[00:00:30] A Eufor helicopter crashed near Brčko during a routine operation, [00:00:33] three people [00:00:34] died. [00:00:38] From tonight's news, we also [00:00:39] highlight: [00:00:44] State officials and BH politicians are facing a significant salary [00:00:47] increase from next year. At the same time, the consumer [00:00:51] basket is growing, where is the limit of social [00:00:54] patience? They take everything, they give us [00:00:58] nothing. Nothing for the poor. [00:01:00] all pensions and salaries and [00:01:02] so on. [00:01:05] BH transporters demand an urgent resolution of the issue of drivers' stays in [00:01:08] European countries and relief for the business of [00:01:11] domestic companies. If this outflow, this [00:01:15] exodus continues, my estimate is that there will be a significant [00:01:19] increase in transport costs, which means an increase in the cost of [00:01:23] living. [00:01:26] The formation of a new government in Serbia has been postponed, the student list demands. [00:01:30] urgent resignations of a number of high-ranking officials, Vučić denies that he [00:01:33] planned a coup d'état. [00:01:37] Three days of mourning in Spain after a train accident in which [00:01:41] 69 people died, dozens injured. [00:01:44] Citizens demand the resignations of the prime minister and the minister of [00:01:46] transport. [00:01:52] A Eufor military helicopter crashed today during a routine [00:01:55] operation in the Brčko area, this military mission confirmed. [00:01:59] Three people died and 12 were injured when the helicopter crashed [00:02:03] in the town of Gorice, confirmed the mayor of [00:02:06] Brčko Siniša Milić. The injured were treated in the public [00:02:09] health institution Brčko, all doctors and medical staff are on [00:02:13] standby. One person is in critical condition. More serious cases [00:02:17] will be sent for further care in medical [00:02:20] institutions," said Milić. At the scene of the helicopter crash, the [00:02:24] Brčko District police arrived immediately, as well as teams of firefighters and emergency [00:02:27] services. Emergency services are on site. They are working to [00:02:31] bring the situation under control. Eufor is conducting [00:02:34] a detailed and comprehensive investigation into the circumstances of the accident, [00:02:38] additional information will be published after their [00:02:41] verification when appropriate conditions are met. Given [00:02:45] the tragic consequences of the accident, we appeal to [00:02:48] citizens not to spread disinformation, to refrain [00:02:51] from speculating on the nationality and identity of the deceased and injured [00:02:55] members of the mission, stated Eufor. [00:02:57] At [00:03:00] 16:00, the emergency medical services [00:03:03] received a call about a helicopter accident in the [00:03:06] Gorice area, immediately upon receiving the call, all available medical forces [00:03:10] were sent to the field, mm, all teams [00:03:13] were, so to speak, immediately available and [00:03:17] rescue efforts for the injured began. Unfortunately, [00:03:20] at the scene, the death of three people was confirmed, so there were a total of [00:03:24] 15 people in the helicopter, 12 were [00:03:28] transported to the hospital, currently... [00:03:30] mm, observation is currently being carried out, so establishing order, [00:03:34] one person is in a very critical condition in the operating [00:03:37] room. [00:03:41] State officials are facing a significant salary increase [00:03:45] from next year. The basic salary rises to 785 [00:03:49] convertible marks. At the same time, much higher incomes after [00:03:52] the adoption of the state budget could be enjoyed by elected [00:03:56] officials, all this while citizens live on the brink [00:04:00] of existence. The basis for calculating salaries [00:04:03] for employees in the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina for [00:04:06] 2027 will be increased by about 95 [00:04:09] convertible marks and will amount to about 785. The [00:04:13] holiday allowance has been increased by the same amount for annual leave. Whether on the first day of [00:04:17] next year this increase will be seen by state officials in their [00:04:21] bank accounts depends on the adoption of the budget. Even if it is delayed, [00:04:25] bearing in mind the