[00:00:30] can push for some breathing room. Russia's foreign minister dismisses [00:00:33] Vladimir Zelensky's [00:00:35] a ceasefire calls as a ploy to regroup Ukraine's forces. That's [00:00:39] after Kiev demanded the guns fall silent for 60 [00:00:43] in days to allow for elections. The more we help [00:00:47] Ukraine, the sooner the war will be over. And Brussels adopts yet [00:00:50] another package of anti-Russian sanctions with the EU hoping its [00:00:54] 22nd round of restrictions will do what the previous 21 have [00:00:58] failed to do and that's idea is to uh bring Moscow to [00:01:02] its knees. Also, Europe condemns the [00:01:06] deadly Hoothiy attacks on Riad's main airport, blaming the group for causing a [00:01:10] spiral of violence. Although Brussels does conveniently overlook its own [00:01:14] role in fueling all that when it pumped Saudi Arabia full of weapons [00:01:18] in the earlier phases [00:01:19] of the [00:01:19] conflict. [00:01:28] All right, your Monday evening news. live on RT international, we have lot to pass along [00:01:32] to it just after 9 p.m. now here in Moscow. well [00:01:36] Vladimir Zelensky will do anything to buy time to regroup [00:01:40] of Ukraine's forces. That is the view of Russia's foreign minister amid yet [00:01:44] more talk from [00:01:47] of of Keyev of a ceasefire. In recent months, the [00:01:51] call for a ceasefire has replaced the call for inflicting a strategic [00:01:55] defeat on [00:01:56] of Russia in the rhetoric of both Zelensky and his western masters. [00:02:00] The goal is singular and very simple, to buy time. He [00:02:03] is even said he is willing to hold a presidential election, [00:02:07] provided he is given two months to regroup. During that period, [00:02:11] Europe [00:02:11] of could flood him with new weaponry to continue his terrorist war against the [00:02:15] Russian people. But his famined astonishment regarding [00:02:18] of President Trump's statement reflects only one thing: that he [00:02:22] desperately wants to use any words, any initiatives and [00:02:26] any ideas that enter the public sphere to promote his interest in [00:02:30] breathing space, by hook or by crook. I do not believe he has [00:02:33] earned such a respit, nor do I think we will once [00:02:36] a again fall [00:02:39] of of for assurances or promises. The president has stated this very clearly. We continue to pursue the [00:02:43] objectives [00:02:44] of the special [00:02:44] of military operation. These objectives are well-known [00:02:47] of to everyone. We have never altered them, unlike the zigzags [00:02:51] and evasions of Zelensky and his European [00:02:55] of masters. The political pressure on Vladimir Zelensky [00:02:58] a is mounting on. several fronts: first, the American president has [00:03:02] stressed Ukraine is in need of new leader. In [00:03:06] response, Zelensky has demanded a 60-day cease fire to prepare the [00:03:10] country to go to the [00:03:11] of polls, [00:03:11] but it's not just electoral issues that have put Zelensky's old acting [00:03:15] of skills back on display, because after [00:03:19] Washington announced a deal on [00:03:21] of Russian diesel exports, the decision was not well received in Keyev and [00:03:25] by Vladimir Zelensky [00:03:27] of in particular [00:03:28] of himself. President, Trump said that um that we need [00:03:33] a Ukraine needs new president, so first of all, with all respect to President [00:03:36] Trump, it's up [00:03:40] to our society, up to our people to [00:03:44] choose one or another leader. Why are they [00:03:47] blaming you for the continuation of this war? [00:03:51] Because these people can't find [00:03:54] a key how to stop [00:03:59] of Putin. because it's more [00:04:02] difficult to stop Putin than to pressure [00:04:06] others. well, political risk consultant and [00:04:10] lawyer, he says it's very foolish for [00:04:13] Zelensky to make an enemy out of trump. the recent [00:04:17] reaction, the outburs of anger [00:04:21] from the Ukrainian leader after [00:04:25] of the quite historical words coming from the mouth [00:04:30] a of the president [00:04:32] a of the... United States Donald Trump that uh the uh democratic [00:04:33] of election should be um uh put in place [00:04:38] in in in Ukraine because the current leader is not serving his nation and the [00:04:42] um its on [00:04:46] uh rightfully um so basically um Mr. [00:04:49] Zelinski is putting everything into one basket so basically [00:04:53] she's he's playing a [00:04:55] a Russian rulet quite simply put it uh because he's betting [00:04:59] on democrats coming to power after