As for those who shoot [00:00:32] administration will not leave [00:00:35] Welcome, viewers, to this news hour from Syrian [00:00:38] Television. We start with the top [00:00:40] headlines. [00:01:10] President Ahmed Shar'i issues a decree amending items in [00:01:13] the customs [00:01:16] within the territories. tariff schedule. [00:01:19] The National Hospital in Deir Ezzor [00:01:22] in a number of border was signed, and this records allowing work to continue 63 cases of suffocation due [00:01:25] to the [00:01:26] dust storm. [00:01:37] and farms, and is limited Welcome again. The [00:01:38] to areas not exceeding [00:01:39] occupation state. In Assistant Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs, Mohammed Yahya, [00:01:43] said that more than five and a half million [00:01:46] people are still internally displaced in [00:01:50] of the Syrian government's Syria at a time when the funding for the humanitarian [00:01:53] response plan and needs for the year [00:01:56] 2026 does not exceed [00:02:01] 22%. Madam President, the humanitarian response plan [00:02:05] Shaaban, regarding this and needs for 2026 are funded by [00:02:15] entity or the Israeli army violations? de-escalation. only 32%, and it is not surprising that is engaged with this affects humanitarian work and support. [00:02:19] Despite the severe shortage [00:02:22] the positions of their of funding, humanitarian organizations continue to deliver throughout [00:02:27] was a kind of sympathy Syria. Since the beginning of the year, [00:02:31] in addition to meetings with 2.4 million people have received emergency [00:02:34] assistance every month, including food, medicine, [00:02:37] clean water, protection services, [00:02:41] against them, calling food, and shelter in emergencies. Syrian organizations are at the heart of these [00:02:45] efforts, accounting for 60% of partners on [00:02:48] the ground. [00:02:52] Syrian areas with the The opportunity in Syria is real, but without [00:02:56] the coalition to eliminate this investments, we may miss [00:02:57] that we are true representatives of ISIS and is willing to work with this opportunity. Madam President, [00:03:02] my demands are clear. First, [00:03:06] operations carried out by sustainable humanitarian funding and support [00:03:09] for the most vulnerable. Millions still [00:03:16] and the danger of the unity of Syrian to tighten its control rely on life-saving assistance, and winter is [00:03:18] rights in the areas that have fast approaching. Second, we should invest in the Syrian people [00:03:21] and permanent solutions, including [00:03:24] of the Syrian state, my "No Camps, No Mines" initiatives, which [00:03:28] were launched by the government. [00:03:31] Claudio Cordone, Deputy Special Envoy of the United Nations [00:03:34] to Syria, said that Israel continues [00:03:38] to carry out shelling, [00:03:40] that resulted in the arrest incursions, and detentions in southern Syria. He added [00:03:43] that one person was killed near an Israeli site in the Quneitra [00:03:47] countryside, noting that 49 [00:03:50] Syrians are still [00:03:52] and the United Nations, in detention in Israeli prisons. [00:03:56] Israeli military activities in southern [00:03:59] of 36 Syria are ongoing daily, and they [00:04:01] include construction [00:04:05] people, and we encourage member states to workshops, checkpoints, [00:04:08] and shelling [00:04:10] and detention incidents. I emphasize the concerns [00:04:15] and criminals from raised by the High Commissioner for Human Rights regarding the impact of these activities on civilians, including [00:04:19] the killing of one person [00:04:22] near an [00:04:24] Israeli army site on October [00:04:28] 5th, and [00:04:30] also the arrests of 49 [00:04:35] discussed last month people who are reportedly [00:04:35] is a security principle still in detention in Israel. [00:04:40] viewers on Syrian Ibrahim Al-Albi, Syria's Permanent Representative to the United Nations, said in a message [00:04:43] addressed to the people of Quneitra and rural Daraa [00:04:47] who are facing Israeli occupation forces that [00:04:50] Syria does not forget its people and does not compromise on [00:04:53] kilograms of the rights of its children. Al-Albi added in a message [00:04:57] addressed to Israel that there is only one [00:05:00] between the political and military way to security, and its title is international [00:05:03] legitimacy and Security Council [00:05:05] Syria. This statement resolutions, not killing Syrians and raiding their homes. [00:05:08] And I say to our brave people in Quneitra and in rural Daraa, who [00:05:13] endure arrests and attacks on a near [00:05:16] daily basis, and