traditional political blockages and exceeding legal [00:04:28] deadlines, in accordance with the amendments to the law on salaries and benefits in [00:04:31] the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, they have the right to [00:04:34] retroactive payment. I want to say that I am convinced that we will [00:04:38] very soon have a scheduled session of the fiscal [00:04:41] council where we will discuss this framework that will actually be the [00:04:45] foundation that we will very soon, I think the relevant ministry is already [00:04:48] technically preparing when it comes to this proposal, i.e., [00:04:52] the draft budget, then to send it to the authorized [00:04:55] proposer for further procedure. In the meantime, it is estimated [00:04:59] that this increase will require 150 million marks more [00:05:03] in the state budget, let us remind you, this year's budget [00:05:06] amounted to 1.58 billion marks, of which 1.16 [00:05:10] billion was allocated for the salaries of state officials, [00:05:13] salaries are not increasing, however, from next year only [00:05:16] state officials, if a new legal provision on freezing salaries for those with the highest [00:05:20] coefficients is not adopted, as it was in 2025, much [00:05:24] more money will also be received by members of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, [00:05:27] ministers, their deputies, and parliamentarians in both houses of [00:05:31] the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina. If we know that [00:05:34] politicians' salaries, depending on the level of government they hold, [00:05:38] range between 3.5 and 8 and [00:05:42] ...per thousand convertible marks, we ask citizens [00:05:45] how they view the announced [00:05:47] increases? Negatively, they take everything, they give us [00:05:51] nothing, nothing for the poor, all pensions [00:05:54] and salaries and so on, it's superfluous to talk about anything, [00:05:57] the biggest problem is that young people [00:06:00] don't react, we saw even when there were accidents, it lasted [00:06:04] two three days and then they need to [00:06:07] increase it, that's it, [00:06:09] why, because the people are silent, the people. [00:06:13] Parallel to social apathy, the cost of living relentlessly rises. [00:06:17] The union consumer basket, according to the calculation of the Federation of Independent Trade Unions [00:06:21] of Bosnia and Herzegovina for September, amounts to more than [00:06:24] 3,560 marks. The average salary in the federation [00:06:27] is around 1,700, while the minimum is slightly more than 1. [00:06:31] The coverage of the union consumer basket by the average salary was around [00:06:35] 47%, while the coverage by the minimum was around [00:06:38] 28%. In the Republic of Srpska, the union consumer [00:06:41] basket for 2,960 [00:06:45] marks, and negotiations on the minimum wage for next year begin on [00:06:48] Monday. In the meantime, every second worker receives a salary of up to [00:06:52] 1450 marks, which is about [00:06:54] 250 marks less than the average, warn the [00:06:58] Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Srpska that the absence of [00:07:01] social revolt is a direct tailwind for BH decision-makers if [00:07:05] they increase their own salaries, according to journalists. Increasing the salaries and [00:07:09] benefits of people who have made this country one of the poorest [00:07:12] countries in the region in Europe, I think it's bizarre, [00:07:16] bizarre, I have no other explanation than bizarre, on the other hand, it's also sad, [00:07:19] miserable, wretched and bizarre that all those who have salaries 10 [00:07:23] times smaller or eight times smaller or who have no income or [00:07:27] job, that they just blindly watch this, it's [00:07:30] horrible. While industrial production faces collapse, most [00:07:34] citizens often work multiple jobs to make ends meet. Entering [00:07:38] politics is recognized as a safe path to material security and personal [00:07:41] privileges. So it's no wonder that politics in Bosnia and Herzegovina has long [00:07:45] been described as the most profitable business. Tatjana Drljić, [00:07:48] N1. [00:07:51] Life in Bosnia and Herzegovina increasingly resembles a calculation without [00:07:55] a good solution. Costs are rising, and incomes are struggling to keep [00:07:58] pace. From everyday shopping to preparing for winter, [00:08:02] citizens are forced to carefully choose what they will [00:08:05] give up. [00:08:07] Fewer bags, more bills, for the same [00:08:11] 50 marks. Today, less is bought than last [00:08:14] year. Then, the basket contained 1.5 kg of chicken, [00:08:18] half a kg of coffee, four liters of milk, 10 [00:08:21] eggs, 2 liters of oil, and two loaves of bread. Today, [00:08:25] less meat and milk, and no room for eggs, [00:08:29] the bill is the same, the basket is increasingly empty. Now [00:08:32] I buy, what last year, now I buy for 130, [00:08:36] 140 marks what I was buying last year for [00:08:39] 100. What has become the most expensive? Many say meat. Of [00:08:42] groceries, everything, everything [00:08:46] insignificantly, you know, it all goes up, 10, 20, [00:08:50] 50, marks, but everything [00:08:52] has gone up, meat is definitely expensive, you could [00:08:56] buy a lot, now you can't, really nothing two three things, that's it, it's [00:08:59] every day different prices, it's not just food that's more expensive, but also [00:09:03] the way to work, shops, doctors, for a car that [00:09:07] consumes 5.5 liters per hundred kilometers, the monthly [00:09:11] cost of fuel already. It's almost 80 [00:09:14] marks, I need at least for a month, [00:09:17] I need at least 200 marks [00:09:19] more, my pension is [00:09:23] 600, since I'm still working, I really need more, [00:09:26] 200 marks, [00:09:28] at least, well, how much did you pay for fuel last year, [00:09:32] well, I don't know, it was something like 100, [00:09:35] 150, that's how it was, and the worst part is that it keeps rising every day, [00:09:39] it doesn't stop, it doesn't stop. Time doesn't stop either, winter is approaching, [00:09:43] with it come higher bills, gas is rising by [00:09:46] 12%, while economists estimate that [00:09:49] electricity could rise by up to 30% by March. [00:09:53] Pellets which cost [00:09:56] 550 marks during the summer, are now sold for about [00:09:59] 900 marks, and the authorities are of little [00:10:03] use. No use at all, oh God, it's all [00:10:07] so bad, who can help you, who will help you, nobody, they increase pensions by 10. [00:10:10] jobs during the year, please, this is [00:10:14] ridiculous, what they give us, I [00:10:17] would give it back to them for coffins if they needed it, [00:10:21] there, they are not. agreed that today we live [00:10:25] worse than before, we only talk, but we have never [00:10:28] lived better, that's true, that's [00:10:32] the truth, when Fadil Novalić said that we [00:10:35] have five phones, that really hurt [00:10:38] a lot of people, but he was only telling the truth, you know what the [00:10:42] biggest problem here is, that the middle, that middle [00:10:45] class, is smaller [00:10:48] than it used to be, here is to that, a bigger, bigger, bigger [00:10:51] stratification between. the rich and the very [00:10:55] poor, numbers show that there are far more people who [00:10:59] live on the brink of existence, but they console themselves [00:11:02] with the well-known saying, it can always be worse, [00:11:05] unfortunately they are often right, we have to [00:11:09] adapt, it's useless now, there's no [00:11:12] work, there's nothing, factories have stopped, if [00:11:15] only agriculture stops now then we're [00:11:19] done, prices go [00:11:22] up, purchasing power goes down, [00:11:25] and citizens manage as best they can, because, unfortunately, [00:11:28] in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the standard of living only rises in the [00:11:32] wrong direction, citizens say. Dragica [00:11:35] Pejaković, N1. [00:11:39] Bosnian-Herzegovinian roads are losing drivers, and [00:11:42] transporters are massively relocating their businesses to countries in the region and [00:11:45] Europe. Warnings from border crossings were ignored, [00:11:49] and now serious consequences for the economy [00:11:52] are emerging. [00:11:55] The departure of transport capacities from Bosnia and Herzegovina could lead to [00:11:58] an increase in transport prices, and then to an increase in the price of groceries, medicines, and [00:12:01] so on. Practically, more than 90% of goods traffic is carried out by [00:12:05] road, so 80% of our food comes with the help of [00:12:09] transport