[00:00:00] In your opinion, to what extent does this step, the step of accrediting [00:00:03] new ambassadors in Khartoum, represent [00:00:07] practical recognition of the continuation of Sudanese state institutions [00:00:11] Also, the purpose of and their ability to exercise their sovereign [00:00:14] and diplomatic [00:00:15] competencies? [00:00:18] Yes, as I mentioned, Sudan [00:00:23] witness an expansion in has entered a stage of recovery, and this has been proven by the military field transformations, [00:00:27] as well as the political transformations. There are some who [00:00:30] spreads is that anyone who returns from work to challenge the legitimacy of the Sudanese government, [00:00:33] but through the accreditations of some [00:00:38] to start their activities from ambassadors presenting their credentials [00:00:41] we can establish this from Khartoum, it denies the fact that Port [00:00:43] Sudan is the government, [00:00:46] Turkey views dealing with or it is the center. The government and forgetting many has moved to Khartoum because [00:00:47] personal rights are not some parties that [00:00:50] were stuck in history or stuck in the past are trying to describe the Sudanese [00:00:54] government as the Port Sudan authorities, as some parties hostile to Sudan [00:00:58] and rebellion and join use it. The Sudanese government has begun to operate from [00:01:01] Khartoum. The international community has begun to move towards Khartoum [00:01:05] and interact with Khartoum and with the legitimate government in [00:01:08] Khartoum [00:01:10] diplomatic missions in as a fixed fact, and that the legitimacy of Sudan is taken from [00:01:13] to achieve [00:01:15] the parties with which it is allied the diplomatic recognitions carried out by [00:01:18] some important countries such as Turkey, Egypt, and the Sultanate of [00:01:22] Oman, and before that, [00:01:25] of course, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which [00:01:28] their relations with sent its ambassador to Khartoum [00:01:31] to present his credentials from Khartoum. This is one fact that is firmly established: [00:01:35] Sudan has entered a stage of recovery. The recognition of [00:01:38] the Sudanese government has become clear from [00:01:41] Darfur and war in external parties and countries that send their ambassadors, which [00:01:45] confirms this fact. So, how [00:01:48] can this step be utilized, Professor Ibrahim, by [00:01:51] Sudan to enhance its regional [00:01:54] Sudan. Also, Turkey and international presence? [00:01:56] Yes, first, there are some international and regional [00:02:00] transformations that [00:02:02] to eliminate the rebellion. the Sudanese state is closely following. What is happening in Sudan's vicinity [00:02:06] is a serious matter that affects the geopolitical landscape. There is a state of [00:02:09] internal conflict in Ethiopia, and the civil war in Ethiopia [00:02:13] may have repercussions in the region's vicinity, or in Sudan's vicinity, or in [00:02:17] the Red Sea region. Sudan's presence in [00:02:20] international and regional interactions confirms that Sudan [00:02:23] is a key state in the issue of establishing security and stability in [00:02:26] this region. The other matter is that there are countries and there are [00:02:30] entities that are working to establish a new reality for Sudan through [00:02:33] accepting separatist groups, or recognizing them, or granting them a kind of [00:02:37] tolerance, legitimacy. This is rejected, as the Sudanese [00:02:41] government has said repeatedly in all forums. The parties that support the rebellion [00:02:44] and ally with the parties that violate the rights of Sudanese people, or [00:02:48] those that reject Sudan's rights to sovereignty, have lost all [00:02:51] their bets. Therefore, what is happening now is a major [00:02:55] change in favor of the Sudanese state, and the international community [00:02:58] the People's Armed Forces on sees in Sudan a strong ally for the sake of [00:03:02] investing in the state of [00:03:04] Port Sudan or staying stability that Sudan may create through its active [00:03:09] other tribes. role in its regional and international environment. [00:03:11] Therefore, Sudan is a key state, as recognized by these countries that [00:03:15] sent their ambassadors for accreditation. [00:03:17] Uh-huh. Regarding the security situation, what [00:03:20] with the martyrs