[00:14:07] respecting these principles, the principle of protecting
[00:14:11] state sovereignty, and the principle of preserving territorial
[00:14:15] integrity should be considered the alphabet of preserving

[00:14:21] possibility or ground for preserving peace in any way.

[00:14:29] the framework of these principles. Of course,
