[00:12:35] into concrete figures. The package worth over 88 million
[00:12:39] euros is being sent by the government to public consultation. Key
[00:12:42] change: the monthly supplement to pensions from January will depend on
[00:12:46] the time spent on the battlefield. With a comprehensive approach,
[00:12:49] we will ensure a fairer valuation of
[00:12:53] participation in the defense of sovereignty of the Republic of Croatia,
[00:12:57] so that the amount of the pension will be determined according
[00:13:00] to the length of participation in the defense, with special emphasis on
[00:13:04] participation in the combat sector. And
[00:13:07] pensions are increasing for more than 200,000 Croatian
[00:13:10] veterans and their family members, of which just
[00:13:14] over 100,000 will receive the supplement. The combat sector
[00:13:17] thus receives 3 euros per month of participation, non-combat
[00:13:21] 50 cents. The remaining reduction from 2002
[00:13:25] for approximately 34,000 soldiers
[00:13:28] and police officers, and other authorized official persons, is being completely
[00:13:32] abolished, whose pensions will increase by an average of 70 euros
