[00:00:09] in [00:00:19] Hello and [00:00:19] of welcome everyone, you're watching News Review. [00:00:23] Well, in the segment, the Islamic Republic of Iran and [00:00:26] of Oman are on the [00:00:31] of of verge of a landmark deal to establish new new shipping corridor through the straight of hormos. This is not a concession to Washington's threats, it [00:00:35] is a strategic master stroke by Tehran, a [00:00:39] bilateral agreement that defies American Hegem Germany and excludes the [00:00:42] US from one [00:00:43] of the world's most critical waterways. With the illegal US [00:00:47] blockade, the sole [00:00:48] in obstacle to peace, we ask when will Washington abandon its imperialist [00:00:52] ambitions and respect international law. Our our guests [00:00:56] are now joining us for more analysis on this story. Well, let's go. welcoming [00:01:00] our guest joining us during this segment, joining us of course here in our press tv [00:01:04] studio is our colleague Mariam, Mariam, as always, thank you very much [00:01:08] for joining us and joining us there from moscow is journalist and political ansm, julia [00:01:12] callsum is callsum a pleasure as [00:01:14] of always. um, mariam, let me go ahead and start off with you in this regard, let's going to start off with the latest [00:01:18] statements by Iran's foreign ministry spokesperson, Mr. [00:01:22] of Ismail bai, in this regard, what were the main points that he mentioned [00:01:26] during his last statement? I mean, so he talked about actually, [00:01:30] what are what are some uh some [00:01:32] of the aspects [00:01:33] of the negotiations? he talks about uh how the talks are [00:01:36] regarding the uh basically the technical aspects of [00:01:40] uh [00:01:40] you know uh conduct and the straight of hormos, the legal aspects even the environmental [00:01:44] aspects are discussed and most definitely and most importantly security [00:01:48] aspects because we understand how the security of Iran and in [00:01:52] many ways the security of the region has been threatened uh via [00:01:56] the straight of hormos because of course the US aggressions us [00:02:00] aggressions and because [00:02:01] of their illegal use [00:02:03] of these straight of hormos which Iran continues to shut down, we have [00:02:06] seen uh that [00:02:07] you know another vessel was targeted for taking the [00:02:11] illegal route through the straight of hormones, so this is why [00:02:15] Iran and man are [00:02:16] of sitting down and making [00:02:18] of sure that you know the management [00:02:20] of the straight does not go back to the way it was that it facilitated the [00:02:24] targeting of our people, it facilitated lack of security in the region, [00:02:28] and uh so as Mr. mentioned, you see the the [00:02:31] problem, the straight of form was open before, the only reason it [00:02:35] was shut down, it was as [00:02:37] a result of usally aggression, and after that [00:02:40] the leader [00:02:40] of the islamic revolution in his first speech, this [00:02:45] in you know imam Khamenei in his first speech actually said that the management of straight of [00:02:49] hormos is never going to go back to the way it was, because of course Iran has [00:02:53] learned unfortunately the hard way how it can be targeted using [00:02:56] its own waters, using its own territorial waters. and it's not going [00:03:00] to allow that [00:03:01] of to happen again, we saw how Iran was targeted, more than [00:03:04] 3,00 Iranians were murdered uh using [00:03:08] these bases in regional countries where of course you know these [00:03:13] of bases were actually armed using the straight of hormos and so Iran is saying no [00:03:17] more hostile vessels and this has to be coordinated with [00:03:21] Persian golf straight authority that that the coordination [00:03:24] has [00:03:28] to uh services. because it's not free to actually uh have [00:03:32] the supervision over the straight and provide security for everybody [00:03:36] of in the region and then of course you [00:03:40] of know that that comes a cost for the country, we've had on not practicing that [00:03:44] strict control being the murder of thousands in the [00:03:48] region, yes Mariam on that point, I'm going to go ahead and come back to you, but I do want to go [00:03:52] ahead and bring in our guest [00:03:53] of Miss of Julia, they're joining us from Moscow, and Mr. July in regards to what