[00:00:08] poses a challenge in [00:00:12] President Ahmad Al-Shar'i discusses [00:00:16] and coordinating documentary with Syrian experts opportunities dust in the dust to develop the technology sector and support innovation in [00:00:20] mechanisms at the national Syria. ez-Zor Governorate this [00:00:23] The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates [00:00:23] safety, ultimately, emphasizes Syria's [00:00:26] full solidarity with Saudi Arabia in [00:00:28] system. The bank confronting the escalating attacks [00:00:29] preparedness and reduce human by the Houthi militia on civilian [00:00:32] facilities. [00:00:35] A specialized field inspection concludes [00:00:38] 338,000 transactions the debate about Al-Zahrawi Palace in Homs, and the Directorate [00:00:41] of Antiquities and Museums announces the safety of the architectural [00:00:44] fabric and specifies the scope of ongoing maintenance [00:00:50] Arslan, on October 5th and rehabilitation work. For the first time in 14 years, [00:00:56] offices in the Central Bank of Syria announces the execution of the first letter of credit [00:00:59] for the benefit of Syrian [00:01:01] the financial burdens Petroleum in coordination with an American bank [00:01:03] for the import of petroleum products. [00:01:16] So verifying these [00:01:25] before withdrawing from [00:01:30] 12 PM. Welcome to this detailed news [00:01:33] bulletin from Syrian News. May God [00:01:36] bless you. President Ahmad Al-Shar' [00:01:40] during their infiltration of met with a delegation of Syrian experts and specialists in [00:01:43] the technology and innovation sector, [00:01:46] which included [00:01:48] area is cut off from a number of employees of global technology companies [00:01:51] alongside entrepreneurs, investors, and researchers in technical [00:01:55] fields. [00:01:58] In fact, we become a little more confident when [00:02:02] the completion of this we see you, the children of Syria who were abroad [00:02:04] and succeeded abroad, trying to bring the success experience [00:02:09] great suffering to back home. So Syria will depend very [00:02:13] significant changes in much, after God Almighty, on people who gained [00:02:17] Al-Shaibani is holding experience from abroad and had good opportunities. [00:02:19] Syria has many opportunities. We always talk with His Excellency [00:02:23] the Minister. First, our geographical location. Second, that we don't [00:02:26] have a digital infrastructure in Syria in the first place. So this is something [00:02:30] compromise. In this that helped bring the latest global developments. So it is better [00:02:34] than having something built from scratch and reaching [00:02:37] an average [00:02:39] and escalating tensions on or weak state and replacing it. This incurs very [00:02:43] high costs. So our geographical location is very good. You [00:02:46] know there is a huge opportunity in Syria [00:02:50] with the participation of an elite [00:02:50] confirmed that the works and rebuilding from scratch. This is very good because we have the challenge of the first five [00:02:54] years. These are the foundations [00:02:57] on which the future [00:03:01] of military escalation in of the state will be built. So if it is built correctly, it will certainly last for [00:03:05] a long time. And one of the most important things [00:03:08] we are talking about today, when we talk about reconstruction, is that the digital infrastructure [00:03:12] is always adjacent to it in all government [00:03:17] voluntarily funded institutions, in every building, even in residential buildings, in everything. Digital life is entering all aspects of life, [00:03:23] treasury with any financial costs. This as you know. So this in itself [00:03:24] Khalid International Airport in indicates that there is a great opportunity [00:03:27] for a wide market [00:03:30] like the Syrian market [00:03:33] to emerge. It has [00:03:36] Dear viewers, we bring you this good expertise, human resources, people who are willing to learn, and at the same [00:03:39] time, there is a great opportunity for reconstruction. Successful [00:03:43] conditions in investment is always in countries that are under construction [00:03:46] and development. In self-sufficient countries, competition is difficult [00:03:50] and the possibility of working [00:03:53] of history. Protecting is limited. However, any country More that is in the stages of building So, in this will reach its peak after [00:03:54] breaking news appearing on [00:03:56] 10-15 years, then it may stabilize or collapse, [00:04:00] somewhat. And growth becomes very slow because the market is saturated [00:04:04] to a large extent. President Al-Shar'a affirmed [00:04:08] with the Kingdom in confronting during the meeting that values and ethics [00:04:11] are necessary to keep pace with artificial intelligence and digital [00:04:16] part of the security transformation. We also need something important, which is [00:04:20] the presence of ethical values in parallel with [00:04:23] the expansion of the digital