to the heroic journalists who [00:05:19] were shot by the occupation forces while performing their duty [00:05:22] of documenting and conveying the truth, I say [00:05:27] does not forget its people and does not compromise on the rights [00:05:31] of its children, and it does not overlook its national [00:05:34] issues in the most important international [00:05:39] civilians and journalists, I say: it is incumbent [00:05:42] upon those who claim to seek security not to kill [00:05:45] Syrians within their lands and not to [00:05:49] raid their homes, arrest their children, and forcibly [00:05:52] disappear them. It is incumbent upon them to know well that there [00:05:56] is only one path to security, whose title is international [00:05:59] legitimacy and the resolutions of your council, as [00:06:02] you all reaffirmed through the press elements [00:06:06] issued by the Council a few days ago. [00:06:09] Colleagues, the pain that Israel perpetuates [00:06:13] with its aggressions is clear to [00:06:16] all of you. Every time it fires [00:06:19] at Syria, it also, as the world [00:06:22] witnessed, fires at itself, locally [00:06:25] and internationally. [00:06:29] The US Ambassador to the Security Council, [00:06:32] Tammy Bruce, stressed the need for self-restraint [00:06:36] and continued implementation of the trilateral roadmap [00:06:40] between Syria, America, and Jordan regarding Sweida. [00:06:43] Bruce also referred to Washington's involvement in supporting dialogue [00:06:47] and peaceful efforts between Damascus and the Israeli [00:06:51] Sweida, we reiterated our support for the trilateral [00:06:55] roadmap announced by the United States, [00:06:58] Syria, and Jordan, and we urge all parties to exercise [00:07:02] self-restraint and continue implementing the roadmap [00:07:06] towards accountability, security, [00:07:08] reconciliation, and the safe return [00:07:12] of Syrian displaced persons. We still encourage [00:07:16] Israel and Syria to exercise [00:07:19] self-restraint and pursue [00:07:22] The United States [00:07:25] both countries to support dialogue and peaceful [00:07:29] solutions. Thank you. The US [00:07:31] Ambassador also welcomed the cooperation [00:07:34] of the Syrian government with the international coalition against ISIS, [00:07:38] noting that lasting peace in Syria depends [00:07:41] on the return of sovereign state institutions capable [00:07:45] of protecting all communities so that they [00:07:48] can participate in the future of their country. ISIS no [00:07:51] longer controls territory in Iraq and [00:07:54] Syria, and we have broken its ranks in both countries. [00:07:58] We celebrated [00:08:01] this alliance and considered that we have a partner in [00:08:04] Damascus who recognizes the danger [00:08:09] threat. Lasting peace in Syria depends [00:08:13] on the return of sovereign state institutions capable of protecting [00:08:17] all communities so that they can all participate in the future [00:08:21] of their country. The US Ambassador [00:08:24] to the Security Council, Tammy Bruce, also said [00:08:28] that justice and accountability for [00:08:31] missing Americans in Syria are a priority [00:08:34] for the United States, noting that she is [00:08:38] cooperating with Syria on this file. She also called [00:08:42] on the international community to cooperate with Syria to prevent [00:08:45] and monitor any antiquities trafficking. [00:08:49] Justice and accountability for missing Americans is an American [00:08:52] priority, and the United States and Syria jointly [00:08:56] hosted an event to highlight the voices of [00:08:59] the families of the missing and their need for [00:09:02] answers and accountability. We were also [00:09:05] pleased to participate in the repatriation [00:09:11] pieces of stolen Syrian heritage to the Syrian [00:09:17] cooperate with Syria to prevent and monitor any antiquities [00:09:20] trafficking, not only to preserve Syria, but [00:09:24] also to prevent terrorists [00:09:28] obtaining this source [00:09:31] of funding. For more details, [00:09:34] we are joined by Shaaban Abboud, correspondent [00:09:38] for Syrian Television, live from Washington. Welcome, [00:09:42] Shaaban. Based on your knowledge, what [00:09:45] are the most prominent issues that were discussed [00:09:48] today during the Security Council session? [00:09:51] Yes, welcome, Hiba. It can be said that there are three [00:09:55] main issues that were focused on in the statements [00:09:59] of the representatives. The first is the Syrian [00:10:02] internal file, with its two aspects related to the [00:10:05] political process and the fight against ISIS, [00:10:08] in addition to the aspect