[00:28:54] child and not only about math or language or
[00:28:58] handwriting. It's also about the emotions
[00:29:02] and the self-regulation of students,
[00:29:05] we uh provide the option for students to calm themselves
[00:29:09] down with yoga cards, uh, we
[00:29:12] have solo time where we do breathing
[00:29:14] exercises, we also let the students
[00:29:18] cook and prepare food in our school,
[00:29:21] um, they are more self-sufficient, in this
[00:29:25] classroom it goes far beyond academics and dives into
[00:29:28] practical life skills as well as connections.
