[00:38:54] success. First of all, it disrupts our sleep
[00:38:58] pattern. In an individual whose sleep pattern is disrupted,
[00:39:02] attention span decreases because they are not well-rested,
[00:39:05] which causes certain problems. Short videos, in particular,
[00:39:09] reduce attention and focus.
[00:39:12] In particular, it negatively affects
[00:39:15] language classes, as it automatically affects our paragraph
[00:39:18] solving system. As you know, 50% of exams in Turkey
[00:39:22] are reading comprehension, so it causes serious
[00:39:25] harm. The second process also negatively affects
[00:39:29] our success in mathematics and numerical branches, which require complex, prolonged
[00:39:33] attention and focus. During the holiday period,
[00:39:35] students are advised to have a digital balance.

[00:40:17] 33-year-old Gurbet Yağmur Beşer
[00:40:19] is one of those who received support from
[00:40:23] this clinic and with the support
[00:40:26] she received, she feeds her baby
[00:40:28] only with breast milk.

[00:41:48] my baby correctly, his weight gain was very good.
[00:41:52] There was a decrease in my milk, but it increased. We are
[00:41:55] very happy now, we are fine. Experts point out that the
[00:41:59] idea that "my milk is completely gone" does not always reflect the truth.

[00:43:58] in the city increased by 140%. Many people
[00:44:01] succeeded in getting rid of their smoking addiction.

[00:44:12] we enjoy the things we do.
[00:44:14] After that, there was an increase
[00:44:18] in physical capacity.