companies. At the same time, companies are in an [00:12:12] extremely unfavorable position due to the 90-180 [00:12:14] rule, and are suffering a financial blow due to [00:12:18] the enormous increase in fuel prices. They have no relief from the state. As [00:12:21] a current example of administrative delays, they cite the issuance of the third [00:12:25] license plate and the reduction of the price of Centt permits for international [00:12:28] transport. All of this is on hold. In order for that license plate, [00:12:31] which is issued by the Idea agency, to actually be issued, [00:12:34] it must publish its new [00:12:38] price list, which always must be approved by the Council of [00:12:41] Ministers. In order for this proposal for a change to the [00:12:44] price list, for example, to reach the Council of Ministers, [00:12:47] that decision must be accompanied by certain [00:12:50] opinions. We still do not have the opinion of the Ministry of Finance and [00:12:54] Treasury. Transporters strongly state that there is no great progress in [00:12:57] solving their key problems. The only bright spot is [00:13:00] the issuance of Croatian visas. Croatia has issued the first visas to [00:13:04] professional drivers from Bosnia and Herzegovina, but due to [00:13:06] administrative deadlines, they are not yet valid. Namely, they will come into [00:13:10] force one month after issuance. Today, we put special emphasis [00:13:13] on the consortium, namely that in certain countries [00:13:17] such as mm [00:13:20] Germany, Slovenia, Italy, Austria and [00:13:23] Hungary, these are countries with which we have the largest trade exchange, [00:13:27] that an initiative be launched as an urgent procedure [00:13:29] to resolve bilateral problems, [00:13:32] bilateral visa issuance, i.e., to resolve problems with [00:13:36] countries as Croatia did, to copy [00:13:39] Croatia. Transporters have requested that the Ministry of [00:13:42] Communications launch an initiative for fuel subsidies. [00:13:45] From the entity authorities, they demand a reduction of obligations to the state, i.e., a reduction [00:13:49] of contributions. I hope that someone will be understanding, that they will find [00:13:53] a way to [00:13:55] finally realize that we need to move from the deadlock, to facilitate [00:13:58] transporters, so that we do not massively relocate [00:14:01] capacities from Bosnia and Herzegovina, because [00:14:04] 30% of capacities have already left Bosnia and Herzegovina. According to [00:14:07] estimates, in Bosnia and Herzegovina there are about 5,000 drivers who are exclusively [00:14:11] engaged in international transport, instead of increasing capacities, and thus [00:14:15] the competitiveness of domestic transporters, there is an outflow of labor, [00:14:18] as well as the relocation of the businesses of freight forwarding companies themselves to other [00:14:22] countries. Azur deli. N1. [00:14:25] The Canton Court in Tuzla sentenced [00:14:29] Nedim Avdić from Živinice to one year in prison for [00:14:33] the extended criminal offense of human trafficking after an agreement [00:14:36] with the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office that the accused and his defense counsel [00:14:40] concluded on October 22nd, while the criminal [00:14:43] proceedings against other accused continue in the case of Besim [00:14:47] Kopić and others. This is a criminal case against [00:14:51] a total of 12 accused, among whom are seven police officers [00:14:55] of the Tuzla Canton Ministry of Internal Affairs Police Administration, for the criminal offense of [00:14:58] human trafficking, related to the exploitation of two [00:15:02] underage girls for the purpose of prostitution. [00:15:05] The accused was found [00:15:08] guilty of having, in the period from mid- [00:15:12] 2024 to July 2025, [00:15:16] even though he knew that they were minors and that they were victims [00:15:19] of human trafficking, used the sexual services of two [00:15:23] underage girls, the court, after [00:15:27] the hearing and the pronouncement of the [00:15:29] verdict, also issued a decision by which the accused [00:15:33] was released from custody, he was released [00:15:36] to freedom. [00:15:37] Minka Kreho was [00:15:40] appointed president of the Court of Bosnia and [00:15:44] Herzegovina, the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina decided. Kreho has served as [00:15:47] acting president of the BH Court for the past three years, [00:15:51] after Ranko Debevec was removed from that position after his arrest. [00:15:54] She was also the only candidate for president of the Court of Bosnia and [00:15:58] Herzegovina. Presenting the work program to Vest [00:16:01] TV, she said that the goal is to increase [00:16:04] efficiency in cases of organized crime and [00:16:07] corruption, and pointed out the problem of the non-existence of an agency for managing [00:16:10] seized assets. The HJPC of Bosnia and Herzegovina announced that [00:16:14] when making the decision, professional knowledge, work [00:16:18] experience, previous career results, professional [00:16:21] impartiality, reputation, and the ability to responsibly [00:16:24] perform judicial functions were taken into [00:16:27] account. In the continuation of the news, do not [00:16:30] miss it. [00:16:32] The president of the Slovenian parliament boasted [00:16:35] that he used his position for land financed by [00:16:40] Dodik's businessman. [00:16:44] The elections are over, but the question of power in Serbia [00:16:46] remains, or in Bosnia and [00:16:50] Herzegovina, I apologize, remains open, who will negotiate [00:16:54] with whom, can the state level operate without the SNSD, will [00:16:57] the SDA and SDP sit at the same table again, who has the most [00:17:00] room for negotiations and what are the possible combinations [00:17:04] of government? The election results outlined the balance [00:17:07] of power, but also the final composition of the government. While the question of who [00:17:11] will take seats in the houses of the people is open, parties are already weighing [00:17:14] possible partners. It is particularly uncertain who will form the government at the state [00:17:18] level? Can it be done without the SNSD, will the SDA gather parties that were [00:17:22] against the troika, and what role will the Party for BiH play in all this? [00:17:25] The election result shows that the SNSD and HDZ are [00:17:29] inevitable, especially now that you have two members of the Presidency [00:17:33] from those parties, so the only question is who will be the partners of [00:17:35] the SDA, and three parties are fixed, these are the SDA, HDZ and SNSD, I [00:17:39] think that the Party for BiH is closer to [00:17:43] the SDA than the SDP, after all, I think [00:17:47] that it would reflect very [00:17:50] negatively on the relationship of voters of both [00:17:53] the SDA and the SDP if these two parties formed a coalition, because both would be very unhappy with that. In the SDA, however, [00:17:57] they have a clear idea of who they want to negotiate with. They see the DF and the Party for [00:18:01] BiH as natural partners, while the SDP is not yet [00:18:04] in the foreground. As far as the position of the SDA is concerned, we are [00:18:08] committed to forming a government from the cantons to the state level [00:18:12] with parties that were with us in opposition, who [00:18:14] opposed the policies of the troika. The SDP, on the other hand, does not close the door to [00:18:18] talks with the SDA, they say that the decisive factor should [00:18:22] be the programs, especially the commitment to the European path of [00:18:25] Bosnia and Herzegovina. I would not exclude anyone from those [00:18:28] future talks regarding the formation of [00:18:31] government, but I would put this programmatic part or [00:18:35] European part in focus in such a way [00:18:39] that all those who are not for it will eliminate [00:18:42] themselves, whether it will be [00:18:45] the SDA or someone else, we will really [00:18:49] see that very soon within the work of the state parliament, while at the state [00:18:52] level the outlines of a majority are just being sought, in HDZ 1990, [00:18:56] they are satisfied with their participation in the opposition and state that the most important thing is for the government to be formed [00:18:59] as soon as possible and for processes to begin. I personally would like that government [00:19:03] at all levels to be formed as soon as possible, for processes to be opened, for blockades to be put [00:19:07] aside, who their partners will be, they will decide [00:19:11] themselves. From HDZ BiH, however, they