the [00:05:03] mid-terms elections uh related to [00:05:06] dispopularity uh [00:05:07] of the Donald Trump in the United States due to his um [00:05:11] unnecessary conflict with. so uh uh basically [00:05:14] the uh [00:05:16] the the thinking in Brussels and both in in [00:05:19] in Kief and Brussels is that once the democrats will take the [00:05:23] majority in the United States, the uh the previous scenario [00:05:27] which is continuation of maximum pressure on [00:05:31] Russia and supplying Ukraine [00:05:34] with money and weapons will [00:05:37] continue, so I think that this is the one way [00:05:41] streak um for. for Mr. Zelinski because maybe even if [00:05:45] the democrats will come to power still the Donald Trump is a [00:05:49] president and has a significant influence over the [00:05:52] foreign policy of his own uh country so I i think that making [00:05:56] an enemies both with Russia and United States who is the [00:06:00] main sponsor who has been the main sponsor of this unnecessary [00:06:04] conflict uh is very dangerous uh again planned from Mr. [00:06:08] Zelenski in his political circle yeah this [00:06:12] this comes says the European Union, by the way, has approved yet [00:06:14] another sanctions package on Russia, we're talking number [00:06:18] 22. Brussels once again claiming it's very important to keep [00:06:22] increasing pressure on Moscow and provide more support for Ukraine. At [00:06:26] the same time, it's certainly called out Donald Trump's new diesel [00:06:30] deal with Russia. We [00:06:33] acknowledge the agreement between the United States and Russia, regarding the export of [00:06:37] diesel. [00:06:42] to our sanctions against Russia, the more we help Ukraine, the sooner [00:06:46] the war will be over. What we need to do is refocus and redouble our [00:06:49] efforts in keeping pressure on Russia, that has to be our priority and that is [00:06:53] Europe's priority. This deal doesn't help neither the [00:06:57] prices the oil products, nor the unity within the [00:07:01] transatlantic community what concerns pressure on Russia, and it is [00:07:05] not the European way. Our way is to increase pressure cuz we [00:07:08] already seen how it works. We are not done here cuz for Europe. "this [00:07:12] is the vital interest to help Ukraine to sustain [00:07:16] uh this winter and continuing putting as I already said pressure [00:07:20] pressure pressure on Russia. On Friday, Trump and Putin cut a [00:07:23] deal with Washington lifting sanctions on Moscow's diesel exports [00:07:27] and [00:07:28] the news so oil prices fall, although they remain above 100 bucks a [00:07:31] barrel, but the agreement says Moscow will supply 300 [00:07:35] thousand tons of diesel to American and global markets followed by another half [00:07:39] million in November. Another million will come after that. a further [00:07:43] 3 million later, depending on the condition of Russia's [00:07:46] refineries, the decision has been seized upon by much the media, although they [00:07:50] conveniently ignore Europe's own continued thirst for Russian [00:07:54] fuel, something that hasn't escaped the attention the American [00:07:58] president. The [00:08:01] European Union paid Russia $250 billion for [00:08:05] energy, and the fake news media doesn't want to get near that [00:08:08] story. I made the right choice for the American people always. [00:08:12] america first 22nd package of sanctions, [00:08:16] sanctioning all these russian entities and uh Russian companies, [00:08:19] firms, people, just individuals, and clearly this happening against the backdrop of [00:08:23] this diesel deal, again it's a message to Washington, but realistically though, [00:08:27] this has been the point that Europe has been making all along, like we need to apply pressure [00:08:31] on Russia to bring the war, the end the war closer, [00:08:35] this is clearly not working, but this [00:08:37] you know definition of insanity, one the definitions, insanity is you [00:08:41] know doing, the same thing over and over again and each time [00:08:45] hoping for different result. well, I'm sure they are already thinking what they could include [00:08:48] into the 23rd package, how can we make the 23rd sanctions [00:08:52] package the biggest yet? you can clearly hear the rhetoric, for [00:08:55] instance, the what the Estonian Prime Minister has said who [00:08:58] openly, openly defied Washington and [00:09:02] called upon Ukraine to keep on striking the Russian oil [00:09:06] refineries. have listen, such an [00:09:10] agreement goes against the long-term efforts the... western world to limit the [00:09:13] flow of energy revenues to Putin. The US has already convinced its [00:09:17] allies, including us, to abandon Russian fuel. The [00:09:21] long-term goal of depriving Russia of funds is correct, and it must be [00:09:25] continued. In Estonia, and at the European Council, it is [00:09:28] worth discussing next week whether we can quickly contribute more to Ukraine [00:09:32] so that they can strike Russian oil refineries. It [00:09:36] is a bit ironic though that they cry foul in [00:09:40] unison all together, Europe saying, " "how can you give, how can [00:09:44] you fund, fund Putin's war effort with your money, with your [00:09:48] diesel deal, and it is ironic, because this is something that Europe has been [00:09:51] doing all these years, literally all these years, Europe has been [00:09:55] buying gas, has been buying Russia's Russia's metals uh, pretty [00:09:59] much just this year alone they purchased Europe purchased just about [00:10:03] 10 billion dollars worth of goods from Russia, six billions, [00:10:07] just over six billions accounting for with well, well with gas [00:10:11] accounting for 6. billion of uh of this now [00:10:15] of course we don't know how how much Russia will get in this diesel deal [00:10:18] with the United States given how many steps in it there is, but [00:10:22] essentially if you look at the at the... oil prices, and if you take the figure [00:10:26] as to how much Russia has agreed so far to to [00:10:30] supply the United States with, that's in the realms of [00:10:33] 7 billion dollars, yeah, so 6 billion for gas in case of [00:10:37] Europe, 7 billion in case of diesel in the United States, [00:10:41] Europe has been doing all the same things, they have been you know also funding [00:10:45] Putin's war efforts and so on, it just they've been doing it quietly, seems like [00:10:49] the only threat to to this deal is Kiev, because Zelinski said that he's [00:10:53] going to continue attacking. and oil refineries, but [00:10:57] why is he so keen on uh sabotaging [00:11:01] Washington's uh plans? well, it's pretty clear, you just have to look at what [00:11:04] Kiev has had to say before that, they wanted this energy deal, but [00:11:08] a very different, well shape and form, they wanted you know [00:11:12] strikes against [00:11:13] you know power stations to be included to be banned under this deal, [00:11:17] strikes against port infrastructure, against rail infrastructure, they [00:11:21] wanted all of that to be banned under this you know umbrella energy deal. [00:11:25] well Russia has from the very gadgo has been saying, well refineries [00:11:28] fine, let's let's hold the strikes, and well it's it's clear why, [00:11:32] because well Ukraine doesn't really produce anything in this sense, [00:11:36] Zelensky, well he's been uh, he's been making some very unhinged [00:11:39] claims saying that well, the United States should have come to Ukraine [00:11:43] and made deal with Ukraine, as if Ukraine, well in his words it [00:11:47] does, controls the out the Russian output, have [00:11:50] a have listen, why doesn't America conclude a diesel deal with [00:11:54] Ukraine? let Ukraine offer a diesel deal, we [00:11:58] influence whether these ships go or not, whether these refineries work or [00:12:02] not, so yes, let's sign the corresponding diesel deal with the president the [00:12:06] United States of America. Again, this is also quite ironic [00:12:10] to come from a man whose entire budget, entire country lives [00:12:13] of whatever Europe has to give to them, [00:12:17] otherwise they don't even have enough to pay salaries to the most crucial part [00:12:21] their society right now, and that's their servicement, it seems that... [00:12:25] "the weight of supporting uh Kiev's war machine is [00:12:28] now uh being pressed on uh Brussel's shoulders, so what [00:12:32] does Russia have to say about? Indeed, it has been the policy the [00:12:36] Trump administration for a while now, you know, let Europe pay [00:12:40] for the war in Europe. According to Russia, well Europe has already shown that [00:12:44] it is not, they can say, they can talk however much they want [00:12:48] about wanting to bring this war to an end, but they don't, because [00:12:51] every because we've seen everything that they have implied so..." far [00:12:55] here it has failed, but still Europe is definitely a [00:12:59] party acts like a party in this war while Washington is trying to [00:13:03] uh have look and try to trying to find [00:13:05] solutions, the Europeans clearly do not belong to [00:13:09] the party of peace, the party that seeks ways toward