messages can this [00:03:22] allow it. And now there is step send by accrediting these ambassadors in [00:03:24] Khartoum? [00:03:27] Yes, there are some parties that are trying to obscure the facts in Sudan, [00:03:31] trying to show that Khartoum is unstable, that the security [00:03:36] operate from situation is unstable in Sudan, and that the Sudanese [00:03:39] government will not be able to provide [00:03:43] the elements of security in Sudan. [00:03:45] the ability of native administrations to [00:03:45] and that the situation in However, these steps refute these claims and confirm that [00:03:48] Khartoum has become a stable, prosperous capital, [00:03:52] where life has begun to return after the fierce war waged by the terrorist [00:03:56] see in Rapid Support Forces group with regional and international support. Therefore, these [00:03:59] steps confirm or consolidate in the minds [00:04:02] of observers that Sudan has begun to recover, [00:04:05] and that the capital of Sudan, Khartoum, has returned to [00:04:11] contact with Sudan as an economic normal, and that ambassadors have begun to flock to Khartoum to be [00:04:13] Yes, there is a state of accepted or accredited as ambassadors in Sudan. This matter, [00:04:15] of course, will change a lot in [00:04:18] Greetings to you. Let's watch this missions in the minds of everyone who follows the Sudanese issue, which has been distorted by the actions of some political [00:04:22] parties that tried to change [00:04:25] and commercial relations with the facts or obscure the facts before regional [00:04:28] and local public opinion, as well as international public opinion. Therefore, these [00:04:32] steps refute the facts that the groups that allied [00:04:36] with the terrorist Rapid Support Forces group that transferred to the Sudanese [00:04:40] people tried to promote, or the claims that they were promoting. Uh-huh. Well, Mr. [00:04:44] aims to develop its economic relations with Ibrahim, what is the difference, in your opinion, between accrediting a new ambassador [00:04:47] to Sudan and taking an actual decision [00:04:52] of recovery or development in for this ambassador to resume his work from Khartoum? [00:04:56] Yes, the situation in Sudan [00:05:01] is improving every day, [00:05:04] and I was in [00:05:06] between Sudan and Saudi Arabia in should come and start their activities from Sudan a short time ago and I noticed the improvement in all aspects, [00:05:09] the service aspects [00:05:13] as well as the security [00:05:16] aspects, and also at the social and living levels. There is a state [00:05:19] of recovery in the Sudanese scene. [00:05:22] And also, the state has begun to regain its keys or to regain [00:05:25] its health through the performance of [00:05:28] the service agencies in the Sudanese state, and also [00:05:32] the security agencies performing their duties [00:05:35] sufficiently. Therefore, for diplomatic [00:05:39] missions to come to Khartoum and for their ambassadors [00:05:43] or heads of these missions to present their [00:05:46] credentials to Khartoum proves the fact that Sudan has entered [00:05:49] a stage of recovery and we have overcome the state of war that tried [00:05:53] to implant in the Sudanese citizen's [00:05:56] convictions, and also to implant in the surrounding [00:05:59] area of Sudan the view of war. Sudan [00:06:03] has overcome this stage. There is a state of political recovery. There are efforts [00:06:07] to move Sudan from a state of conflict to a state of [00:06:11] social integration. [00:06:13] All of these are efforts made by the Sudanese government [00:06:17] through its various tools. The activation of [00:06:22] Khartoum consolidates this narrative [00:06:26] and confirms the fact that Sudan, that [00:06:29] Khartoum is the capital of Sudan, and that the previous designations that [00:06:33] tried to attach to the legitimate Sudanese government are not [00:06:36] true. They called it the Port Sudan authority, [00:06:40] as I mentioned, and they sometimes called it [00:06:43] the Facebook authority, as some claim or some say, [00:06:47] but in reality, things have changed and shifted in favor of the Sudanese [00:06:50] people and the Sudanese state, according to what they perceive. [00:06:53] Uh-huh. Well, Mr. Ibrahim, in your opinion, how will this [00:06:56] step, the step [00:07:00] of accrediting ambassadors in Khartoum, affect [00:07:04] the