[00:05:55] be deemed acknowledgment of
[00:05:58] consent to contract with the Hajj company. The eligible
[00:06:01] applicant must pay the prescribed percentage electronically through
[00:06:05] the system. The contract concluded through the electronic
[00:06:09] system shall be binding on both parties before the
[00:06:12] competent authorities. The Ministry reserves the right
[00:06:16] to cancel the application, should it be established that the eligible
[00:06:20] applicant has failed to make the financial payment within the
[00:06:23] prescribed periods. The Ministry noted that no
[00:06:27] application submitted prior to these announcements or submitted
[00:06:33] the specified period, or
[00:06:36] which does not include the required attachments stipulated
[00:06:40] shall be considered. The Ministry also outlined that the
[00:06:43] process of notifying eligible applicants and selecting
[00:06:47] Hajj companies for them will take place in three
[00:06:50] stages. The first stage runs from October
[00:06:53] 21st to November 11th. The second
[00:06:57] stage from November 16th to November
[00:07:00] 22nd. And the third stage from November
[00:07:03] 24th to November
[00:07:05] 27th.

[00:10:13] The survey results revealed that the total number of workers
[00:10:16] participating in experimental research and development
[00:10:19] work in the Sultanate reached 33,
[00:10:22] 355 29 workers during
[00:10:26] 2025. The data clarified that the
[00:10:30] private sector accounted for the largest percentage of total
[00:10:34] workers in experimental research and development
[00:10:37] activities at 42%, followed
[00:10:40] by the government sector at 32%, and the higher
[00:10:43] education sector at 26%.
[00:10:47] The National Survey for Experimental Research and Development
[00:10:50] aims to provide accurate statistical indicators
[00:10:53] regarding human resources expenditure directed towards
[00:10:57] experimental research and development activities and their
[00:11:01] sources of funding in the government sector, higher
[00:11:04] education, and the private sector. This
[00:11:07] contributes to supporting decision making and formulating
[00:11:11] policies aimed at enhancing scientific research and
[00:11:15] innovation, as well as achieving the objectives of Oman

[00:12:42] sector. The mining sector in
[00:12:46] North Ash Sharqiyah Governorate is witnessing continuous
[00:12:50] development in exploration and
[00:12:52] investment activities, leveraging the diverse mineral
[00:12:56] wealth of the governorate. 34 mining licenses in
[00:13:00] North Ash Sharqiyah work on extracting a diverse range of
[00:13:03] mineral resources, including copper, chromite,
[00:13:07] manganese, marble, and construction materials.
[00:13:11] These investment opportunities are offered through the Taka
[00:13:14] platform. Al-Washi Mines
[00:13:17] is one of the most prominent mining projects in the
[00:13:20] governorate, with estimated geological reserves of
[00:13:24] 16.1 million tons. The mine
[00:13:27] aims to produce approximately 3,500 tons of
[00:13:31] copper concentrate annually. The Ministry of
[00:13:34] Energy and Minerals is working to expand
[00:13:37] exploration and mining activities by developing
[00:13:40] mineral concession areas with the aim of
[00:13:43] transforming the governorate's natural resources into
[00:13:47] sustainable value that benefits the local community,
[00:13:50] enhances the governorate's
[00:13:52] competitiveness.
[00:13:57] Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry marked four years
[00:14:01] of transformation at its "Partners in
[00:14:04] Achievements" forum, alongside recognizing its
