He [00:00:35] adopted an institutional path pointed out that dealing with common issues will be done [00:00:38] in a spirit of partnership and full coordination with the Turkish side, in a way [00:00:42] that preserves students' rights and protects the efforts [00:00:45] made in the service of higher [00:00:49] The holy places in education. [00:00:52] The Idlib City Council launched a wide-ranging field campaign [00:00:56] to remove encroachments and violations [00:00:59] on pavements and public roads in the city's markets. [00:01:02] This is part of a plan [00:01:05] the issue of Lebanon is important to improve service reality and enhance [00:01:08] compensation for farmers and to work with the civilized appearance. [00:01:11] Regarding the removal of encroachments from pavements and [00:01:15] public roads, we issued [00:01:17] them. Also, in warnings to shop owners thousands of to the killing of many who violated and encroached on pavements [00:01:20] and roads. Some shops, unfortunately, did not respond to [00:01:24] the warning, so we issued a financial [00:01:27] violation. Today, this campaign, after the financial [00:01:30] violation for shop owners who did not remove [00:01:33] the encroachments, we [00:01:36] demand that they expand our projects confiscated some [00:01:37] We received promises from violations and encroachments. After the implementation of today's decision [00:01:44] regarding shops that encroach on pavements and public roads, the shop [00:01:48] will be sealed for a specified period. [00:01:51] Our voice was finally [00:01:53] heard, and this good work that all the young [00:01:57] the two countries, and also security in men did was completed. There were no encroachments on pavements, and thank God, [00:02:00] everything is fine. You can now walk on the pavement with peace of [00:02:04] mind. I mean, imagine now in this sun, if the pavement was [00:02:07] occupied, I would have to walk in the middle of the road, and the sun would hit me just so the [00:02:11] shop owner who is putting his goods out can be happy. We requested [00:02:14] that the government continue to issue violations to [00:02:17] these people [00:02:19] Therefore, we are in this who want to occupy the pavements. [00:02:22] Based on the desires of all the residents, today we have reached [00:02:26] a situation where, regarding traffic, the cars are crowded in [00:02:30] the streets. The citizen wants to walk on this pavement, which [00:02:34] step between the central banks is basically prepared for [00:02:36] citizens to walk on pavements so that they do not get [00:02:40] into accidents. We assure our people [00:02:42] in in Idlib that this campaign is ongoing, [00:02:45] and the police work to remove encroachments will be permanent [00:02:48] and continuous, whether in the evening or morning, God willing. Also, the shop [00:03:09] will be sealed for a period of [00:03:11] time. Moaz Abbas, Syrian News, [00:03:15] Idlib. [00:03:17] to protect common borders The Damascus Governorate announced the detailed [00:03:20] organizational and partitioning plan within the West [00:03:23] Baramkeh تنظيم area. According to the decision, the [00:03:27] urban classification of property 2700 [00:03:30] and 15 Qanawat [00:03:32] interest. This Basateen, plot number 90 in West [00:03:35] Baramkeh, was changed from public construction to mixed [00:03:38] residential, and the construction of service staircases in the setback [00:03:43] the spread of this that provide service to the commercial ground floor independently [00:03:46] according to the presented technical study [00:03:48] was permitted. [00:03:54] As part of the “Fida to Hama” campaign, the General Company [00:03:58] for Drinking Water and Sanitation in Hama governorate [00:04:01] launched three projects to rehabilitate drinking water stations [00:04:06] or disturbance to stability this in Uqayribat, North Mukaymin, [00:04:08] and South Mukaymin, with the aim of enhancing [00:04:12] service sustainability and improving water [00:04:15] conditions in eastern [00:04:20] Hama. The General Company for Drinking Water and Sanitation, in cooperation with the Hama [00:04:24] Governorate, launched three rehabilitation projects in the eastern countryside [00:04:27] of Hama Governorate as part of the “Fida [00:04:30] to Hama” campaign. These projects are located in Uqayribat, [00:04:34] employees who participated in the Syrian South Mukaymin, and North Mukaymin. Of course, the rehabilitation works include supplying [00:04:39] that, but Israel continues these wells with solar energy systems and electrical and mechanical [00:04:41] equipment, in addition to replacements and expansion [00:04:45] to address this in the Uqayribat area, [00:04:49] in addition to equipping these wells, as we mentioned, with electrical and mechanical [00:04:52] equipment, in addition to solar energy systems. Of course, [00:04:56] more than 1000 [00:04:58] beneficiaries will benefit from these projects, after these areas [00:05:02] suffered from water scarcity and weakness after the defunct