landscape, given that social media had [00:04:28] from an important aspect and also had some negative aspects [00:04:31] and negatively affected youth [00:04:34] awareness, and that it is a very large source [00:04:37] of information, and sometimes [00:04:40] it exceeds human [00:04:43] attendance for today, fearing capabilities in terms of the amount of information presented to the human mind daily. It is probably [00:04:46] more than what was presented to [00:04:50] the ancient philosophers throughout their [00:04:53] conditions. We are now lives. But this also has [00:04:56] negative consequences because it leads to unfocused information, which results [00:05:00] in half-educated people. So he knows [00:05:03] a little bit about everything but is not specialized in anything. [00:05:07] held in the Tunisian So these values are very necessary to keep pace [00:05:11] were immediately reflected with artificial intelligence. President Al-Shar'a also noted that [00:05:15] the availability of information to everyone through social media [00:05:20] verifying its accuracy and credibility. [00:05:24] Previously, information always needed [00:05:28] an official platform to reach [00:05:29] people. It needed a newspaper, [00:05:33] a television, a conference, a university. [00:05:37] So the means of issuing information needed [00:05:40] official platforms or a university, for example. So there was no one [00:05:44] else. So here there was verification of [00:05:47] the credibility of the information, from [00:05:50] the soundness, yes, there were procedures for the safety [00:05:53] of knowledge, whether it was reaching correctly or incorrectly. [00:05:57] And oversight over it was also [00:06:00] by specialists. Today, information has become fluid, meaning [00:06:04] that anyone can access information, [00:06:07] and anyone can issue information. So [00:06:10] is it being issued correctly or incorrectly? God knows. From here, [00:06:13] the risk begins for us. [00:06:17] So verifying the safety of information [00:06:19] is important because social media has also [00:06:23] given a platform to everyone that anyone can provide anything. [00:06:28] matters is in one way or another negative [00:06:32] because there is no regulator [00:06:35] for checking the safety of this information, [00:06:38] whether it is sound, correct, or incorrect. [00:06:42] Minister of Communications Abdel Salam Haikal announced the conclusion [00:06:45] of Think 26 [00:06:48] with the participation of 1700 Syrian talents [00:06:52] from inside and outside the country, emphasizing [00:06:55] the importance of supporting Syrian youth and providing the appropriate [00:06:59] environment for their success. Minister [00:07:02] Haikal pointed out that the event [00:07:04] reflects. [00:07:16] Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Asaad Al-Shaibani [00:07:20] arrived in the Qatari capital, Doha. [00:07:46] Against the backdrop of deadly attacks targeting Saudi airports [00:07:52] the Yemeni fronts, the regional [00:07:55] tension widens to include the waters of the Gulf [00:07:58] and the Strait of Hormuz amidst a sharp tremor in [00:08:01] global energy [00:08:02] markets. [00:08:08] A highly tense regional scene where the repercussions [00:08:13] Saudi Arabia and Yemen intersect with raging navigation crises in [00:08:17] the Strait of Hormuz, while diplomatic moves and Arab [00:08:19] and international positions converge against the backdrop [00:08:23] of energy markets ignited by the conflict [00:08:26] of axes. The Saudi General Authority of Civil Aviation [00:08:30] announced the death of a Pakistani resident and the injury of 11 people [00:08:33] due to an attack targeting King [00:08:37] the capital, Riyadh, coinciding with another [00:08:40] attack targeting King Fahd International Airport in Dammam [00:08:44] and the interception of a drone in the Eastern Province. [00:08:47] In response, the Yemeni government forces escalated their [00:08:50] operations as part of the Dawn of Yemen campaign, inflicting [00:08:53] heavy losses on the Houthis, at a time when the Yemeni [00:08:57] Council of Ministers approved a draft law classifying [00:09:00] the Houthis as a terrorist organization. [00:09:35] In a related context, the Saudi minister received a call from his Iranian [00:09:39] counterpart, Abbas Araqchi, who discussed [00:09:41] the situation with him. He expressed Tehran's readiness to assist [00:09:45] in starting talks between Riyadh and Yemen. [00:09:47] In [00:09:51] the latest American-Iranian developments, Tehran announced that it is [00:09:55] studying the American response to its proposals [00:09:57] and warns that measures in the Strait of Hormuz [00:10:00] will continue until the military option is reversed. In [00:10:04] the Gulf waters, naval clashes continue with the Iranian [00:10:08] Revolutionary Guard Navy announcing a giant oil tanker colliding [00:10:12] with a mine in the Strait of Hormuz, coinciding with a drone [00:10:16] attack targeting a tanker near the Omani port [00:10:19] of Sohar. These direct