These factories [00:03:12] and academic and expert in [00:03:21] the two most important titles [00:03:31] Let me start, first of all, from the studio, with [00:03:52] availability of gas and oil fields in the agricultural aspect, Syria announced [00:04:00] faced this year from [00:04:05] it is necessary to point out [00:04:11] the largest share of this [00:04:24] The Syrian Jazira, the eastern [00:04:28] implementing huge projects in region. Many names have been given to the sister of the Euphrates and the cousin of the Tigris, one [00:04:31] of the most important pillars of the country's rise [00:04:35] Hasakah Governorate, has water scarcity and renaissance. It is not on the margins of the text, as it has been left for decades, but at the top [00:04:39] of the page and at the forefront [00:04:42] under direct supervision from of the government's priorities. It is on a date with a coming [00:04:44] renaissance anew. His Excellency President Ahmad [00:04:47] Al-Shara, during a televised speech on the occasion of the opening of [00:04:51] Deir Ezzor Airport, revealed [00:04:53] through this developmental projects concerning the eastern region in [00:04:56] transportation and communications and [00:04:59] infrastructure. And the health sector, and the [00:05:02] industrial sector, projects that would lift [00:05:05] the region from under the rubble, despite all the devastation left [00:05:09] by the defunct regime. And with the available [00:05:12] possibilities, achieving the goal requires [00:05:16] deliberation, patience, and gradual work, for the burden is great [00:05:19] and the legacy is heavy. Here in the "Syria Time" program, [00:05:23] in today's episode, we will discuss what came in [00:05:26] the speech of His Excellency the President and the impact of the projects he spoke [00:05:30] about on the region and thus on Syria [00:05:33] as well. Welcome. [00:05:34] بكم. [00:05:54] Welcome back. His Excellency President Ahmad Al-Shara affirmed that [00:05:58] the government is working to implement a development plan for the eastern [00:06:01] region, including the governorates of Deir Ezzor, Hasakah, [00:06:05] and Raqqa, as part of a comprehensive plan for all [00:06:10] details in the following report. [00:06:14] Deir Ezzor, the capital of the Euphrates and the gateway to the Jazira, the connecting [00:06:17] link between Syria and Mesopotamia, opens a new page with [00:06:21] the inauguration of its international airport after a halt that lasted 14 [00:06:24] years due to the security and military situation witnessed [00:06:28] in the region. Thank God today Deir Ezzor Airport [00:06:32] has transformed from [00:06:36] homes, dwellings, farms, and lands [00:06:39] and has become a link between the interior [00:06:43] and the exterior, and between the outside world and the interior. His Excellency President [00:06:47] Ahmad Al-Shara announced during the opening ceremony a development plan [00:06:50] for the eastern region, including the governorates of Deir Ezzor, [00:06:54] Hasakah, and Raqqa. It includes rehabilitating infrastructure, [00:06:57] roads, bridges, and the health sector, through establishing [00:07:01] a specialized hospital for treating cancerous tumors, in [00:07:05] addition to establishing an industrial city for food and petrochemicals. [00:07:08] President Al-Shara revealed the imminent start of implementing the project [00:07:12] of the international road between Damascus and Deir Ezzor with [00:07:16] two lanes (outbound and inbound) after completing studies and reaching the final [00:07:19] stage of receiving offers from companies, [00:07:22] with an estimated cost ranging between [00:07:25] 275 and 300 million dollars, [00:07:29] in addition to rehabilitating the road connecting [00:07:31] Al-Bukamal and Raqqa and the Jazira extending from Al-Bukamal [00:07:35] to Deir Ezzor, in addition to repairing destroyed bridges [00:07:39] and rebuilding them, and at the forefront are the Al-Siyassiya bridges [00:07:43] and Al-Mayadin. Foreign Minister and Expatriates Affairs Minister Asaad Hassan [00:07:49] Al-Shaibani affirmed that the opening of the airport comes within the comprehensive [00:07:52] national plan to resume operations at airports [00:07:56] after Damascus and Aleppo airports resumed receiving [00:07:59] flights, stressing that [00:08:03] be complete until its eastern region recovers. [00:08:06] For more [00:08:11] the studio by Professor Yasser Al-Ayada, political analyst. Welcome, Professor [00:08:14] Yasser. May God bless you. Also joining us via call is Professor Badri Al-Masloukh, Deputy [00:08:18] Governor of