related to the humanitarian [00:10:11] situation and the issue [00:10:15] of the return of refugees and displaced persons, and the difficulties [00:10:19] facing that, and the lack [00:10:22] of resources. [00:10:24] It was noteworthy that the Assistant Secretary-General [00:10:28] for Humanitarian Affairs spoke about more than five million Syrians [00:10:32] who are still considered displaced persons who [00:10:36] need assistance. At the same time, [00:10:39] there was a reference to the difficulties facing [00:10:43] the reconstruction [00:10:46] process and the return of some refugees, for example, [00:10:49] such as the widespread or existing [00:10:52] mines that caused the killing of about 14 people [00:10:56] and the injury of dozens, in addition to difficulties [00:11:00] related to funding. There was a reference [00:11:03] to the fact that the funding [00:11:06] and response plan received only [00:11:10] about 32% support, [00:11:12] which is a very small figure compared [00:11:16] to Syria's needs. [00:11:19] At the same time, there was the aspect related [00:11:22] to the political process and the situation in Sweida [00:11:26] governorate. There was [00:11:29] a reference to American support, for [00:11:32] example, for the roadmap that was agreed upon, or [00:11:35] under a [00:11:38] non-agreement or a Syrian-American-Jordanian [00:11:42] plan last year. This roadmap [00:11:47] reveals [00:11:49] the American vision for solving [00:11:53] the Sweida issue. There is no solution [00:11:55] in Sweida except through the implementation of this [00:11:59] roadmap. At the same time, the most prominent [00:12:03] headline, Hiba, was the issue of Israeli [00:12:06] attacks and incursions. The Syrian representative dwelt on [00:12:09] that a lot, in addition to the continuation [00:12:13] of these incursions. He stressed that security in the region [00:12:16] and security for Israel itself will not be achieved through [00:12:20] this policy that Israel pursues, [00:12:23] the policy of [00:12:26] T-. What were the reactions, [00:12:30] file and this issue regarding the increasing pace [00:12:33] of Israeli [00:12:36] There are no reactions in the Security Council. There are people [00:12:40] who deliver their speeches, representatives who deliver [00:12:43] their speeches and express [00:12:47] countries on this issue. For example, there [00:12:52] or affirmation from the representatives [00:12:55] of some countries, such as the State of Denmark, [00:12:58] the Pakistani representative, and the Russian representative. Everyone [00:13:02] agreed, Hiba, that Israel must adhere [00:13:05] to the 1974 disengagement line [00:13:08] and the importance of respecting [00:13:12] Syrian sovereignty [00:13:14] and the importance of that, [00:13:18] not only for the stability of Syria, [00:13:21] but also for the political process when it comes to the stability [00:13:25] of all countries in the region. [00:13:28] This is what most of the representatives' statements [00:13:31] alluded to. The American representative spoke, [00:13:35] or rather, reiterated the American position, calling on both [00:13:39] parties to exercise self-restraint and spoke [00:13:42] about the importance of dialogue and diplomatic [00:13:46] solutions to address the problems between the two parties, [00:13:49] between the Syrian and Israeli sides, and said that [00:13:52] the United States has always encouraged dialogue between [00:13:56] the two sides. And once again, [00:14:00] dialogue between the two sides and diplomatic solutions are the optimal [00:14:03] choice to solve all problems. [00:14:07] At the same time, the American representative praised [00:14:10] the progress that the Syrian government [00:14:13] has made, especially with regard to the fight against [00:14:16] ISIS, and also the progress it is making in the political process [00:14:20] and security [00:14:23] responses. At the same time, she also [00:14:26] praised the meeting of the American states [00:14:29] with President Ahmed [00:14:32] Al-Shar' and President Trump [00:14:35] and a group of leaders from the region, [00:14:38] Gulf states and Arab states, on the sidelines of the [00:14:41] UN General Assembly meeting. She also focused [00:14:45] on Syrian-American cooperation and how the United [00:14:48] States hosted officials from the Syrian Ministry [00:14:51] of Finance and the Central Bank [00:14:55] of Syria. These Syrian officials [00:15:00] with their American counterparts the process of reconnecting [00:15:03] Syria to the international [00:15:05] financial system. [00:15:08] There was an American commendation for the progress [00:15:11] made by Syria, and at the same time, [00:15:15] there