we are been [00:03:57] witnessing, I mean this is uh again how... has Iran's [00:04:01] ability to actually uh carry out or engage in this [00:04:04] patient diplomacy as some people have been calling at some analysts in regards [00:04:08] to also at the same time maintaining a defensive posture of course [00:04:12] making sure that their borders, their air skies inside and outside of Iran are [00:04:16] still protected, how does the [00:04:18] of of strategy currently being used by Iran at the [00:04:20] of moment and navigate this crisis so effectively as we are [00:04:23] witnessing? [00:04:27] Iran's been highly effective. [00:04:30] "i was in the straight of hermus three months ago and we couldn't [00:04:33] see any [00:04:35] of the the Trump's [00:04:36] of so-called armada, so callalled fleet, um, any [00:04:40] of the warships that [00:04:42] of were being deployed in the region, [00:04:44] of including in [00:04:45] of the hormus area [00:04:45] of to to make war against Iran, so [00:04:49] of there's both economic, [00:04:51] a dimension of economic sovereignty and [00:04:53] a dimension of military sovereignty that Iran has been successful in [00:04:57] reclaiming for months, um, the U.S. counter so-called [00:05:01] counter blockade failed and their attempts to breach [00:05:04] the Iran's sovereign control [00:05:06] of the Hurmus continue to fail so [00:05:09] Iran's talks with the Oman which uh [00:05:13] is under the understanding that they jointly manage the hummus, but that doesn't [00:05:17] mean that oman can give a free past the US [00:05:21] and allow us pressure to create illegal routes around Oman, which is [00:05:25] what the US was trying to do few weeks ago, which is what Oman [00:05:29] was enabling, so Iran then talked [00:05:33] to Oman, and [00:05:34] it is doing so now to reach an agreement that um [00:05:38] reaffirms the sovereignty the Islamic Republic in [00:05:43] um escorting and uh charging tols on on [00:05:47] ships uh for the those maintenance costs that were requires to move [00:05:51] through while at the same time not leaving [00:05:54] any room for any warships or [00:05:57] any um any ships that would engage a [00:06:01] military aggression against Iran uh past so uh [00:06:04] Iran's been extremely successful in enforcing that in fact uh [00:06:08] around Dawn uh today uh another ship [00:06:13] was both in the almandam straight jointly [00:06:17] also with the resistance, the yemini resistance, [00:06:21] they've also been jointly reinforcing [00:06:25] the um the sovereign control over the the [00:06:28] southern waterways from there [00:06:31] and um it's been Iran [00:06:35] has been consistent in in reaffirming that [00:06:38] control over it and the US has been ineffective in all of it. [00:06:42] to really um breach that uh [00:06:46] control that the Iran's maintained for about five [00:06:50] months now, Iran just around dawn today it [00:06:53] struck another oil tanker in in the straight of horm that was trying [00:06:57] to pass via the Omani side, I [00:07:00] believe, which which shows that it still maintains [00:07:04] the the hegemony of of force and of [00:07:07] defense in the region, and [00:07:10] so um... [00:07:13] the the ball is in Iran's court, the the cards are are in Iran's [00:07:16] deck right now, as Trump tries to [00:07:20] again um threaten Iran [00:07:23] and and unsuccessfully apply his bringsmanship [00:07:27] strategy, it's not working anymore, Iran has control over the [00:07:31] horm, there's other way around it, even the [00:07:35] alternative routes through the uae or through Saudi [00:07:38] Arabia, those are being those one that those don't really [00:07:42] have the capacity. [00:07:42] capacity to to bypass the hormones, but [00:07:46] also the the the ansat [00:07:49] huti resistance resist, has successfully hit the refineries in Saudi [00:07:53] Arabia's yanbu and Jizan from east the [00:07:57] east-west pipeline in Saudi Arabia, the end points are also in [00:08:00] within the the Yemen's target range, [00:08:03] so on all counts, the joint jointly [00:08:07] the the resistance is really um been highly [00:08:11] successful in in enforcing their [00:08:14] hegemony over uh the control over that region, well [00:08:18] exactly, miss Julia, I'm going to stop you right there, I'm going to go ahead and come back to you in just [00:08:22] moment to elaborate a bit more on the economic situation and