Deir Ezzor, and Professor Musab, [00:08:21] or Dr. Musab Al-Rahmoun, researcher economics, [00:08:25] development, and international [00:08:28] cooperation from Italy. Also joining us from Deir Ezzor [00:08:32] is Professor, or Engineer Samir Al-Hayy, General [00:08:35] Manager of the Industrial City in Deir Ezzor City. Welcome, [00:08:39] my guests, to this episode. [00:08:44] all due respect to all the guests, [00:08:46] by talking about the speech of His Excellency President Ahmad Al-Shara [00:08:50] regarding what was mentioned, [00:08:53] meaning the projects that will be worked on in Deir Ezzor. Let me start with [00:08:57] you, Professor Yasser. What do you think of His Excellency the President's speech [00:09:00] initially, and the projects that were discussed, and perhaps it is not [00:09:04] the first time, but rather a confirmation of what was mentioned [00:09:07] previously and an affirmation of it? Good [00:09:10] evening to you, and to our distinguished [00:09:13] guests, and to all our viewers. Um, [00:09:17] at the beginning, um, before we talk about [00:09:21] His Excellency the President's [00:09:24] speech, perhaps it is the first time in modern [00:09:28] Syrian political history that there has been [00:09:31] such clear and frank [00:09:34] talk about [00:09:36] Deir Ezzor and the eastern region [00:09:40] in general, in a clear, [00:09:42] frank, and direct manner. We have not been accustomed to, or Syrian [00:09:46] political history has not witnessed, any official speaking [00:09:49] with such frankness, clarity, and [00:09:53] support. This is a turning point, [00:09:55] in fact, and an acknowledgment that the people of the region have been waiting [00:09:59] for for a long time. [00:10:01] An acknowledgment of the political and economic role of [00:10:05] Deir Ezzor and the eastern region. We have lived [00:10:08] marginalized for long decades, perhaps, I would say, [00:10:11] after independence, and [00:10:14] after independence from France. [00:10:17] Um, marginalized. [00:10:20] The people of the region generally [00:10:23] feel that they are merely [00:10:26] a subordinate nominally [00:10:30] to the Syrian Arab Republic. Nothing [00:10:33] is mentioned about it in its history, in its heroic deeds. Today, [00:10:37] we witness a testimony [00:10:42] His Excellency the President and from His Excellency the Foreign [00:10:45] Minister about the political and economic role of this [00:10:49] region, as well as [00:10:53] liberation from the French Mandate, [00:10:56] and also its active role in the Syrian [00:11:00] Revolution and what it offered to the Syrian Revolution in terms of martyrs [00:11:03] and wealth, and in all respects. [00:11:07] We return to talking about um, about [00:11:11] what His Excellency the President presented [00:11:15] in his brief speech, which expresses [00:11:18] many things, in fact. Um, [00:11:22] he referred to a very important issue [00:11:25] in the memory of the Syrian Revolution and in the memory of the people [00:11:31] airport, which was indeed a killing zone [00:11:34] and an area where [00:11:38] hundreds of martyrs [00:11:39] perished [00:11:44] airport, planes took off that were dropping bombs [00:11:47] and rockets [00:11:50] on the city. The people of Deir Ezzor also suffered during [00:11:53] the siege, their displacement, and how much they suffered from the regime's loyalists [00:11:57] from extortions [00:12:00] and seizing, looting, [00:12:03] and plundering just to save themselves or for [00:12:07] one of them to reach a hospital in [00:12:09] Damascus and so on. His Excellency the President wants [00:12:13] to tell the people of Deir Ezzor, yes, [00:12:16] I remember what you have offered, [00:12:20] and the proof is that even this airport [00:12:23] I know your suffering in this direction. [00:12:27] When I say that, I am talking about [00:12:30] what His Excellency the President presented, in fact, [00:12:34] complete attention, huge [00:12:38] projects, whether concerning petrochemicals, whether concerning [00:12:41] um, [00:12:43] food manufacturing, [00:12:45] because when we talk in this direction, [00:12:49] when we talk about food processing, we are talking about [00:12:52] a scientific, technical [00:12:56] approach to agriculture so that there [00:13:00] is real production [00:13:03] capable of consumption in [00:13:06] Syria and capable of export. And we all know, [00:13:09] um, [00:13:12] the quality of agricultural production in the region [00:13:16] and its richness if it were exploited with modern [00:13:19] methods, exploited correctly, [00:13:22] and [00:13:24] um, if agricultural technology were [00:13:28] introduced, it would indeed boost [00:13:31] the Syrian economy significantly. We are talking about [00:13:34] petrochemicals. This issue, [00:13:37] if you, in addition to the workforce [00:13:41] and in addition to stimulating the city [00:13:45] in all directions economically, you are talking [00:13:49] about additional income for Syria, [00:13:51] meaning I export a barrel of oil for $100. [00:13:55] Today, with the petrochemical industry, [00:13:57] I will earn $1,000 from a barrel of oil. This is also an economic [00:14:01] and strategic vision, in fact, that is being [00:14:04] dealt with, and I truly hope, [00:14:07] and there are giant companies, especially since the embargo has been lifted [00:14:11] from Syria in all directions. And if we also mention what was discussed about [00:14:16] that this year it has achieved self-sufficiency in [00:14:20] wheat, despite all the difficulties that this crop [00:14:25] fires and um, [00:14:28] adverse weather conditions and many [00:14:31] others. Let me, Professor Yasser, also go to Mr. Badri Al-Masloukh, Deputy Governor [00:14:35] of Deir Ezzor, to inquire more about the projects that were [00:14:39] discussed. Welcome back, Professor Badri. What are [00:14:42] the most important rehabilitation aspects [00:14:46] that will be directly worked on after the speech of His Excellency [00:14:50] President Ahmad Al-Shara about [00:14:53] the eastern region, especially in Deir Ezzor [00:14:55] Governorate? Welcome, Mr. Rama, [00:14:59] and welcome to the distinguished guests and dear [00:15:01] viewers. Indeed, Deir Ezzor Governorate, [00:15:07] the presidency, and also the esteemed ministers, [00:15:10] there was work during the past months to develop a plan [00:15:14] to improve the infrastructure [00:15:18] in the governorate. We all know [00:15:21] that this governorate suffered during the years of the revolution [00:15:25] from the destruction of infrastructure [00:15:28] in this governorate and the decline of services [00:15:31] in it. In fact, one of the top [00:15:34] priorities was improving the infrastructure of roads that connect [00:15:37] the governorate with other governorates, and also [00:15:40] connect the cities and towns of the governorate with each other. So the [00:15:44] first project that we witnessed last [00:15:47] night was the opening of Deir Ezzor Airport, which facilitates [00:15:51] internal travel and also allows [00:15:55] travel abroad, as it has become an international airport. One of the top [00:15:58] priorities of the governorate now is to focus on [00:16:02] the President mentioned during his speech about the road. [00:16:06] حديثه عن طريق. [00:16:09] The road that we, or rather [00:16:12] the residents, called the road of death, and on which [00:16:15] many tragic accidents occurred, the last of which was [00:16:19] the accident that occurred ten [00:16:23] This road, the Ministry of Transport [00:16:27] is now in the final stages of awarding bids that were submitted [00:16:31] during the past period by several companies. Around seven companies submitted bids [00:16:35] for it. It is now in the final stages of bids [00:16:38] and work will begin on it. Of course, this road will [00:16:41] be widened. The current road will be repaired, and [00:16:44] a parallel road will be built so that this road will be [00:16:48] of suitable quality. Also, there are [00:16:51] a group of roads that connect Deir Ezzor Governorate with Hasakah [00:16:55] Governorate and Raqqa Governorate, and also the [00:16:59] Deir Ezzor Al-Bukamal road, [00:17:02] which is also considered two roads, one on the eastern side of the [00:17:06] Euphrates River, an area from the borders of Raqqa to [00:17:09] the city of Al-Bukamal, [00:17:12] in the village of Al-Baghuz, at the Iraqi borders, and also from [00:17:16] the city of Ma'dan at the borders of Raqqa to [00:17:19] the city of Al-Bukamal. In addition [00:17:22] to that, there are a group of projects related to repairing [00:17:25] internal roads within Deir Ezzor city and also within [00:17:29] the cities and towns of rural Deir Ezzor, including Al-Jazira and Al-Shamiyah. [00:17:33] If you saw today, there was an announcement for a tender [00:17:36] for repair in some villages in [00:17:39] rural Al-Bukamal and also rural Deir [00:17:42] Ezzor city. And there will also be, in the coming [00:17:46] days, an announcement for a tender for some villages in the Al-Jazira [00:17:49] region. The governorate seeks, through these projects, to [00:17:53] improve the road infrastructure in the