was also talk about the fact that [00:15:18] ISIS is no longer present in both [00:15:21] Iraq and Syria, while the Russian representative [00:15:24] said that ISIS still retains [00:15:28] combat capabilities in [00:15:30] perhaps suggests a difference or contradiction between the statements [00:15:34] of the American and Russian representatives, but the American representative [00:15:38] meant exactly that ISIS no [00:15:41] longer controls territory within Syria, [00:15:45] and she certainly did not mean that there are no longer [00:15:48] sleeper cells, for example, of ISIS. Yes, [00:15:51] these are the most prominent [00:15:54] or most important headlines or issues [00:15:57] that were discussed in this session. Yes, over to you, Hiba. [00:16:00] Thank you very much, Shaaban [00:16:02] Washington. [00:16:11] Syrian TV correspondent reported that the Israeli [00:16:15] occupation arrested a person during a patrol's incursion [00:16:19] into the village of Rasem Sind in rural Quneitra. An [00:16:22] occupation patrol also infiltrated north of the town [00:16:26] of Kudna in southern rural Quneitra and [00:16:29] searched houses, in addition to a similar [00:16:32] incursion in the area south of the town of [00:16:35] Al-Rafid in rural Quneitra, where it prevented a [00:16:39] machine working on digging the foundations of a farm [00:16:43] belonging to the town's residents from continuing its work. [00:16:45] The patrol also stopped the excavation work and [00:16:48] prevented the machine from completing it, [00:16:51] stipulating that approval from the United Nations Disengagement [00:16:55] Observer Force must be obtained before [00:16:59] at the site. [00:17:04] Syrian TV correspondent also reported that the Israeli [00:17:07] occupation army carried out bombing operations in Jabal [00:17:11] al-Sheikh in the western Damascus countryside. He added that [00:17:15] the occupation forces detonated an abandoned military barracks [00:17:19] in Tal Harboon near the town of Beit Jann. [00:17:51] A delegation of People's Assembly members visited [00:17:54] Quneitra Governorate on an official visit, [00:17:58] the first of its kind, covering a number of archaeological [00:18:01] and service sites, including Khan Arnabah archaeological [00:18:05] site and Golan Hospital, [00:18:09] the residents to learn about the service and living conditions [00:18:12] and the needs of the governorate's residents, [00:18:16] in a step that reflects the delegation's solidarity [00:18:19] with them and their interest in their conditions. Today, you are [00:18:23] representatives of all Syrian people and all governorates. [00:18:26] We, as members of parliament, as members of the People's Assembly, [00:18:29] came today with my colleagues in the People's Assembly to confirm [00:18:34] of this city, and the city is an integral part of Syria, [00:18:38] and we reject any form of Israeli incursion [00:18:42] on this city. Our presence [00:18:45] and upcoming legislation will, God willing, be in favor [00:18:48] of this region to confirm territories, to confirm [00:18:52] the full [00:18:55] been advanced by Israeli aggression, that they are the right of Syrians, [00:18:58] God willing. [00:19:03] Of course, our message is that we say, [00:19:06] "We are in Quneitra, we are rooted in the homeland. [00:19:09] We are humanitarians, patriots, [00:19:12] Arab nationalists, even pan-Arabists. We love humanity, we forbid [00:19:16] aggression from us, and we forbid aggression against us. [00:19:20] This is our constitution and our principle. We [00:19:22] say, 'We build bridges of trust and love among all segments [00:19:26] of the Syrian people, and we especially mention the people [00:19:29] of Quneitra Governorate, Quneitra of pride and dignity, [00:19:32] Quneitra of honor, dignity, and martyrs. May God accept [00:19:36] their martyrs and heal their wounded. And we ask God Almighty [00:19:39] to spread goodness, peace, and security throughout [00:19:42] our beloved homeland. And we say, 'We are from you and to you, [00:19:45] people of Quneitra. We are your brothers. [00:19:49] We love you in God, and we say, 'We and you, hand in hand, for [00:19:52] the good of the country and the people.'" [00:19:55] To talk more about this, we are joined by security [00:19:59] expert Mr. Rashid Hourani, with us from Damascus. [00:20:02] Welcome, Mr. Rashid. So, the continued [00:20:05] Israeli occupation incursions, violations, digging, and construction [00:20:09] of berms in Quneitra. In your opinion, what are the expected [00:20:12] scenarios for the coming period? My greetings [00:20:15] to you and all [00:20:17] Television for the invitation. In fact, the Israeli [00:20:21] ground