developments in the energy sector [00:10:23] in the markets, as oil prices rose during [00:10:27] trading on Monday, recording a rise in Brent crude contracts to reach [00:10:31] more than 105 dollars per barrel [00:10:34] amid sharp fears of disruption of supplies. [00:10:38] Between a burning field [00:10:41] and solidarity Arab positions [00:10:44] and energy markets holding their breath, the region remains on a hot [00:10:48] plate, awaiting what [00:10:50] the coming days will bring. [00:10:52] The [00:10:55] Consular Affairs Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs [00:10:59] and Expatriates announced the completion of more than [00:11:03] in the governorates during September 2026, [00:11:06] while foreign missions completed [00:11:09] more than 473,000 transactions [00:11:13] during the same month. [00:12:46] When stone pulsates with the history of ancestors, preserving [00:12:50] it becomes a national duty and an identity that does not accept [00:12:55] context, the recent technical and archaeological survey conducted [00:12:59] by the General Directorate of Antiquities [00:13:02] and Museums on Al-Zahrawi Palace in the city [00:13:05] of Homs confirmed that the process of preserving [00:13:09] heritage is proceeding with practical and accurate steps, [00:13:12] as the field inspection [00:13:15] carried out in the palace fall within the framework [00:13:19] of maintenance, rehabilitation, and improvement of services [00:13:22] without affecting the historical architectural fabric [00:13:25] or basic planning. These works were [00:13:39] لتاتي هذه الاعمال [00:13:42] by the investing entity without burdening the state [00:13:48] professional and diligent approach is not a coincidence, but rather [00:13:51] an extension of a deeply rooted national path that we have faced [00:13:55] in successful similar stages, starting from the revival [00:13:58] of Azm Palace and the ancient Midhat Pasha market, leading [00:14:02] to the restoration of the statue of Commander Saladin Al-Ayyubi. [00:14:06] These landmarks are not just stones and buildings, but [00:14:09] they are living witnesses to the depth of Syrian [00:14:13] identity and its culture rooted in the depths [00:14:18] this heritage today means protecting the collective [00:14:21] memory of future generations, so that Syria [00:14:25] remains a source of authenticity [00:14:28] and ancient [00:14:29] history. [00:21:34] Rehabilitation work continues on the Suwayyah Bridge in the [00:21:38] Abu Kamal countryside amidst residents' demands to accelerate [00:21:41] the pace of implementation, given its importance [00:21:45] in connecting the area with the eastern villages towards [00:21:48] the Iraqi border after its previous disruption [00:21:52] caused great suffering, especially during the winter [00:21:55] season and high water levels. [00:22:08] We can't sit in our homes because of this valley, and we have [00:22:11] a low spot here, you see it's low. If it comes, the bridge won't be able to rise above it [00:22:15] before the water floods our houses. We don't have peace even [00:22:18] in our houses, it's all valleys. [00:22:21] What will the new solve for you? It will solve many problems for us. It will lower this dirt bridge they put, [00:22:24] so the water doesn't pass. It will solve all our problems. [00:22:28] The water will stay flowing inside and won't come [00:22:30] out to us. We have this, it's called [00:22:34] Al-Shuaib Ali. When it collapses, this [00:22:38] Abu Kamal towards the east, towards Iraq. [00:22:42] This road is completely cut off. The people have started [00:22:45] working on it, but we demand that [00:22:48] they accelerate [00:22:52] bridge due to its importance. [00:22:53] The [00:22:56] disruption of this bridge caused [00:22:59] the residents, especially last winter, as [00:23:02] the floods or rainfall level was very high, [00:23:05] and the road was completely cut off. The road [00:23:09] is considered an international road and serves local [00:23:12] residents. After urgent appeals [00:23:15] from the residents and the Directorate of Abu Kamal region, official [00:23:19] letters were sent to the Governor, who responded [00:23:22] to the residents' demands. [00:23:25] Currently, under the supervision of the Ministry of Transport, the General Corporation for Roads, [00:23:29] is rehabilitating the Suwayyah Bridge in response to residents' [00:23:33] requests. Currently, we are building an earthen barrier to prevent [00:23:36] the flow of river water towards the work [00:23:40] area. We have taken samples to determine the solid layer for the construction [00:23:44] of engineering piles. The bridge length [00:23:47] is approximately 100 meters with a width of [00:23:50] 12 meters. [00:23:53] Accelerating the construction of the Suwayyah Bridge is a popular [00:23:56] demand because winter is coming, and this [00:23:59] bridge will not be able to withstand the coming [00:24:02] floods. Of course, the dust [00:25:03] storm began yesterday morning in the areas [00:25:07] of Al-Bukamal and its surroundings, and