governorate. [00:17:56] Also, there is a focus on bridges [00:17:59] and also a focus on the health sector [00:18:01] and the education [00:18:05] sector, which is considered one of the most important sectors that has been exposed to destruction. [00:18:08] Also, the electricity sector. We are expecting, [00:18:12] in the coming days, an improvement in the electricity situation in Deir Ezzor Governorate [00:18:16] and the plan that the governorate has put with the Ministry of Energy. [00:18:20] Yes, there are many many projects for Deir [00:18:23] Ezzor Governorate. Now, the government's direction, the presidency's [00:18:26] direction, and also [00:18:29] the government, with its various ministries and various sectors, is towards this [00:18:33] governorate, which has suffered greatly during the years [00:18:38] of war, and also before the outbreak of the Syrian Revolution, there was marginalization [00:18:42] of this governorate. Now, this governorate [00:18:44] and also the eastern governorates in general are now [00:18:48] receiving attention from the central leadership in Damascus to [00:18:51] improve the infrastructure and provide services [00:18:55] that our people in these governorates deserve. Well, regarding the projects [00:18:58] that will be established in Deir Ezzor, as you also mentioned, Professor Badri, [00:19:02] they will also include Hasakah and Raqqa. What [00:19:05] are the assets or what are the main headquarters [00:19:08] for the projects that will include [00:19:11] Raqqa and Hasakah in addition [00:19:14] to Deir Ezzor, if you have information? [00:19:18] In fact, there is coordination between the governorates of Hasakah and Raqqa [00:19:21] with the relevant ministries to [00:19:25] improve the infrastructure. I believe that these projects are somewhat similar. [00:19:29] Hasakah city and the Hasakah region also [00:19:32] have many projects. Raqqa Governorate also has many [00:19:36] projects. Deir Ezzor Governorate, we all [00:19:40] know that the governorate center, Deir Ezzor city center, [00:19:43] was subjected to destruction, so it receives [00:19:48] support. This does not mean that Hasakah [00:19:51] and Raqqa will not receive support. On the contrary, there will be [00:19:55] similar projects to the projects of Deir Ezzor Governorate, projects [00:19:59] related to improving the health situation, related to improving [00:20:02] roads, related to repairing water [00:20:05] stations, as we saw in recent days. Hasakah, of course, [00:20:09] is known that the Hasakah region, or [00:20:12] despite the proximity of the river [00:20:15] and its springs. There was an inauguration [00:20:18] of the Alouk station, and there is also an improvement of several roads connecting [00:20:22] Hasakah and Deir Ezzor. Well, Professor Badri, you also talked [00:20:25] about, um, repairing roads leading to the Syrian-Iraqi [00:20:29] border via Al-Bukamal [00:20:32] and Al-Baghuz, and these strategic points. Deir Ezzor's strategic [00:20:35] location prompts us to talk [00:20:38] also about the recent Syrian-Iraqi opening. [00:20:42] What role will Deir Ezzor play in this renaissance, and how [00:20:45] will these comprehensive reforms in its infrastructure also [00:20:49] play a role in achieving the greatest possible [00:20:53] between countries, between Syria [00:20:56] and Iraq, international communication? [00:21:00] Yes, it connects Deir Ezzor with the city [00:21:03] of Anbar, or the city of Al-Qaim, the well-known [00:21:06] crossing, which is Al-Bukamal Al-Qaim crossing. This crossing is considered one [00:21:10] of the most important commercial [00:21:12] and [00:21:15] land crossings in Syria. [00:21:18] Heavy commercial traffic is expected at this crossing. [00:21:22] What is hindering this movement now is, frankly, the roads. [00:21:25] If the infrastructure of international [00:21:27] roads is improved, by the way, His Excellency [00:21:31] the President talked last night about a very important [00:21:35] project, which is the project connecting Al-Bukamal [00:21:37] with Aleppo city. This road is considered one of the most important commercial [00:21:41] roads in Syria. This road is, of course, outside [00:21:44] the governorate. It passes about five kilometers from the governorate. [00:21:48] It passes through the Syrian Badia, a strategic and very important road that will be [00:21:52] worked on in the coming days. I believe this road, if implemented, [00:21:55] will connect Syria in general [00:21:59] بالعموم [00:22:02] with the Al-Bukamal crossing, and there will be strong [00:22:05] commercial traffic. We know [00:22:08] that