countries that have not yet opened their embassies and moved their diplomatic [00:07:07] mission headquarters to Khartoum yet? [00:07:11] Perhaps, if I answer this question, I might [00:07:15] reveal a secret that some of my brothers told [00:07:18] me: that there is an ambassador of a North African country [00:07:21] who claims that the situation in Khartoum is unstable, and [00:07:24] there [00:07:26] was an ambassador who intended to come to Khartoum, but he was told that the situation was unstable. [00:07:30] This is the head of ambassadors or [00:07:32] foreign diplomatic missions or the diplomatic mission [00:07:36] or the head of ambassadors [00:07:39] in Khartoum. The ambassador who narrates this [00:07:43] story said that when I told him that I would come to [00:07:46] Khartoum or go to Khartoum, he told [00:07:49] me that the situation was unstable. This is an attempt [00:07:52] by some parties within the diplomatic corps to [00:07:56] instill the belief that Khartoum is not safe. However, when [00:07:59] the concerned ambassador came to Khartoum and presented his [00:08:03] credentials, it confirmed one fact: that Sudan, or [00:08:07] Khartoum, has become stable. This may [00:08:10] embarrass some countries that insist that or some diplomatic missions [00:08:14] that insist on staying in in some [00:08:18] regions in Sudan. This contradicts [00:08:22] the current reality and data. Therefore, these [00:08:25] steps will compel some diplomatic missions to move [00:08:29] to Khartoum and perform their duties, given that the government [00:08:32] has started its activities in Khartoum and that Khartoum [00:08:35] has entered a state of recovery in all aspects. [00:08:39] Therefore, I believe that countries will gradually [00:08:42] come to present or diplomatic missions will gradually [00:08:46] come to Khartoum to [00:08:48] Khartoum, establishing legitimacy and confirming that [00:08:52] Sudan, [00:08:55] the capital of Sudan, Khartoum, has recovered, [00:08:58] Sudan is moving towards or heading towards [00:09:01] more recovery in all aspects, including political [00:09:04] and diplomatic aspects. Okay, what [00:09:07] are the implications of this statement, Mr. Ibrahim, that you talked about, that there are [00:09:11] diplomatic entities [00:09:13] that still consider Khartoum unsafe at this moment, despite all [00:09:17] the changes and despite, I mean, all the instances [00:09:20] of security stability that the country is witnessing? [00:09:25] rigidity among some diplomatic [00:09:30] Sudan, and they are dominated [00:09:32] by the narrative of the enemy, or the narrative of the parties [00:09:36] that are working to sabotage the situation of [00:09:40] Sudanese people in the capital, and through [00:09:43] drones and targeting through the psychological warfare [00:09:47] waged by these parties that are hostile to the Sudanese people. These [00:09:50] parties or these diplomatic missions are dominated [00:09:54] by or their narrative was dominated by [00:09:57] these parties. But in reality, [00:10:01] the situation is not [00:10:04] what some perceive. We, as Sudanese, and everyone [00:10:07] who holds Sudan in high regard, acknowledge [00:10:11] that Khartoum is the capital of Sudan, and [00:10:15] all diplomatic missions [00:10:18] Khartoum. These parties also have [00:10:21] contacts with Western parties that are working to establish [00:10:25] a strange reality in Sudan and are hostile to the Sudanese state. [00:10:29] These parties have not come [00:10:32] or have accredited their ambassadors in countries neighboring [00:10:35] Sudan, in Kenya, in Ethiopia, to start [00:10:38] or follow the situation in Sudan from these angles. [00:10:41] Therefore, communication with these [00:10:44] parties is what influences the convictions [00:10:48] of these diplomatic missions that are currently in Port Sudan. [00:10:51] Therefore, the Sudanese government [00:10:54] must urge these parties, either through persuasion [00:10:58] or through clarification, [00:11:03] Khartoum so that [00:11:06] reality that we are living in now, which is [00:11:09] undoubtedly in favor of the Sudanese state and the legitimacy [00:11:12] of the Sudanese state. Mr. Ibrahim, do you see any [00:11:16] justifications for what these diplomatic missions [00:11:19] have done, and their remaining [00:11:22] until now in Port Sudan instead of the capital, which has [00:11:26] witnessed