the southern [00:25:10] and northern deserts of Deir ez-Zor towards the Iraqi [00:25:14] border. At dawn today, it began [00:25:17] to advance towards Deir ez-Zor Governorate and was very [00:25:21] severe, meaning that visibility became completely [00:25:24] zero in the early morning hours. The Directorate [00:25:28] of Education announced the suspension of school [00:25:33] or out of concern for the students. The traffic department [00:25:36] also issued a warning to all drivers because [00:25:40] visibility is low in these [00:25:43] at the National Hospital. Of course, there are cases [00:25:46] of suffocation and allergic asthma that have [00:25:50] arrived at this hospital. More than 200 cases, specifically [00:25:53] 271 cases, were received at the National [00:25:56] Hospital for those affected by this [00:25:58] dust storm. Now the weather has [00:26:02] somewhat improved, but even at this moment, [00:26:05] there are still people visiting the hospital [00:26:08] due to allergic conditions [00:26:12] or suffocation as a result of inhaling [00:26:18] storm that hit Deir [00:26:21] morning. Yes, Ahmad Al-Atra, we wish [00:26:25] to our people in Deir ez-Zor who were affected [00:26:29] by this dust storm, and I thank you very much, Ahmad, [00:26:33] Al-Ikhbariya correspondent from Deir [00:26:35] ez-Zor. [00:26:37] The internal transport sector and taxi [00:26:40] drivers in the city of Raqqa are facing [00:26:43] a service crisis due to the severe deterioration of infrastructure [00:26:47] and the dilapidated state of main and secondary road [00:26:50] networks within the city, turning into a daily obstacle [00:26:54] that threatens traffic and causes frequent [00:26:57] mechanical breakdowns for vehicles. [00:26:59] This doubles [00:27:03] on drivers amidst the high cost of spare [00:27:06] parts and maintenance. [00:27:18] The roads are completely worn out. Every [00:27:21] 15 days, we have to go and adjust the alignment. My alignment [00:27:25] is completely [00:27:26] off. [00:27:30] The city roads are bad. I mean, the ones you come to work [00:27:34] on, I mean, extra expenses and repairs because they are broken. [00:27:37] So we ask the government to re-rehabilitate the [00:27:40] roads and improve the road situation [00:27:43] in the city. [00:27:47] The roads are very bad, dilapidated, I mean. [00:27:50] Potholes and pits, and winter is coming. I mean, it will cause a lot of damage. [00:27:54] So we hope this issue will be addressed [00:27:58] as soon as possible, if possible. [00:28:00] We know [00:28:03] the government is new, and things are difficult, but we hope for quick solutions, [00:28:06] I mean, or emergency [00:28:07] solutions. [00:28:12] Of course, Raqqa Governorate after liberation, [00:28:15] it became clear to us that the infrastructure is very dilapidated, [00:28:18] both in terms of the road network and [00:28:22] the sewage infrastructure, and it needs to be rehabilitated [00:28:26] anew. We have put in place quick emergency [00:28:29] plans for some roads and long-term [00:28:33] strategic plans for other main roads. We have worked [00:28:35] on repairing, maintaining, and patching some internal roads, [00:28:39] which numbered 14 roads. And by the grace of God, [00:28:43] 12 of them have been completed, making traffic flow within [00:28:47] the city easier, and we have overcome most of those [00:28:51] potholes, pits, and bumps. Now we are left with [00:28:54] the rehabilitation of the main [00:28:56] external roads, [00:28:59] including this southern bypass. [00:29:05] Raqqa traffic police announced the start of implementing [00:29:09] the decision to ban motorcycles from entering the city as part of a joint [00:29:13] security and traffic plan aimed at breaking [00:29:17] drug promotion supply lines and imposing [00:29:20] discipline on the streets and maintaining public [00:29:23] safety. [00:29:33] Regarding the decision to ban motorcycles, many people need [00:29:37] motorcycles and support entire families. But at the same [00:29:40] time, some people are taking them out and causing trouble and accidents, [00:29:44] and they are really bothering us with these motorcycles. [00:29:48] I personally agree with banning motorcycles [00:29:48] in the country. [00:29:53] Motorcycles are causing a lot of problems. They are [00:29:57] disrupting traffic. The young hooligans [00:29:59] are riding them. [00:30:02] Based on this, they must [00:30:05] be banned. [00:30:09] Regarding the reasons, there are three main reasons. The first [00:30:12] reason, after a field study, it became [00:30:16] clear to us that motorcycles are the primary means [00:30:19] for promoting drugs and toxic substances [00:30:23] within the city. The second reason is the large number [00:30:26] Accidents. We received many complaints [00:30:30] residents in the neighborhoods. [00:30:33] residential regarding violations The third [00:30:36] and most important reason is that it is originally a popular demand. It is [00:30:39] not a forced decision. It is a popular demand from Raqqa since [00:30:43] 2019.