also the position [00:08:25] the US in this regard, let me go ahead and bring back in our colleague medium joining [00:08:29] us here, medium in regards to what Mr. Julie did mentioned the resistance perspective [00:08:33] of this, in regards to the straight of hormos, it is being described as [00:08:36] of course the resistance economy at work, basically [00:08:40] using diplomacy to do so much more, how can [00:08:44] the shipping corridor that is being organized and agreed between Iran and [00:08:48] Oman, I mean [00:08:50] how does it actually um demonstrate Iran's [00:08:53] ability to forge not only uh new [00:08:56] alliances, build new institutions, but actually all of this is [00:09:00] sidelining the US economic warfare, I mean as we [00:09:04] know the only way diplomacy can ever work is of course with [00:09:07] real power on the ground and Iran demonstrated is true power on the ground, [00:09:11] we saw how many... the US tried to illegally open uh the straight of [00:09:15] foremost, they tried to uh they were talking about trying to occupy [00:09:19] Iran's hargai land, they bombed south of Iran, they bombed Iranian [00:09:22] raidars so that Iran would not be able to actually [00:09:25] target the vessels violating the laws [00:09:29] and [00:09:30] the the legal root the uh straight of hormos and so [00:09:33] with everything they tried they failed militarily, had they not failed [00:09:37] militarily we wouldn't be having a negotiation to begin with, so on [00:09:41] one hand Iran successfully proved its power to stop [00:09:45] violating vessels and to continue the control over the straight of [00:09:49] hormos, and of course Iran stood its words, we saw [00:09:52] how following the violation the MOU, just about [00:09:56] every point the violation the MOU by the US [00:09:59] regime, then Iran shut down the straight of hormos actually [00:10:03] showing that this is leverage that Iran can go back to using [00:10:07] over and over and over again, and that's you know as long as the [00:10:10] US aggressions continued. that is going to be the case, there's absolutely nothing they can [00:10:14] do about it, so then they came to the negotiation table, because of course, as Trump [00:10:18] had said, the oil reserves were about to be finished, and of [00:10:22] course, this is... "this is major problem [00:10:26] for the for for the US in general and also I mean they are [00:10:30] the US regime is basically holding world economy hostage uh by [00:10:34] committing these uh by committing these aggressions that effectively is forcing [00:10:38] Iran to actually shut down the straight of formers because as we know the [00:10:41] negotiations between Iran and Oman have been going on for two months [00:10:45] and the only reason that there was of course [00:10:49] again shutting down complete shutdown the straight of hormos was [00:10:53] because of US [00:10:54] is really aggression and" Mr. Baqaii also said that the [00:10:57] negotiations are in the drafting stage if third parties [00:11:01] allow it, because of course we know that the US continues to commit [00:11:05] aggressions, in fact Iran and Oman had already [00:11:08] arrived at you know various points of agreement when [00:11:12] the US basically forced and pressured uh Oman to open [00:11:16] an illegal corridor and to go against the the talks that [00:11:20] had taken place with Iran and with the you know negotiations that were [00:11:24] going. before, so every time the US commits an aggression, Iran has [00:11:28] shown that it's has the ability to go back to [00:11:32] uh, shutting down the straight of forms to using it as a leverage and making [00:11:36] sure the US behaves and uh does not target the security the [00:11:40] region. now what the reUS wants people to believe on the other hand as the [00:11:43] US wants people to believe that [00:11:45] you know Iran is the cause of insecurity, that is because of Iran [00:11:49] that you know maritime order has [00:11:52] been causing. suffering issues on also [00:11:56] that the US wants people to believe [00:11:58] and of course it's a very few you know it's it's an effort that is not going to [00:12:02] succeed but they they want to uh actually tell the world that [00:12:06] the US is the one actually who needs to be there to protect the security [00:12:10] which is prepostous because the straight of hormos was open before this most [00:12:14] recent US