[00:11:53] Husam, if you can hear me, [00:11:55] yes, the Lebanese army announced the seizure of about [00:11:58] 200 [00:12:06] the connection with Maya Hashem, Syria TV correspondent in Beirut. [00:12:59] The amnesty excludes crimes of murder, terrorism, [00:13:02] attacks on the army, and corruption, in addition [00:13:06] to the events of Beirut port. [00:13:25] Returning to the Lebanese army's seizure of [00:13:28] explosive materials that were prepared for smuggling from Syria to [00:13:31] Lebanon, Maya Hashem, Syria TV correspondent in Beirut, joins me. [00:13:35] Welcome, [00:13:36] Maya. [00:13:42] Maya, are you with me? Good evening, Husam. In a brief statement, [00:13:45] the Lebanese army announced the seizure of about 200 [00:13:49] kilograms of explosive materials in the al-Qasr [00:13:52] Hermel area at the Lebanese border. [00:13:56] Syrian. After a Lebanese army patrol advanced to [00:13:59] the area, the individuals [00:14:02] carrying these explosives fled [00:14:06] towards Syrian territory. Now, all [00:14:09] the seized items are in the possession of the Lebanese state, and therefore, [00:14:13] there is an expansion of investigations. It is worth noting that this incident cannot [00:14:16] be separated from the incident that [00:14:20] occurred a few days ago on the Dahr al-Baydar road towards [00:14:23] the Syrian border. There were also [00:14:26] explosive materials of about 500 [00:14:30] kilograms of TNT and C4 also [00:14:32] present in this area [00:14:36] and being transported from Dahr al-Baydar towards Greater [00:14:40] Beirut. All these explosives [00:14:43] that were seized within 24 [00:14:47] or 48 hours, the competent judiciary [00:14:51] has begun investigations to uncover all circumstances, especially [00:14:54] since the Lebanese-Syrian border is subject to strict monitoring by [00:14:58] the Lebanese army and also [00:15:01] by the security forces. However, these seized items [00:15:04] were naturally found during this period. Prime Minister Nawaf [00:15:08] Salam had vowed in his statements [00:15:12] to prosecute all individuals who tamper [00:15:15] with Lebanon's security, and also, especially since these [00:15:18] explosive materials reminded [00:15:23] incidents that occurred in the period before the Syrian [00:15:27] regime's withdrawal or after the Syrian regime's withdrawal from Lebanon [00:15:30] for a period, and also those that [00:15:33] of Rafik Hariri in 2005. The explosive [00:15:37] materials that were seized are the same ones that were used in [00:15:40] the bombing operations that occurred from 2005 [00:15:44] until [00:15:47] what is equivalent to years ago at the last bombing carried [00:15:51] out by saboteurs in Lebanon. So these incidents bring [00:15:56] the fact that in the morning hours today, Prime Minister Nawaf [00:16:00] Salam's statements had somewhat reassured the Lebanese [00:16:03] that the state will not underestimate anyone who [00:16:06] tampers with Lebanon's security, and that investigations are underway to find out all [00:16:10] the circumstances and arrest [00:16:12] those involved. Thank you, Maya Hashem, Syria [00:16:16] TV correspondent in Beirut. The spokesman said that the end of the strike came after [00:16:35] the law's fate became clear, noting the disappointment [00:16:38] among some prisoners with the Council's interpretations, which they saw [00:16:42] as having affected the essence [00:16:45] of the law's articles and introduced [00:16:49] actual amendments to them. The [00:16:51] spokesman congratulated the prisoners who will be covered by the amnesty [00:16:55] law, expressing his hope that the prison doors will open [00:16:59] for them soon, stressing that ending [00:17:02] the strike does not mean stopping the movements demanding [00:17:06] justice for the rest of the [00:17:09] prisoners. [00:17:18] Foreign Minister Asaad al-Shaibani discussed with Prime Minister Sheikh [00:17:22] Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani [00:17:25] the latest regional developments and ways to enhance bilateral [00:17:29] cooperation between the two countries. The Foreign Ministry [00:17:32] said that the two sides affirmed during their meeting in Doha [00:17:36] the importance of developing Syrian-Qatari relations and intensifying [00:17:39] coordination and joint consultation on [00:17:42] issues of mutual interest, in a way that contributes [00:17:59] Member of the Executive Bureau for the Finance Sector in [00:18:02] Hasakah Governorate, Khaled Ibrahim, denied the accuracy [00:18:06] of information circulated regarding [00:18:10] Tuesday being the final deadline for exchanging old Syrian currency [00:18:13] or stopping dealing with it. Syria TV correspondent explained that [00:19:07] the stations that are still operating are witnessing large [00:19:11] crowds of cars amid a shortage of gasoline and its availability [00:19:15] in limited quantities. In this context, local [00:19:18] sources spoke of a halt in gasoline production due to [00:19:21] the low quality of the quantities [00:19:24] available at stations, amid anticipation of the arrival [00:19:28] of new [00:19:28] supplies. [00:26:33] The bazaar, hosted by the Chamber of Commerce under the patronage of the Governor [00:26:37] of Deir ez-Zor and with the participation of the Governorate's Businesswomen's [00:26:40] Council, brought together women who transformed [00:26:43] their homes into small workshops [00:26:46] to present diverse products. [00:27:03] The bazaar aims to empower women economically and open [00:27:07] marketing windows for their products, contributing to supporting [00:27:11] the family and enhancing its role in the local [00:27:14] community. A step that confirms that the women [00:27:17] of Deir ez-Zor are capable of making a difference. From the heart of the home, [00:27:20] the story began, and in the "Our Heritage, Our [00:27:23] Civilization" bazaar, the picture was complete. The commission stated that what some [00:27:51] accounts on social media circulated regarding information and accusations [00:27:55] against workers in the Forestry Directorate is [00:27:58] incorrect and does not reflect the truth of what happened, noting [00:28:02] that the campaign was carried out in coordination with the Directorate's [00:28:05] administration and the Ain al-Kroum sub-district department [00:28:08] to control violations of collecting or [00:28:12] violations of collecting firewood and applying [00:28:14] the existing laws and regulations. This specialization has become an integral part, or [00:29:02] primarily indicates that child health [00:29:05] is part of their physical health. This [00:29:08] center will not only be a center for diagnosis and treatment, it will be a center [00:29:12] for integration, rehabilitation, and cooperation between the family and [00:29:15] the hospital, in addition to being a center for scientific research [00:29:18] and innovation. Many studies will be launched from it, which will [00:29:22] be part of reconstruction, and it is truly the most [00:29:25] important part of Syria's reconstruction, which is rebuilding people before rebuilding [00:29:29] buildings, God willing.