do not accept the assessments that the work of the Council of [00:19:15] Ministers was blocked, they point out that they made decisions within their [00:19:18] competencies, that for issues without consensus it is necessary to continue [00:19:21] seeking agreement. Almost every week or every other week [00:19:25] we have sessions. We work in accordance with our powers, we make [00:19:28] necessary decisions for those for whom we do not have consensus, we try [00:19:32] to leave a certain time to reach a consensus [00:19:36] and I think that is the way Bosnia and Herzegovina should [00:19:39] function. The only certainty is the continuation of the partnership between SNSD and HDZ [00:19:43] BiH, while critics attribute to them responsibility for blockades and stagnation [00:19:46] on the European path, SNSD says that in negotiations they have [00:19:50] more possibilities than before. We had excellent relations with [00:19:53] HDZ, today we have a much more favorable position because HDZ in [00:19:57] the previous mandate did not have its own member of the presidency, today they have [00:20:01] their own member of the presidency, we of course have Željka Cvijanović, a member of [00:20:04] the presidency, and therefore a third Bećirović, we can do without [00:20:08] them, with some other party, no, it doesn't even have to be [00:20:12] the SDP, but maybe it will be. The final answer as to who will form the government will depend on [00:20:15] negotiations, but also on whether parties will put political differences in the [00:20:18] background or whether they will again be an obstacle to agreement. [00:20:21] The upcoming formation of government is, therefore, not just a question of distributing functions, [00:20:25] but also a question of whether the new mandate will bring more stable institutions, [00:20:28] progress on the European path, or a continuation of political conflicts. [00:20:32] Mirna Ždralović, N1. [00:20:36] And now about the elections in Serbia. Changes start immediately. Under that [00:20:39] slogan, representatives of the student list in Serbia demand that employees [00:20:43] in institutions prevent the destruction of documentation during [00:20:46] the transitional period until the formation of a new government, they demand the resignations of top [00:20:50] officials from the media, through the prosecutor's office, to the security [00:20:54] sector. The student list Students [00:20:57] win demands the immediate [00:21:01] removal of all police officers who have [00:21:04] violated [00:21:06] the law. Most importantly, the head [00:21:10] of the criminal police administration, Marko [00:21:13] Kričak, the commander of the gendarmerie, [00:21:16] Radoslav Repac, [00:21:20] the commander of the special anti-terrorist unit, [00:21:23] Igor Žmirić, that's right, the head of the police administration [00:21:26] in Valjevo, Vladimir Jerinić, [00:21:29] that's right, the head of the technical [00:21:32] administration, Goran Colić, and also the assistant [00:21:36] minister and head of the internal control [00:21:39] sector, Miroslav Paunović, [00:21:43] it is necessary that the director of police, Dragan Vasiljević, [00:21:47] submit an urgent and irrevocable resignation, [00:21:50] the student list Students win [00:21:53] demands from the director of BIA, Vladimir Orlić, [00:21:57] to submit an urgent and irrevocable resignation, [00:22:00] the student list Students win demands the urgent [00:22:04] and irrevocable resignation of the director of the Military Security [00:22:06] Agency. That's right, Major General Đuro [00:22:10] Jovanić. The student list Students [00:22:14] win. From the Supreme Public Prosecutor, it urgently demands that [00:22:17] all public prosecutor's offices lawfully, impartially [00:22:21] and urgently take action in cases that have [00:22:24] caused great attention and public unrest. The student [00:22:28] list Students win calls on the chief public prosecutor of the High [00:22:31] Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade, Nenad Stefanović, to submit [00:22:35] an urgent and irrevocable resignation. That's [00:22:38] right, given that the president of [00:22:41] the Constitutional Court, Vladan Petrov, throughout [00:22:44] his entire [00:22:48] mandate, that throughout his [00:22:50] entire mandate, he acted partially [00:22:52] in favor