complete stability? [00:11:29] Yes, when he says it is the capital, perhaps [00:11:32] they perceive it as such, or perhaps they are serving the narrative [00:11:35] of the government or the narrative of [00:11:40] abroad. There are many intersections in the Sudanese [00:11:43] scene. The Sudanese government is cautious in dealing with [00:11:46] these situations. It believes that [00:11:50] anyone who wants to develop [00:11:53] Sudan in all aspects, from the political side, [00:11:56] from the economic side, from the security and military side, must come to [00:12:00] Khartoum. These missions may be overtaken by time by [00:12:04] their insistence on staying in Port Sudan, because Khartoum is [00:12:07] the capital of Sudan, which the Sudanese army [00:12:10] has clearly regained, [00:12:14] and the situation has greatly improved. [00:12:17] Everyone who comes to Khartoum notices this. [00:12:20] Therefore, the claim that or the justifications provided by [00:12:25] these parties are flimsy and cannot [00:12:28] be relied upon. As I mentioned, the Sudanese [00:12:31] government must expedite urging these diplomatic missions [00:12:35] to start their activities from Khartoum to confirm or establish [00:12:38] this improved reality in favor of the Sudanese [00:12:42] people. The justifications also provided by these [00:12:45] parties, claiming that there is no security in Sudan, [00:12:49] is the issue of drones. The drones that this terrorist [00:12:52] group, the terrorist Rapid Support Forces, uses. The Sudanese army [00:12:56] has a sufficient air defense system [00:12:59] that was able to shoot down, during the past [00:13:03] days alone, and today also, drones coming from Ethiopia and other [00:13:07] drones coming from the western strategic [00:13:10] border from Chad. Therefore, the Sudanese [00:13:14] army was able to [00:13:16] impose security in Khartoum, and the security [00:13:20] forces are performing their role sufficiently, and Khartoum's skies [00:13:23] have become safe. And the Sudanese army has air [00:13:27] superiority, according to all data. Therefore, there is no justification [00:13:30] for these parties to remain in Port Sudan until now. Uh-huh. [00:13:33] Well, Mr. Ibrahim, how will the resumption [00:13:37] of diplomatic activity reflect [00:13:40] on boosting trade, economic activity, [00:13:43] investment, and Khartoum? [00:13:47] Yes, Sudan is rich in great capabilities, [00:13:50] and the world needs Sudan, and the region also needs Sudan. Sudan needs [00:13:54] Sudan from the agricultural aspect. It was rich [00:13:56] in its resources, mineral resources, and Sudan is rich [00:14:00] in its human cadres. [00:14:03] The problems we are facing now in the region are primarily economic problems, [00:14:07] and Sudan's recovery [00:14:09] will undoubtedly contribute to the recovery of economic [00:14:13] stability in all countries that suffer from economic [00:14:17] problems. Therefore, countries that [00:14:21] Sudan an opportunity to develop their [00:14:25] economic relations with Sudan are calculating their options carefully. [00:14:27] For example, the Arab Republic of Egypt [00:14:31] views [00:14:34] partner. There are some obstacles [00:14:37] that we are witnessing these days from [00:14:40] some of the attacks that targeted miners. Discussing [00:14:44] these issues directly is essential. Therefore, stimulating [00:14:48] relations or strengthening economic [00:14:50] Sudan is a key matter for the Arab Republic of Egypt, as well as [00:14:55] Turkey, which sees Sudan as a great opportunity. Therefore, it is working [00:14:58] to develop its relations and has not delayed [00:15:01] in sending its new ambassador to present his [00:15:05] credentials in Sudan. Turkey [00:15:09] Sudan greatly. Also, the Kingdom [00:15:12] of Saudi Arabia, perhaps in the coming days, we will see a state [00:15:17] trade and investment relations between the two countries [00:15:21] in issues related to common interests. There are Saudi companies that have begun [00:15:24] to come to Sudan, and also, perhaps [00:15:27] an investment trade forum will be held [00:15:31] Khartoum. This is a new development. Therefore, all countries view Sudan [00:15:35] as an opportunity to build trade [00:15:38] relations that primarily serve Sudan's interests, and also the countries [00:15:42] that support Sudan in this [00:15:43] critical stage. [00:15:46] Okay, Mr. Ibrahim, you