incursions into southern Syria have indicated that they are a [00:20:25] gradual and systematic [00:20:28] operation carried out by the Israeli entity, both by its political [00:20:32] and military class. There is also alignment [00:20:38] class in this direction. Also, [00:20:41] some link the Israeli incursions to the [00:20:44] Israeli elections [00:20:46] within the Israeli entity. However, public [00:20:50] opinion polls generally [00:20:53] indicate that there is a strict [00:20:58] from the Israeli population or from Israeli society [00:21:02] regarding these issues. [00:21:06] will be no retreat from this policy [00:21:10] regarding Israeli [00:21:13] incursions. And it seems that the Israeli [00:21:16] entity's military and security government wants, through these [00:21:20] incursions, to create a new field reality [00:21:24] and impose it as a fait [00:21:27] accompli on the Syrian government. This [00:21:30] new field reality is linked to the vicinity [00:21:34] of the Golan and Jabal al-Sheikh [00:21:37] in particular. This [00:21:40] reality is represented by strengthening [00:21:42] and increasing the military force [00:21:45] present in the vicinity of the Golan and Jabal [00:21:49] al-Sheikh, particularly. They want the Israeli [00:21:53] entity, through these incursions, to establish [00:21:55] to clarify the picture more clearly, [00:21:59] to establish a buffer zone specifically for the Golan [00:22:03] and Jabal al-Sheikh [00:22:06] In your opinion, does this not fall under security [00:22:09] concerns, but rather has other dimensions? [00:22:12] Yes, it has other dimensions, especially [00:22:16] since the incursions that occurred or [00:22:19] the operations that took place in both [00:22:23] the towns of Qal'at Jandal and Beit Jann [00:22:26] prove that the Israeli entity is not limited to establishing [00:22:29] a special security zone in the governorates [00:22:33] of Quneitra and western Daraa, but rather [00:22:36] is moving, in light [00:22:40] reliance on political and diplomatic action [00:22:43] only in confronting the Israeli entity, [00:22:47] towards approaching and moving [00:22:50] north and approaching areas [00:22:54] of the western Damascus countryside to establish [00:22:57] military facilities and military points [00:23:00] there. These points will make the Israeli [00:23:05] more capable of influencing [00:23:09] and maneuvering, especially since the area it [00:23:13] now controls in Quneitra [00:23:15] and the western Daraa countryside, in addition [00:23:18] to these areas in [00:23:20] the western Damascus countryside, also [00:23:24] provides it with the ability to monitor and provide [00:23:28] early warning, [00:23:30] and also precise monitoring of all [00:23:34] movement axes and roads that connect [00:23:37] Syria to Lebanon and also connect the aforementioned [00:23:42] Jordanian border. Therefore, it [00:23:46] wants to intensify its military presence in order [00:23:49] to control and monitor its movements. We notice [00:23:52] that all the areas it advances on are characterized [00:23:56] by being high mountains of Jabal al-Sheikh [00:24:00] and the surrounding areas [00:24:03] over the area, [00:24:06] its control over this [00:24:08] area comes from the proximity of this area [00:24:12] to the political capital [00:24:14] which is still suffering from many internal [00:24:18] problems related to [00:24:28] these facts, and in the face of this danger, how can [00:24:32] the international community today [00:24:33] stand against these Israeli [00:24:36] violations? The international community, through the numerous [00:24:39] Security Council sessions [00:24:42] has had many countries that have asked [00:24:45] Israel, as Mr. Shaaban mentioned [00:24:48] in his intervention, to stop its incursions, [00:24:52] and this is, if [00:24:55] I may say so, an achievement for the Syrian [00:24:58] government in the political battle against the Israeli [00:25:02] entity. There is also another [00:25:05] approach whose indicators are emerging, whether officially [00:25:09] or unofficially, which can [00:25:12] be used to confront the Israeli entity [00:25:16] or the Israeli army during its incursions [00:25:20] in the Syrian arena, because there [00:25:25] that states that power does not create [00:25:29] reality at the moment of performing its tasks, but rather [00:25:33] by the impact it leaves. Today, the Israeli army [00:25:36] enters southern Syria and arrests [00:25:39] citizens, preventing farmers [00:25:42] from using the roads leading to their farms [00:25:45] and livelihoods. All these actions towards [00:25:48] civilians have effects that undermine [00:25:52] and destabilize the Israeli