30] votes Semir Efendić, as a candidate for a member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, got, [00:11:34] over 130 thousand votes. That was one surprise. And [00:11:38] when we actually came here, where Denis [00:11:41] Bećirović was and where the coalition for the state [00:11:44] gathered to celebrate Denis Bećirović's victory, [00:11:48] there wasn't much celebration precisely because of Denis [00:11:51] Bećirović's stance, who said that the situation in the country is difficult. He reminded [00:11:55] of Jablanica, so that there are few reasons, if any, [00:11:58] for celebration. But he said that he will, as he states, continue [00:12:02] to work responsibly. And, on the other hand, [00:12:05] it seems to me that it is surprising how many votes the Party of Democratic [00:12:09] Action received, over one hundred thousand more than [00:12:13] the SDP, so when we look at the level of the federation, [00:12:16] the parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, they are [00:12:20] surprised. Of course, now combinations [00:12:23] and analyses are underway. So, everyone will surely [00:12:27] be making some analyses tonight, some new possibilities [00:12:30] regarding the political situation in Bosnia and [00:12:34] Herzegovina at all these levels of government. It will be [00:12:37] truly interesting to follow how things [00:12:40] will unfold regarding the formation of governments and in which [00:12:44] direction coalitions will go. But what we heard from the Party for Bosnia and [00:12:48] Herzegovina, and this result they achieved gives them the right [00:12:51] to say, is that they will be an unavoidable [00:12:54] factor. Now, the question is, of course, with whom they will [00:12:57] coalesce. Will they align with the SDA [00:13:01] or perhaps a coalition with the "troika"? All of that [00:13:04] is unknown, of course, but this [00:13:07] result of the Party for Bosnia and [00:13:11] as a party that must be consulted. They will be, [00:13:15] as they state, an unavoidable factor. So, those two [00:13:18] surprises, Ajela, we notice tonight. [00:13:22] And so, Denis Bećirović did win with this [00:13:25] success, but it personally seems to me that [00:13:28] they are not satisfied with the result when it comes to the total number of votes, [00:13:32] so we are not talking about the member of the Presidency, [00:13:35] but about other levels of government, primarily this level of the Federation of Bosnia and [00:13:38] Herzegovina. [00:13:41] That was Azur Delić live. They are not satisfied [00:13:44] with the results in the People and [00:13:47] Justice. Melika Balihožić is live with us in the coming [00:13:50] minutes. Melika, we heard Elmedin Konaković. He [00:13:54] believes that [00:13:57] the indignation, to put it mildly, with the work of the troika [00:14:00] has been the most significant consequence or has been paid precisely [00:14:04] by NiP. [00:14:08] Exactly, he seemed quite sincere, he said [00:14:12] there were mistakes, and then he extensively referred to numerous examples [00:14:16] in Sarajevo, everything that doesn't work, from water to [00:14:19] city cleanliness. But he underlined that "we made mistakes, and we paid for them," [00:14:23] meaning the People and Justice party. [00:14:25] The atmosphere is quite gloomy, almost all night here, and for good [00:14:29] reason. We can freely say that this party was perhaps [00:14:32] on the biggest test, considering that it is still relatively [00:14:36] young, that it achieved a great result [00:14:38] in the 2022 elections, [00:14:42] and now it has returned to these next general elections with a much [00:14:46] larger number of regular lists. It seems to me, [00:14:49] seven more lists compared to 2022. For the [00:14:52] first time, they had candidates for [00:14:56] the Parliament of Bosnia and Herzegovina from the entity of Republika Srpska, candidates for [00:15:00] the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, and a candidate for the President [00:15:04] of Republika Srpska. We know that last year at the state level, [00:15:07] or rather, for four years, they had those three [00:15:10] mandates, and they were quite, let's say, solid in [00:15:14] the federation, where they had seven representatives in the House [00:15:17] of Representatives. Now, those numbers will be [00:15:20] quite questionable. Konaković referred to [00:15:24] certain cantons where good results were still achieved. [00:15:28] He highlighted Bosansko-Podrinje Canton, Zenica-Doboj Canton, [00:15:31] Central Bosnia and Tuzla Cantons, where it is reliably known that they will also [00:15:35] remain parliamentary. However, he admitted. It is quite clear that [00:15:38] for Sarajevo Canton, things remain uncertain, and when asked about the future [00:15:42] of the "troika," he stated that it is somehow a question that will [00:15:46] perhaps most significantly mark this night for them in terms of further [00:15:50] coalition building, in terms of the results, after all, [00:15:53] of our party, which went through an even more difficult [00:15:56] time when it comes to