talked [00:15:50] about economic relations with Turkey and [00:15:54] Saudi Arabia, specifically regarding the Turkish issue. In your opinion, what [00:15:57] are the areas that can [00:16:00] Sudanese-Turkish [00:16:02] cooperation? [00:16:04] Yes, Turkey is a key country in this region. Relations with [00:16:08] it are important and strategic. [00:16:11] The current Sudanese leadership sees relations with Turkey as [00:16:15] a priority for considerations related to regional interests [00:16:18] or the difficult regional situation. Therefore, [00:16:24] Sudan at this stage as a key and necessary matter [00:16:27] that serves Turkey's interests and primarily Sudan's interests. [00:16:31] Sudan views the relationship with Turkey as [00:16:35] a relationship of equality, not a relationship of handouts [00:16:38] and grants. Therefore, Sudan is working to develop its [00:16:42] investment relations with Turkey. There are Sudanese companies [00:16:46] operating in the Turkish market, and also there are Turkish companies [00:16:49] that have started operating in Sudan in the field of energy, as well as in agriculture, [00:16:53] and in various fields, including [00:16:56] industrial and agricultural industries. [00:16:58] Therefore, or agricultural industry. Therefore, I believe [00:17:01] that it is in Turkey's interest to support Sudan, [00:17:05] and that Sudan benefits [00:17:07] from the Turkish market, as it is one of the largest markets in this region. [00:17:10] Sudan is a promising country with its immense capabilities, [00:17:13] and also the state of stability that it has begun to witness may [00:17:16] encourage Turkish businessmen to come to Turkey, [00:17:20] and all of these are opportunities [00:17:23] for Turkey and also opportunities for all [00:17:26] countries that are working to develop their relations with [00:17:31] undoubtedly has an opportunity [00:17:35] through entering the Sudanese market to be able to [00:17:37] address other markets, including African [00:17:41] markets and other Arab markets, because [00:17:45] Sudan, due to its geographical location and its geo-economic interconnections [00:17:49] with the countries of the region, may encourage Turkey and Turkish [00:17:52] economists and investors to benefit from Sudan's immense capabilities [00:17:55] that it possesses. Professor Ibrahim Nasser, political [00:17:59] analyst, thank you very [00:18:07] Tonight, after the break. [00:18:36] Welcome back. In light of the ongoing Battle of Dignity and its security [00:18:40] and social repercussions, the native administrations in Darfur [00:18:43] and Kordofan are moving to enhance their national role in supporting the armed [00:18:47] forces and the supporting forces, and working to [00:18:50] restore social cohesion and confront hate speech [00:18:53] and division. A comprehensive meeting for the coordinations in the North [00:18:57] Bahri region, during which the native administrations announced their support [00:19:01] for the armed forces, and the commander who defected from the militia, Ali [00:19:04] Rizqallah Al-Safna, renewed his call to the sons of the tribes [00:19:07] who are involved in the rebellion to lay down their arms and return [00:19:11] to the embrace of the homeland, [00:19:14] based on the amnesty declaration issued by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces. [00:19:17] These movements open the door to questions about [00:19:22] influence the course of the war and to bring back [00:19:25] their sons from the ranks of the rebellion and contribute to [00:19:28] uniting the internal front and protecting the social [00:19:31] fabric in Darfur and Kordofan. Welcome [00:19:35] and I welcome my guest, [00:19:38] King Yaqoub Muhammad Quraida, King of the Masalit [00:19:49] at Sudan [00:19:50] TV. [00:19:55] report and return to our discussion on Sudan [00:19:59] tonight. The coordinations of the native [00:20:02] administration in Darfur and Kordofan announced their unlimited support for the armed [00:20:06] forces and the forces supporting [00:20:09] them in the Battle of Dignity. This came during the comprehensive meeting [00:20:13] of the coordinations in the North Bahri region, which was addressed [00:20:16] by the commander who defected from the rebellious militia, Ali Rizqallah [00:20:20] Al-Safna, who renewed the call to all sons [00:20:23] of the tribes involved in the ranks [00:20:26] of the