on the side of our sister Iraq, there are many cities adjacent [00:22:12] to the Syrian border. There will be strong commercial traffic [00:22:15] towards Deir Ezzor, towards Aleppo, and towards [00:22:19] Raqqa. [00:22:22] Yes, let me also go to my guest, Engineer Samir Al-Hayya, [00:22:25] and the General Manager of the Industrial City in Deir Ezzor. Welcome back. Sorry for [00:22:29] the delay in reaching you, but the importance [00:22:32] of the file calls for expanding on these questions. Professor [00:22:35] Samir, industrial projects and the rehabilitation of the Industrial City in Deir [00:22:39] Ezzor were also discussed. What information is there about [00:22:42] that, or what are the details of what His Excellency the President [00:22:46] spoke about? [00:22:50] Welcome, Mr. Rama. I welcome you and I welcome the distinguished [00:22:54] guests and also the dear viewers. [00:22:57] In fact, when His Excellency the President spoke yesterday at [00:23:00] the opening ceremony of Deir Ezzor Airport, he spoke about [00:23:04] the title of Deir Ezzor Industrial City. Surely, His Excellency the President [00:23:07] realized the importance of this title in developing, in [00:23:11] developing the economic and development movement in the governorate. [00:23:15] The Industrial City in Deir Ezzor, in fact, is located on the other side [00:23:18] of Deir Ezzor city. It is about 17 kilometers from [00:23:22] the city center. The Industrial City extends over [00:23:25] 1,200, 1,260 [00:23:28] expansion, the area of the Industrial City [00:23:32] in Deir Ezzor will become 2,850 [00:23:34] hectares. The plan for the Industrial City is to [00:23:37] accommodate industrialists, and the planned number [00:23:40] of plots is 771 plots. [00:23:43] Um, and also [00:23:47] the important title for the Industrial City, through which [00:23:50] the industrial will be classified and contribute [00:23:54] to driving the economic development in the governorate and in [00:23:58] the eastern region in general, I will provide 50 job opportunities [00:24:01] with the full completion of the Industrial City. [00:24:05] Um, yes. In fact, also, [00:24:07] when His Excellency the President mentioned [00:24:11] in industries, food industry [00:24:14] and petrochemical industry, His Excellency the President, and certainly the government [00:24:18] and the Ministry of Economy and Industry, and also Deir Ezzor Governorate, through [00:24:22] the indicators that feed the government and ministries, realized [00:24:25] that these two industries are the most important industries for which Deir Ezzor [00:24:29] Governorate has the components for their success. These are [00:24:32] food industries through the availability of agricultural crops [00:24:35] and irrigated areas, and we are the Euphrates, and also petrochemical [00:24:38] industries through the [00:24:42] the governorate. In fact, also, the Industrial [00:24:45] City possesses all the components [00:24:48] for success that can enable [00:24:52] it to play a major role in the eastern region by [00:24:55] attracting industrialists, whether local, or also Arab, [00:24:58] or foreign. Uh-huh, yes. [00:25:01] Um, [00:25:04] the Industrial City in Deir Ezzor actually includes engineering [00:25:08] industries. It has areas allocated for engineering industries, and also for [00:25:12] chemical industries, food industries, [00:25:15] textile industries, and pharmaceutical [00:25:17] industries. And plots of different [00:25:21] sizes are available. Also, through the Industrial [00:25:25] City, there are large investment opportunities in the governorate, as there are [00:25:28] areas allocated for establishing a dry port, and this is a very [00:25:32] important title for Deir Ezzor Governorate. Also, [00:25:36] there are areas allocated for customs areas, [00:25:39] and also storage [00:25:41] warehouses. So, [00:25:43] title, or, or driving the [00:25:47] development in the Industrial City and its establishment, [00:25:50] and its establishment, and starting to allocate [00:25:54] plots to industrialists in it, this will create many [00:25:58] job opportunities for the people of the governorate, and thus drive development [00:26:01] and progress in it. Um, yes. Let me go to Dr. Musab [00:26:05] Rahmoun. Welcome back, Dr. Musab, and apologies [00:26:08] for the delay in reaching you, but discussing all these projects [00:26:11] from the people of the region and officials of Deir Ezzor [00:26:15] Governorate makes us delve into more details. [00:26:18] In your opinion, we are talking about launching or [00:26:22] opening Deir Ezzor