aggression and they targeted Iran despite the fact that [00:12:18] Iran had warned time and time and again that they would [00:12:21] have to shut down the straight of hormos so we need to have these [00:12:25] third parties, we [00:12:26] need to have these basically US forces outside our [00:12:30] regional waters so that we have peace and security, and if they stop [00:12:34] the aggressions on Iran then Iran and Oman are perfectly capable of [00:12:38] reaching an agreement that that which is according to [00:12:42] uh the spokesman the foreign ministry Mr. Baqay is in its [00:12:45] drafting stage. well exactly money man, as you to mention from Iran of [00:12:49] course from Mr. Bai and from other officials here in Iran, it seems that deal [00:12:53] is very close, they said it's being... that's being reviewed uh miss cousum on [00:12:57] that point, so let's go ahead and remind our viewers and not too long ago, we [00:13:00] heard - [00:13:01] a threat from US president Donald Trump specifically on Oman, that if [00:13:05] anything happens between Oman and Iran officially in regards to the trade of Formus, [00:13:09] he just went ahead and threw it out that we're going [00:13:11] to go ahead and bomb on man, but they will understand if deal is finalized, [00:13:15] of course, as we did mention, it's very positive, it's being drafted, it's being reviewed, [00:13:19] if it is indeed finalized and that the shipping route for the commercial [00:13:22] shipping is going to start through the shade of 4. they said the northern the southern parts [00:13:26] the straight of those rules will be canceled or suspended and that one in the middle [00:13:30] will be depended upon. what kind of results or what kind of reaction better likely [00:13:34] uh can we expect from the [00:13:35] US? [00:13:40] both the US and Israel want to kind of make a victory [00:13:44] out of all this. if the draft [00:13:46] agreement uh passes of course right [00:13:49] now it's in its final stages um then that really seals the deal that the [00:13:53] US doesn't have any leverage. the horm um they have [00:13:56] to abide by Iran's terms and that's something it's really been avoiding for the [00:14:00] last um five months even it has to [00:14:04] you know provoke more uh war around it so we're going to have to see we're going to [00:14:08] see like the US really trying to over um play [00:14:12] its hand in other places in the region that were also under Iran's [00:14:15] original conditions for a cease fire including uh [00:14:19] in lebanon where we see you know Giolani [00:14:23] forces mountaining up. bouncing up on the border, the [00:14:27] zince entity increasing its attacks and its [00:14:30] aggression in the south, and also [00:14:34] the provocation against the Iraqi resistance that we've seen at least [00:14:38] in the last two, three weeks, so the US is going [00:14:41] to try to um [00:14:45] intensify its attacks across the region to try [00:14:48] to put some kind of pressure on Iran [00:14:52] and on the resistance in the region in [00:14:55] spite of its failure [00:14:58] to to oppose its terms on the horms and [00:15:02] it's unwillingness to abide by Iran's [00:15:06] terms over the the straight of hormus [00:15:08] so um that's kind the cycle that it's [00:15:11] really been doing for the past few months is is again trying to go [00:15:15] through cycles of um lack of [00:15:19] success in enforcing its terms and then also um [00:15:23] provoking war. looking instability or [00:15:26] aggression somewhere else where um it [00:15:30] believes it can pressure Iran, so that's kind of how I [00:15:33] predict uh the the US is going to really react to... [00:15:37] this um, you know, using Israel as one of its [00:15:41] um, as one of its pressure cards. well, miss callsum, [00:15:45] also in that regard and we have to talk as my esteemed colleague did [00:15:49] mention of course, the relation in regards to the persian gulf states, we know Iran's [00:15:53] goal uh to get rid, and as they have called that the US [00:15:57] bases in these Persian gulf states are being used to target Iranian [00:16:00] military, civilian infrastructure, civilians themselves. in this [00:16:04] regard, I mean, the influence of uh, the the... US [00:16:07] imperialism, the influence the designism is still present of course in [00:16:11] the region, how will this deal between Iran and [00:16:15] Roman, even marginalize