rebellion to return to the embrace of the homeland and prioritize [00:20:29] the supreme interest of the country. We appeal to all our brothers [00:20:33] who are there, on the side of the militias, [00:20:36] they must exert themselves and they must confront and [00:20:39] they must break the barrier between [00:20:43] the militia and the areas of the armed forces [00:20:46] and free their other people. We came here, by God, we did not come to appear on [00:20:50] the media every day. We came to tell you that, by God, brothers, we [00:20:53] came from your hand to your hand. We and you [00:20:57] are all under the umbrella of the armed forces, and we will advance tomorrow. [00:21:00] Our battle is in Kordofan, and after [00:21:02] Kordofan, our battle will be in Darfur. This is our first message. [00:21:06] We say return to the embrace of the homeland, and this [00:21:10] is the path that resembles you, and this is what will bring justice to your people, and this is what will make [00:21:14] our homeland safe and stable. We need [00:21:17] to cooperate. We need to collaborate. We need [00:21:21] to oppose. [00:21:25] And we need every one of our sons who are with the militia [00:21:29] there. We strive that all our children come from [00:21:33] their side. A number of chieftains, sheikhs, and nazirs [00:21:37] in the states of Darfur and Kordofan affirmed their [00:21:39] keenness for their sons to respond to the declaration of the Commander-in-Chief [00:21:43] of the Armed Forces of amnesty for all who lay down their arms [00:21:48] the national ranks. We [00:21:51] and our efforts and all the people [00:21:53] with us are supporters of the armed [00:21:57] forces and supporters of any party that supports [00:22:01] the armed forces [00:22:03] the greater and desired goal, [00:22:07] which is to defeat this rebellious [00:22:10] militia. Sudanese army, brothers, a country without an army will not [00:22:14] remain. It is impossible for them to convince us that without an army, [00:22:17] the country will rise. No country will rise without an army. And brothers, [00:22:21] we are 58 tribes. The right [00:22:25] thing is that we stand with our army so that there [00:22:28] is no new war in [00:22:31] Sudan. Brothers, we must be humble [00:22:35] and respect each other and appreciate each other [00:22:39] and accept that we live with [00:22:42] each other. The leaders of the native administrations [00:22:45] pointed to the importance of ending hate speech [00:22:48] and the necessity of working to unite the ranks [00:23:20] Welcome back. I welcome again my guest, Mr. [00:23:24] Yaqoub Muhammad Quraida, King of the Masalit [00:23:26] in South Darfur State. Welcome. First, what are [00:23:30] the political and social implications of this meeting, Mr. [00:23:34] King? In the name of God, [00:23:45] opportunity to congratulate [00:23:48] the great victories in the Blue Nile and in Kordofan, [00:23:51] and we hope soon, God willing, that Darfur will be completely liberated [00:23:55] and Sudan will be completely liberated, [00:24:17] the meeting that took place yesterday. The first [00:24:20] in Bahri city, Al-Zakyab, [00:24:24] north of Bahri. The main [00:24:26] purpose is unity and rejecting [00:24:29] hate speech and unity [00:24:33] and supporting the armed forces completely [00:24:37] and sufficiently until [00:24:40] the armed forces are able to liberate [00:24:44] Darfur in the near future. [00:24:47] And perhaps the People's Armed Forces are performing [00:24:50] their role in the framework of liberation, [00:24:54] but we also need [00:24:57] people to close ranks [00:25:00] and support these forces with money, [00:25:04] men, and moral support. [00:25:07] All of us, as Darfur tribes and native [00:25:09] administrations, agreed to play our role, even [00:25:13] though some native [00:25:16] administrations had a negative role in this [00:25:20] and took a path of rebellion and the wrong [00:25:24] path, because the message and function of the native administration [00:25:28] is a social function and its primary task [00:25:31] is to lead all the people [00:25:34] to peace, stability, and reassurance, and not [00:25:37] to lead them to war and not to lead them [00:25:39] to hatred and hate speech, as we [00:25:43] saw. The fighting doctrine and the [00:25:47] moral support based on it and the rebellion are all [00:25:50] about racist speech and hate speech [00:25:53] and