[01:30:02] вот какие? главные итоги этих переговоров вы можете обозначить?
[01:30:05] сегодня на полях мирового нефтяного конгресса, проходящего в Арияде
[01:30:09] состоялась встреча министров в том числе министров стран
[01:30:13] ОПЕК Плюс, на которой мы обсудили текущую ситуацию на
[01:30:16] мировом нефтяном рынке, а
[01:30:19] обсудили, как исполняется соглашение, вот и
[01:30:22] что важно, сегодня мы отметили, что на рынок
[01:30:26] до сих пор с армунского пролива не
[01:30:29] поступает через армунский пролив на мировой. рынок
[01:30:32] порядка 6,7 млн барралей в сутки, и это
[01:30:36] действительно существенно вносит свой такой
[01:30:40] дисбаланс между спросом и предложением,
[01:30:43] что наблюдается сегодня волатильность такая серьёзная на
[01:30:46] рынке, но кроме этого очень подробно обсудили
[01:30:49] ситуацию связанную с ростом цен на
[01:30:52] перевозки в мире, на фрахт,
[01:30:56] на страхования, которые выросли по отдельным направлениям там от
[01:31:00] пяти до 10 раз, и фактически вот это вот... стоимости перевозок и
[01:31:16] страхования, ну понятно, что это учитывают сегодня риски,
[01:31:20] глобальные мировые риски,
[01:31:22] недостаток транспортных средств,
[01:31:26] вот закрытие армузского пролива, военные
[01:31:29] риски, мы видим нападение на...
[01:31:33] гражданские суда перевозящие нефтепродукты
[01:31:37] или нефть в различных уголках мира, это тоже
[01:31:40] накладывает свой отпечаток на то, что растут
[01:31:44] цены на перевозку, поэтому
[01:31:47] мы выразили обеспокоенность вот с точки зрения нашего
[01:31:50] заявления, договорились совместно мониторить ситуацию, работать
[01:31:54] с международными организациями, с международным энергетическим фондом,
[01:31:57] международным энергетическим агентством, с тем,
[01:32:00] чтобы эта ситуация...
