[00:11:57] absurd situation in which
[00:12:00] dismissed colleagues receive an invitation from the director to return
[00:12:04] to teaching, because obviously there is no staff solution and
[00:12:08] students are losing a lot of classes, then those
[00:12:10] colleagues do not receive any contracts, any
[00:12:14] needs, confirmations of their employment
[00:12:17] status, and students are collateral
[00:12:20] damage primarily of the school administration, of institutions that
[00:12:23] somehow cannot declare
[00:12:26] uh the situation unsustainable and finally confirm
[00:12:30] what we have been saying for years that the school administration
[00:12:34] does not have the capacity to solve the basic and
[00:12:37] most important needs of our students and
[00:12:40] what next? It seems that you, your collective, uh,
[00:12:43] have done everything you
[00:12:47] could, made all the moves you had at your
[00:12:50] disposal through the legal system, what
[00:12:54] what. Furthermore, uh, to be honest,
[00:12:58] uh,
[00:13:01] we can only continue to
[00:13:04] deepen the furrows
[00:13:08] we have made over the past two years towards the institutions, and
[00:13:11] then conclude that for some reasons Mr. Stojković
[00:13:14] is favored by all inspections, especially
[00:13:17] the education inspection and especially the education inspector
[00:13:20] Pastonjcki, who has consistently in

[00:13:27] uh favorable and full of understanding for his
[00:13:30] actions which have no legal formal or pedagogical
[00:13:33] basis, even in the permanent orders

[00:14:20] charges for these reasons and as far as we have
[00:14:23] checked the status of these misdemeanor charges which have been
[00:14:27] pending for almost a year now, we see that
[00:14:31] Mr. Stojković consistently does not appear at
[00:14:34] these hearings, but he
[00:14:37] does, as you know, have his own opinion on how legal
[00:14:41] institutions should behave.

[00:14:47] a stalemate, that there's no
[00:14:51] apparent way out, at least not
[00:14:55] soon.

[00:16:00] school board which, as you know, is permanently
[00:16:03] temporary with us. Then in that sense, literally, the situation in
[00:16:07] Jovina Gymnasium would normalize
[00:16:10] in 24 hours, I think primarily by our
[00:16:13] colleagues being returned to work, by faculty associates taking
[00:16:17] over teaching and finally
[00:16:20] raising the quality of teaching to the level that Jovina

[00:19:02] this is the only means by which we can react, and I think that
[00:19:06] a lot of things will be resolved after
[00:19:09] October 25th, of course, nothing
[00:19:12] can stop us from supporting the student

[00:20:32] already the second time that the state resorts
[00:20:35] to that card,
[00:20:39] to survival, to existence when they were, when they were
[00:20:43] declared, blockades were declared, then all university
[00:20:46] professors did not receive salaries and or some minimum,
[00:20:50] this is already the second time that the state is trying to
[00:20:54] use salaries as a means of disciplining

[00:21:01] way possible, they are playing with our destinies, many
[00:21:05] people there are on minimum wage who work at the faculty,

[00:30:16] the day was calm. We could certainly see a larger presence of
[00:30:20] people on the streets of The Hague carrying KLA symbols,
[00:30:23] the flag of Albania, the flag
[00:30:27] of Greater Albania and the like. So,
[00:30:30] yesterday we could also see those
[00:30:33] scenes where they carried printed
[00:30:36] photographs on flags or T-shirts of the four
[00:30:39] KLA leaders, Jakup Krasniqi, Hashim Thaçi, Kadri Veseli and
[00:30:43] Rexhep Seljimi, but today it is
[00:30:47] completely calm. But regarding those reactions you