Washington's influence [00:16:19] even further from what we are already [00:16:20] seeing? [00:16:26] as as [00:16:27] I explained earlier, [00:16:29] the US doesn't really [00:16:30] have an alternative right now to [00:16:31] the the passage routes through the [00:16:35] horms that [00:16:36] it could just simply work around. tried to do that with um opening up a [00:16:40] illegal route um via Oman via pressuring [00:16:43] Oman um it tried to consider the alternative [00:16:47] roots via the emirats and via Saudi [00:16:51] Arabia and Yemen sent a very strict [00:16:55] warning in in hitting those Saudi refineries that are on the end [00:16:59] points the east-west uh pipeline in in [00:17:02] Saudiia um so even even [00:17:05] considering that the those ' alternative routes do not [00:17:08] have the near the capacity that the hormoz [00:17:12] currently has, so they're not even feasible, [00:17:16] feasible alternatives, but the US has other [00:17:19] choice and it's going to face lot more economic [00:17:23] pressure than it already is, and it's going to um, it's [00:17:27] economy is really going to to stretch and break um [00:17:31] under the pressure that Iran is willing to put under it, [00:17:34] and um, the more it's just decided. tries [00:17:37] to to to press and to try to stubbornly [00:17:41] evade um complying with the new balance of [00:17:45] power in the region um if it [00:17:48] continues to want to uh provoke aggression and want to provoke [00:17:52] attacks um not just against Iran but in the [00:17:56] region um Iran is going escalate the resistance [00:17:59] forces are going escalate and we're going to see again a [00:18:02] return uh to the attacks on the already uh mostly [00:18:06] destroyed. US bases and all the the destroyed US [00:18:10] infrastructure and assets in the region, so the US [00:18:14] economy and the US economic Germany is already [00:18:18] looking like it's facing a downturn, so there's there's really [00:18:22] no cards that the US can can feasibly play in the region it [00:18:25] in its military infrastructure is either gone or [00:18:29] destroyed on land and sea um and [00:18:32] it's it's at an economic disadvantage in [00:18:36] in all regards. should it decide to try to [00:18:40] defy iran in this sense? so um, this is kind [00:18:43] of, mean the balls in Iran's court at this [00:18:47] point, and Iran's really demonstrated [00:18:51] that it's um, it's demonstrated the [00:18:54] capacity uh to really repel us uh [00:18:58] aggression and pressure. well, exactly, as you did mention, the [00:19:01] situation is [00:19:02] that the ball is currently in Iran's core, let me bring it back to the studio, [00:19:06] medium in that... regard: Iranian officials, as we mentioned the very beginning, let [00:19:10] go ahead and elaborate on this, Iranian officials are still stressing that the reopening the [00:19:14] straights is still focus and depends entirely on the change [00:19:18] the US conduct, as long as the US naval blockade, as long as the [00:19:22] terrorist actions continue there, nothing will happen in the straight of [00:19:25] Formus uh, again how important is it that the Iranian forces against [00:19:29] specifically straight of Formus continue to be top of everything as we have been [00:19:33] hearing from not only the navy, from the IRGC, from the Iranian [00:19:36] army, all hands are on deck and again their finger is always on the trigger [00:19:40] in this regard. I mean, what we've had, actually, and what [00:19:44] the what the audience has already noticed is that basically the [00:19:48] only victory that the US regime was trying to claim that they [00:19:52] could possibly try because there was they had failed in every single one [00:19:56] their objectives in this war, the only victory they could have claimed was [00:19:59] that, we opened the straight of forms and this is why you even [00:20:03] as the negotiations have been going on between Iran and Oman without the... [00:20:07] us involved actually uh then Trump is trying to actually try and [00:20:11] make a you know talk about you know the opening the straight of formals [00:20:15] and trying to talk about the uh negotiations as though the US has [00:20:19] any say in this and trying to actually depict it as a [00:20:22] victory whereas you know Iran was already talking about the [00:20:26] management the straight of hormos Iran's goal was never to completely