a peaceful settlement, the [00:13:13] Europeans are more like the party of war which continues to do everything to prevent [00:13:17] this war from stopping, we are far more impressed by the efforts the American [00:13:21] negotiators, so right now we are a bit of crossroads here with [00:13:25] "one way being, well, it could all with, I mean, all of this huffing [00:13:29] and puffing, if that will just remain that, all talk, [00:13:33] and uh, Europe and Zelensky will talk very [00:13:36] tough, but won't act on these words, or if they will decide [00:13:40] to directly try and disrupt Russia's well shipments to the United [00:13:44] States, beat vessels or be it attacks against you know infrastructure inside [00:13:47] Russia, and that would be interesting to see, if they choose that that [00:13:51] sort of course of events, if they choose the latter, then well Trump..." has quite a few [00:13:55] quite a few means to apply pressure and to punish uh anyone well in [00:13:59] Ukraine for in Ukraine and Europe for disobedience starting with the [00:14:03] most obvious options like cutting intelligence sharing and switching off the [00:14:06] starlink you know dishes all right let's [00:14:10] have break down we got to was talking about just there with our guest right there he is former police [00:14:13] officer and veteran radio and tv journalist garland nixon now joining [00:14:17] us live in worldwide here on rt international garden i'm grateful to get you on and very warm [00:14:21] welcome to you this story is uh it's really quite something look you know Friday's [00:14:25] Trump Putin diesel dealer, it highlights how important Russian [00:14:29] energy is, not just to Trump and Washington, but to the world at [00:14:32] large. Zelensky though, seems pretty reluctant [00:14:36] to honor this uh deal. Is is it possible do you think [00:14:40] that Kiev is willing to jeopadize US [00:14:42] ties and bring this to [00:14:44] to to a front? It's it's a bit weiring. I mean Zelensky and Trump don't seem to be on the same [00:14:48] page these days. Well, [00:14:51] I and I tend to view, and people view Zelinski through different lenses and context. [00:14:55] Zelinski as representative of MI6 of representative the [00:14:59] intelligence agencies from Great Britain and um and and [00:15:03] Europe, so I see him as a spokesperson for those, and I think what we see [00:15:06] here are the various factions of NATO, certainly the the [00:15:10] UK, German france faction, which um is [00:15:14] certainly willing to [00:15:16] you know throw their um citizens under the bus economically [00:15:19] speaking on behalf of Ukraine supporting and then President Trump who's [00:15:23] getting lot of pressure and politically he has to try to take [00:15:26] action to um to lower prices, so I think [00:15:30] that's the there's a factional battle going on here, [00:15:34] and I i just think Zelinski is the mouth piece for the European faction. [00:15:38] "i think i'm not going to argue with that, frankly, i love it, i love what you're saying, garland [00:15:42] really, but look, if if if Zelensky's [00:15:44] non-compliance renders the diesel deal [00:15:48] unfeasible, how will this impact US public support for Kiev, [00:15:52] given America's existing energy crisis and of course November [00:15:55] elections? oh, I think it would have an effect, because the [00:15:59] certainly the um support for Ukraine is deteriorated in the United [00:16:03] States significantly, um, and the support for you [00:16:06] know [00:16:07] wars of..." overseas and for [00:16:08] you know kind of imperial wars around the world has dramatically decreased as you [00:16:12] know as result of um economic pain that has been suffered so I think I I'll [00:16:16] tell you this it's certainly is not going to help the matter and it's probably going to [00:16:20] infuriate a lot of President Trump's base that already doesn't [00:16:24] like President Zelenski in the Ukraine conflict and would like to see it over [00:16:28] so it's going to have a significant impact I do think that the [00:16:32] the Europeans and the pro-ukrainians the Ukrainiacts as [00:16:36] many of us call them. um feeling bolden th they feel like maybe the [00:16:39] elections coming up and the democrats will get back in and they'll have some support [00:16:43] support from that perspective, but as far as the people of America are [00:16:47] concerned, it's going to anger lot of people because people want to see um [00:16:51] diesel prices and they want to see uh the prices of food in the [00:16:54] in the grocery stores um decrease, meantime, garland, [00:16:58] we're