[00:26:04] of the Republic, speaking about it, both Serbia and
[00:26:08] Ukraine have similar challenges on
[00:26:11] in Ukraine is, pardon me, in tragic
[00:26:14] situation, uh, I should
[00:26:17] point out that we should definitely welcome this visit, right? It's
[00:26:20] late, right, a few years, but okay, better
[00:26:23] late than never, this, but Ukraine is a country
[00:26:27] at war, Ukraine is a country that invests
[00:26:30] somewhere around a quarter or more of its...
[00:26:32] national income for warfare, a country that has lost
[00:26:36] a lot of soldiers, but many people have

[00:26:42] large wave of refugees, it has had
[00:26:45] uh extremely severe consequences on industry, on

[00:26:53] it comes to Ukraine's disputed political position, Ukraine is, when it comes
[00:26:56] to its relationship with the European Union, Ukraine became a candidate,

[00:27:17] get stuck in negotiations with the European Union

[00:28:07] corruption, especially, responsibility of the government,
[00:28:10] media, uh, endangering media freedom
[00:28:13] and so on, and all of these are topics that both the European
[00:28:17] Union and European institutions emphasize on every uh possible
[00:28:21] occasion, uh does such a visit now change
[00:28:25] or alter the impression that previous assessments have actually
[00:28:28] conveyed, that negative one, well, this is, as I would say, in... In
[00:28:32] when it comes to Brussels' views, you have that geopolitical
[00:28:36] angle on one side, you have this, let's say, issues of
[00:28:39] values and adaptation of a
[00:28:42] candidate country, certainly geopolitics plays
[00:28:46] a certain role, but not definitively, so no one
[00:28:49] will be admitted to the European Union just because
[00:28:52] they have a special international position, but they must
[00:28:56] have internal reforms that have not been
[00:29:00] achieved on one, on another. plan, uh, we
[00:29:03] are, our government has failed in the meantime
[00:29:07] it is trying, so with these four years of delay, to
[00:29:11] correct some mistakes when it comes to foreign policy, but
[00:29:15] it will always be, as they do it, limited,
[00:29:19] temporary, and changeable, depending on the moment,
[00:29:22] right, and what they think suits them better, I think that
[00:29:26] Vučić, Vučić is now assessing that, in the
[00:29:29] context of this election campaign, it suits
[00:29:33] him to somehow achieve something not