incitement in the hearts [00:25:56] of other Sudanese. They also adopt [00:25:59] hate speech, which is about actions [00:26:02] and words that indicate [00:26:05] racism and belittling [00:26:09] individuals or groups. [00:26:13] the meeting yesterday was for people [00:26:17] to welcome anyone who returns to the embrace [00:26:21] of the homeland and encourage others to return [00:26:24] to the embrace of the homeland, because in the end, [00:26:27] the malicious propaganda that [00:26:29] the militia [00:26:33] the rebellion [00:26:35] to the embrace of the homeland will be treated badly, and the opposite is entirely true. [00:26:39] I mean, anyone who returns will find respect [00:26:41] and appreciation [00:26:45] of the tragedies and crimes, even though [00:26:50] lost with general amnesty and are preserved, [00:26:53] and anyone who suffered personal harm has the right [00:26:56] to pursue others and claim their right. [00:26:59] But we intended by [00:27:02] participating in that meeting that people [00:27:05] send a positive message from two aspects: [00:27:09] first, encouraging and congratulating the people who [00:27:13] returned, and the second message to the people who are still [00:27:16] in the ranks of the rebellion [00:27:19] to return to the embrace of the homeland, and you will find all [00:27:22] respect and all appreciation and all [00:27:26] love and you will find [00:27:29] everything that benefits you, God willing. I will return to this point. Let me ask an important question [00:27:33] in this topic specifically, Mr. King, [00:27:36] how can the native administration achieve popular [00:27:39] support for the armed forces? What are the mechanisms [00:27:43] for achieving this work? The mechanisms of the native [00:27:46] administration are, first of all, that it must [00:27:50] adopt a discourse [00:27:54] reconciliation among all tribes [00:27:58] so that people's hearts unite in love for [00:28:01] the homeland. And working within the framework of building [00:28:05] moral [00:28:10] conditions and mobilizing [00:28:13] its people, and it is certain that the native administration has [00:28:16] a strong social impact on its people, [00:28:19] and if intentions are sincere and all native administrations [00:28:23] start with themselves and their people, they can provide great [00:28:27] assistance, whether it is material assistance, human [00:28:30] assistance, or moral assistance. We must [00:28:34] reject hate speech [00:28:37] and focus on brotherhood, [00:28:41] and peace. And these [00:28:44] are the ones who lead the native administration to succeed in its mission [00:28:48] and unite the Sudanese [00:28:50] people. [00:28:52] And there are many examples in Darfur [00:28:55] of reasons for people's [00:28:58] unity. In the past, native administrations [00:29:01] would appoint leaders from different native administrations and choose [00:29:05] ambassadors from among themselves to represent these [00:29:08] tribes in [00:29:11] And so this cultivates [00:29:15] affection and respect among people. True, [00:29:18] these were primitive experiences in a society [00:29:21] whose circumstances did not [00:29:24] strong communication, whether [00:29:28] it's the internet or other means. [00:29:40] Organize visits to each other and hold [00:29:44] meetings and seminars and reject hate [00:29:47] speech and call for a speech [00:29:50] of tolerance and a speech of the other. So, regarding the issue of [00:29:54] reintegrating fighters from the ranks of the militia, how [00:29:58] does this native administration [00:30:02] convince these fighters from the ranks [00:30:05] of the militia to return to the embrace of the homeland? [00:30:07] The native administration [00:30:11] convinces them through direct [00:30:14] field leaders [00:30:17] and by providing guarantees that [00:30:19] if a person returns, they will receive full [00:30:22] respect, full appreciation, and full evaluation, [00:30:25] and will be a respected and honored person. If they want to be [00:30:29] absorbed into the armed forces, it will be [00:30:33] done in a proper and dignified [00:30:35] manner. After that, he must [00:30:39] explain to them during his address that [00:30:41] the rebellion [00:30:44] is nearing its end and has no [00:30:47] project for people [00:30:50] to fight for. Its project is looting, [00:30:54] killing, dragging, [00:30:57] and all abominations.