now seeing Donald Trump asking Zelensky again, don't target [00:17:02] anymore Russian energy refineries, as [00:17:06] I understand this... latest request from Trump is number six. The [00:17:10] reports I've read said that he's actually asked half dozen times, [00:17:14] Zelensky, please don't attack Russian energy [00:17:17] infrastructure. I was also reading that Axious report, I know you saw that too, [00:17:21] Garland, that suggested that uh Washington considered or threaten to cut [00:17:25] off Intel sharing with the Kiev side if [00:17:29] Kiev wouldn't stop attacking Russian energy [00:17:32] infrastructure. Um, what do you think? I mean, look, they've already asked six [00:17:36] times, do you think? is gonna honor this? absolutely [00:17:40] not, and part of [00:17:40] it is because the um the Trump administration a numerous [00:17:44] occasions has made requests um to [00:17:48] the um to the to the [00:17:50] Zelinsky uh the Kiev regime [00:17:54] um to do various things and every time they said no, in fact every time [00:17:58] they would have some kind of a peace negotiation in Istanbul the [00:18:01] night before they launch people would launch a bunch of [00:18:05] drones um at uh Moscow just to kind [00:18:09] of register their displeasure with the action, so I think the only [00:18:13] thing that will really make difference is if the Trump administration takes [00:18:16] action, I think the Kiev regime doesn't believe that they will take [00:18:20] significant action cuz in the past they've made the requests and they've let him get away [00:18:23] with it time and time again, so I think the Trump administration is going to have to take [00:18:27] significant actions if they want to realize um any [00:18:31] outcome from the request that they're making. Yeah, well Trump seemed pretty, he just seemed pretty [00:18:35] annoyed the other day when when [00:18:36] you know they got him on that. camera outside the white house and he was like, look, Zelensky's had multiple [00:18:40] chances to end the war, he's failed to do so, they need new leadership in [00:18:43] Ukraine, but [00:18:45] it it does seem that Zelensky gets so much support from [00:18:49] Europe, is that why Zelensky often appears to [00:18:53] undermine Trump? yeah, absolutely, and I [00:18:57] think that he's concerned, because here's the reality, does is Vladimir [00:19:01] Zelinski really even the president of Ukraine, I mean, does anybody believe [00:19:04] that if Vladimir Zelinski signed some kind of a peace? deal with Russia and Trump that he [00:19:08] could go back to Kiev and come out of it alive? No, the ultra nationalis would take him [00:19:12] out, so I don't think [00:19:14] I think we have to remember that the power, the political power [00:19:18] of Zelinsky is not in Kiev, he he's been [00:19:22] threatened by the ultranational before, it's in London, and so he's answering to [00:19:26] his masters in London, his job is to go around and ask for more money and [00:19:30] to keep the grift going, but he doesn't really have a significant [00:19:33] power base in um in Kieve in the first place. [00:19:37] And there he is live in worldwide in Washington DC. Garlin Nixon, former police [00:19:41] officer and veteran radio and TV journalist. A great pleasure, [00:19:45] thank you very much. Thank you for inviting [00:19:47] me. The battle for [00:19:51] Yemen is most certainly intensifying. Houti forces are moving to [00:19:55] secure key areas and the Marib and Tais provinces as the group seeks to [00:19:58] expand his control over the country. The hoothies have released footage [00:20:02] their offensive against the Saudi backed forces in those districts [00:20:06] where which are. last government controlled strongholds on the road to the strategic port [00:20:10] city of Aiden. This video can't be independently [00:20:13] verified, but the Houti's have already claimed to have seized the port of Mocca [00:20:17] and Perim Island, are two key areas which tighten their grip on the [00:20:21] critical Bab almandab straight. [00:20:25] Meanwhile, Saudi Arabia has issued urgent alerts for civilians near the border with [00:20:29] Yemen, that's after houti missile attack on the city of [00:20:32] ABA. report say Saudi air defenses managed to intercept [00:20:35] an incoming bullistic. some footage here of what appears to be [00:20:39] impact points in the city, all this after read international airport was [00:20:43] attacked three times this past week with Saturday's strike [00:20:47] claiming the lives of 13 people. [00:21:20] These attacks are Yemeny attacks. We do not do this out of revenge or