military and security [00:25:56] presence in southern Syria. Mr. Rashid, [00:25:59] in your opinion, also, regarding [00:26:03] the citizens who are suffering in those areas, what [00:26:06] is the significance of the visit of a delegation from the People's [00:26:09] Assembly to Quneitra to see their conditions? [00:26:13] Yes, in fact, the actions of the Syrian government have varied [00:26:17] in recent days regarding the residents of Quneitra [00:26:20] and the people of the city, whether those living in [00:26:23] Damascus or the visit of members [00:26:26] of the People's Assembly. This is a message of reassurance [00:26:30] to the residents that Syria or the Syrian [00:26:34] this matter to chance [00:26:37] and at the mercy of the Israeli [00:26:40] entity's army. Perhaps temporarily, these [00:26:43] incursions and attacks will be dealt with [00:26:46] either politically or through the establishment [00:26:49] of popular resistance, according to what [00:26:53] I follow and according to my estimates, [00:26:55] and that the Syrian state considers the city [00:27:00] of Syrian geography, [00:27:02] like other Syrian cities, whether inland, coastal, [00:27:05] or eastern. Thank you very much, [00:27:09] Mr. Rashid Hourani, security expert. Thank you for being with us [00:27:13] from Damascus. [00:27:17] Quneitra Governorate approved a 50% reduction [00:27:21] in building permit fees [00:27:24] villages adjacent to the occupied Syrian Golan. The decision [00:27:28] came under a memorandum of understanding signed by the governorate [00:27:32] in cooperation with the Engineers Syndicate to include [00:27:36] 14 villages [00:27:40] 100 square meters, with the aim [00:27:44] of alleviating the financial burdens on the residents and strengthening [00:27:48] their stability in the border areas in light of the difficult [00:27:51] living conditions and continued Israeli violations, [00:27:54] amidst calls to expand the scope [00:27:57] of the decision to include the rest of the governorate's [00:28:00] villages and towns. [00:28:12] The Internal Security Directorate in Hasakah city announced [00:28:15] a ban on carrying weapons and moving around [00:28:19] with them inside the city, and prohibited firing [00:28:23] for any reason. The Directorate also emphasized limiting [00:28:27] weapons to official security and military forces while [00:28:30] performing their duties in the governorate. The Directorate stated [00:28:34] that violators of the decision will face strict [00:28:37] measures, including confiscation of weapons [00:28:40] and legal action [00:28:43] on residents to cooperate with security forces [00:28:46] and report any violations. [00:28:51] The Internal Security Command in Tartous Governorate [00:28:54] announced the discovery of a cache of weapons [00:28:58] and ammunition in a mountainous area in the Qadmous region. [00:29:01] The command clarified that the seized items, [00:29:04] which were found during search and sweep [00:29:09] security forces in the area, included a 12.7 [00:29:12] mm machine gun [00:29:16] and quantities of various ammunition, in addition [00:29:20] to military uniforms [00:29:21] from the remnants of the overthrown regime. [00:29:26] The Homs Anti-Narcotics Branch thwarted an attempt [00:29:30] to smuggle and promote a shipment of narcotic [00:29:33] substances coming from Lebanon. The Anti-Narcotics [00:29:36] Department stated that it carried out [00:29:39] a pre-emptive operation [00:29:43] of two main smugglers. It also resulted in the seizure [00:29:46] of 250,000 Captagon pills and [00:29:50] 250 grams of marijuana [00:29:52] material. [00:30:01] The operation came after a report from one of our field agents that a suspicious [00:30:05] car had entered the abandoned farms area. [00:30:09] Through the direction of reconnaissance units, we [00:30:11] monitored the aforementioned car and directed [00:30:14] our units after obtaining a judicial arrest warrant. [00:30:17] After the arrest operation, we found inside the car [00:30:21] a quantity of narcotic substances estimated at about 5,000 [00:30:24] Captagon pills. After taking the car owners and locations to the branch [00:30:28] and bringing the K9 unit, we found inside the spare tire compartment [00:30:32] equipment for promotion or for [00:30:35] smuggling outside Homs. The [00:30:39] total quantity was estimated at about a quarter of a million Captagon pills. [00:30:42] Homs' presence and its concentration deep inside [00:30:45] Syrian territory makes it a crossing, smuggling, [00:30:49] and storage and packaging [00:30:52] point. The Lebanese army said that it seized about 200 [00:30:56] explosives that were prepared for smuggling from Syria.