of the regime of Aleksandar Vučić. The student [00:22:56] list Students win demands his urgent [00:22:58] and irrevocable resignation from the position of judge and [00:23:02] president. We demand the resignations of [00:23:05] the general director, Manja Grčić, [00:23:09] the editor of the information program, Bojana Mlađenović. This [00:23:13] request has been fulfilled, but we further demand the resignation of [00:23:16] the deputy general director, Dejan [00:23:20] Jovanović. We propose a temporary [00:23:22] administration, agreed with the [00:23:26] representative trade unions of Radio [00:23:29] Television of Serbia. We demand that REM immediately [00:23:32] initiate proceedings regarding the daily insults and spread of hate speech, [00:23:36] calling citizens scum on TV. former. We demand the urgent [00:23:40] and irrevocable resignation of Vladimir Lučić and the removal of all [00:23:43] those responsible for decisions in which Telekom was put [00:23:47] at the service of political influence and unreasonable [00:23:50] spending of money. We call on employees in state [00:23:54] institutions, courts, banks, [00:23:57] public enterprises and media to report [00:24:00] any destruction of documentation, suspicious [00:24:04] payments, contracts and orders. [00:24:07] Any attempt to obstruct the electoral [00:24:10] will, conceal evidence or abuse [00:24:13] public resources will be publicly disclosed, and [00:24:17] responsible individuals will be held accountable before [00:24:20] the competent authorities. Changes begin [00:24:23] immediately. The editors of the information program of [00:24:27] Radio Television of Serbia were dismissed today by the decision of the acting [00:24:30] editor-in-chief of the information program, Borivoje [00:24:34] ... [00:24:36] odmah. [00:24:38] Urednici informativnog programa Radio Televizije Srbije smjenjeni su [00:24:42] danas odlukom vršioca dužnosti glavnog urednika informativnog [00:24:46] Uskokovic. [00:24:49] Editors of the editorial office of the regional correspondent's office, [00:24:52] eye, website and diaspora have been dismissed, RTS announced. Also, [00:24:56] the editors of the central news program at [00:24:59] 7:30 p.m. were dismissed. Previously, the general director of [00:25:02] RTS, Manja Grčić, submitted her resignation [00:25:05] to the Management Board of the public media service of Serbia. Before [00:25:09] submitting her resignation, she dismissed the editor-in-chief of the [00:25:12] information program and proposed that Borivoje [00:25:16] Uskoković take that position. [00:25:20] "This resignation comes at a time when it should [00:25:23] come, the resignation of the director, the dismissal of the editor-in-chief [00:25:26] of the information program and consequently everything else, but I'm not sure [00:25:30] if this can be done according to the law and regulations, [00:25:33] because as far as I understand, Mr. [00:25:37] Klanšček, who was the president of the management board, his mandate [00:25:41] expired in the meantime, and he even got another [00:25:44] position, I don't know about the others, how many are left, there are three members [00:25:47] of the management board, if..." if I remember correctly, the management [00:25:51] board can appoint a new one, it doesn't work like that where someone [00:25:55] resigns and leaves his deputy, we don't know how [00:25:59] the new leaders of RTS [00:26:02] will really be elected, they must be elected in a [00:26:05] competition, for a competition to be announced, a [00:26:08] management board must be formed, for there to be a management [00:26:12] board, there must be a functional REM, and we go back to what we've been [00:26:16] talking about for years, that REM [00:26:17] is key. [00:26:20] RTS has not yet reached the agenda of the REM [00:26:23] Council. Informer has. A procedure has been initiated due to [00:26:26] violations during the election campaign, but the request of media [00:26:30] associations to revoke its [00:26:33] operating license has not yet been put on the agenda. For N1, [00:26:36] it was determined that there was no basis for initiating proceedings because [00:26:40] there were no violations. [00:26:43] The elections are over, but REM has not put an end to [00:26:46] the media's behavior during the election campaign. In recording [00:26:49] violations, one