shut down the [00:20:30] straight of hormos of course [00:20:32] you know this is waterway that uh it is in Iran's [00:20:35] benefit also to take. advantage of this its [00:20:39] own regional waters uh, but what the US was [00:20:43] trying to actually do is to make some kind of victory because they failed to bring about [00:20:47] what they called so-called regime change, they... failed to destroy [00:20:51] Iran's military power, Iran's military assets and and [00:20:54] now we know as Iran is perfectly capable [00:20:58] of continuing a military battle, the US [00:21:02] is basically running out of its patriots and other defense [00:21:06] systems and so they had to back out the war on that [00:21:10] regard, they also were not able to destroy and dismantle Iran's nuclear [00:21:14] program, so absolutely no achievements, the only achievement would be [00:21:18] if they could have opened the straight of... by force and we saw that that was [00:21:22] not the case, that did not happen uh when they targeted Iran's radars in the [00:21:26] south, when they uh bombed various Iranian sites and unfortunately [00:21:29] targeting residential areas, at least one [00:21:33] two-year old was matured with his [00:21:36] family as you now when the residential area was targeted in Iran's [00:21:40] qashm island and so on, but they failed with everything [00:21:44] they they they tried, and so in many ways Iran's [00:21:48] continued control over over. the straight of hormos is it's a [00:21:52] leverage and this is leverage Iran was not using before and [00:21:55] basically by targeting Iran the US and Israely regimes gave Iran [00:21:59] a new weapon that lot of analysts are calling Iran's [00:22:03] nuclear option well on that point Mariam I'm going to go ahead and stop you right there we've got around [00:22:06] two more minutes in this segment I do want to bring my last question to Mrs Colsom there [00:22:10] joining us from Moscow in regards to final [00:22:14] agreements we've already a focus on the US's perspective on so many other but [00:22:18] we have not mentioned the economic perspective. awesome, in that regard, if [00:22:22] it is agreed upon this free, of course, this [00:22:25] commodity shipping lane being opened by the cooperation between Iran and [00:22:29] Roman, what would that mean for the current economic crisis that we are seeing in the [00:22:33] world? [00:22:49] the... oil prices are are going to stay high, they're going to continue to [00:22:53] rise. um, fruit oil, [00:22:55] i believe rose to 75 us dollars, the [00:22:58] barrel um as of today um, and it's [00:23:02] just going to uh, it's really going to affect uh, we're going to see the [00:23:06] effects the cost of production in the US um, and it's going to kind of have [00:23:10] a chain reaction over its economy that um that the [00:23:13] effects haven't even uh been seen yet, so [00:23:17] um, the uh "the longer the US wants to keep it [00:23:21] up, the more that we're going to see precipitating [00:23:25] effects um that are going to [00:23:28] affect the US economy, the global economy [00:23:32] um and also put Iran in a stronger [00:23:36] position globally and regionally, [00:23:38] so I mean I i still believe we haven't seen really the [00:23:42] long-term the effects of what Iran's enforced months ago, [00:23:46] let alone what's going to happen if..." kind of this [00:23:50] keeps up, so um, [00:23:53] I, I believe that the US doesn't [00:23:57] really, um, I, I really think that they're really going to be [00:24:01] digging their own hole here, because it doesn't look like they want to [00:24:05] really conceed to the difference, the balance and [00:24:08] power, um, as I mentioned, the the [00:24:12] pressure is being applied elsewhere in the region, in connection [00:24:15] to these failures to really enforce its terms on [00:24:19] the... [00:24:20] on on Iran um and we're seeing [00:24:24] that in the midst of an uptaken Israely [00:24:28] aggressions against the south of Lebanon as the [00:24:31] Rome negotiations are going on over [00:24:35] Lebanon and also [00:24:38] like the the increase in [00:24:42] aggression of course the araban just ended in Iraq and the [00:24:45] Iraq resistance is yet to respond to the US's joint. [00:24:50] in Saudi Arabia few weeks ago, so I think we're in turn for another [00:24:54] round of escalation, but it's not going to end well in the US's favor. Well, on [00:24:58] that point, I'm afraid we have around time, like to thank both of our guests as always for joining us during [00:25:01] this segment, of course, joining us there from Moscow, journalist and [00:25:04] political a pleasure as always, [00:25:07] and of course joining us here in our Press TV studio, Mariam azashed, our colleague, thank you, [00:25:11] Mariam, well viewers like to thank you very much for watching this segment of news review, [00:25:15] until next time, [00:25:15] goodbye. [00:25:30] Very deep within the US house armed services committee's massive [00:25:34] 1.15 trillion dollar fiscal year [00:25:38] 2027 national defense authorization act [00:25:41] draft lies a provision that signals more than routine [00:25:45] military cooperation with Israel, it signals a [00:25:49] structural Intangiant Section 2:24, as [00:25:53] it is identified, has now spark debate. It reflects a [00:25:57] deeper shift in the longstanding US and Israel's so-called [00:26:00] security relationship. and it is moving it from [00:26:04] partnership into formalized institutional coordination [00:26:08] at the military level, and hey, it also comes a moment [00:26:12] when the American public burned by an unprovoked and illegal [00:26:16] war against Iran wants less entanglement in Tel Aviv's [00:26:20] wars, not more, yet section 224 delivers [00:26:24] the exact opposite, report suggests the provision would [00:26:28] require the designation of dedicated pentagon [00:26:31] executive. agent to coordinate expanded [00:26:34] cooperation with the Israeli military establishment [00:26:37] covering research, development, procurement and [00:26:41] advanced systems integration. the US and Israel may [00:26:45] say this is just a joint innovation in artificial [00:26:48] intelligence, cyber warfare, quantum computing and [00:26:52] next generation war technologies, but beneath this technical [00:26:56] language lies a far more consequential [00:26:59] reality, one in which intelligence sharing data... systems [00:27:03] and military infrastructure become increasingly [00:27:06] intervoven, structurally insulated from public [00:27:10] accountability. classified intelligence gathered by US [00:27:14] military assets paid for the American taxpayer [00:27:17] dollars could now be directly funned into Israeli [00:27:21] military systems through data fusion or the so-called [00:27:25] network integration. by the way, this is already happening, [00:27:29] but a lower scale. can you imagine what could happen on? a [00:27:32] larger scale, it would deepen real-time operational [00:27:36] coordination between the two militaries raising questions [00:27:40] about overside accountability and the traditional [00:27:43] bandaries between foreign military assistance and [00:27:47] joint development. the provision also appears to expand [00:27:50] industrial cooperation, potentially increasing [00:27:54] co-production of weapons systems within the United [00:27:58] States itself, further embedding the relationship into... [00:28:02] domestic weapons supply chains, the asymmetric [00:28:06] deterrance doctrine of Tehran and the entire access of [00:28:09] resistance has always rested on the reality that the [00:28:13] United States and Israel are in practice a single [00:28:17] joint actor. Section 2:24 now gives legal [00:28:21] and institutional forb to an operational reality that [00:28:24] already existed, but the world did not want to [00:28:28] say. [00:29:50] This our stop headlines: Iran's president says [00:29:54] assassinations the martered leader the Islamic Revolution, military [00:29:57] commanders and scientists prove the falsehood of aggressor's claims [00:30:01] to human rights. At least four people are [00:30:05] injured in the latest Israeli attacks in and around the Lebanese City [00:30:09] of [00:30:09] Tyre. [00:30:16] And finally, Japanese prime minister, Sinayishi leads the [00:30:20] commemorations on the 81st anniversary the US nuclear [00:30:23] attack on the Japanese city of [00:30:25] Hiroshima. [00:30:40] Hello and welcome everyone, you're watching Press TV world news, let's go ahead and get started with the [00:30:44] stories that matter. Well, Iran's president [00:30:48] says all enemy plans and pressures are aimed at making the [00:30:51] people dissatisfied and provoking them to protest, but the Iranian [00:30:55] people will stand for their country. Added that the [00:30:59] entire