regime [00:05:05] destroyed the infrastructure in these areas. [00:05:08] Also, 70 water and sanitation establishments [00:05:12] in Hama are rehabilitating two wells to support the first well [00:05:16] to provide drinking water to citizens, given [00:05:19] that the percentage of returnees in Uqayribat reached [00:05:23] 85%. Work is currently underway [00:05:26] to well [00:05:29] and expand the network and maintain [00:05:33] the old network. [00:05:36] We are thirsty and need water, and we ask God [00:05:40] that He guide them to complete this project because we are buying water, and God [00:05:43] willing, the project will succeed and we will drink water and secure our homes [00:05:47] and settle down. That is what we want, [00:05:49] my sister. [00:05:53] We need water, an urgent need. [00:05:56] They are buying ten barrels for [00:06:00] 75. Tractors, even if it's [00:06:03] a little, are coming from outside, and Jarbat is in great need [00:06:07] of water. I mean, the village has no water. [00:06:10] We call on the officials for water. Uqayribat needs water, [00:06:14] and there was an old project [00:06:17] that would provide water not only for Uqayribat but also for [00:06:20] other places. There is a tank and everything, but we need a little [00:06:24] movement to get the project going, because the wells [00:06:27] in Uqayribat are shallow and their water is weak, [00:06:31] not enough. I ask you to help us with the [00:06:35] project water. [00:06:38] We ask the authorities to expand the projects a bit more because people [00:06:42] are suffering. They don't let us dig without a paper from the Orontes [00:06:46] Basin, so we [00:06:49] and operate the artesian wells for olives, sheep, [00:06:53] and these things. Thank you, and God bless you. The company clarified that the modified [00:07:14] program will be implemented starting today, [00:07:17] indicating that the city of Damascus and its countryside face [00:07:21] challenges in securing water due to high temperatures [00:07:24] and increased consumption during the summer, [00:07:27] which forces the company to periodically adjust the [00:07:30] supply program to ensure fair [00:07:34] distribution of water among all [00:07:36] areas. The aim of this campaign is to limit [00:08:55] dangerous and rapidly [00:08:57] spreading disease. [00:09:00] It is the MMR vaccine. We all know measles and its dangers, [00:09:04] and the importance of immunity against measles in children from six months [00:09:08] to five years. We urge our parents to bring [00:09:11] their children to the health centers and mobile teams spread throughout the city [00:09:15] of Al-Bab to receive [00:09:18] vaccine. [00:09:20] Today I brought my son for the measles vaccine. He is three and a [00:09:24] half years old. [00:15:11] Of course, the Al-Roj region is a very important agricultural region [00:15:14] for Idlib and for Syria. It is considered the food [00:15:17] basket in this region. There are existing agricultural projects and a research [00:15:21] station affiliated with the ACSAD organization will be implemented in this [00:15:25] location. [00:17:34] The concerned authorities affirm the continuation [00:17:40] And now, dear viewers, we go directly to the Turkish capital, Ankara, [00:17:44] to follow the press conference between Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad [00:17:47] al-Sheibani and his Turkish counterpart Hakan Fidan. To [00:17:51] Ankara. [00:17:54] Welcome, everyone, to our ministry. Today, [00:17:57] we are hosting a very valuable guest in Ankara. [00:18:00] My dear colleague and brother, [00:18:02] the Syrian Foreign Minister, and my long-time friend, [00:18:05] Mr. Esad Hasan [00:18:08] Şeybani, is visiting Ankara with his [00:18:11] delegation. I welcome them once again to [00:18:14] Ankara. Turkey is already your second home. [00:18:18] As you know, since the revolution in Syria, [00:18:22] we have been meeting with our brothers at every [00:18:25] opportunity. There are continuous visits, [00:18:27] and at the same time, we have structured joint working [00:18:31] groups and mechanisms. We meet and communicate [00:18:34] to exchange information and coordinate activities related to [00:18:37] the functioning of these mechanisms that we have established. [00:18:41] In our work, we see that Syria is becoming [00:18:45] more stable, and the cooperation [00:18:48] between our countries is deepening day by day. This situation, [00:18:52] thankfully, gives us hope [00:18:55] for the future of our region and our countries. [00:18:58] The positive situation in Syria is a result [00:19:02] of our joint efforts, which we have implemented [00:19:04] together with a regional ownership approach. [00:19:08] As we have emphasized from time to time before, [00:19:12] it is impossible to separate the prosperity [00:19:16] and stability of Turkey and Syria. [00:19:19] There is not only a border of more than 900 [00:19:23] kilometers between us, but also a common history, [00:19:26] a common culture, and a common future. [00:19:30] When