television station leads. The long list [00:26:53] of violations that were made, [00:26:57] if there are no comments, I propose initiating [00:26:59] proceedings against [00:27:02] Informer unanimously, right, [00:27:06] or one, but REM [00:27:09] did not adopt the initiative to revoke Informer's operating [00:27:13] license, although the deadline for that was 48 hours, [00:27:17] the president of the REM Council, Stevica Smederevac, justifies this [00:27:20] with the words, one thing is the initiative, and another is [00:27:23] the law. We have accepted that initiative, here [00:27:26] today we accepted it, I explained the technique of how [00:27:30] it will be done, so that all [00:27:32] cases that are listed there, to find [00:27:36] what is in our applications, what is not, to [00:27:40] open it as a new case and [00:27:42] believe me, you can set any deadline you want, but [00:27:46] reality is reality, if there are 670 [00:27:49] applications, 48 hours [00:27:52] is not possible to do it, when it will be [00:27:55] done exactly, remains unclear, they will [00:27:58] decide in a week whether there is any basis for initiating [00:28:02] proceedings, so that in the end [00:28:05] uh so that after that [00:28:08] they would only call a representative of Informer [00:28:11] to make a statement in that week, which means that in the best case [00:28:14] we could have some decision in two weeks, [00:28:18] that means practically using [00:28:21] procedures a way [00:28:24] to buy time uh for [00:28:28] the survival of Informer television on air from week to week. [00:28:31] Members have time to deal with [00:28:35] RTS, so they postponed the decision for the next session [00:28:38] on whether and when a competition for members of the management board [00:28:42] of the public service will be announced, keeping in mind that the mandate of six [00:28:46] members who are still in that body has expired. Why didn't you [00:28:49] start earlier? I say they didn't have [00:28:52] time [00:28:54] without, all of us here at this table are responsible for [00:28:57] that, you ask him something that is [00:29:01] a question for all of us. [00:29:04] that's because we had a very short deadline, we started working in the middle of the campaign, how much [00:29:08] has passed, two weeks, that's a month, how much is a month, how long have we been working a month [00:29:12] and we dealt with RTS, here ask colleagues [00:29:16] what the priorities were, they were simply a priority, we didn't get [00:29:20] to this, independent members of REM hope that this body [00:29:23] will finally be unanimous in the case of RTS, [00:29:27] things are moving in the right direction, not nearly as [00:29:31] fast as "rightfully empowered citizens expect, [00:29:34] you know, after years of injustice, you rightfully expect something as soon as possible, but [00:29:38] it just doesn't go that fast, but I think it's going in [00:29:42] the right direction. How it will end will perhaps be clearer [00:29:46] at the next REM session. The next one is already scheduled [00:29:49] for Wednesday. Jelena Mirković, N1, [00:29:52] Belgrade. [00:29:55] The former president of Serbia and defeated in the last elections, [00:29:58] Aleksandar Vučić, announced changes in the SNS leadership, but also spoke [00:30:02] about the upcoming presidential elections in [00:30:05] Serbia. With this terror they are carrying out in [00:30:08] Serbia, they are questioning the entire survival of the political scene, [00:30:12] great. Let them be alone, let them do it themselves, [00:30:15] let them find two or three satellites to run [00:30:19] in the presidential elections with them with one and [00:30:22] 2%. Under such conditions, [00:30:25] it is not possible to do anything. [00:30:27] šta. [00:30:30] The President of the National Assembly of Slovenia, Stevanović, [00:30:33] rejects accusations that he abused his position in negotiations on [00:30:36] the construction of a new Orthodox church in Kranj. In a video published [00:30:40] by Pop TV, he said that thanks to his position, [00:30:44] he found a donor for the land for the Orthodox Church in Kranj. He mentioned [00:30:48] businessman Mladen Milanović from Bosnia and Herzegovina [00:30:51] as a donor. Ljubljana's Delo describes [00:30:54] Milanović as a businessman from the circle of Milorad [00:30:58] Dodik.
