[00:12:39] is privately owned and that the owner

[00:12:49] would be secured and renovated, but unfortunately, nothing
[00:12:53] has been done to date. The result of that, as you
[00:12:55] can see,
[00:12:58] is the material that is located in the area
[00:13:01] of the former factory, and
[00:13:04] which gives us reasonable suspicion
[00:13:08] that it may be either asbestos or glass wool,
[00:13:11] which was widely used in the 1970s when
[00:13:15] this building was renovated. Is that the only problem
[00:13:18] here? Unfortunately, no, there are
[00:13:22] several problems, some of which are that
[00:13:26] the building itself is not fenced, so there is
[00:13:30] a rodent infestation, and another
[00:13:33] problem is the
[00:13:36] tin panels that hang freely from the roof structure itself, which
[00:13:40] endanger passers-by. A month or two ago, we had a situation
[00:13:43] where a piece of tin fell on the sidewalk, luckily,
[00:13:47] thankfully, no one was injured at that
[00:13:50] time, but again, we appeal to the city services
[00:13:54] to secure this building because,
[00:13:57] unfortunately, it poses a danger to our children and to us. Now
[00:14:01] you say you contacted the competent inspections. Did
[00:14:05] any of the competent inspections, according
[00:14:08] to your knowledge, come to the field here,
