[00:11:44] Mounir, Yasser Galal, Jamal Suleiman, Asaad

[00:11:52] Malak, and Ahmed Abu Raheema.
[00:11:56] The festival represents an international platform for artistic exchange
[00:12:00] and cultural dialogue, as it allows young Omani
[00:12:03] creators to develop their skills through interaction
[00:12:07] with Arab
[00:12:08] expertise.

[00:12:40] consisting of three different tracks. The first track is
[00:12:45] track includes four winning theatrical performances
[00:12:49] from previous international festivals competing for the Dhofar
[00:12:52] International Festival award worth $50,000, in addition
[00:12:56] to individual awards. The second track is the Major Productions
[00:12:59] track. The Major Productions track also opened
[00:13:03] the door for participation through registration links

[00:16:55] and the goodness of the Omani people. They are good and have love
[00:16:58] in their hearts, and this makes me happy. When I come here, I feel that I am truly
[00:17:02] among my family and people, as I am speaking fluently without thinking
[00:17:06] about what I am saying. And this brings me great happiness.
[00:17:27] The activities of the 22nd edition of the Kazan
[00:17:31] International Film Festival 2026
[00:17:35] in Russia concluded with wide international
[00:17:38] cinematic participation under the slogan "From the Dialogue of Cultures to
[00:17:42] the Culture of Dialogue." This edition witnessed
[00:17:45] a distinguished Omani presence through the activation
[00:17:48] of the strategic cooperation agreement between
[00:17:51] the Omani Film Society and the festival
[00:17:54] management for the exchange of expertise and the screening
[00:17:57] of films.
[00:18:04] The agreement includes the exchange of films,
[00:18:07] directors, producers, and experts, and the organization
[00:18:10] of joint cinematic screenings and events,
[00:18:13] in addition to holding training workshops
[00:18:16] and specialized seminars, and exchanging experiences in
[00:18:20] filmmaking and managing and organizing festivals.
[00:18:24] The agreement represents an opportunity to introduce the Sultanate
[00:18:27] of Oman as a destination for film production
[00:18:30] and filming, given its geographical and cultural
[00:18:34] diversity, natural beauty, and sites
[00:18:37] that can attract international film productions.