Damascus, Aleppo, and Hama are richer [00:19:34] and more secure, we immediately feel this [00:19:38] in Gaziantep, Mersin, and Istanbul. [00:19:42] Similarly, destabilizing activities occurring in any corner [00:19:45] of Syria also pose a threat to Turkey. [00:19:49] With this understanding, we will further deepen [00:19:53] our cooperation and coordination in the areas of combating [00:19:56] terrorism, defense, and security. [00:20:00] The ongoing integration process in Syria [00:20:03] must be completed without interruption. [00:20:07] This is important and a priority for our country. [00:20:10] The integration of all armed elements and so-called [00:20:13] formations under a central and legitimate [00:20:16] national structure is essential [00:20:20] for the unity of Syria and the stability of our region. [00:20:23] Dear press members, we are also developing [00:20:26] our economic relations [00:20:28] with Syria in a way that is appropriate for the needs [00:20:32] of the new era. To increase our bilateral [00:20:36] trade volume, we are working to facilitate [00:20:39] customs procedures, increase the capacity of border [00:20:42] crossings, start operating banking [00:20:45] channels, and improve transportation [00:20:49] infrastructure. [00:21:03] We emphasize that the integration phase in Syria [00:21:06] must end urgently without [00:21:10] any obstruction. All [00:21:13] armed elements must [00:21:17] lay down their [00:21:21] arms, and this is essential for the stability of Syria [00:21:25] and the region. [00:21:27] We must work to develop economic relations between [00:21:31] Turkey and Syria. We are working to increase [00:21:34] the volume of trade between the two countries, and we are also working [00:21:37] to facilitate borders and customs, and [00:21:41] to increase the number of crossings. We are also working [00:21:44] to launch banking operations and [00:21:46] support transportation infrastructure. [00:21:50] These matters are a priority for [00:21:52] us. [00:21:55] Also, regarding private work [00:21:58] and government institutions, we are working to [00:22:02] rebuild them. We are ready [00:22:05] and working to support [00:22:07] local and regional projects, [00:22:11] we are working together. I want to give an example of that. [00:22:14] Turkey, Syria, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia. We started [00:22:18] between these countries [00:22:20] transportation [00:22:24] route, and this is a very important transportation and connecting route. [00:22:27] And we have actually started these [00:22:31] projects. [00:22:36] The relations between the two countries, we see them [00:22:39] through many tangible projects. There is [00:22:42] a project to build or open a Turkish [00:22:46] school in Syria, and this makes us happy. [00:22:50] We are also working to establish [00:22:53] a joint university between Turkey and Syria, and also in the field of health [00:22:57] work. We are making more efforts in health [00:23:01] work. There are many hospitals, and we are also working to support [00:23:04] the health infrastructure in Syria. [00:23:09] field. In June, the Turkish [00:23:13] Minister of Health visited Syria and signed a health [00:23:16] work agreement. Also, regarding the Syrian integration process, [00:23:20] the international financial system, we support that. [00:23:22] The central bank in Syria, and also [00:23:26] the central bank of Turkey, [00:23:30] there is also an agreement [00:23:32] the future. We are working to raise [00:23:35] the relationship between Turkey and Syria to [00:23:39] high levels through new [00:23:41] projects. [00:23:43] Today, in a meeting, we also discussed regional issues, [00:23:46] of course, including [00:23:49] Iran. The negotiations between America and Iran. [00:23:53] We are happy about the return to negotiations. A ceasefire [00:23:57] must be immediately implemented, and the Strait [00:23:59] of Hormuz must be opened for transportation. We will continue [00:24:03] to support this [00:24:07] phase. We support negotiations, so I want to emphasize [00:24:10] an important point here, that Syria, throughout [00:24:13] the war, is a country [00:24:17] that contributes to peace in the region. I want to emphasize. [00:24:28] The region, and this is a responsibility for all of us. From another [00:24:32] side, Syria is working to threaten the unity of Syrian territories [00:24:35] through its continuous attacks and leads to [00:24:38] threatening the security of the region. It is one of the biggest threats [00:24:42] that the international community, regarding the mentality of occupied [00:24:46] Israel, the international community must stand against this mentality. [00:25:07] Regarding the situation in Palestine and Lebanon, we also followed the issue [00:25:10] completely. We made it clear that [00:25:14] Lebanon is a neighbor of Syria, so the situation there [00:25:16] is also important to us. [00:25:20] The issue of the second step in the peace [00:25:23] plan was agreed upon. Mr. Trump announced [00:25:29] to threaten, and this indicates that Netanyahu does not want [00:25:32] peace. The Israeli government is working [00:25:36] to sabotage and undermine peace processes [00:25:39] and is working to annex [00:25:42] Gaza. [00:25:45] And it is clear that the Israeli government wants Gaza [00:25:49] to be without Palestine. [00:26:16] In order to support the ceasefire and move to the second phase of the peace [00:26:19] plan and restart peace again, there is no [00:26:23] other option than these points. On the other [00:26:26] hand, in the West Bank and Jerusalem, Netanyahu's [00:26:29] government continues its terrorist acts. As [00:26:33] you know, there was an important meeting in [00:26:36] Amman, and approximately 20 countries from the Islamic [00:26:39] world participated in this meeting. And [00:26:43] this represented a collective effort [00:26:46] of these countries towards Israel. [00:26:51] Jerusalem. There are Israeli [00:26:55] attempts to violate [00:26:58] their sanctity, so we support Jordan in [00:27:02] its position in Palestine. Also, [00:27:07] in the region. Also, [00:27:10] Israel's expansionist policies in Lebanon led [00:27:15] citizens, and also [00:27:17] citizens were forced to leave their homes. [00:27:21] Ensuring stability and security in Lebanon is very [00:27:25] important in this context. The relationship [00:27:28] between Lebanon and Syria and its return to normalcy [00:27:43] Syria is a country that contributes [00:27:45] to finding solutions, not creating [00:27:49] problems. Thank God, Syria must be [00:27:51] present at all tables for finding solutions, and this [00:27:55] is something we are proud of in the coming stage. The relations between [00:28:00] the region and the world. [00:28:03] The work is clear and there are actual projects on the ground [00:28:07] that ensure the preservation of our achievements away from the fluctuations [00:28:10] of the region, [00:28:12] to be crowned with the announcement of the Supreme Coordination Council [00:28:16] between the two countries, which will address all common issues [00:28:19] in various fields. Based on this political [00:28:23] will, we have placed our common trade [00:28:26] and economic files at the top of our priorities. [00:28:29] We discussed reactivating economic and trade agreements, [00:28:33] alongside the recent and important [00:28:36] of the two countries, which established a solid foundation for economic [00:28:40] and financial movement between the two countries. [00:28:44] Both Damascus and Ankara realize that [00:28:47] field stability and continuous success in combating [00:28:50] terrorism are the cornerstone of this partnership. [00:28:54] This is embodied in Damascus's decision to extend [00:28:57] state authority as a tangible reality by effectively ending any presence [00:29:01] of weapons outside the legal framework, [00:29:04] which was achieved through dialogue and peaceful agreement [00:29:07] that unified institutions to be the greatest investment [00:29:11] in neighborhood security. A unified Syria free of [00:29:15] terrorism and militias constitutes the ultimate barrier [00:29:20] free of terrorism and militias. This constitutes the ultimate barrier [00:29:23] to protect common borders. Here, we coordinate [00:29:26] our steps with friends in Ankara to ensure the success [00:29:29] of this, the success of this path, in response to our common [00:29:33] national Syrian achievement in confining [00:29:36] weapons to state institutions. presents a [00:29:40] realistic model that heralds a new phase in [00:29:43] our regional neighborhood. The region is clearly moving towards [00:29:46] establishing a single basis for stability, [00:29:50] ending any armed formations outside the legitimate framework. [00:29:53] Here, we have agreed to support the efforts [00:29:56] and steps led by our brethren in Iraq [00:29:59] and Lebanon to strengthen the sovereignty of their countries and confine weapons [00:30:03] to their national institutions, which ends any destabilization [00:30:08] in the region. The completion of these paths in the sister capitals [00:30:12] ensures their sustainable internal stability and, with the Syrian achievement, forms [00:30:16] an integrated regional security network [00:30:19] that protects our region and propels it towards development [00:30:22] and prosperity. Within this comprehensive vision for security, [00:30:26] our efforts to consolidate calm in the north [00:30:30] are accompanied by firm diplomatic action [00:30:33] to stop repeated Israeli aggressions in our Syrian [00:30:36] south. We are working steadily to consolidate stability there, [00:30:40] and we affirm our condemnation and denunciation of any aggression [00:30:43] that affects our land and sovereignty, and we affirm that [00:30:46] any aggression will negatively affect the security [00:30:48] and stability of the entire region. Therefore, we [00:30:51] reiterate our call to return to the 1974 [00:30:54] agreement and withdraw to the lines prior to December [00:30:58] 8, 2000.