to take [00:21:23] vengeance, but rather to force the Saudi leadership to accept a comprehensive and [00:21:27] permanent peace by agreeing to end the war. [00:21:31] Well, European countries certainly among the voices, condemning the attacks on [00:21:35] Riyad's international [00:21:36] airport. The deadliest [00:21:40] Houti attack so far on Riyad's airport marks a dangerous [00:21:43] escalation. These attacks by Iran's proxies are pushing the region [00:21:47] into a spiral of violence. Now despite those words [00:21:51] a Riad is said to have been deeply disappointed by the scale [00:21:55] of support from its western allies, that is being reported [00:21:59] by Bloomberg citing its own sources. Well, nonetheless, [00:22:02] against this backdrop, the Saudis have been pressing European capitals [00:22:06] for concrete military assistance, namely [00:22:10] requesting aid from London, Paris and Berlin. Britain so far sending [00:22:13] uh air defenses along with air to air refueling support for Saudi [00:22:17] fighter jets, France are pledging. troops, radars and [00:22:21] defense systems to help protect energy infrastructure, well [00:22:25] Riad has officially requested help from Germany, it's unclear right now whether Berlin [00:22:29] has or even will send any gear to read, now while [00:22:33] help from Europe is clearly on the table right now, it's nothing [00:22:37] the scale of support that was uh, well offered in 2015, just [00:22:41] have look back at these numbers for you right here, Saudi, when when the Saudis [00:22:45] began the their military back campaign in Yemen to take on the hoothies billions of [00:22:49] Euros of export licenses were made with countries across [00:22:52] Europe, France, for example, look at this, I mean, huge money being [00:22:56] made here for their military, industrial complex 17 bill, the [00:23:00] UK right here pocketing just over four billion selling the weapons, while [00:23:03] Berlin over there with a couple of bill, well former British [00:23:07] diplomat Craig Mari, he says the blood spilling in Yemen is being fueled [00:23:11] by western cash and western weapons, all that and so [00:23:15] much more, the latest Sanchez [00:23:16] effect, and um... 'there [00:23:20] have been conflicts in in Kenya [00:23:23] recently, in recent years, yeah, um, which [00:23:27] go back to British disposession the land, Britain [00:23:31] ethnically cleansed large areas of Kenya [00:23:35] to put in white farmers instead, and that [00:23:37] caused um certain tribes to be moved from [00:23:41] their land, cleared into urban areas, where they became [00:23:45] in conflict with other tribes who were already there, and and that is [00:23:49] actually the direct cause of recent conflict in Kenya. If [00:23:53] you look at Yamen, it was a British [00:23:55] occupation of Aden and the south of Yemen, [00:23:59] which caused an ident, much the identity conflict between the north and [00:24:03] south [00:24:03] of those countries, but the number of current [00:24:07] conflicts, Britain of course invented the very concept of Saudi [00:24:11] Arabia and installed the royal family, the [00:24:14] roots of how many modern conflicts go back [00:24:18] to British imper. so the brits and the Europeans are [00:24:22] complaining about the hooties, i think the hoothis are kind of an honorable [00:24:26] bunch, even though they do fight wars and sandals, which i don't [00:24:30] understand, so we did a little research here, do you know how [00:24:33] much money uh the uh Europeans have [00:24:37] made so far in arms sales to the saudis, which again [00:24:41] goes to your point about why they do these crazy things, [00:24:44] right? i'm going to read it to you, right? 17 [00:24:48] billion france. UK made 7 [00:24:52] billion dollars in arms sales to the uh [00:24:55] saudis right, Germany 2 billion, spain [00:24:59] 2 billion, so to your point, of course they're [00:25:03] calling the huti savages, they're they're bought and [00:25:07] sold by the other side, I think [00:25:11] that's that's true, and and the extraordinary thing is, but with this [00:25:15] incredible imbalance of weapons, because the I [00:25:19] think the... those can't be all time totals buse they've been individual [00:25:22] deals has been bigger than the total you gave for the UK for [00:25:26] example must be a recent period [00:25:30] and well this was during this was during this was during the [00:25:34] specific sorry i should have i should have clarified that thank you though for for [00:25:37] for correcting me this was only during the first Saudi [00:25:41] Yemen war that these numbers they've gone probably above that [00:25:45] since then yes yeah you have gone way up [00:25:49] past that. 