precisely that coalition building. He only [00:16:00] mentioned what he also mentioned during the campaign, which is that there will be no [00:16:04] coalition with SNSD, and that ultimately, [00:16:08] for Sarajevo Canton, as well as for the state and all other levels, [00:16:11] the SDA will now be the one to ask. He emphasized again what he said [00:16:15] in the campaign, that he will put the state first and [00:16:18] state institutions, that he does not exclude talks with anyone, except, as [00:16:21] I said, that option with the SNSD. [00:16:25] Quite sincere, quite [00:16:29] disappointed, I say again, a gloomy atmosphere considering [00:16:32] the result as it is." We heard our Melih [00:16:35] Balihodžić, and also previously other [00:16:40] reporters who were in the election headquarters of the parties, [00:16:43] followed the atmosphere and the first reactions after the Central Election Commission [00:16:46] announced the results, which we received [00:16:50] quite early, surprisingly, we are not used to that. So, [00:16:53] already around 8:10-15 minutes, we had the results [00:16:56] that were immediately commented on by political [00:17:00] parties. We deal with coalitions, [00:17:03] we are really not used to it. Before, [00:17:06] we waited until midnight for the Central Election Commission, today the situation is different, many [00:17:09] press conferences were held at the same time, we didn't manage to hear comments from [00:17:13] our party, they say they understood the message from the citizens. [00:17:17] Here's what they said briefly. [00:17:20] I take this opportunity to first [00:17:22] and foremost congratulate the future [00:17:25] and current member of the Presidency of Bosnia and [00:17:29] Herzegovina, Denis Bećirović, on his convincing victory, [00:17:32] our joint candidate. That is the news [00:17:35] that particularly pleases us tonight. [00:17:39] On the other hand, we also received the results [00:17:43] in record, that is, time, [00:17:46] and I take this opportunity to mention that with new [00:17:50] technologies, we have truly created electoral history in Bosnia and Herzegovina, [00:17:53] that never before have we had the opportunity to analyze [00:17:56] the received results so quickly. [00:18:00] What is quite clear from these [00:18:03] results is that the citizens, especially of the Federation of Bosnia [00:18:06] and Herzegovina, voted for a change [00:18:09] of government at practically all [00:18:12] levels. I am sorry that we cannot [00:18:16] call the situation the same in Republika Srpska. [00:18:19] Namely, as for the results, that is, [00:18:23] of the "troika" itself and the previous government, it is clear that we have [00:18:26] possibilities for new majorities at different levels of government, from [00:18:30] Sarajevo Canton to the federal government itself. As for [00:18:34] our party, for a start, I can first and foremost [00:18:37] congratulate our colleagues in Tuzla, or in [00:18:40] Tuzla Canton, as it is the first time since the founding of our [00:18:43] party that we have a direct mandate in the Parliament [00:18:46] of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and we should have, [00:18:50] therefore, when it comes to the number of mandates in the assembly [00:18:53] of Tuzla Canton, doubled that result. Unfortunately, that [00:18:57] situation is not the same in Sarajevo Canton, and [00:19:01] we have indeed received the message and criticism, that is, through these [00:19:05] elections from our voters in Sarajevo Canton, [00:19:08] mm, but also when it comes to the state level [00:19:12] of Bosnia and Herzegovina, where we [00:19:14] are recording a decrease in the number of mandates for our [00:19:18] party, both in Sarajevo Canton and so far at the state [00:19:21] level, mm, this is a message that our party does [00:19:25] not take lightly. We spent 30 days talking to our [00:19:28] fellow citizens, to our voters, and therefore, every [00:19:32] criticism we receive, I assure [00:19:35] way does our party take it [00:19:39] lightly. At the same time, I use this opportunity to [00:19:42] thank all our voters at all levels, because our party [00:19:46] is parliamentary at all levels of government, from the state level, [00:19:50] federation, cantonal assemblies, we are still waiting [00:19:53] for results, for example from Zenica-Doboj Canton, [00:19:56] Bosansko-Podrinje Canton, where we are on the verge, therefore [00:19:59] of entering the cantonal assemblies. [00:20:02] Of course, these are still not complete results [00:20:05] and we are not yet in a position [00:20:08] to talk and analyze the complete picture, but what [00:20:11] is clear, as I said at the beginning, is that there are [00:20:14] possibilities for other majorities, and that is [00:20:18] a message, I repeat, that all of us who have [00:20:21] participated in government at all levels must [00:20:24] take very seriously. Of course, [00:20:27] the party's bodies will discuss this. As the president [00:20:30] of our party, I take responsibility [00:20:33] and believe that as the first person of the party, I must [00:20:37] first and foremost bear that responsibility, and then all [00:20:41] my male and female colleagues after [00:20:43] me. [00:20:46] We heard Sabina Ćudić from our party. Here's what the Croatian [00:20:50] Republican Party and HDZ [00:20:52] 1990 said. [00:20:55] We need to honestly admit that modern technologies [00:20:59] have completely reduced the possibilities [00:21:02] of manipulation. So, there [00:21:05] were irregularities. We pointed out [00:21:07] these irregularities, published them publicly. [00:21:10] So, the fact is, I received [00:21:14] marked ballots. This did not [00:21:17] only happen to me, it happened in [00:21:20] dozens of polling stations, not only in Mostar, but throughout [00:21:24] the entire territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina. [00:21:28] But I must admit that modern technologies [00:21:31] have succeeded, if nothing else, in [00:21:35] returning our dead to eternal [00:21:37] rest, may God grant them eternal rest. And [00:21:40] when you look at the percentage [00:21:44] of turnout, we can [00:21:46] see exactly how many votes are the result [00:21:50] of fraud in previous election processes. So, thank [00:21:54] God for modern [00:21:56] mm scanning RFID, [00:22:00] fingerprints, personal data and all [00:22:03] that. There were irregularities, but now if [00:22:06] we use the terminology that it was, that it [00:22:09] determined the election result, we cannot say that [00:22:13] because the result is realistic, the result is [00:22:16] what it is, the people have chosen and... [00:22:20] After the official announcement of the results, as I said [00:22:23] earlier, we are going into battle. So, we have fulfilled [00:22:27] our goals that we set, we are parliamentary [00:22:31] at all levels, we have met our political expectations, [00:22:34] the primary goal was to be represented at all [00:22:37] levels, we are represented from the House of Representatives of Bosnia and [00:22:40] Herzegovina to all parliaments. We are still waiting [00:22:44] for results, and I am sure that that result on a scale [00:22:47] of one to five tomorrow afternoon [00:22:50] will be a good four. This coalition continues its [00:22:54] path, we have, what is most important to me, okay, [00:22:58] the result, cycles come and go, we have gained a [00:23:01] level of trust, we have gained a level of mutual [00:23:05] respect, we have gained a level of our [00:23:09] relations in line with what our people [00:23:12] demand from us, which is to group together. We have received new [00:23:15] technologies, we are very handicapped in that material [00:23:19] sense. "We don't have state money, we don't have money for [00:23:22] campaigns, we don't have money to give away for votes, we don't have [00:23:26] tools to scare and blackmail people, we don't have any instruments with which [00:23:30] we could possibly threaten anyone, but we did [00:23:33] everything to try to protect those who were under abnormal [00:23:36] pressure in these elections. People, you don't even realize [00:23:40] that pressure. So, I understand all those people, people are fighting for [00:23:43] their own existence, their families', not to mention [00:23:46] the media space in this campaign, so we don't have money to pay." Unlike [00:23:50] the HDZ of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which has its own media, it talks on them [00:23:53] for as long as it wants, and from all of that, we go to the parliamentary level [00:23:57] at every level. I am especially happy [00:24:01] and what particularly pleases me, I have shown that with [00:24:04] my policy, these are the [00:24:07] areas where there are the fewest Croats and where they are [00:24:11] completely abandoned, that is the entity Republika Srpska, and I can comfortably [00:24:15] tell you, regardless of the results you have seen, a huge [00:24:19] number of votes were returned for Mr. Igor Balukčić, Igor [00:24:23] Balukčić is the new president, Vice-President of Republika Srpska, [00:24:26] and if you want me to be personal, that is one of my greatest [00:24:30] political victories in life, so Croats will not be [00:24:34] abandoned in the RS entity, we will take care of [00:24:36] them. [00:24:40] So, dear viewers, we have heard the messages from Ilija Cvitanović from [00:24:44] HDZ 1990 coalition, [00:24:47] Amir, we heard all the messages tonight from all political parties, [00:24:51] we did a round of reporters, it remains for us to comment with [00:24:54] you, dear guests here in the studio, Mr. [00:24:57] Prohić, now that we draw a line on this [00:25:01] election night, what will actually be the most important [00:25:04] message of these elections, in your opinion? Well, one [00:25:07] of those messages that emerges [00:25:10] is that the parties that have a strong voter [00:25:14] base have won, [00:25:17] uh, that means that those parties... never fall [00:25:20] below a certain level, no matter what they say [00:25:24] and what they do. The other [00:25:27] thing that is important to point out tonight, because that awaits us [00:25:30] in the next four [00:25:32] years. Uh, things with [00:25:36] elections don't end on election day, [00:25:39] mhm, it should finally, not only [00:25:43] political actors, but also citizens, [00:25:46] realize that it is necessary [00:25:48] to work [00:25:51] the saying "until the elections and beyond", I [00:25:55] will say one of my [00:25:57] pearls of wisdom, [00:25:59] uh, the entire experience, not only with us, but... in [00:26:02] the world confirms the following: no [00:26:06] political party, regardless of its ideological [00:26:10] on which its program is based and regardless [00:26:13] of its program, will not do for the so-called general or [00:26:17] public interest more than the public [00:26:20] forces it to. Now we come to yet another [00:26:23] key problem of Bosnia and Herzegovina, [00:26:27] the public in Bosnia and Herzegovina is not a political [00:26:30] factor, that is... one of the big [00:26:33] problems, until that changes, [00:26:37] I think that the general situation cannot, [00:26:41] no, it cannot will not change. Another [00:26:44] theoretical note: [00:26:48] in every society, [00:26:51] political parties and [00:26:53] citizens have power. The problem is the following: [00:26:57] that politicians have effective power, and citizens [00:27:01] only hypothetical power. [00:27:04] What I am talking about now is best seen in the example [00:27:07] of events in Serbia in the last two years, where [00:27:11] the public, citizens, led by students, [00:27:14] became a political factor. How the elections [00:27:17] will end, I don't know, but no matter how they end, at this [00:27:20] moment - polls say that [00:27:23] the student list is [00:27:26] ahead of the ruling party. How it will [00:27:30] end, I don't know, but whatever poll, but..." We will see, yes, but no matter how it [00:27:33] ends, the fact is [00:27:36] that through the student movement, actually through [00:27:39] the rebellion that later evolved [00:27:42] into a movement, because in addition to students, [00:27:46] various structures [00:27:49] of citizens joined. Therefore, that is no longer a student rebellion, but [00:27:52] it is now a civil movement. So, to return to our [00:27:56] situation, so, the situation in Serbia [00:27:59] shows that citizens can have [00:28:03] political power, it's just that their power is [00:28:06] hypothetical, and [00:28:09] the situation in BiH will change the moment when [00:28:13] that hypothetical power becomes real, [00:28:16] as it happened in Serbia. Mrs. [00:28:19] Cenić, the general impression of all press [00:28:23] conferences, who was the happiest at the press conference? The one who came out first, [00:28:27] Milorad Dodik. We now have the presidency [00:28:30] uh, which many feared. "Denis [00:28:33] Bećirović says that foreign policy will not change, or rather, foreign [00:28:37] policy must not change, it is evident that it will change to some extent, however, [00:28:41] we must not forget one of the key questions that was in the campaign, will [00:28:45] Dodik, that happiest one, be pardoned? [00:28:48] Well, I wouldn't rule it out at all that he will be [00:28:51] pardoned, because as I said in the previous general elections [00:28:55] and I think I was also with you in the studio [00:28:58] that making a coalition [00:29:02] m'. uh two against one, meaning where one [00:29:05] is fragmented, broken, that's the trio, the octet, what were [00:29:09] they, it's not possible. These are the key [00:29:12] players, that's Čović and Dodik, they hold the keys to Bosnia [00:29:16] and Herzegovina, and that's why I said immediately, [00:29:19] I congratulate Denis Bećirović, and I especially congratulate [00:29:23] the ladies, this, [00:29:25] 2/1, difficult, foreign policy is conducted [00:29:29] in the presidency, [00:29:31] it can always be. dangerous, now the question is, you know, [00:29:34] if Mr. Bećirović invokes vital national [00:29:37] interest, now tell me what kind of support he will have, how much [00:29:41] support, what, who, whom and anything [00:29:45] at all, because you know vital interest over there [00:29:48] in Republika Srpska, it's known how that [00:29:51] quickly goes, and how it will go here, [00:30:04] let's not forget, that both Mr. Efendić [00:30:08] and Mr. Konaković came out of the ranks [00:30:10] of the SDA, they have long mastered election [00:30:14] technologies, how to work with voters, how it [00:30:17] goes and therefore it has its results, [00:30:20] just as Milorad Dodik, uh, you know, [00:30:24] he was educated by Americans, an enormous amount was invested [00:30:26] in him, at one time, the training [00:30:30] of his members, the training of the entire party, [00:30:33] and that has yielded results, not to mention that he knows very well [00:30:37] how many years he has been in politics, he knows these players, [00:30:41] that's terrible, I mean he knows exactly who [00:30:44] writes to whom, what is the price on the head [00:30:48] of whom, who is the courier for this one, who is the courier [00:30:52] for that one, and so, I mean, it's an open [00:30:55] secret, many of us know those couriers.