Airport internationally [00:26:25] and domestically. We also talked about the Industrial City, about [00:26:28] major road and infrastructure projects, health, [00:26:32] and industrial. The role of all these projects [00:26:38] in Syria and bringing back vitality to this forgotten corner [00:26:41] for perhaps years in the time of the defunct [00:26:44] regime. Good evening to you, [00:26:47] to the distinguished guests, [00:26:49] and to all viewers. [00:26:51] Firstly, [00:26:55] transition to a development phase in the eastern region of [00:26:57] Syria sends a clear message [00:27:01] that the stability phase is over, and that we are now [00:27:05] in a phase of security and stability, [00:27:09] and that Syria [00:27:11] its children from east to [00:27:15] north to west to south. [00:27:18] Therefore, the process of transitioning to self-development [00:27:21] through important development projects, such as Deir [00:27:24] Ezzor Airport, which had symbolic [00:27:27] importance as it was a military base that targeted [00:27:30] civilians during the fallen regime, [00:27:34] and therefore transforming it, not only rehabilitating it, but also [00:27:38] transforming it into an international airport, is considered [00:27:40] a developmental renaissance in this [00:27:43] region. The eastern region in Syria [00:27:47] represents, if we talk about Deir Ezzor Governorate, more [00:27:51] than 18% of the area of Syria, meaning we are talking [00:27:55] about the second largest city in terms of area after Homs city [00:27:59] in Syria. Therefore, this is only at the geographical [00:28:03] level. It has a distinctive geographical [00:28:06] location, in addition to its wealth. We are talking about [00:28:10] oil, we are talking about more than [00:28:13] 41 oil fields located in this region. [00:28:16] Therefore, more than half of the oil fields in Syria are located in [00:28:20] Deir Ezzor Governorate. I mean, we are talking about agriculture. Deir [00:28:23] Ezzor is in the first place. Deir Ezzor is the basket of wheat [00:28:27] and the basket of barley and the basket of agricultural products. [00:28:31] And talking about [00:28:34] therefore, Deir Ezzor, as an eastern region, has great [00:28:38] importance in the Syrian development plan. [00:28:41] There cannot be an effective development plan without [00:28:45] the sources of raw materials, [00:28:49] resources, but also re-producing these resources, and this [00:28:53] is what, I mean, the type of projects, the industrial city [00:28:56] for petrochemicals, because it is rich in oil, because we [00:28:59] need to establish factories within this [00:29:04] are capable of production and not [00:29:08] only exporting these materials to distant [00:29:12] areas, and thus reusing them in other [00:29:15] governorates, and this helps to employ the unemployed [00:29:19] part of Deir Ezzor, and this is very important. Therefore, any productive [00:29:23] project has importance. [00:29:25] Projects for food industries, food industries, because food [00:29:29] factories need raw materials, they need the agricultural [00:29:33] materials available within the region, and therefore [00:29:36] In my opinion, this is a very smart and successful investment, [00:29:40] but in my opinion, the delay [00:29:44] in it was due to security reasons and other [00:29:47] reasons, but currently the wheel has started [00:29:50] towards this region, and this region, if [00:29:54] these resources in this region are used well [00:29:57] and invested in a studied [00:30:00] and scientific manner, we will reach indeed a very [00:30:04] rich region that reflects the richness of this region [00:30:07] on the people of the eastern region, and when we talk about Deir [00:30:11] ez-Zor, we talk about Raqqa, we talk about Al-Hasakah, because naturally, [00:30:14] this is a tribal region, and therefore there is a connection between all the people [00:30:18] of this region. And also the process of connecting [00:30:21] this region with Syria, meaning [00:30:25] the intelligence in that, okay, we are going to build [00:30:28] a road and also rebuild bridges, which is very important [00:30:31] because they are arteries, [00:30:34] the real arteries through which the residents of the eastern region move towards [00:30:38] inner Syria. And very important bridges, [00:30:41] I mean, on the Euphrates River to transport agricultural [00:30:44] crops, to transport to supply centers [00:30:48] for the daily lives of citizens, etc. [00:30:51] And the connection that [00:30:54] was mentioned by His Excellency the President [00:30:57] is a project.
