[00:28:31] I was an activist in the student movement, we already
[00:28:33] used a jargon that is not jargon, in fact, we already
[00:28:37] used an expression that said this: our health is in
[00:28:40] the ICU. Unfortunately, with the passing of the years, what we see,
[00:28:43] Amanda, and viewers, is that
[00:28:47] health continues to be in the ICU. In the last
[00:28:49] period, I'm talking about the capital, but when I talk about the capital,
[00:28:53] I talk about it as a reflection of the entire Pará. Knowing it's the same
[00:28:57] thing as education, people, unfortunately the more
[00:29:00] distant municipalities have a more precarious structure
[00:29:04] of the service network, health, education, social
[00:29:07] assistance, culture, leisure, well, sport. So
[00:29:12] health. Health cannot continue to be a business
[00:29:16] counter. It cannot be that the person who pays for
[00:29:19] private health insurance is the one who will have quality
[00:29:23] care, which many times isn't even true, right, Amanda? Because paying for private
[00:29:26] health insurance isn't even synonymous with quality care. But
[00:29:30] we need to guarantee quality care for the population as a whole.
[00:29:34] Health cannot be a business counter. It has
[00:29:37] become a commodity. Whoever can pay more, pays more to have
[00:29:41] quality health. In Pará, this needs to change. We need
[00:29:45] a reversal of priorities. The people need to be at the center of politics.
[00:29:49] Health is fundamental to guarantee this. Speaking
[00:29:52] now about public safety, we have here the data from the latest
[00:29:56] Brazilian Public Security Yearbook which shows
[00:29:59] here that between 2024 and 2025,
[00:30:03] femicides increased by 4% in the country.
[00:30:06] Here in the state of Pará, this jump was
[00:30:10] superior to 24%. Given
[00:30:12] this scenario, what are your
[00:30:15] proposals to then protect the lives
[00:30:19] of women, of us women, right, who currently
[00:30:22] live here in the state of Pará? Look,
[00:30:26] Amanda, feminist struggle, the protection of women's lives
[00:30:29] has been part of my activism since I started my militancy
[00:30:33] there at the Federal University of Pará. Unfortunately,
[00:30:35] violence against women is an epidemic
[00:30:39] in Pará. According to the latest research from the Public Security Forum
[00:30:43] from 2024 to 2025, it increased by
[00:30:46] 76%. This is tragic beyond belief.
[00:30:50] It cannot be that a woman, whoever this woman may be, from Pará,
[00:30:54] not from Pará, from Brazil, from the whole world, it cannot be that
[00:30:57] the end of a relationship means a death sentence, which is what we
[00:31:01] see. We see that, unfortunately, more and more women
