[00:01:23] four of the living former
[00:01:27] presidents will be here. here at this ceremony as well,

[00:01:35] moments ago,
[00:01:37] a flag was raised to honor the 144 people who
[00:01:41] died when the plane crashed at this site, President Trump will be giving
[00:01:44] a speech a little later this morning and of course in
[00:01:49] sent it here and the members of Shanksville, Pennsylvania there will be another ceremony to
[00:01:53] telling us what is happening, what happened at honor the 40 passengers including of United Flight
[00:01:56] 93 who fought against the hijackers.
[00:02:00] Due to the illnesses they suffered because of the September 11
[00:02:03] attack, we will be here in Manhattan in the city center to