'and the amount the total amount of weapons [00:25:53] the the ansala people have ever possessed, it's [00:25:57] probably 5% of that um [00:26:00] the and yet'. 'the Saudis with all of that [00:26:04] firepower, all of that modern equipment are unable to defeat them and in [00:26:08] fact continually lose, the war has been over [00:26:12] 20 year period, a [00:26:15] continual process, the Saudis losing ground, [00:26:19] because they may have all the weaponry and all the money, but they have [00:26:22] no belief in their in their own cause, [00:26:26] and I was doing a little research yesterday, I was trying to [00:26:30] tot up in the last 12 years since andstrala [00:26:33] have controlled the airports in [00:26:37] senat um, i found [00:26:40] 27 different times the saudis have bombed sanar [00:26:44] airport and not on one of those 27 times [00:26:48] did the European Union condemn this the Saudis for [00:26:52] bombing sa airport which is a civilian [00:26:54] airport nor did the BBC [00:26:58] lead the lead the news nor did the BBC lead their [00:27:02] news. cast with it, i bet, right? absolutely not, [00:27:06] no, and some of those killed, there been instances where there were 50 [00:27:09] children killed in bombing of a school bus, for examples, [00:27:13] not one mention in western media at [00:27:15] all. [00:27:24] well, earlier I was speaking with a colonist to says the conflict in Yemen has [00:27:28] consequences [00:27:29] that that stretch far, far far beyond that read. [00:27:34] what whatever going on in Yemen, whatever going on in Saudi Arabia, [00:27:38] it's gonna affect the European countries and it's gonna affect the [00:27:41] global energy markets and it gna affect the [00:27:44] global economy, so while condemning the attacks in [00:27:48] Saudi Arabia, which if we take it based [00:27:51] on un mandate that the [00:27:55] attack on King Khalid airport which led to [00:27:58] 13 casualty and almost 300 injures is... [00:28:03] war crime uh out on square, [00:28:07] so I think Saudi Arabia is asking the [00:28:11] European countries uh to be their partners and [00:28:14] asking them as well to take responsibility for [00:28:18] the sea lanes, which is not the responsibility the gulf countries or Saudi Arabia, [00:28:22] international sea lanes is important for international orders [00:28:26] and it need to uh to be protected by the [00:28:30] European allies and international allies. "I mean, do you think, do you [00:28:33] think it should be fairly easy, shouldn't it for read right now to be getting help [00:28:37] from European partners considering how energy on the [00:28:41] global stage has been so heavily disrupted, whether [00:28:45] it's a lack of Russian energy, lack of energy from the Persian gulf region, there was [00:28:49] a huge blast at one the biggest refineries in Venezuela in the past couple [00:28:53] of days as well, so so so shouldn't European partners of Riad [00:28:57] be perhaps more willing to supply more defensive [00:29:00] weapons to the kingdom of Saudi Arabia." Yeah, I, I, I think [00:29:04] I think European partners are very [00:29:08] well engaged in the Ukraine war and the spending lot of money in the [00:29:12] supporting the Ukrainian government against Russia and supporting [00:29:16] them with weapon and supplies. At the end the day uh, Saudi [00:29:20] Arabia is not asking for a hand, hand out. It's [00:29:23] astonishing really when you consider for years so many people have called Yemen, the poorest [00:29:27] country in the world, and yet here it is going against Saudi Arabia, one [00:29:31] the richest countries. in the world in Saudi Arabia is taking [00:29:35] a very bad beating. More details, pictures [00:29:39] and videos online at [00:29:40] RT.com. [00:29:58] When all truths seem wrong, when all rules. [00:30:02] rules just don't hold, and new world is [00:30:06] yet to shape out, disdain becomes the [00:30:09] attacket, and engagement equals [00:30:12] betrayal. When so many find [00:30:16] themselves worlds apart, we choose to look for common [00:30:20] ground. [00:30:35] Okay, so this is what you need to know about today. First of all, Trump just came out and he [00:30:39] just said this about Zelensky. [00:30:42] Watch, that's a war that should have never started, [00:30:46] and I think it's time for Ukraine to get new president. Wow, [00:30:50] time for Ukraine to get new president, is that crazy to say [00:30:53] or is it the truth about what uh, even the people inside [00:30:57] Ukraine are actually thinking?
